I took a personal loan of 6lakhs and executive told me that there is only 1.25% deduction for processing fee. I agreed that and while disbursement there is a deduction of 8k for insurance without my knowledge.I didnt signed any insurance documents and they diducted that amount without informing me.Please help me on this

below is the mail i sent to the Axis bank

I am dijo maliakal, I took a personal loan for 600000 last month from axis bank.my executive told me that there is only processing fee 1.25 percent will be deducted from the total amount.But while disbursement there is a huge amount deducted from my account around 18k.
I suspect there is a deduction around 8k on insurance without my knowledge.I dont signed any insurance document also.one mail came from Gmail account and immediately one executive called me and told to send a mail like ok to proceed.The bank like axis I didnt expect this kind of cheating . These kind of confirmation mails should come from axis email id.i replied to the mail which came and ask to reverse the insurance amount.i respond almost 5 times and there is no response.this is a kind of cheating. Ii request to revert the insurance amount asap.i am trying this option at last if there is no reply from axis side I will go with cyber crime

      Previously had axis bank credit card [5655]. I was not able to pay one of the cc payment due at that time. Later i Bt they havnt updated the wavied part on their side and later i kept the cc ideally for many years. Also the bank haven't intimated any outstanding statement to me. I found the cibil score was low. Later bank has mentioned that the card is in write off status. Also i paid the entire outstanding amount with the interest till the date. The bank also given me no due certificate / clearance certificate to my email. Now they are asking me to pay rs 57525.17 as cibil masking. Why should i pay that amount even after clearing all the dues. Because of this i cannot avail loan in any bank. Please help me out in this issue.

        I have a credit card from axis bank where i had been making payments all the time but apparently our company where i work has some financial crisis for which we get salary delayed 2-3 months so i got late and was unable to cope up with this situation. But still i was trying to make the payment every month but delayed, for this the collection agents were so impatient who always comes to work places and do not go back until they are given the installments which was really harassing in nature. They have also marked my ac on lien even after the agents come and collect money.in due they had already deducted 2 salaries of mine and also charge a high amount of interest. Please kindly help me convert into 5 installments so that i can pay in equal installments in few months and clear the outstanding and do setlement on account and close my card. Please help me.           I have deposited a cheque last monday and yet i didn't receive my amount to the account, they are not responding too. I deposited my cheque in vepery branch. Unfortunately i have not noted the cheque number, so i called to company which gave me cheque, and they provided me a number, after input that number to check my status and i got cheque number is incorrect.

            On 23rd may 2019 i got the message of my pending overseas transaction of $157.27. My customer id is[protected].
            The payment was initiated from google. After contacting customer care they ask me to do biometric verification in nearest branch. Malegaon branch has no biometric machine and nashik branch said there is no biometric verification option in their system. Because of the kyc my overseas transaction of $157.27 is on hold. The billing id is[protected] and payment number is gg101txfc3.
            Kyc verification shouldn't take this much time. And if they don't help me with the kyc they will block my account with my money.
            I need your help to get my full payment of $157.27

              I am gagandeep singh, i created an account in axis asap account via online few days ago. All process are completed and account number and customer id created successfully.

              But, now one message i recieved by bank side;that rs1000 debited on 3june2019 as account closure proceeds to dd acct. And iam confused because account was created only few days back. Then why they are charging 1000rs for account closure. Please give solution on this problem.

                  The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.
                  The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.
                  The bank is just fooling the people on extremely high level.

                  Below is the message of the deduction from the bank and attached image of the bill paid well before the due date.

                  "hello! Your a/c no 967*55 has been debited by rs 1467 on[protected]. Available balance is rs 8680. 05
                  Info: brn-card payment"
                  Call [protected]

                  You can clearly find that the transaction is successful even after that they deducted the amount. Didnt get any resoponse from customer care.

                  I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they donot fool the poor and innocent people around.

                    I am an axis bank customer from last five years and have credit card from last two years.

                    I personally like the services of the bank and suggest many to go for axis bank but i have got a really bad experience for my credit card this time. My credit amount was due from the last three months. That was also because i had some confusion regarding my purchase and amount due on the bill

                    I wanted a yearly statement for the account. But no online facility where i could find the yearly statement option andi tried sometime for helpline but only mohly statement was shared so basically it all took 3 months time.
                    It was around 19000, the full amount got deducted from my saving account without my knowledge. No message from bank or on mail that the credit card payment is taken deducted from my saving account. Only through transcation detail i got to know that it is for a credit card. This amount includes heafty interest amount charged by bank

                    I came to know later that it’s a policy of bank if payment is not done then automatically it’s get deducted from savings.
                    It shouldn’t be because it’s my personal saving account and may be amount is for some particular purpose and if it’s done then at least inform the client that credit card payment is deducted. No msg no mail from bank regarding this

                    So my question is

                    1) if amount is already fully deducted then why card does not get the functional same time, if by policy card get blocked on nonpayment then why not functional after taking the amount from the client. Why such rules for a common man like us who pay tax and go by rules still face problems

                    2) if such strict policies are for a common man then how come people do frauds of crores with banks and run away as well

                    Would really appreciate if you can take this on a priority basis

                        Today i have visited your bank situated at vimoco tower amravati with my colleagues for his account statement i have meet your customer care executive (Female) who was busy on her personal phone call after 15 minutes she realised that we are there but i was surprised with her attitude as she was treating us like begger. I have tried to convince her but she has started aurgueing and started shouting on us. Requesting you to please look into the same.

                          credit card no due certificate

                          I had been offered axis bank credi card. Previosly they told me no amc will be charged, in the statement they charged for amc. After discussion they had taken from my salary account. Now they are not issuing me no due certificate so my cibil is suffered. Now because of this bank of baroda is not giving me home loan.
                          So i want immediate action. I had contacted several times bank authorities no answer no satisfactory reply from customer...

                          My axis bank a/c no - *1046 has been debited by 1899.00/- for oneassist membership dt. 07 apr. 2018.
                          I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [protected] regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account.
                          So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times also submitted written application for the same in my branch. From one assist service person promise me they have cancel this service and refund my money.
                          But they don't.

                          Now 27may2019 they have deducted again rs. 1899/- from my account.
                          In past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.

                          I am totally disappointed with this one assist service

                            Actually i went there to deposit some cash in axis branch ferozpur city 152002 punjab. I added rs 2600 in machine the machine accepted rs 2500 but one hundred note was rejected by machine as it got a fold by corner.. When i putted one hundred again the machine again rejected it but i got my hundred currency note torn from center.. When i asked cashier about this concern he talked rudely to me.. And said its not my fault... But the note was torn by axis banks machine which is placed in axis bank's branch...

                              I had booked a mobile phone via axis bank credit card after that i cancelled my order.
                              I got the msg from axis bank u cancelled the order nothing ll dectect from your account.

                              Now i don't want to continue with axis bank anymore.

                                Hello,

                                I had an axis bank credit card which i have paid and cleared all "dues" in full along with interests and all other penalties and charges on dec 2017. I have received a nil outstanding letter from axis in jan 2018. Axis bank has updated the cibil as well that nothing is pending.

                                This month in may 2019, axis bank has updated my cibil report that the same amount that i have paid in dec 2017 is still outstanding. I have been trying to reach out to support and its of no use. Their support is only using copy and paste of same info that i still owe them. They are not even bothered to see the payment receipt or the nil outstanding letter. Finally today after emailing them with ample patience, i receive an update that i now need to pay cibil masking charges.

                                I'm seriously frustrated over the fact that after clearing everything why shud i be paying the masking charges. Also was how did axis bank wake up suddenly after 1.5 years that i have an outstanding amount?

                                I've requested their support team to call me multiple times and all i get is your registered mobile no is not reachable and they ask me for an alternate number. I provide it and then another representative asks me alternate number. This goes in loop and i never receive any calls.

                                I would like to take this up seriously.

                                    Hi team,
                                    I am using axis bank credit card since march 2016. My card number ends with 6469.
                                    Presently i am not able to pay to the bill amount, i am facing a huge financial issue and i got stuck everywhere.
                                    I am finding difficult to arrange the total bill amount to clear the outstanding.
                                    I can make the payment to up to 20 to 30 percent of the total outstanding and likely to close the credit card since i cant to afford to the card anymore. You can check transaction, i never missed any payment, i use to make the payment on time.
                                    I am expecting positive feedback and waive off. Once you confirm the final amount within 2 days i definitely make the payment.
