Opened sb a/c on[protected] with rs.10000. With understanding that.
Fd amt. Will be considered for a/c bal. However on 16 th feb 2019
Debitted with rs.384.75 +69.25. At that time my total fd 20000.
Now just on 11th may debited rs.230.28 +gst for quarterly
Service fee.
My balance is more than 10000 plus fd of rs.20000.
I have not opted for debit card. We both senior citizens,. While
Opening the sb a/c there was no qly fee. Please credit my a/c with
Amt immediately.

    I have received following message today, which says
    Hello! Your a/c no. * has been debited by rs. 118 on 15may19. The a/c balance is rs. *. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

    I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
    Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

      payment not getting transferred to hdfc bank cc

      I made the payment on 4th may towards my hdfc credit card through visa money transfer and the amount was debited from my account. However, the axis reversed the payment on 10th may back to my account without any reason.

      Now due to this, i have been charged late fee and other financial charges by hdfc credit card as the due date was missed as axis bank reversed the amount back to my account. Again i made the payment on 10th...

      negative charges

      I'm holding an saving account in axis bank my account has an negative balance of -27000 i don't know to how they said it is because non maintaining balance and cheque bounce i have already cleared loan amount i don't why they are charging. When i opened account they said its 0 balance account, then 5000 now it's 10000 i cannot maintain so much balance because i'm normal worker with 10000rs salary they are asking me to pay 27000 which is not...

      I am khambhadiya hitesh mavjibhai, from last month my account was debited 50 rupees charge+18% gst charge reason only money added in atm+ deposit machine. Call again axis bank customer care not perfect answer my question and not write my complain. No any massage or mail or information if you added menoy in atm + deposit machine charges is applying no any write mention consolidated charges.

      I had made payment of 1$ on 10/05/19 to H7BILL. COM And after that i have discontinued my subscription with that provider, but on 11/05/19 i have charged with 39.99$ which i have not done.so the provider disputed with 39.99$ through my creditcard and all transaction are made in USD.

        Hello,
        Complaint not solved by consumer team also till today date.

        I am owner i have rent out my promises to axis bank atm.
        I have already raised multiple complaint regarding atm maintainance and behaviour of hitachi payment service officers.
        Since last 9 days no response at all from axis bank or hitachi payment service officers.
        Today i face bad behaviour of higher authority person of hitachi payment services. He told me last monday complaint issue sorted out from my side.
        But he block my phone calls and not responding me.

        Complaint closed without confirmation to me by hitachi.
        Lots of issues are pending in this site

        1 cctv camera failure
        2 back office cctv camera not fitted insecured place.
        3 cleaning not done daily basis.
        4 ac noise
        5. Back door always open
        6 signing board and lollypo not replaced (Flex cutting issue)
        7 advertising branding not done
        8 lightbill pending

        And many more

        Pls help sir re-open my complaint and take strict action against hitachi payment services higher authority person.

        Pls help am waiting for your positive response.

        In April my axis bank debited about 900rs in name of consolited charge for account which was cash deposited in month of march as they said and In May month they again debited 708rs name of consolidated charge of account that i have made cash deposited in march month. How such a bank can make unauthorized balance debit from customers account?

            On the date of 7/5 2019 I deposited Rs1000 in my account and and surplus amount left was of Rs 646. but the passbook is showing the deduction of Rs whole Rs thousand in another form as it was not available in the account. I am attaching the image for more clarification

              The service regarding the checkbook delivery is very poor. I am living in police colony and put a request for checkbook and the delivery man for the book was so rude and was not even willing to cooperate. I have submitted id proof (Original with a copy), address proof (Rental agreement original with copy and a letter for changing the address along with savings account passbook to the manager, axis bank selaiyur on 25th apr 2019.

                On 14th may i have submitted sbi bank passbook with new address w
                Ith last three month transaction entries to icici bank and got the address changed. I have submitted the same documents to axis bank on the same day.

                Whereas sbi could do with rental for address proof and icici bank could do with additional sbi passbook why the hell axis bank is not obliging. I am going to close my savings account and pre close my fixed deposit too as i am not satisfied with the functioning of you bank

                  I hold a salary account with axis bank. I was in real shock to see rs 2500/- being deducted as consolidated charges on my account this month and prior to this months around 1500 deducted in apr 2019 also some duplicate statement charges are also deducted which i have made any kind of request for this (This is happening from last few months amounts are getting deducted without any prior notice, i have sent many mails also called customer care but they speaking rudely). No proper response from customer service on this. How do i recover this.??

                    Every month they are deducting consolidated dp charges. Around rs. 1000 for the month april 2019. And r. 150 for the month may. I have no idea why they are deducting as consolidated dp charges. When i phoned customer care, they said it is for debit card charges. But no communication is given from axis bank regarding consolidated dp charges. What is it exactly?

                      Axis bank has deducted Rs. 900 as Consolidated DP charges, last year also it deducted rs. 450 or something. I ignored that time owing to my hectic schedule but this time it is too much. I have wrote to all the respective departments but the response is as such that the bank is not at fault and it is their regular policy. Is robing off people, the bank's policy?

                      I have checked the link provided by you and all those charges are deducted separately which i didn't mention. These Rs. 900 and Rs. 450 are some other charges which I want to be reversed. I can not pay you the money unnecessarily. I have been charged for the services already.

                        I have tried reaching to customer support & also mailed regarding credit card bill payment.

                        This is to inform i am having some issues currently & want to do a fair settlement by paying around 60-70% of the amount owed by the card. But strangely the customer support says you cannot close the card nor we would accept payment.

                        I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.
                        I feel it would nice of someone gets back from the bank with a proper solution and negotiation.

                          Axis Bank has deducted the INR 2600 from my account without know me. when i call the customer care they said you deposit the cash from machine that's why the money has deducted, you are not authorized the deposit the money to your account through machine and if you do it again then charge will again detected.

                          My i know why its not mention when i open the account,

                          Kindly refund my money.

                          I withdraw 10000 from axis bank atm in Charkop Market, Kandivali . Got 5 two thousand rupees notes. Among 1 note is tored. Nobody is accepting that note and how can you keep like those note in you machines. Shame on your companies quality. What the # do i need to do with this. Register a complaint against your court or throw it in garbage.

                            I have salary account in axis bank from my second company after coming out of company i used that account for limited period. After that i never used it after some time i check the account it is showing negative 20, 000 for that i raised the concern to the respective branch with written application and revert i got that we will take care of it. Now still that account is showing negative balance of 28, 000 and for that i haven't got any intimation from bank end for repayment or negative balance in my account.

                              I have received a call regarding job opening in a well known bank named as axis bank. From carieer soluntion as quikr hr and email adrees isquikr hr.
                              I thought it may be correct call not a fraud one because i am lokking for a job change.
                              These people asked me to register with them for conducting the interview with axis bankwith amount of rs. 1500/- which i had paid on 1 may 2019.
                              They had arranged my online aptitude test and telephonic interview with the hr person of axis bank (Mr. Rajiv pawar) (As they said) my telephonic interview got cleared and i received a call as well as a email from quikr hr for the selection and congratulations.
                              Next day on 3 may2019 they asked me to pay the amount of rs 5500/- as a security cum processing deposit which will be refunded to me on 8th may 2019. I paid the same amount for the of rs. 5500/- on the same date near about 3.00pm.
                              Then they send me a offer letter of axis bank 8th may later they called me around 2.00pm and asked me to pay again an amount of rs. 14500/- as a training fees of axis bank trainer and said this amount is to be paid in favor of axis bank but in the given account details in which i had paid previous amounts.

                              Then i asked them that, no company will ask any candidate to deposit any amount for the job training but it may be possible that its a big bank so that there may be some different procedures for the joining formalities but if company is asking candidate to pay some amount then it should provide account details of the company and should not ask candidate to pay such amount to consultancies on behalf of them.

                              And i pay the last amount of rs. 14500/ on 6th may 2019.
                              Then they again called me on 09/05/2019 for rs. 22500/ for opening salary bank account in axis bank in which the refund all my payed amounts.
                              And i refused them to pay this big amount. They forced me even when i asked their hr to first refund my all amounts then i will pay 22500 and even hr talked me very badly.
                              And now they dont reciving my calls.
                              I have all recordings with them.

                                I have icici and kotak this banks also offers 0 balance account s but they are not bedited this type of transactions

                                Banks are following rbi. Ur not following the rules

                                  Hi sir i have axis asap 0 balance account i'm transferring rs: 500/- amount in upi from icici to axis bank balance is rs:00 available balance is -250/-
                                  Totally rs:750/- 0 balance account offering 30 laks after ekyc before 1 lak
                                  I'm completely done with axis bank ekyc
                                  Why they are debited my money
                                  Call to customer care please wait music was coming not connected debited prepaid sim balance rs:10/- rupess and call disconnected
                                  Govt encourage do digital payments
                                  But normal people how to do this problems
