Deduction of brn-pymt-card done without prior information

Address: Kamptee,nagpur,maharashtra

The bank is fooling around the by saying zero annual fee when giving credit card

The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.

A deduction of rs 1884.94 (Brn-pymt-card-[protected]) is done from my account without prior information and there is no intimation of this deduction...

I never applied any credit card or personal loan through Axis bank . But recently I have checked in my CIBIL report there are multiple enquiries made by Axis bank. To remove the below enquiries please send the updated report to CIBIL team to remove the enquiries.

    Sir,

    I, Leela Madhavi, have taken Personal Loan from Axis Bank. For first 8 months EMI payment was on time. Since I took break, not getting salary from past 4 months, there is delay in emi payment from past 3 months (still by month end paying emi).
    But from Sept’22 I’m getting calls from collection agent (Name: Mr.Shivaji Goule, from Moukthika Enterprises) from axis bank, every day during last 10 days of the month continuously. Then I spoke to the bank customer care about my current situation. When I failed to answer the call, the agent started visiting my residence, shouting at us very rude way and threatening us to open Gate. Our house is back side house, we lock gate for safety purpose. There is only one way to go out from our house. From past 3 months, last 10 days of the month had become pathetic for us - as Mr.Shivaji (ph: [protected]), Mr.Pradeep and Mr.Akhil are visiting our house almost every day and forcing me and family members to pay by cash. And Mr.Shivaji was waiting at our gate throughout a day in working hours till night 8 PM by shouting at us - as if we are criminals and trying to escape.
    Being a lady, I requested them a lot to give me time till month end from past three months. But every time they used to say when I took loan it's my responsibility to pay the EMI on time and also saying that you know your EMI And when you are unable to pay, why you have taken loan, etc. All layman language they are talking. Is this the way Axis Bank collection agents treat Customers. Axis Bank customer service is a bit irritating thing.

    Also messaging me that we will report to cibil, so that no bank will give loan. I again called customer care of axis bann, they said we'll get this thing cleared. Just after a week again the same thing is repeating. Then I asked Mr.Shivaji to show his ID Card. Please find attached is his ID Card for your kind perusal. Even today (Sunday) Mr.Shivaji came to our residence to collect balance due Rs.2715 and insisting me to pay cash though I said that I’ll pay tomorrow.
    As per initial communication with Axis Bank executive, through whom I applied for PL – there is a flexibility of changing EMI Date and ECS Debit Account, next month I would like to place a request for the same. Hence requesting your kind attention towards resolving this issue.
    Please take necessary and stringent action against Mr.Shivaji, so that other customers will not suffer like me.
    My sincere advise is: not to take any kind of loan or credit card from Axis Bank.

      I am being charged twice with same reason since past few months against my home loan repayment. I have sent them emails but not received prompt reply. They just say charges are correct, when I ask about current and upcoming charges they don't respond to it and ask me to visit nearest branch. They have already took around 6000rs and still want more to take, I pay dues correctly since last 8 years and continues same, please do something for me, I prefer to transfer my home loan to Hdfc but they are not ready for that as well

          initially it is limit of 30000, due to some financial reasons in[protected], i m failed to pay the amount, it is over due to extra 30000.
          i have paid total 60000/- on 11th may 2022 . they simply closed my card without any information also written as the card was settled \ closed ..
          now it is impacting on my cibil report.
          i m not eligible for other loans . please provide me credit card settlement NOC or Closed letter for future loan references
          so that i m able to apply other loans or cards

              I m using axis my zone credit card([protected]) with the limit of 30000/-, and due to covid 19 situation i m job less, i m failed to pay the amount, it is over due to 60, 200/-, finally i have paid the total 60200/- on 11th may, 2022 .

                I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 2, 11, 945.

                This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and i closed my business due to covid, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                I can able to give 40% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within 5 to 6 installments. More than 40% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

                  Sales people force forcfully allocated one axis credit card unfortunately I accepted, when I want to pay outstanding the pay button us disabled- it never enable, raises ticket also no response, I understood the axis bank team is sitting there to loot or robbery the customer money, I sent email to nodel officer also but no response, I'm happily throw away the card if my issue solved and clear the outstanding

                    Consolidate charges for every month they are taking and I have contacted customer support. No response.

                    No reply from Axis Bank side.

                    When I asked to near branches staff are said replying contact your home branch. I know the axis bank is robbery of people money. Every time consolidate charges taking rs.1800. Why I don't know. Last month only I have paid 2600.RS. for negative balance. Now its showing same. Where is my money RS.1800.

                    Need to update reasons. need to give proper explain. I am going to file against Axis Bank.

                    Now they are replying like I am having salary account but no credit salary in accounts.

                      While using my flipkart axis bank credit card, I normally receive my credit card cashback at 10th or 11th each month. When I checked my credit card statement today, I haven’t received any cashback for transactions in August month (to be received in September). After having a long chat with Axis bank customer support, they mentioned the cashback was reversed as there was a product refund. How can the bank cancel the whole cashback because of a single refund of a product? That too for a month having high volume of transactions.

                        Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement as "TIPS/SCG/MCC/30.09.22/KOTTOOR FUEL ENTERPR"... .While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra.,

                            Date of Incident: 19-Oct-2022

                            Description:
                            I made an IMPS transfer of INR 20000 from my axis bank account on 19 Oct 2022 around 5 pm. They have charged an extra amount for this IMPS transaction but did not transfer money instantly and at this time it is still pending from the bank to credit to the beneficiary account.

                            When I called to axis bank mobile banking team on phone they are denying to return the IMPS charge even though they do not serve the services for which they are charging.
                            They said as per their policy they can not return the IMPS charges if the transaction is not done instantly. They said the axis bank server was down at that time and the amount will be credited to the beneficiary in 2 working days.
                            I said them to send me email this policy, but they denied to send it by mail.

                            Please look into this matter as they are always charging this additional amount without giving such kind of service.

                              I have set the auto payment for the loan with Lazypay merchant. And this was my second month of EMI. On October 6th the amount was deducted from my account but it was not processed successfully.
                              I got calls and messages from Lazypay that they are saying the EMI amount for October month is not been paid so asking me to pay the amount now.
                              To avoid the daily interest I have paid the merchant again. So I want you to revert my money back.

                                Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like PTL/SCG.VISA.POS/15.10.22. If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in petrol bunk it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The bunk or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why you guys charging from us too. you guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

                                If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the why i was not alerted on this. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on msging right why can't do this .

                                I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card.                                     Hi,

                                    My father has a credit card in axis Bank and he took some loan on it, sine last 2 years doesn't have any job, and fallen with heart stroke.

                                    Now recovery agents are torturing him for the repayment, please consider ge can't pay much but if it is possible in will pay 20% of the outstanding amount please help

                                      Address: Axis Bank Limited, ‘Axis House’, C-2, Wadia International Centre, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400 025

                                      I paid Rs. 16793.41/- as my axis bank myzone credit card bill today i.e; 17.10.22 at 11.58 AM through my linked axis bank savings account successfully. Money has been debited successfully from my account but the outstanding amount was not updated instantly.
                                      Still my bill is pending from your side, but in credit card payment history it is showing as successful.
                                      Payment reference No: *********2VTT7
                                      Amount: 16793.41/-
                                      Date: 17.10.2022 at 11.58
                                      If the bill is not paid then where is my money that has been debited from my account? I also received mail from Axis bank about the successful transaction. Why is this happening? Where is my 16793.41/-?

                                      Check and resolve this issue immediately. It's urgent.
