    I krishan bhura, a customer of axis bank narela branch. I had worst experience with axis bank. Axis bank deducted around 8000rs from my account. Earlier wli went to bank for crediting 7 lakhs and asked the operation head (Vikas) if there will be any charges and he denied for that. After that i made transaction of more that 10 lakhs and you guys had deducted money from my account. Although i had confirmed the operation head and not even the cashier had informed me that there will be any charges and after one month of doing these transaction axis bank deducted around 8 thousand from my account. When i visited bank and asked for the reason of deduction, mr vikas told me that there will be charges if you do transaction of more than 3 lakhs, i told him that you said there will be no charges and he denied and said why would i say such a thing. When i said i asked you personally and you denied for any extra charges then later he told me to write an appliation saying i was not aware of the charges and he told me that he will arrange refund for that and said it will take around 7 to 10 days. I waited for around 20 days and visited bank and he said it will be credited within this week and again i wait for 20 days more. Then i visited bank today and asked him for the process, he said contact branch head. I said why would i contact him if i had words with you. He said i havent said there will be no charges. Means as being your valuable customer i am a lier.
    I contacted branch head and told him and now he said there will be charges after 10 lakhs. I said mr vikas said for charges of more than 3 lakhs and you said there will be charges after 10 lakhs, i told him that when i was getting this ammount credited i asked mr vikas if there will be any charges and he denied. That was the reason as i am your customer from last 5 years and he said that mr vikas is the senior most person why would he deny for charges. Means you guys are taking side of your employes and customer is a lier.
    This is the service you guys provode to a customer. Branch head shown me a picture when i opened my account and said that you only did sugnature for the terms and conditions. If branch head and operation had different figures for the transaction that how can a customer remember such things. Operation head said there will be charges after 3 lakhs and branch head said there will be charges after 10 lakhs. Whats the use of asking the senior most employes of axis bank narela branch if they are providing false and half information to the customers. Why would a customer suffer always. The 2 senior most persons of narela branch made me a lier now. I am your customer from last 5 years. My whole family accounts are in axis bank. I always maintained my account properly and this is what i got in the last. Worst experiene axis bank. I will post my tragidy to every social media and share these with each of my friends and tell them this is what axis bank do with there valuable customers and will never suggest them to go with axis bank.
    It was my harden money.

        On 2nd my axis debit card was blocked by axis bank customer care due to unauthorized transition and customer care executive told visit any near axis bank for applying new debit card, but the staffs in axis bank of chittoor (Andra pradesh) are not responding, they are telling call to customer care and if i call to customer care my call is not disconnecting from past 3 days and even one person in axis bank (Chittoor branch) he gives a in valid number and told me to call after 6pm.
        When i call from my registred number call was not connecting and when i call from another number the call was connecting.

        "i am facing this issue just after unauthorized transition only" {even i have a doubt on some staffs of axis bank for this unauthorized transaction }

        Pls do needful

          Hello
          Some one did 2 transactions one by one from my axis bank account to atm-cash/+sir pm road fort/mumbai/040419 on april 4th, 2019. I have not done this transaction
          Kindly look into this and i please try to refund it.
          The amount debited was rs.10, 500
          I have raised a complaint against this. Ref no:50462533

            Hi,

            I have placed an order(order No:[protected] in Amazon on oct 11 for product MOTO G5 plus using Axis NEO credit card with NO cost EMI for 6 months which i cancelled immediately (refer to the attachment ) .The cancellation done in amazon should be reflecting in the axis ie the transaction made through credit card for the above order should be cancelled immediately in axis and that's how it should work so.

            But No the cancellation was not done and i'm been paying the EMI of 1206 was the cancelled product till now.

            I want the axis team to cancel the transaction for the amount 6992.24 that was done through axis neo credit card for the above product that was cancelled in amazon and repay back my amount.

              Hello, I want share my worst experience With axis bank.
              I'm existing customer of axis bank,
              My home branch is utiB0001877.

              My customer ID :[protected]

              I got call from sales department for new debit card so I applied for it.
              Rupees 350/- debit for my saving account which was new debit card charge.

              So after some days courier come not able to Deliver my card Courier at my given address because I was out of station, so that courier service reverse it and gave to my home branch.

              After some days I went to my home branch to pickup my debit card, Now that people are saying me that they destroyed my debit card and I have to give request again for new card as well as have to pay again 350/- rupees.

              This is very bad and worst service by axis bank.

              They are cheating with there customers.

              Plz don't take any offers from such Snack people's

                  I am bank's customer since 2015 in axis bank, rajkot, gujarat. Exis bank staff are doing unethical work during office with my wife's account and locker. Recently i noticed that mrs. Ami and ms. Bhavika "opration staff" on branch signed on behalf of my wife in her locker form during bank audit. They called me about the mistakes made by them in locker form and said that due to audit our jobs are on risk when i said we both are out of town they forced me for dummy signature of my wife in her form. Though i refused them and said for wait to come in brach but they all ready signed in my wife's acount request to do not say anything to branch manager.

                  I am sorry to say that they are doing many unethical work in bank. They forced customer to make f. D. To achieve there monthly target, they are also not giving the original reciept to customers and refused to take attention about future updates on there f. D. Now they are not ready to filled the tds form also in bank.

                  I think there are something went wrong with all axis bank's valuable customers ac by mrs. Ami and ms. Bhavika in amin marg branch rajkot. Ms. Bhavika's rudly behavoir is also notisable by many customers.

                    I have taken an edc machine for my operations and used only 3 times and subsequently the machine stopped accepting cards and all the time showing off time and battery also not working. Inspite of several calls to customer care a d executive none has acted, but rent was debited to my current account. Finally on march ending debited towards charges of 12800/- with information. Request to reverse the charges was not given response till date. Kindly reverse the charges.

                      This is with reference to the credit card issued to me explaining that this is issued free of cost and no annual charges.
                      I was come to know after seeing the massages that charges are continuously being deducted from my link sb acc with axis bank.
                      I have destroyed the card and requested to cancel it to my home branch. Now i request you to please cancel the card and refund the amount which was levied on me without any concern.
                      I am not knowing even the card number but last four digit is 5708. If the card not used, how the charges are continuously deducted from my sb acc. You can track that card from my registered mobile no-[protected].
                      Please close this card and refund the charges levied on me on priority as this give me tension without any concern.
                      This is for your acknowledgement and further needful action. Axis bank is known for its best services so please keep the same status to resolve the issue.

                          I have called many times from past around 6 months for the statement of credit card but not received till now. I require and requested for the physical copy which every time i get promised but not receive. This is pathetic and makes worry about the money and transpiracy.
                          Call centre people are hell and not fulfilled there promise. Kindly look into this

                            Dear Team,

                            My Customer ID:[protected] and Loan account number: PPR[protected]

                            I have currently to pay the past 3 EMIs as per due which I was unable to pay due to death in family and out of work.

                            I have been contacted for recovery by your bank/recovery agent and have informed them recently that the payment shall be made post 12th of this month. Still, they are bothering my parents and other family members, threatening me for reaching to neighborhood and defaming me socially. They are causing harassment continuesly without caring about anything.

                            I understand the liabilities of repayment of loan but still I also understand my and family rights to keep the privacy and dafulter regulations as released by RBI guidelines, as per which this all is unconstitutional and hence I request to kindly intimate the authorities to stop such harassment and trouble immediately.

                              On 19th october 2018 by mistake i had made two transaction of rs.5, 000/- each to future pay wallet, then i contacted axis bank for reversal of one transaction and report to future pay also. On 24th october`18 i got temp credit from axis credit card and simultaneously by future pay wallet was also debited by future pay on 10th nov`18 but on 12th december 18 axis credit card reversed my temp credit then i again raise the issue and after so much followup i got credit on 3rd jan`19 but axis credit card again debited me the inr5, 000 on 20th march`19. I had provided all supporting (My future pay wallet statement) in which it was clearly mentioned that future pay debited me on 10th nov`18. I am not able to understand why axis bank not able to understand my concern and debiting me again and again after providing all supporting documents to you.

                                I tried to open an nro acc with axis bank. I live in the us and have been trying to open an nro account with them for the past 2 months. The service is painful and slow. It is even worse than government services. The account opening department is one of the worst i have ever encountered. It’s like they don’t care about the customer. I had to spend my own money to get all the necessary documents and get them notarized. They almost didn’t make it to them in india due to the incompetence of the account opening team who had made an error in the information for the courier to transfer my documents. It took them about a month to get the documents from the courier company in delhi to mumbai. This was only i intervened after a couple of weeks of sending the documents. Even after getting the document and assuring me that the account will be opened in a few days after receiving the documents the account has still not been opened and neither the branch or the account opening team are taking responsibility or giving me a status report. There are better options for banks and do not get fooled by all the outer appearances. I would say even before you think of axis bank you should consider a national bank. At least you know what you are getting into

                                  But currently i live in amravati, so i go to gadge nagar branch atm machine on 01/04/2019 at 10.12 pm for cash deposit and my cash around 1500/- not accepted and machine got out of inconvinience and got hanged and notes was not there in manchine nor my account credited the money.
                                  Therefore i requested you too pls solve this transaction as soon as possible.

                                  I don't know how to check customer ID in net banking system

                                  I have moved out of India so not using my Axis Bank Credit Card since long time. Since i am outside india i am unable to reach to customer care representative through IVRS.

                                  Please suggest me a way to cancel the credit card through registered e-mail ID by writing to Axis Bank.

                                      I open my saving bank account and deposited 10000 cheque into it as my account get activated i started getting msgs from bank about my cheques clearing status but when chque got cleared they didint informed me about it and deducted rs 270 from it without any msgs or any intimation and when i ask about my balance n clearance of cheque and about deducting my money without informing me the very rud employee of bank tell me to close my account.

                                      I opened the Axis ASAP account and deposited Rs 2000 in it on 26 March. I got the message that account has been debited and Account Closure Proceeds to DD Acct. on 28 March. Where my money has been gone.

                                        With deferent names in your respected bank in krishna nagar branch.
                                        Our company office at chawari market there for we generally goes to chawri bazar branch which is very close to us.
                                        Mr. Rohit jain and diwakar choudhary are the employee in your chawri bazar branch they offer us to change all our accounts in chawari bazar branch but
                                        We refuse to change the address as their is no forex trading in this branch and now they refuse to do our work by saying go in your home branch.
                                        Please suggest us what we should do now?.
