I was selected for axis bank young bankers program june 2018 batch. We were asked to deposit caution money of rs 10000. I deposited the amount but due to some personal issues could not continue with the program. I notified the concerned person via email and asked how to get the caution money back. They sid that it'll be refunded after 4 months. But so many time has passed but i haven't yet received my money back. Emailed them a few times no response. I would just like to know how can i get my money back. I am attaching the receipt of the money deposited..

I just wanted to update that I received a fraud call this morning claiming to deposit the said amount in my account asking for my atm, pin etc.. just want to say to beware of such calls as the chances of getting trapped is pretty high

    Vaibhav garg employee of axis bank swasthya vihar branch this guy has been given an application for changing the sighn and mobile no of saving a/c of monica singhal. On the date 5/10/2018. He has promised to me that this work will be done in 7 working days, we have given a complained letter to the manager of swasthya vihar branch for the same but still this work is pending we face problem in every cheque issued by us.

      Amount deducted from savings account but party (Goibibo) not received the amount. Copy of the transaction attached (Photo). I have received message from goibibo that they had not received the money of given copy of photo transaction and book air ticket again. Kindly give status of above transaction as my account shows deducted amount from my saving bank account. Please do the needful at earliest. Amount for rs 83856/- deducted for above transaction.

      There is a kind of mess at the side of

      1. Reseve Bank of India due to inconsistances with the status of "saving" and "current" account in their rules .

      2. Poor level of software as of June 2018 had been seen

      3. Poor customers support, without the devices related to customers line managemnt, not "stay in line",
      in India in XXI century.

      4. Poor management in most district offices of India, which I had attended: no basic knowladge of at least 2 official languages and no knowlaege of basic Customer related law.

          regarding credit card not closed status show.

          I have no used a credit card from axis bank (Cc. [protected]) with a limit of rs18000 but rs 500 withdrawal show in the card and this is the single entry of card. I payment all dues show in this card amount rs 5013. But card not closed after payment of rs 5520 in 30 jan 2019. I paid the total due and it has been till now the card is not closed but they have updated my cibil as written-off, despite paying the total due. When i spoke with...

          This is hemalatha sekar. I have applied for SHG(Self help groups) in axis bank.. Singanallur branch.. Coimbatore.

          For getting loan we went by 1 pm. But we received the amt only by 5pm. We 5 ladies with kids standing at car parking..

          Is this a customer service of axis bank. ?
          Self help group look so worst for u?
          We can wait for while.. But hours and hours are too worst..

          Very bad experience we had today.

            We have current a/c name of laxminarayan tradex pvt ltd in axis bank krishna nagar (A/c no [protected]) branch, our office located in chawari bazar when we operate the banking in chawari bazar branch, staff of their branch can't do the work they said do the work with your home branch or transfer your a/c in our branch, rohit jain and, diwakar choudhary employee of this branch, these guys hold our cheques for hole day only for confirmation and not confirm the status of cheque to us till next day, same problem face by our employee in this branch every day, if the numbers of cheques or, transactions more than two or three then they return the cheques to our employee and said him to do work with your home branch or other axis branch.
            Please take action against these guys and sort out the problem.

            I had an undue credit card amount of Rs 97.000 approx due to which lien was applied on my saving account.Requesting you to start auto debit process on my account as i have enough balance but the balance is in lien.

                  I wish to report a fraudulent transaction which has incurred in my saving account held in your bank.

                  Further, an amount of rs. 3538.83 was deducted twice from my account for the purchase of itunes as per the bank statement. I don't have an apple phone and has never registered in itunes.

                  I want to categorically state that the above-mentioned transaction was not entered by me or authorized by me and its fraudulent in nature.

                  When contact the branch, the officials are telling me to get an police acknowledgement of the compliant.

                  The customers have to bear the trouble for the lapses of the bank.

                  I hope axis bank will get away with the police intimation for the customers and make it customer friendly since we are the victim over here.

                  There is definitely an inside leak from the axis bank as so many incidents are reported pertaining to fraudulent transactions by itunes.

                  Please look into it if you want to save your bank.

                  I will follow the procedures and been told to me by bank but if it is not sorted i will certainly escalate the matters to higher authorities.

                    Hello bharti axa life/axis bank,

                    On dated 27th march 2019.

                    I received all call of axis bank from +[protected] and the resources names are vishal. They are saying after purchasing the life insurace policy from bharati axa life insurance you will get loan @8.5% interest rate against the policy. And amount will be 10 times of policy taken. Ie if you take policy worth 30k per month then loan amount will be 3lac.

                    Bharati axa life plan - elite advantage plan.

                      Settlement letter received dtd.07.03.19 and payment of rs.176500/- done on 08.03.19 by online to the account no given by axis bank personnel and received confirmation from him through mail only. Based on confirmation of issuance of noc & updation in cibil, i have processed this settlement by arranging funds with great difficulty.

                      When i given the settlement letter and payment confirmation to other banks for applying loan, they are asking for the confirmation of settlement closure letter or noc from axis bank. When i requested to the concerned personnel of axis bank they are not responding properly. I am enclosing the pl settlement letter and confirmation correspondences regarding this for reference. Kindly look into this and issue me settlement completion confirmation letter /noc, as i don't have any proof to shoe if any dispute arises in future or to submit to cibil-for any updation in this loan status.

                          I visited axis bank branch in merta city for opening a saving account but your bank's employee said that account will be opened with minimum 30, 000 balance whose name is shyam sinder. I requested again and again but he didn't agree to open a account. Then i visited branch manger and told him to whole story, he gave permission to shyam sunder to open a account but shyam sunder was not agree yet to open an account and he said account will be opened with 30000 after 1st april... Plz help me. This is the worst experience of my life in axis bank...

                            credit card settlement noc letter

                            Hi nikhil here, i have settled my credit card in august 2018.
                            I had the proof. But still the bank is unable to send me the "noc" for the same.
                            Please dont tell me the standard process, i already gone through that.
                            I have already discussed this with the customer care as well as bank executive, but still i am not able to receive "noc".
                            When can i expect the noc letter from your end???...

My virtual card status is showing inactive. There is no use of physical card for me. I want to reactivate my virtual card.                               debit card suddenly declined international transaction from known website

                              I have made on and off purchases from hobbylink japan (hlj.com) over sometime, firstly with my HDFC card and then more recently with my Axis bank card with international usage activated. It is hobby goods/collectibles store which opened in 1994 and has consumers spread across the globe. The store's FB page itself has around 400k followers.

                              Hi sir/madam,

                              I was having account in Axis bank its salary account but last month and this month they charged 500 as Consolidated Charges For A/C and also GST @18% On Charge 90 this is for two months deductions i didn't received any email or message to registered mail even i not get any call too but when i was checking now with customer care they are telling like they are helpless for taking complaint on it ( telling like if salary not added in last 3 months so changed in to saving account i asked like how can i know for that they told like in internet banking main page under account now it will be like saving account but earlier also for me it is same like saving account ) i ask for resolution and they are suggesting me to visit nearest bank

                              this is shame on axis bank when transfer 1 rupee also we are getting message alert and mail alert but for charges deduction i didn't get any mail or message they are deducting money illegally with out informing end customer this is fraud in corporate last month i didn't login to internet banking just today logged in.

                              please take some action no one need to suffer like me

                                  This was too rude way of deducting rs 1975/- of huge amount from my account [protected] money for not keeping sufficient amount from two months.

                                  You people having any sense not keeping from two months for sufficient amount will deduct money like anything. We people working very hard believe you people and making our transaction on your bank. But your bank not giving satisfactory service for us.

                                  This is very cheap behavior yours to make money from customer for illegal way.

                                  I feel very sad about you people to deducting my money from my account,

                                  I decided to not use your bank account in future and also suggest my friend and colleagues about your bad service and deducting amount for not keeping sufficient balance from 2 months
