I have AXIS SALARY ACCOUNTS and from last two year i am not operated it, means my salary was did'nt come in this account..and today i checked my account detail then see my balance is -1180 and then i talked to customer care then they told me your salary account converted to saving account and thats why they charged to not maintained balance, and you have to pay 5000 for autodebit with insufficient balance.but bank was did not inform me about to convert my salary account to saving account and they also not inform me about my negative balance.also they deduct some amount.

    Myself sunil and i had closed my axis bank account on[protected] my base branch was yeswanthpur, bangalore, my account ends with 4067 however i had certain amount of money in my account. The bank officials said that the amount will be sent to me in form of dd to my communication address within 7 days. But, after 7 days i contacted bank officials and they said that it will take 9 working days and i called to phone banking officer, they also said within 9 working days i will get dd. But it has been more than 12 days and i have not got any dd and when i contacted again, banking officials said that they had sent through bluedart courier couple of days back and when i ask them tracking id, they gave me the same and when i searched that tracking id, i got shocked.. The axis bank yeswanthpur branch has given wrong name and address to the courier.. They have made it intentionally i guess. They have changed entire my name, address all. I got to know this by calling courier. I have fed up of this axis bank, kindly send me the dd of my hard earned money asap to my correct address

    Don't know why you are asking again and again, IN MORNING WHEN I HAD CALLED PHONE BANKING OFFICER, They also said Plz call from Register phone number..It is your Bank's problem not showing my number which i have mentioned above..
    Even now, when i closed account, message came to that number itself..Also I can send screenshot of PASSBOOK..
    My Registered phone number is [protected] and my registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com..
    Kindly don't Overlap the issue with my PHONE NUMBER WITH DD 's Matter..
    Even now, when i log into WEB CHAT with Axis I use the same number (For your kind information)
    As promised by Axis Bank for life time free neo credit card. Only after three months they forgot their promise. Now charged Rs.250.00 . I would like to surrender my credit card.

        3. A/c 941512 is debited with inr 449.00 on[protected]:35:56 a/c bal is inr 3059.33 info: pur/google *octro inc/g.co/helppay/google *octro inc/seq no[protected]
        4. A/c 941512 is debited with inr 449.00 on[protected]:36:11 a/c bal is inr 2610.33 info: pur/google *octro inc/g.co/helppay/google *octro inc/seq no[protected].

        I lost inr 1498 with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
        Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
        And i dont want this again in future.

          My 590 rupees were deducted on 17 feb 2019 and now again on 17 march 2019. Without any intimation my money was deducted. Please refund my money 1180 rs. Axis bank is such a cheater. I contacted the customer care and they did not help me. They said we don't have any option for reversal. They only have option to loot people without informing them. Really fed up with axis bank.

            There have been 9 transactions from my bank account to itunes on march 18, 2019. I have not authorized these transactions by any means. I also did not receive any message or mail before these transactions could be done.
            Kindly look into this and i would like my refund. I am not even using any iphone.
            The amount debited was around rs.6244.19
            I have raised a complaint against this. Ref no:49834003
            I am requesting axis bank to refund my amount. So many customers are raising the same complaint why axis bank is not taking any preventive measures?
            Please try to resolve this issue as early as possible

              Bank has collected my document for axis credit card and it was approved as well. But i have not received any cc since 2 weeks.
              Now i am getting calls from same bank for cc. Where are my documents.

              Bank has deducted consolidated charges from my account and i am not aware why they have deducted this amount or will be deducted every month

                credit to account frozen

                Hi,

                My account details i will provide to axis, i have the issue where i am unable to credit to my salary account which shows credit is frozen to this account.

                This account is not operated since almost an year but need to transfer the funds so that i can help my family.

                How solve this issue, i am currently outside india working in bank.

                I have booked a ticket in redbus through phonepay app. But ticket process not completed amount has been debited from my axis account. Afterwards phonepay app showing amount is refunded. But still not refunded to my axis account.

                  I have never shared any details of my card or account but still i got charged around rs.3360. All transaction worth rs.480.
                  Today morning i started getting transaction messages back to back all worth rs.480 and there are 7 transactions and all happened with less than 20 sec interval.

                    Hello,

                    I have done a preclosure of my loan on saturday (26.03.2019) and your systems take 7 working days to resolve. I informed the same to your collection department on friday saturday. When it takes 7 working days why do they call every day in the morning at 8am or 9am and torture the customer. Especially the lady named tanusree. This is the worst service i have experienced from any bank.

                    I would definitely go ahead and close all my accounts from axis bank as they have given me a very very bad experience.

                    When there is a lag of 7 days in your systems why does the customer has to be penalized. I wanted to apply other loans in your bank but now i am not even interested in looking at it and i would definitely not recommend people to this bank due to such poor treatment to customers.

                      I had submitted ecs cancellation form to axis bank (Branch address: #369, c. T. Bed extension, banashankari, 2nd stage, banashankari uti bank ltd, n. D.                         There have been 8 transactions from my bank account to itunes on march 17 2019.
                        I have not authorized these transactions by any means. I also did not receive any message or mail before these transactions could be done. The transaction time was at 5pm and i received bank messages at 11pm for only 4 transactions.
                        Kindly look into this as soon as possible.
                        Lately a lot of complains have been registered for acis bank itunes fraud.
                        The amount debited was around rs.5500 approx.
                        Upon calling at the bank i receive no response and they keep forwarding and transfering the call.
                        The axis bank officials have absolutely no concern for the fraud happend.
                        I have blocked my card.
                        Please look into the matter.

                            19/07/2018 time: 08.07.48pm i got a call from axis bank about a transaction of credit where it is mentioned "rs. 6, 867.56 (Usd 99.95) was spent on your axis credit card xx0634 on 12-jul-18 08:07:48 pm at expressvpn llc". And ask me that if the transaction is done by me. Then i replied that such transaction is not done by me. I also got an email for axis bank credit card where it is written”

                            Rs.6, 867.56 (Usd 99.95) was spent on your axis bank credit card xx0634 on 12-jul-18 08:07:48 pm at exprsvpn llc. Your available credit limit is rs. 79, 596.54. Total credit limit for your account is rs. 1, 15, 000.00.

                            Please contact customer service [protected]/[protected] if this transaction was not authorized by you or if you wish to convert any transaction above rs. 2500.00 into emi.

                            12/07/2018 time 08.20pm i called service [protected]/[protected] and complain for the transaction whose docket number is 43098773. They block my card and send a card holder dispute form. And also they advised to submit the form along with photocopy of my passport to the nearest branch of axis bank.
                            19/07/2018 i submitted an application along with supporting documents (Card holder dispute form, email copy of transaction, photo copy of passport all pages) to axis bank sodepur-ghola branch.
                            Xx/08/2018 i got refund said amount in temp credit.
                            After few months i pay all outstanding rs 6957.75
                            15/01/19: i request to surrender my replacement (5305-xxxx-xxxx-1264) credit with request number 48029161.
                            29/01/2019 again they charge rev of temp credit exprsvpn llc rs 7112.41/
                            22/02/2019 i call customer care [protected] to know the reason for the bill. They inform me that they have not got any document in this regard and advice to call customer care in front of bank stuff.
                            26/02/2019 i call to customer care in front of bank stuff sudip mondal. Sudip mondal gave customer care two 2 sr numbers 43390432 & 43390189 through which bank sent the supporting documents.
                            9/3/2019 i call customer care and again complain for that. Customer care accept a complaint with number 49591251 and promise to solve the problem within 5 working days. Also tell me they will inform me within 5 working day through phone and email.
                            But till now i've not got any feedback from them.

                            My bill payment due date is 18/03/2019.
                            So i want to know who will pay the bill.

                              I am a axis bank credit card holder. On 18 apr 18 there was an unauthorized transaction of rs.1, 649/- in favor of ecpp assistance service, which i had never subscribed too. How can they transact on my card directly?
                              So, kindly please refund my same amount to my same credit card as soon as possible and also unsubscribe me from this service as i am not at all interested in the same. Otherwise i will take legal action against you.

                                Address: Ahad Euphoria, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560035

                                There have been 11 transactions from my bank account to itunes on march 16, 2019. I have not authorized these transactions by any means. I also did not receive any message or mail before these transactions could be done.
                                Kindly look into this and i would like my refund. I am not even using any iphone.
                                The amount debited was around rs.9242.52
                                I have raised a complaint against this. Ref no:49822068.
                                I am requesting axis bank to refund my amount. So many customers are raising the same complaint why axis bank is not taking any preventive measures?
                                Please try to resolve this issue as early as possible

                                    Why you are wasting our customer time. From last 14 days i did not receiving the net secure code in internet banking while doing fund transfer.

                                    I complained & requested may times but these axis people behaves like irresponsible & not helping in my issue

                                    I am staying in abu dhabi my contact : +[protected]. From last 14 days i am facing issue of not receiving netsecure otp while doing fund transfer in internet banking.
                                    I complained many times with service requests 49597140, 49709456 & many but no solution from axis bank. Really this bank is time pass & wasting my time

                                    Waste bank & waste support

                                    Really i am fed up with this bank
                                    Even nodal officer also not responding to emails.

                                      Dear axis bank,

                                      Its very import to to do fund transfer but no use with axis bank.
                                      These people are waste in providing customer support.

                                      This is not correct as per customer point & i need a proper reasons why issue came & why axis bank not responded

                                      why you are telling stories tell me

                                      i do not need reasons why issues happened

                                      I need a solution

                                      If you are dedicated to customer support

                                      Just give the permanent solution & do not waste customer time

                                      How many times i have to try & tell its not working

                                      Really even a small local banks are better than your waste services
