noc :digital noc will not be sent to my registered email id

Dear sir /Madam,
My Axis Bank Perosnal Account No :PPR[protected], this loan got closed on Feb month however i didnt get the Digital NOC letter to my registered email ID. as per the As a standard process, a Digital NOC will be sent to registered email ID on the next working day from the date your loan is closed.
i have write the email to axis bank customer support, they told the hard copy send to my communication address...

I have taken a withdrawal of 1000 rupees from atm prashant vihar, delhi and recieved a counterfeit note. I have registered a complaint under a week regarding this and even got a reply on my mail with the issue. As mail says to visit the branch and the branch officials said that they can't help in this thing i guess this is just to harass the customers. Then the customer service asked to share the branch details i have done the same on[protected] and then no reply till 21 march. Never thought this type of behaviour with such a reputed name in banks. As per the details, shared here i have all the email records of this conversation.

    Hi,

    I am so fed up right now with you folks that don't know how to describe it. First i made the minimum due on my credit card which was 1800 last date was 7th march and. I made payment of 2000 and then i get a call yesterday and you people say i didn't do it then is aid ok n u charged me extra on it which ws 5100 now with extra charges on it now. When i made that payment today its done i don't receive any confirmation and guess what i found the text of payment of minimum due on my inbox that i made payment of 2000 on 1st march which i thought i didn't i might have missed. The worst part is when i am trying to call you people about it none of yours contacts works that's i just # i am so pissed off right now you have no idea. So please contact me asap on my given details or ill find another means to sort it out

      I nilima rameshrao lokhande has forcefully received axis bank credit card. I don't want to start it or do not want to use it even at once. Please cancel the same immediately. I am not interested in using it. If my complaint is not considered, i shall close my savings bank account from axis bank.         Sir, i have got very false guidance from your axis bank executive about new priviledge credit card. He guided me with false information for his promotion and i have lost many money for this. I was promised that i will be given yatra vouchers of 2500 but i have not get any benefit from card. This is only the wastage of money from me. I want to permanently block my card and refund my joining fees

          I have made purchase from amazon on 19th january 2019 of 32, 560 rs but they have not done the delivery of product because of their technical issue. The amount was debited from my account on the same date. They have initiated my refund on 25th january 2019 which is not being reflected in my account till date. As a result, bank told me to do card dispute complaint. Complaint id:[protected]. They have not yet provided me an update or resolution regarding the same. Whenever i am calling my bank they are just saying its still processing and all.

            There have been 8 transactions from my bank account to itunes on march 17, 2019. I have not authorized these transactions by any means. I also did not receive any message or mail before these transactions could be done.
            Kindly look into this and i would like my refund. I am not even using any iphone.
            The amount debited was around rs.5763.87
            I have raised a complaint against this. Ref no:49828672.
            I am requesting axis bank to refund my amount. So many customers are raising the same complaint why axis bank is not taking any preventive measures?
            Please try to resolve this issue as early as possible

            Yesterday, my axis bank account has been debited by 10000/. I came to know when I got a message on my registered mobile number. Now I have blocked my debit card and reported to bank via mail. But no action has been taken. I request you to please take a strict action in this regard.             A kotak cheque was deposited in Ahmedabad, even though amount was debited it immediately, Axis bank only added statement by clg 000001 Ahmedabad for 2 days and has not credited till now. If money is deducted from the issuer's account why should it take so much time. Plus the cheque was deposited in the bank not dropped in a box.

                I have AXIS SALARY ACCOUNTS and from last two year i am not operated it, means my salary was did'nt come in this account..and today i checked my account detail then see my balance is -1180 and then i talked to customer care then they told me your salary account converted to saving account and thats why they charged to not maintained balance, and you have to pay 5000 for autodebit with insufficient balance.but bank was did not inform me about to convert my salary account to saving account and they also not inform me about my negative balance.also they deduct some amount.

                  Myself sunil and i had closed my axis bank account on[protected] my base branch was yeswanthpur, bangalore, my account ends with 4067 however i had certain amount of money in my account. The bank officials said that the amount will be sent to me in form of dd to my communication address within 7 days. But, after 7 days i contacted bank officials and they said that it will take 9 working days and i called to phone banking officer, they also said within 9 working days i will get dd. But it has been more than 12 days and i have not got any dd and when i contacted again, banking officials said that they had sent through bluedart courier couple of days back and when i ask them tracking id, they gave me the same and when i searched that tracking id, i got shocked.. The axis bank yeswanthpur branch has given wrong name and address to the courier.. They have made it intentionally i guess. They have changed entire my name, address all. I got to know this by calling courier. I have fed up of this axis bank, kindly send me the dd of my hard earned money asap to my correct address

                  Don't know why you are asking again and again, IN MORNING WHEN I HAD CALLED PHONE BANKING OFFICER, They also said Plz call from Register phone number..It is your Bank's problem not showing my number which i have mentioned above..
                  Even now, when i closed account, message came to that number itself..Also I can send screenshot of PASSBOOK..

                  Kindly don't Overlap the issue with my PHONE NUMBER WITH DD 's Matter..
                  Even now, when i log into WEB CHAT with Axis I use the same number (For your kind information)
                  As promised by Axis Bank for life time free neo credit card. Only after three months they forgot their promise. Now charged Rs.250.00 . I would like to surrender my credit card.

                      3. A/c 941512 is debited with inr 449.00 on[protected]:35:56 a/c bal is inr 3059.33 info: pur/google *octro inc/g.co/helppay/google *octro inc/seq no[protected]
                      4. A/c 941512 is debited with inr 449.00 on[protected]:36:11 a/c bal is inr 2610.33 info: pur/google *octro inc/g.co/helppay/google *octro inc/seq no[protected].

                      I lost inr 1498 with out my involvement, i never deal with this site for any transaction in the past.
                      Request you to help me and refund back my amount.
                      And i dont want this again in future.

                        My 590 rupees were deducted on 17 feb 2019 and now again on 17 march 2019. Without any intimation my money was deducted. Please refund my money 1180 rs. Axis bank is such a cheater. I contacted the customer care and they did not help me. They said we don't have any option for reversal. They only have option to loot people without informing them. Really fed up with axis bank.

                            Bank has collected my document for axis credit card and it was approved as well. But i have not received any cc since 2 weeks.
                            Now i am getting calls from same bank for cc. Where are my documents.

                            Bank has deducted consolidated charges from my account and i am not aware why they have deducted this amount or will be deducted every month

                              credit to account frozen

                              Hi,

                              My account details i will provide to axis, i have the issue where i am unable to credit to my salary account which shows credit is frozen to this account.

                              This account is not operated since almost an year but need to transfer the funds so that i can help my family.

                              How solve this issue, i am currently outside india working in bank.

                              I have booked a ticket in redbus through phonepay app. But ticket process not completed amount has been debited from my axis account. Afterwards phonepay app showing amount is refunded. But still not refunded to my axis account.

                              The total amount -420
                              Phonepay wallet amount - 94
                              Axis bank account-326

                              Phonepay wallet amount is refunded
                              Axis bank account amount is still not refunded.

                                I have never shared any details of my card or account but still i got charged around rs.3360. All transaction worth rs.480.
                                Today morning i started getting transaction messages back to back all worth rs.480 and there are 7 transactions and all happened with less than 20 sec interval.
                                You guys better get my money back or you couldnt imagine whats gonna happen.

                                Axis bank is debited my rupees of consolidated charges of 365 without information... This is wrong, how you con do this .

                                  Hello,

                                  I have done a preclosure of my loan on saturday (26.03.2019) and your systems take 7 working days to resolve. I informed the same to your collection department on friday saturday. When it takes 7 working days why do they call every day in the morning at 8am or 9am and torture the customer. Especially the lady named tanusree. This is the worst service i have experienced from any bank.

                                  I would definitely go ahead and close all my accounts from axis bank as they have given me a very very bad experience.

                                  When there is a lag of 7 days in your systems why does the customer has to be penalized. I wanted to apply other loans in your bank but now i am not even interested in looking at it and i would definitely not recommend people to this bank due to such poor treatment to customers.

                                    I had submitted ecs cancellation form to axis bank (Branch address: #369, c. T. Bed extension, banashankari, 2nd stage, banashankari uti bank ltd, n. D. Stage, bengaluru, karnataka 560070, india), its been almost 6 months it has not been cancelled, i have been charged 500/- rs + gst every month for cheque bounce since then, due to negligence of axis bank customer representative, i am charged 500/- for the last 6 months, how do i get back my money of no fault of mine. How this issue can be solved.
