Hello,

I would like to raise my issue for automatic transaction has happened today(8th March 2019). There are 7 transactions happened from my saving account without my concern. I have received messages about debiting my money from my account from the merchant info: PUR/ITUNES.COM/BILL/ITUNES.COM/BILL/ . Total amount Rs. 6121.13 (Six Thousand One hundred Twenty One) has been deducted.
I am worried such type of illegal transactional activity is happening from my account. Kindly take necessary action against it and solve my issue.
I am waiting to get my money back which has been deducted till now by this illegal attempt.

    Email prince. [protected]@gmail.com has been linked to my card.
    I made a transaction of 75.2 euro in paris which got cancelled and the money got debited. I did the transaction again which was successful. Upon enquiry with the merchant, they told me the amount would be released in 48 hours max. And i left paris after that. Today it had been a week and that amount has not been released from axis bank to my card. All they say is go to the merchant again and fill up a dispute form. Firstly, who would sponser my ticket back to paris? Secondly, if the merchant has confirmed the release of amount, why would you keep and not credit it back to me!!!

      Hello,

      I have opened asap account through online and i have lost my customer id and virtual card details. I have contacted customer care with my account number and i got response that your date if birth details not matching hence we cannot provide any information. I have phone number which linked to aadhaar number which is not registered with bank. I have opened account with pan number which same date of birth not matching with bank records.

      Now my amount got blocked in account and it's pathetic and embarrassing experience which not getting solution.

      Expecting resolution asap. Thank you so much in advance.

            I received below message for my axis bank account.

            Hello! Your a/c no. 529743 has been debited by rs. 118 on 06mar19. The a/c balance is rs. 4957.10. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

            Please help, why 118 rs amount is deducted without consent. As fas a my knowledge i have not allowed any such transaction.

              Last 1 month i had to visited axis bank branch virar gokul township. I went for name change in account. They have changed my name but not signature.
              Every time they say it tomorrow will be done.
              Same process has done in hdfc account only 4 working days.
              Very bad service branch, still not resolve my issue. The guys name is who handle my request.

                There have been 8 transactions from my bank account to iTunes on March 2, 2019. I have not authorized these transactions by any means. I also did not receive any message or mail before these transactions could be done.
                Kindly look into this and I would like my refund.
                The amount debited was around Rs.6900 approx.

                same fraud transaction has occurred from my account too by itunes. there was 17 different transactions without my authorisation and about ₹13, 424.70 has been deducted from my account. the customer care executive asked me to contact itunes to get the amount back, but when i have not shared any detailes with itunes or i don't have an iPhone then how come i ask itunes to return my money. i wonder how this is possible. is axis bank not safe at all to deposit money? who ever can hack your account? how can anyone have trust on this bank. i have registered a complaint through axis bank customer care and my fraud request number is 49590276. i would like to register a complain in cyber cell if i dont get my money back. i am unable to upload all the transaction details.but have uploaded certain transaction details that itunes have done from my acc.

                Similar incident happened with me today ... within 2 min 12 transactions were made on ITUNES.COM...

                I got SMS alerts like ..

                Your A/c XXXX is debited with INR 483.35 on[protected]:34:29 A/c Bal is INR XXXX Info: PUR/ITUNES.COM/BILL/ITUNES.COM/ITUNES.COM/BILL/Seq No[protected]. Call [protected] (if in India) if you have not done this transaction.

                So I immediately called them and asked them to block my card and lodged a complaint for this. Now bank is asking to submit documents and prove that on the given date I was not out of India..

                Same incident happened to me on 9 march, 2019.. At 4:34 pm nine unauthorized transactions happened from my account by itunes.com debiting 10, 606.16 rupees without any otp. The card got blocked automatically after those transactions.. I dont have an iphone. I have submitted my documents. But still didn't get my temporary credit... Again on 14 march at 4:34pm itunes.com tried to debit 966 rupees twice but as my card is blocked, the transactions couldn't happen.. Hope the axis bank resolves this issue of itunes.com and refund our money back as soon as possible orelse they are gonna lose the trust of the customers.. They said it takes 30 days to investigate but i hope they resolve this much sooner.

                for me also same issue happens money is going to apple services. Even without otp cash is debited with in 2 minute 29, 100, 300, 400 rs debited. For luck i noticed and blocked the card. So only 3 transaction is completed. later 3 more transaction is initiated by someone after blocking, at that time otp received which is of very large amount of 400, 100, 5000. This much case reported means this an issue related to bank security not the customers. I tried to contact the time cash initiated but customer support is only available from 8am to 8 pm. Morning. I contacted customer care they are not able to register complaint because of server issue they can' t even register complaint after some time by noting down the issue. I ask about the issue, customer care executive told me that i shared my card details with someone. She is behaving as issue is only ours. There are security issue in axis bank account.

                Axis bank is the worst bank with worst service and looting customers. Get lost you looters(unnecessary service charge cutting etc).

                  I received a call from axis bank on 4th march 2019. They told me that it was for card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i called to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

                  I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

                        In oct month i purchased one product from flipkart on emis using an axis bank credit card and as per the order, i have to pay for one product only but axis bank has started to deduct money for 3 products for last 4 months. Yes, in oct month i did three orders but i already cancelled 2 orders immediately and got refund from the flipkart so axis bank also got their money refunded. Now, what bank did here, they converted my cancelled orders into emis and every month they have started to deduct money from my axis bank saving account without confirming to me. So, i called axis bank credit card customer care, but every time when i call customer care then the first worst thing i faced, no one is responding the call immediately however i waited for long time to speak with them, i tried 4-5 times to talk with them. I explained the whole situation with them and also requested them to stop emis of cancelled orders & refund the amount which they have deducted but still they continuously deducting the emis from my saving account. One more thing, i personally visited axis bank credit card department, ambavadi & axis bank, mansi circle branch in ahmedabad but i didn't get the solution. No one is taking serious interest in problem which i am facing.

                        I am attaching the statement of credit card, please check.in that, you will notice one product has multiple entries with same amount of installment & highlighted the entries of cancelled orders.

                        Please help me to get refund (Including principal, gst and interest amount) from axis bank. They deducted total 4 installments of 2 products.

                          Hi,
                          I requested axis bank teppakulam branch in madurai to open a tax saver fd on beginning of jan 2019 with option to payout interest on monthly or quarterly basis. But they have technical issue (Software bug in the system) and fd was opened wrongly with the option for payout on maturity which is not what i want.

                          The branch said that they will sort this issue and change back to the scheme that i asked for, in a week or so. Now it about 2 months and no progress on the change.

                          After repeated followups, there is no proper answer from branch and from axis bank support which is very annoying. They dont handle customers with proper response. Also they dont give any timeline of when this problem will solved. So we need to assume it may take years. Its now more than 2 months and there is no solution. I loose my interest amount. When i requested to close the fd account, they say there is not option to close. So my money has been locked by them.

I raised a complaint in google pay app and received following message "hi!                                 Dear Sir/Madam,

                                this issue is still not resolved, representative of Axis Bank has confirmed to settle this card in INR 142000.00 (40000 cash and balance through cheque), field boy came to my home and collected INR 40000.00 cash and cheque also. but they have not deposited cheque even after 2-3 months and said that your approval to settlement has been rejected.
                                Now, credit card outstanding is increasing on regular basis. it has reached to 176000 now.

                                Please help me to close this card once and for all.

                                  I went to axisbank to add money into my account. I when my number came the cashier told me to add my money throuh nearest axisatm, i told her that i will not go. Then she told me that i have to stand in queue for 30 minutes then i asked her name, she didnot give her name and then his sir called me and argued with me. I couldnt add my money to my axis bank account because of the rudely behaviour of cashier.

                                  My name is ishan das having axis asap accnt no [protected] in bidanasi branch cuttack. Odisha is suddenly beimg closed without any notice i am unable to withdraw money having seroius problems and bank staffs are not sipporting and my dd is not being deliverd till 4 days passed.have take serious actions ll complain in consumer forum.
                                  Is their is any bank branch on ist floor, if their is public parking in ground floor..
                                  I have swiped my neo credit card thrice on 23-Feb-2019 at a shopping centre. The transaction failed but money got deducted thrice.
                                  Trying to talk to a customer executive since then but failed.
                                  Need the refund.
