Respected sir/madam i am being harassed by collection agency of axis bank credit card team wherein everyday i am getting multiple calls asking to pay my debt which i am not able to at this point due to financial difficulty however i have informed them that they can charge me the interest till the time i am able to pay off which would be not too long from now and if that effects my cibil score then that's my loss which i myself don't want it so i have explained it to them still they keep calling me and my family and friends... I don't know how they got contact details of my friends and family but this is breach of privacy and obstruction of many rights that i have that are granted to me by the constitution of india... Please look into this matter and help me

I have made a transaction via IMPS Rs 9005 amount from my savings account [protected]
Benificiary didn't receive amount . But the amount debited from my account.
Its very urgent .

    I got a call from an axis bank employee regarding credit card.. He told his name as santosh shelake. I politely told them that i don't have any requirements but he just shouted and hung up..
    I have told so many times that i dont need your credit card but still you people call and with that much of attitude..
    First learn how to speak with customers..

      Hi,

      1000 rupees got deducted from my savings account which is linked to credit card. Even the customer service is not responding properly. This was not the first time. Really worst service i had ever seen.

      The bank has deducted the money from my saving account without any reason, however i have paid my credit cart payment before the due date.

      I paid the 3891.45 on 4/03/2019, 10.30am.

      Here is message from axis:

      Dear customer, payment received for amount of rs 3891.45 for creditcard number xxxx5025 on 04-mar-19

      (I had done payment before due date) although they deduct 1000rs from my saving account here is message

      Hello! Your a/c no. 496919 has been debited by rs. 5068 on 04mar19. The a/c balance is rs. 34201.67. Info: brn-card payment. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

      This is not my first time experience with axis, last time few months ago when i face this issue, i called them and they told me don't worry your payment will credited soon... (My question is then why they wrongly deducted amount from my account)

      I request take a look on this issue and resolved asap... I'm also going to report this issue at indian gov. Complain site (https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/)

        I c. Prem kumar from tirupati. On (26/02/2019) i receive one message at early morning 2 19 am that my credit card is used. But i am not used the credit. So bank automatically block my card.. Thanks for that, so i request you to please resolve this credit card fraud case at earliest, i am total upset with this transcation. During transcation time i have not received any single sms from your end. This is totally mental harassment to me. Please check these transcation and do needful.

          Last two years back l get agri loan from axis bank pattukkottai branch, last year 15/11/2018 due to gaja cyclone affected my all property (Land and home), in my all property will insured when i take agri loan from axis bank, every year without my knowledge renew the crop insurance premium and charge extra fees from loan account, for past 90 days i visited my near axis bank to claim my insurance amount they are not responding, nearly 3 month gone, i can't get any information from the bank, kindly request to consider my request and take action to get insurance amount as soon as possible..

            I am a client of axis bank for the past five years and hold a savings account in your gangavathi branch. And i am using online banking. I had applied for issue of a forex-card for my savings account on 2018. My forex card update in other person account. I need to update in my account. Bcoz of that i hate axis bank no response or valve costumer

            I am sad to say that despite making calls to your branch and to the customer-care toll-free numbers; there has been no response of my forex-card till date. My account details are:

                I go to axis bank sadhir branch (Utib0002445) to deposit some case in my relatives accounts for his father's heart treatment. Branch manager refuses to deposit money and said that i am telling lie to her very rudely. This is quite wrong that without any proof why she says that i am wrong. I was depositing money with all documents. This is not the way to talk when someone's relative was in the hospital.

                      Yesterday I used my axis debitcard for transaction at a SBI atm but when I tried to withdraw the money my transaction failed but I got a message from axis bank saying Rs 2000 was debited from my account. I tried withdrawing again and the same thing happened so altogether Rs 4000 was debited from my account but I could not withdraw any money from the atm.It's already been 24 hours so when will it get credited back to my account?

                        I am using the axis bank neo credit card which end with 3685 as i am having the outstanding of total 35000 which i am not able to pay due to financial reason as untill now i paid the amount of 7500 on 12th feb 2019 so its request kindly settle my credit card bill as i am able to pay atleast minimum amount and want a settlelment from bank so kindly let me know what i can do for this and i am satisfy with the service of the bank and want to give good feedback as bank team is very professional but as i am not able to pay the whole amount as i could able to pay the 30% amount of my due with 6 to 7 days if its possible and as soon as i will get confirmation from your side.
                        Kindly grant me the approval as i am not able to pay the whole amount.
                        I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation and i appreciate the whole procedure of axis bank.

                          I had visited axis bank, banashankari 3rd stage branch for updating my aadhar details.

                          1. The executive was so slow that it took me 2 hours to update just 2 fields.
                          2. Firstly, they did not have the necessary system up and running even after confirming my appointment.
                          3. Next, the executive assigned for aadhar updation was constantly being bombarded by other staff with thier queries and kept on disturbing him even when a customer was seated in front of him and in between a service transaction.
                          4. He took close to 30 minutes just to say that he will be serving my request in another 5 minutes.
                          5. I'm not sure if he was well informed about handling the system application that handled aadhar. He kept on making mistakes and rework was required.
                          6. Lastly, the challan for paying the service fee had to be updated with specific account number and name. There is nowhere a mention of this in the bank and the executive had photographed the challan format on his mobile. I was turned off the first time by the cashier for incorrect challan filling. When i questioned the executive who had served me, he then shows this photograph on his mobile and asks me to fill appropriately.

                          So, in all, 2 hours of my time wasted for nothing. I also had taken my kids for a fresh application. I just wanted to get out of this bank and let go of my kids' aadhar enrollment.

                          Very pathetic branch. Extremely dissatisfied.

                            deduct money name of lien and consolidated charges

                            I am very dissatisfied with your third class service. Every month you put my account balance in negative (This time -4586). You don't care about people hard earned money and do fraud with people's.

                            This things happen again and again. Now i want my account balance clear (No negative balance). If you can't assist me in positive manner then i have to raise a complaint in banking ombudsman.

                            And i never suggest anyone...

                              i have a mediprime policy- [protected] and claim number- 9704,
                              my claim was rejected 27 april 2015, else i have followed tata aig and axis bank from that day but nobody is replying in proper way.
                              i want to get my money back because is my hard earned money. They gave clarification that hospital bill and my bills not matched.
                              as i think they planned to change my bills to not to give my money back.
                              first of all i reached to cashless listed hospital but they told that i need to pay first then they will reimburce. i was ready in this condition also but they cheated me with proper planning but i will not leave TATA AIG and Axis bank both.
                              i will got to consumer forum for this all.

                                Ive my account in axis bank for a year now. Ive maintained my account balance as per they demanded. For last 2 months they have charged ₹2300 as consolidated charges from my account without informing that what charges are included in it. Then i called customer care of axis and they said that the amount deducted from my account is a charge on my cash deposit. They have charged 150 rupees from my account for 100 rupee deposit. This is a big scam of axis bank. And the scam starts with the cdm (Cash deposit machine) of axis bank. When u deposit any amount in axis bank cdm the machine will return the non defected noted and they have removed the option off “add cash” from the machine so that u can’t add cash to that transaction. So definitely u will make another deposit transaction to deposit the returned notes. So u are now making 1, 2, 3 or may be more deposit for that amount. And then the consolidated charges game starts. Then dont know how hard people work for money. They are just filling their pockets with our money. Not everybody can take any action about it. Those who r illiterate, what they will do? I ve made transactions like 100 rupee 300 rupee 500 because machine returned my cash. Not everybody has time to come again and again to your bank. I want strict action againts it and want my money back in my account. And i dont think its worth to open an account in auch banks.in the screenshot u can see that ive made deposits in thousands and after that ive made the deposit on returned notes at same day same time

                                Us about these deductions when we open our accounts in your banks. Kindly credit back my money in my account.

                                today 04th march 2019 10:52 pm i tried to call customer care 3 times because my issue hasn’t been resolved yet, and third time the person wasn’t telling his name or customer id claiming that they cannot share personal details. This childish behaviour is not acceptable. I do have his recording i can send i[censored] say so. And when i explained my problem he was saying this is valid that they can charge 150 rupees for a deposit of 100 rupees. He wasn’t giving me any kind of SR no. Either because without the sr no. I can’t go for the so called axis bank customer care support step 2.

                                  I am sheyam sundar i have been approached for the personal loan in axis bank loan application number 9760271 and it is declined without any reason. I have been submitted all necessary documents to axis bank representative after submission the documents and verification. It said "we thank you for your interest in our personal power bre. Your request has been declined and we are unable to offer you a loan at this point of time"

                                    I m the user if axix bank rohini branch
                                    When i opened my account one bank agent his name is amit came to my place to open my account.
                                    After than he contunueslly following me regarding thier mututal fund policies to complete thier banks target
                                    He called me regular lot of time in a day one day i visited the bank and met to him he gave me a form of mututal fund policy for sing it i told him that yet i have no arrangement s of money to buy the policy he said u just sing the papers when u have money i i'll deposit ur papers to department and start ur policy he took my pan card and aaadhard card copy also
                                    After few days he called me regarding money i said i hv no arrangement that's why i am not interested to buy the policy
                                    Bt he never stop called me continue eslly
                                    I locked his no. On watsaap becoze he started chat on whatsapp and force me to pay money
                                    And now yesterday he texted me i debited ur account on the behalf of the ur signature which i was just sign bcz he said days just formality. I want to complaint against the bank agent the name is amit i hv all evidence that heia always forced me to buy the policy. If he debited my account without my permission i i'll compaint case against the bank.

                                    I have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 1200 rs from my account written as consolidated charges. Plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples.

                                    From last two months unnecessary bank charge Ed consolidated charges more than 1200 RS per month
                                    If I enquired with the branch you have mutual found account already I closed SIP account last 3 months back please help me out otherwise I go lead bank and also sue a case against bank in consumer court.

                                    Every month axis duducted more than 500 from my account as consolidation charge.this is not good sir and they don’t give me any message for that. I want my money return sir.plz give my money back. And don’t cut balance from next month.
