Since last 1 year, axis bank is trying to fool me, without any proper response, in my credit card 2 payment was showing which was not made, so filed a compliant, and got a reply from customer care person last year that pls make the rest payment and we will solve the issue in days to come and sent you a new updated statement, but it was never resolved and now they have added 40, 000 of interest on the same and sent me a bill for payment, even i filed complaints almost 50 times to solve the issue, always went unanswered, infact last moth someone from management of branch called and told to help me for the same, and asked to to make minimum payment of 1000, on the basis of a settlement letter, i made the same, and the final settlement is not yet made from there end, would never recommend anyone to axis bank - bank with afke people making fake promises, nodal officer is also not responding.
