Sir i write this letter to axis bank on dec 2017 when my accounts has positive balance. When i ask them y my account is still active. They told me that i[censored] don't use ur account more than six month it will be automatically deactivate. But still my account is activated. What to do i don't know. Who will help me even i don't know

    I had Axis CC in 2007 stopped using 2009. Charges went on going higher. Later in 2018 received a call from collection agency stating to pay 44033 towards full and final closure of the acount & also will remark as closed on Cibil, I have the letter also for the same. Made a payment of 44033 on July 2018, I have a payment receipt also for the same. Neither did I receive any NDC Letter from Bank nor its been closed on CIBIL, When emailed CIBIL...

    I opened a account in axis bank lucknow nd they deduct 1770 inr for demat account without my permission even i dont have any knowledge about demat or trading this type of cheating is not excpetable from the axis bank. Pleas refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i switch my account to another bank the gentleman who work over there they inforce me to invest me in trading or took much expensive plan.

      Since last 1 year, axis bank is trying to fool me, without any proper response, in my credit card 2 payment was showing which was not made, so filed a compliant, and got a reply from customer care person last year that pls make the rest payment and we will solve the issue in days to come and sent you a new updated statement, but it was never resolved and now they have added 40, 000 of interest on the same and sent me a bill for payment, even i filed complaints almost 50 times to solve the issue, always went unanswered, infact last moth someone from management of branch called and told to help me for the same, and asked to to make minimum payment of 1000, on the basis of a settlement letter, i made the same, and the final settlement is not yet made from there end, would never recommend anyone to axis bank - bank with afke people making fake promises, nodal officer is also not responding.

        Sir, i was in your bank branch bihar sharif whose ifsc code utib0000873 today i gone here for kyc in this branch, then i was very badly treated, those who were doing this were sitting at the counter number 2 but the ladies clerk who was sitting at counter number 1 she treated me very nicely i am very happy with that but you should take strict action against him who use to seat on counter number 2

          I had purchased mobiles using my credit card after converting into emi scheme and successfully received sms and mail confirmation for the same. Even then the bank has taken full amount of mobile including the interest charges calculated for 6 or 12 months. I had sent mails to their nodal officer and requested to solve the issue, but they have not given a satisfactory reply in spite of my repeated mails requests at many a times. Finally and in the last mail, i made it clear mail itself that i will not make any payment until the bank resolve my genuine complaint.

          The bank has failed to send a proper reply so far, hence this complaint lodged here in this forum with a requested to sort a solution to my genuine complaint.

            Hi Sir

            I have opened AXIS ASAP account on[protected] and I added Rs 15500 to it but I was not able to do the transaction from that account, I tried to do the online transaction on Flipkart but it failed then I tried to transfer money back to other account but that also failed.
            Today on[protected] when I tried to log in, I am not able to login and then I called customer care but they are saying that account does not exist.
            I had Rs 15500 in that account.
            Please help me to get my money back.

                At the time of monatisation i got messages that there is no need to maintain your account balance as there is a big que in front of our axis bank (Address-am 196 shalimar bagh delhi 110088).
                After that, for non maintenance of balance-

                they have deducted 1000 rs. On 18.2.17.
                they again deducted 1021 rs. On 18.3.17.
                then 1300 rs.. On 20.5.17.

                Your officer has refunded me last amount of rs.1300 but did not refunded rest amount of rs.2021. I have made many applications and requested your branch officer for refund. He kept on making fake promises with me and did not give me any acknowledgement. Now he is transferred and new assigned officer is refusing to do so. Please refund or credit my amount of rs.2021.

                  My name is harish v, and i hold a saving account with axis bank in bangalore

                  There have been repeated instance of axis bank upgrading the account to prime/priority without "customers consent - in this case myself'.
                  And due to which the bank is deducting charges which are not justified.

                  I always wanted to have a basic savings account as i do not need any special facilities, however, my account was upgraded to priority and prime, and when i did not maintain the balance as per their rules of prime account
                  I have been twice charged with rs 590 and a debit card fee of rs 885. Which is a total of 2065 rs.
                  I have reached out to the customer support, but they have not got any positive resolution so far! I have also written to nodal officer, to no solution

                  I want you refund of full amount that has been deducted on the name of services, the amount is inr 2065.

                  I am hopeful of a early and positive response from your side.

                    Rs.450 was deducted from my account mentioned as 'consolidated charges for account'. Why did it happen? I primarily use cashless trandactions such as upi and i don't think these transactions should carry teansaction charges.in the month of december also, around 800 rupees was deducted from the same account as cash transaction fees. Can't figure out why it keeps happening.

                        Reporting this issue here after its being not taken care by Axis Bank Pune Branch East Street. Below are details for which issue is filed for:

                        Acc Name: Bees Home Collection
                        Acc Number: [protected]
                        Acc Type: Curent AccounAccount closing request made on:29.04.2015
                        Account cheque book and debit card submitted to bank on: 29.04.2015
                        Remainder account withdrawn as per bank request on: 29.04.2015 at branch ATM machine.
                        Handler name: Ravi Kant

                        So the issue is about non functioning of the branch in regards to termination procedure of the above mentioned account even after applying to close account on 29.04.2015. The bank staff even asked to withdraw the remaining amount at Branch ATM before submitting the debit card along with remaining cheque book. The date was 29.04.2015, and we were told account closure is done as there was no objection related to account and no dues.

                        Now nearly a year and half later client came to know that account was not closed, when client approached bank to check that a wrongly sent payment to this old account (by a client of the firm Bees Home Collection) and it did not bounce back to user like it happens in case of payment made to wrong account number. The bank staff, namely Rahul Deshmukh and Sushil Lunavat, informed proprietor Bees Home Collection that submit and letter with details and they would surely get the issue resolved within a couple of weeks as soon as demonetization rush was calmed down. the application attached to this complaint, which was given to bank on 12.11.2016

                        And after a month passed and still issue unresolved and the payment of INR 20000.00 not returned to concerned party, proprietor Bees Home Collection made various attempts to contact the bank branch over the issue and nothing happened. This was reported to Bank support email for which below pasted response was received.

                        Being know, that demonetization had been taking toll on all banking institutions for few months, proprietor of account did not rush to bank window everyday understanding importance of the demonetization over the petite issue of INR 20000.00

                        There was no response/updates from the bank for months and Bees Home Collection adjusted off the INR 20000.00 for the client in his next purchases as it did not want to lose a client which is hard to make, and bank staff does not understand this. There were few more approaches made towards the issue to bank branch and all in vain.

                        Please suggest how to proceed with a legal action against the Bank and its staff mentioned above for not resolving the issue. In times when India is preparing for bring up small entrepreneurs such banking issues will always hold them back.

                        I am writing this on behalf of the senior citizen lady (proprietor of the Bees Home Collection) whose all attempts made at branch went in vain. I will make sure that this money is refunded to her with all dues interests. Consumer cannot be held responsible for non/under performance of any Bank Staffer. With all payment documents (cheque books)and ATM cards submitted to bank what usage was the current account to anyone? Please explain this Axis Bank?

                        Also the video footage of the date mentioned was declined to be checked by bank branch the day when account closure and the last transaction that was done on Branch ATM as requested by Bank Staff. This would have cleared that the bank was at fault for which a senior citizen was being harassed by the Bank Authorities.

                          I want to complain against the head manager, ashish baandha, axis bank limited, jhalawar road, opposite to city mall, kota rajasthan.
                          Sir on[protected] at 9.45 am when i went to this branch wid my 14 yr old daughter and 5 yr old son to make their aadhar card, face very very very rude behavior of bank manager, he thetring me to see among my children.
                          I request to managment to take a strong step to such type of employee otherwise i will take a judiciary step towards this person asweel as bank managment.
                          One thing i wan to to tell thah i'm a customer of axis bank from last 10 yrs.

                              I seema bartwal am submitting the following few lines to your notice for favour of kind consideration.

                              I have a bank of baroda account whose debit card i
                              Operated at the axis bank atm on 16.11 on feb 18, 2019 at brij vihar ghaziabad up 201011 for with drawl of rs.2000/- amount. The transaction was declined due to some technical error on screen but the amount of rs.2000/- was deducted from my account with out receipt of cash whose message i received at 16:53

                              Hence it is requested to kindly arrange to correct the above transaction and transfer the amount of rs.2000/- to my account. You must have the logs of the atm located in this area 201011 up. I went as there was an error but after an hour i received a message of money deducted which is not even credited till now.

                              I am informing axis bank as the defaulter atm was of axis due to which i am suffering but i need my money back.

                                Just got a call from axis bank ([protected]) kodambakkam branch, named as dhanya, asking to accept the credit card which is life time validity and there i got a otp from axis bank for credit card acceptance.. And they asked for otp which i received in my registered mobile no. Unknowingly i said the otp, which i received and they asked for my mother name and said that too.. And they ended up with saying that i ll receive it within 2dys and requested to accept it.. Having doubt that it might be a fake call.. Please clarify it.

                                Hi Team,

                                I have credited my Account with 12000 Rs On 10th Feb. But when I am seeing my account main balance I am able to see only 11, 500. There is no information of 500rs. For what purpose it is deducted?

                                Please help in retaining this amount.

                                  Axis bank associates have done fraud with me in the name of personal loan.

                                  The associatives called me and offered loan with low ROI of 10.99% without any processing fee. After submitting my documents, they told me different ROI 11.25% because of pay values are low.

                                  However, while agreement time, they provided bond with 13.25% and when i called them for confirmation, they told me, you will get weiver off and ROI will become 11.50% once you signed on agreement. I believed in their false promise and i signed on agreement and provided bank cheques. Moreover they told me, you will receive a confirmation call but i haven't received any confirmation call.
                                  I got a mail for insurance confirmation. I confirmed saying no insurance required.

                                  Without my confirmation or verification call, they processed and disbursed a loan of 6 lacs with processing charges as well as ROI of 13.25% whatever available in agreement.

                                  Now I want to cancel my loan because of the false promises given by axis bank associatives. This is not at all acceptable.

                                  Please help on this.

                                    590 rs was deducted from my account.without any intimation.i have been calling to customer care since y.day one of the executive "NASEEM".she said we give me a call from escalation dept. i haven't received a single from team.
                                    pathetic response.even today i called to customer care, and call has been dropped. worst experience of customer care.i will go to your nodel officer at any cost. if the issue is not solved...
