My pf accounts kyc section is pending for approval so kindly approve my kyc details in pf section. I ts is very needfull on my side. My mother is hospitalized and sisters marriage is fixed. Kindly do the needfull.

    I like to participate in bank auction proposed date 13th march 2019 to purchase property in ruby gardens but the authorised officer has not shared any details to my friend who has visited branch and has given written request. As a buyer before purchasing property either from bank or any private real estate company he should check some basic documents like flow of title deed, the original owner of property and his right to sell etc. As per your bank policy you are not sharing any details to interested bidder and inviting us with public notice to put our self into troubles after purchasing property. Sir kindly note that is as where as it is means should not share property document details to interested bidder. We visited andhra bank and syndicate bank to know the details of auction property. They shared the document details after obtaining our letter of request but in your case why rbi has given separate instructions that the bidder has no right to obtain details before participating in auction or after paying 25 percent of bid amount. If you do not care about the bidder interest or concern at all why should we believe you are following loan norms and policies correctly.

      Hello,
      I have get instent loan on credit card. My monthly emi is 6585 including gst. I did 6400 rs of payment so remaining amount is 185 and for this amount axis bank deducted 690.43 + 124.28 (Gst) as debit interest on next bill cycle separately. What was calculation god knows.
      Please help me to get refund. If this not done then i will close my credit card and suggest friends to think before getting credit card of axis bank.

        Hi,

        I have an account with axis bank champapet branch. Never had issues with your services until last month. I have been regularly receiving calls from your employees for a loan. Not only from champapet branch but from various branches.

        Today an executive from ranigunj branch ([protected]) had called me and was trying to sell your product (Car loan). I don't usually expect these tele callers to be professional and had to ask her to verify the data before calling customers. I have been receiving calls regularly for the same product and have been requesting your tele callers to note that i wasn't interested in this product and requested them every time to make sure that they don't call back.

        Even after repeated reminders they keep calling me and today i had told your executive to make sure that they call customers only after verifying the date. I told her that i had resigned from the company as a director and have also mentioned it in the roc. She simply said that if you don't want to receive the calls you should change your phone number and i don't think your tele caller has a right to speak to me or tell me what to do. I had to be rude to her and immediately she started shouting at me. I didn't want to prolong this conversation and when i hung up the phone she called me again and started abusing me.

        I have sent the whole conversation after the phone call, over messages she kept abusing me. I have shared it with mohan and i am definitely not going to spare your tele caller and would want to know why these tele callers keep calling me when i have already have an rm designated. I receive calls from your branch and also from other branches at least once daily. Do you even understand our situation, 2 days back i receive a call from your bank they say there is no harm in taking a loan at 8.5%. When i don't need a loan why will i take a loan. I think this is some serious issue, either you take action on these people or i will proceed legally.

        Please make sure that all my accounts and all the products that i have purchased from you are immediately cancelled. I will make a settlement immediately and will not run around your branches to do this. Will make sure that required action is taken against the people who are involved in sharing the date which should have been only with your branch. I am definitely not taking it for granted this time. Check the messages she has sent to me, you people don't have a right to hurt us emotionally and you cannot take us for granted.

          I tried to recharge my bsnl mobile no [protected] for rs 364.00 but the amount debitted from my account but recharge was unsuccessfull. I got sms from axis bank for transaction as stated below. Please revert my amount to my account.

            Axis bank (Branch-golpark kolkata) has frozen my savings a/c without prior information and not allowing me to maintain minimum balance which is rs. 10, 000. At this moment, i am unable to visit their branch and they are deducting charges for insufficient balance. I called one employee in their branch and he is insisting me to visit their branch immediately to unfreeze my account. But when i am saying that it is not possible and waiver my charges or unfreeze my account, so that either i can maintain my balance or close my account, he is saying it is impossible without any logic.

              Axis bank is a thief and it's deducting so much of money from customers accounts. It's just having details as consolidated charges and it's not informing to customer before deducting.
              It should be intimated to the customers clearly about the charges which are going to deduct from their accounts, through msg, call. Without informing banks should not deduct. This shoould be apply to the banks as a law. Crores of money it's stealing from customer by taking the money amount combinations between 10 to 200 rs. If bank deducted 49 rs from 1 lac customers, it would be 49 lacs. But see, all over india, how many customers it has and how many crores it's collecting without intimations. It's only below 50 rupees to us. But to bank, it's the matter of crores even 10rs from 1 crore customers.

                I have salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I went to branch, surrender my card checkbook etc in 2015-16.

                Now when i try to open zero balance account & find some problem while opening account then i call customer care and find my account is not closed & balance is 1955 in negative.
                How can this possible.
                As per rbi guidelines bank can not charge my account after o balance. April 2015 is the last transition month in this account. Now it is 2019. As per the conversation with axis customer care the funny thing come to know is that debit card is expired & they delivered the new one to unknown person.

                This act of cheating is not acceptable.
                Rbi please take action against it.

                Yesterday I get a call from Tilak Nagar, Jaipur branch where my account ([protected]) is. They told me that you have a Demat account that's why your account did not closed by us. That means they accept that I did raise a account close request And not closed due to Demat account, however they don't intimate me about it otherwise I also close it.
                One more thing, I don't know about Demat account, I think sales person did open this account without my knowledge. It is not a good thing. You can see that I don't use this account because I don't know how to use it & I don't need it.
                Why you don't hold/close it when you see account is in negative?
                Kindly waive off this change & close the account because it is not my fault.

                  Hi i have take credit card from axis banking on 10/11/2012. Where as there were miss payments letter on i have paid whole amount 33454 to bank to close it on 29/02/2016. But still its reflecting under my cibil score as bank didnt provided noc letter yet. When i have contacted bank team they said 59 rs is pending i have paid that too then took help from credit mantri they said 3800 rs need to pay i have paid that but still its reflecting in cibil due to which i am unable to take loan. I need someone to look into this and help me to get my noc letter and should update the same in my cibil too. My credit card details mentioned below :-

I had many of transactions done by this bhim axis pay upi application now after few months i want to check my all transactions including remarks field...                             Sir i write this letter to axis bank on dec 2017 when my accounts has positive balance. When i ask them y my account is still active. They told me that i[censored] don't use ur account more than six month it will be automatically deactivate. But still my account is activated. What to do i don't know.                               I had Axis CC in 2007 stopped using 2009. Charges went on going higher. Later in 2018 received a call from collection agency stating to pay 44033 towards full and final closure of the acount & also will remark as closed on Cibil, I have the letter also for the same. Made a payment of 44033 on July 2018, I have a payment receipt also for the same. Neither did I receive any NDC Letter from Bank nor its been closed on CIBIL, When emailed CIBIL for the same, I receive a email stating that Its pending from Credit Institution Please contact Axis Bank.

                                I opened a account in axis bank lucknow nd they deduct 1770 inr for demat account without my permission even i dont have any knowledge about demat or trading this type of cheating is not excpetable from the axis bank. Pleas refund my money as soon as possible otherwise i switch my account to another bank the gentleman who work over there they inforce me to invest me in trading or took much expensive plan.

                                  Since last 1 year, axis bank is trying to fool me, without any proper response, in my credit card 2 payment was showing which was not made, so filed a compliant, and got a reply from customer care person last year that pls make the rest payment and we will solve the issue in days to come and sent you a new updated statement, but it was never resolved and now they have added 40, 000 of interest on the same and sent me a bill for payment, even i filed complaints almost 50 times to solve the issue, always went unanswered, infact last moth someone from management of branch called and told to help me for the same, and asked to to make minimum payment of 1000, on the basis of a settlement letter, i made the same, and the final settlement is not yet made from there end, would never recommend anyone to axis bank - bank with afke people making fake promises, nodal officer is also not responding.

                                    Sir, i was in your bank branch bihar sharif whose ifsc code utib0000873 today i gone here for kyc in this branch, then i was very badly treated, those who were doing this were sitting at the counter number 2 but the ladies clerk who was sitting at counter number 1 she treated me very nicely i am very happy with that but you should take strict action against him who use to seat on counter number 2
                                    So, i have to file a complaint against this attitude, thank you

                                        I had purchased mobiles using my credit card after converting into emi scheme and successfully received sms and mail confirmation for the same. Even then the bank has taken full amount of mobile including the interest charges calculated for 6 or 12 months. I had sent mails to their nodal officer and requested to solve the issue, but they have not given a satisfactory reply in spite of my repeated mails requests at many a times. Finally and in the last mail, i made it clear mail itself that i will not make any payment until the bank resolve my genuine complaint.

                                        The bank has failed to send a proper reply so far, hence this complaint lodged here in this forum with a requested to sort a solution to my genuine complaint.
