    I have a HUF account with axis bank and they keep sending emails and messages asking me to visit branch and do the needful. I have done several times the same and still they keep sending and are threatening to freeze the account. Basic issue is they or their software does not understand that IT dept is giving[protected] and they keep writing such emails. Every time I am asked to submit docs again and this happens regularly for several months now

      The amount 4756.8 is debited from axis bank savings account during a purchase a railway e ticket for SECUNDERABAD to Tirupati on 23 September 2022 from irctc.co.in portal. But the booking transaction id :[protected] failed. As per my axis bank, the transaction details: inb/[protected]]/paytm mobile soluton pvt. Please refund the same amount to the same a/c from where that amount has been debited.

        I'm having salary account with axis bank from last 2 years. I have never maintained a minimum balance as it is a salary account. I have changed my job 2 months back and still getting salary in same axis bank account. Than why it is showing -2990 rs. Balance in my account. I need answer from you guys why did you charge this amount from my account.

          There was a due of ₹35962 in July of my axis bank Flipkart credit card and I have paid the amount on[protected] and the due was ₹0 and blocked that immediately but on 13/14th august I got a message that I have a due of ₹82.51 and I paid that on 03/04th September but again on 14th/15th September I got a message of Rs.82.51 is pending on your credit..
          And I paida that on 19th September so that I couldn’t get reflected on October month that this much amount is pending.

          I don’t know how you all run the bank and how you are sending these bills again and again.
          Single penny matters for a family like us, in each and every mid of the month you are sending me the bills.

          But this time I warn you all, if I got this time your message for sure I am gonna file a case against your bank and this time I am having a proof of each and every transaction and messages.

                  I am writing this second time on this platform, I am getting spam calls from axis bank regarding credit cards and personal loans 5-6 times a day which I am not interested in. Do your work who needs loan not who are not interested. Worst bank I have not seen these type of calls from any bank. do not make calls and do not disturb me If I need a loan I will contact to you. You have only work to make money from account holders by spamming them but I have lot of work to do.

                      My credit card has been blocked at mastercard secure code merchant while doing online payment, it says incorrect details entered, but everything was correct.
                      I am unable to use my credit card .
                      It says to unblock send OPN 4digit credit card to 5676798 but its not working
                      I called axis customer care but they dont have a clue and said everything is fine,

                            I have savings account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i never used that account and i am went out of state for working. I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. I received every time message as your account balance is zero and now also came like that. Now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance sum of -7068.56. I shown my messages they given zero balance. They are told that is our business policy. My friend told that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                            This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks

                                  Mene axis bank ka credit card apply kara tha . Wo document collect ka status ara tha lekin mere pass koi bhi banda collect kerne ke liye nhi aya . Aur automatic mera card banke taiyar hogya aur agle weak me flipkart ke option ne card no. Show hone laga. Uske kuch din bad card delivery ke liye aya hoga lekin wo delivered nhi ho paya . Jab card mujhe mila nhi . Na wo activate hua na uska pin bna to me fees aur badhte hue charges pay kiyu karun . Axis bank wale bol rahe hai ki pay kerna hoga.
                                  Lekin RBI Ki guidelines ke khilaf hai jab tab mera card delivered + activate nhi ho jata jab tab me koi bhi charge nhi pay ker sakta yeh law hai . Aur mera yeh log cibil bhi khrab ker rahe hai … dear sir ap say guzarish h ki mere card ka charge hta ke delivered kren werna band kare aur mera cibil khrab na ho … thanks

                                      Axis Bank has issued a credit card to me but it has showing as invalid details on card to activate and unable to create pin number but bank has charged annual fees, during card issue they have clearly said that the card is lifetime free, there will not be any annual or maintenance fee for life time.

                                        Credit card application rejected with no reason mentioned

                                        I got the pre-approved offer for Credit card
                                        On[protected], I had applied for AXIS BANK My Zone Credit Card with having CIBIL Score of 766 and Credit card holder of SBI, HDFC, ICICI and IndusInd bank (Attached Proof).

                                        And on[protected] Axis bank sends me email stating that my application was rejected stating internal policy. This kind of activity will degrade my CIBIL Score as well as CIBIL report.
