Suddenly I saw a message on my phone that some money is debited from my account even though I haven't done or approved any transactions.

I want this money to be refunded and no such unauthorised debits to happen in future. This is creating a thought of not trusting Axis Bank for my savings because I won't have seen this message my money would keep on debiting without my approvals.

Request you to resolve this ASAP.

      I got approved for the Flipkart axis Bank credit card ... My net salary is 41000 per month .. i informed the same .. when i got a call from customer care representative they told me the approved me for 2 times my net salary but now thy have give the credit limit only half of the limit .. earlier i informed them if i m getting a credit card i don't want a less limit ... Now without my knowledge the approved n charging annual fee n joining fee ... N moreover i m calling customer care for closing the account but no proper response... Even i[censored]h good salary n good civil .. is worst to go for this company

        About credit card bill

        Sir the axis bank recovery agent from delhi harrassing us physically, mentally and socially.we have don't use our credit card since last three years and we have paid the amount that bank told us and then they call us and said we have blocked the card can you want to unblock we said no but now some person from delhi name Rahul call from our village panchayat as well as our home and tell them that 70 percent of our card limit has been used...

        Hi

        i have moved my axis bank cc to legal and my advocate is taking care of that case. I have sent intitmation mail and preferred contact location to nodal officers of axis bank, chennai region with the advice of advocate.

        But, local collection agents, spoke not understand these concepts, even kodambakkam cc branch peoples not ready to understand or accept the legal thing.

        Do whether they knew about legal or not? or axis bank not under control or rbi?

        a lady told name jayashree[protected] from axis cc called my wife and shhotuted very badly like pawn broker.

        They are calling from multiple numbers and torturing that too after 1700 hours.

        Why dont axis bank peoples not understand the legal thing.

        These RECOVERY AGENTS torturing my father very much by using illegal words. Axis bank Targetting Senior Citizens to torture more. because of that he gets hospitalized and hence I am updated after 2 days. Screenshots attached.

          This is Srinivasan and my registered email id – srinivasan.[protected]@gmail.com.I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount Rs. 258000.

          This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and I lost my job as well, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

          I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

          I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

              My new credit card was supposed to be delivered on 18th sept and when I track courier from bluedart it shows it returned back to the bank. Blue dart cannot deliver this item. When I contact bank they said courier is already dispatched and it will be delivered with in 10 days. I can't contact bluedart and they said contact to bank and bank said it will be delivered soon. When bluedart already returned this courier so how can it will be delivere.

                I have a credit card no.[protected], it can, t login or register, ..i recived this befor 3 months back ..contact customer care no.several times, but lost 300 ₹ as phone call charge...no reply or solution..I recieved the bill shows joining charge and paid by me..either closed or activate this card at the earliest...

                    I have a HUF account with axis bank and they keep sending emails and messages asking me to visit branch and do the needful. I have done several times the same and still they keep sending and are threatening to freeze the account. Basic issue is they or their software does not understand that IT dept is giving[protected] and they keep writing such emails. Every time I am asked to submit docs again and this happens regularly for several months now

                      The amount 4756.8 is debited from axis bank savings account during a purchase a railway e ticket for SECUNDERABAD to Tirupati on 23 September 2022 from irctc.co.in portal. But the booking transaction id :[protected] failed. As per my axis bank, the transaction details: inb/[protected]]/paytm mobile soluton pvt. Please refund the same amount to the same a/c from where that amount has been debited.

                        I'm having salary account with axis bank from last 2 years. I have never maintained a minimum balance as it is a salary account. I have changed my job 2 months back and still getting salary in same axis bank account. Than why it is showing -2990 rs. Balance in my account.                           There was a due of ₹35962 in July of my axis bank Flipkart credit card and I have paid the amount on[protected] and the due was ₹0 and blocked that immediately but on 13/14th august I got a message that I have a due of ₹82.51 and I paid that on 03/04th September but again on 14th/15th September I got a message of Rs.82.51 is pending on your credit..
                          And I paida that on 19th September so that I couldn’t get reflected on October month that this much amount is pending.

                          I don’t know how you all run the bank and how you are sending these bills again and again.
                          Single penny matters for a family like us, in each and every mid of the month you are sending me the bills.

                          But this time I warn you all, if I got this time your message for sure I am gonna file a case against your bank and this time I am having a proof of each and every transaction and messages.

                                  Dear Axis bank,

                                  I am writing this second time on this platform, I am getting spam calls from axis bank regarding credit cards and personal loans 5-6 times a day which I am not interested in. Do your work who needs loan not who are not interested. Worst bank I have not seen these type of calls from any bank. do not make calls and do not disturb me If I need a loan I will contact to you. You have only work to make money from account holders by spamming them but I have lot of work to do.

                                      My credit card has been blocked at mastercard secure code merchant while doing online payment, it says incorrect details entered, but everything was correct.
                                      I am unable to use my credit card .
                                      It says to unblock send OPN 4digit credit card to 5676798 but its not working
                                      I called axis customer care but they dont have a clue and said everything is fine,
                                      Please help
