I have an axis account since past 3 years as a salary account. I have left the job for some problem and i was not able to maintained the minimum balance. Now axis has deducted 4000 as consolidate charges. This is really not acceptable to deduct this much amount. And axis bank employee are not helpful at all. I went to nearby bank and i inform that my card is not working they said they that could be atm machine. They could have informed about everything but not. I need a reverse back in my account.

    Dear axis bank,

    Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted rs 354 as card annual charges from my account and consolidated charges of 1655 (Including gst tax) at 2am mid night on sunday.
    I thought to transfer some amount to crpf wives welfare association. But how can we if our bank itself are looting in different different way. They are looting us indirectly in the name services.

    I believe it can be solve soon.

      I have a salary account from last 8 months. And it has no minimum balance criteria. Suddenly the bank debited my account by re 1500 as consolidated charges. This amount is huge. Please refund my money.. Please give me the feedback soon. The bank don't give us any information about their charges, suddenly they debited a huge money from our account and it's a very bad manner i think.

          Hi, i have salary account. For past few months from my account money is deducted for consolidated charges and leaves my account with zero balance. Every month 200 to 800 rupees deducted as consolidated charges with gst. Evey middle of the month it's happening with out any detailed information. I need the valid reason with explanation for what it was deducted and refund me.

            Right now i am feeling so sad as a customer of axis bank..
            Tonight i got a msg from the bank that ur account has been debited by 3000 rs, which is a very huge amt for mebefore
            Before this i had 29800 rs in my act but now i have only 26600 rs in my acc..
            As i got this amt by the mean of scholarship to submit the fee but now i am short with 3000 rs for fee submision..

                    Saying that it's for debit & credit card enquiry, so i asked them to increase my credit card limit then they started processing
                    Then they asked me card no., it's expiry date, and said rs 8400/-will going to be credited, and they asked me for otp,
                    It's my mistake too without checking i gave them otp and my amount got deducted rs21500/-,

                    Immediate i tried calling on costumer service but it's not connected..
                    Please help me get back my money..

                      I run a small business and in 2016 i opened a current account in axis bank, but at that time due to some issue with transaction in this account i had to open a savings account and transferred the whole amount from the current account to the savings account as advised by the branch staff. They told me the current account is closed and now i can operate from the savings account. But after someday i started receiving message regarding negative balance. Then when approached to the branch they told me please ignore this kind of messages it will stop coming after few days. Then after few days i again approached the bank and submitted all the documents. But the message regarding negative balance is not stop yet and the negative balance keep on increasing day by day. Now in recent time when i visited the branch again they are saying that if you want to close the account please deposit the money. Or wait for few days it will be closed. They asked me who advised you, the branch manager, the staffs keep on changing in this banks how i will find that staff??

                        According to the past statement given by me. Again axis bank credit card people have charged excess interest fees of rs 430.98 & gst fees in this month. I have paid the month minumum payment due before the specified time paid on : 16 jan itself, last payment due was rs 02 feb 2019. I have payed it on time before the last date.
                        If i am able to contact them they are not responding properly. I am not able to close the credit card account because of the unessecary fees.
                        Please credit me all the uncessary amount debited from axis bank.

                          I want to check about a transaction id processed on mid of jan 2019 by purplle.com for refund amount in my axis bank debit card. And also another refund by paytm for my ticket cancellation on feb 5th 2019. I haven't got my refund yet for both the refunds.
                          Axis bank toll free numbers are not connected. Emergency helpline numbers also not connected to talk with their executives, only pre-recorded call. No proper mail ids
                          Kindly help.

                              Rs 1062 deducted stating debit card charges - 3 times in a year.
                              Even raising complaint, no use, had kept the useless employees, those who cant even address the issue well. Even had chased so many times, without getting proper update, they keep on giving bluff after, taking 3-4 months even to just bluff some nonsence without evidence.

                              These bank doesn't even bother to investigate any issues happened from their end, and just give a lot of pain to the customers itself.

                              My advise to people is don't open account with this bank, if you already have just keep checking your account for any unnessarly charges and if you could close and choose a better bank would be good, with service and worth.

                              Same issue has been faced by some of my friends aswell, and we all are considering closing account with them, since they have no intension of resolving the issue anytime.

                                I am A.Radhakrishnan, ( Cell No : [protected] ), I applied for opening Account in your MOONGILPADI VIL TN - Axis Bank on 14.01.2019, immediately your staff informed me as my A/C No is [protected] opened and deposit intitial amount in my A/C[protected], So, I immediately paid Rs 3500 in cash counter.
                                But still day ( 15.02.2019 ) the a/c no : [protected] is not activated. I contacted and went your Moongilpadi branch many times and I also contacted your costomer number [protected] two times, no response to activate my a/c no : [protected] still now .
                                I also want to inform you to your bank staff verified all documents and spot verification ( In my Residece ) completed, but my a/c is not activated still ( 15.02.2019 )
                                So, I kindly request you to activate my a/c immediately.

                                  My axis bank a/c [protected] has been on debit freeze since 31st jan 2019. It has been more than 2 weeks i have been running through the axis bank branch in koramangala, bangalore to remove the freeze. While talking on the phone with the branch my a/c was associated to they first told my debit card was blocked and kindly contact nearby branch and issue a new debit card.                                   I am mrs nisha surve. I have open a asap saving account jan 2018. On 22nd jan 2019, my house was stolen & i have fir copy also. As my salary credited to the same account on 05th feb 2019, i went to seawoods navi mumbai branch on 06th feb 2019 to withdraw amount but branch person said you couldn't withdraw money as you didn't have cheque book i don't understand if i had not applied for cheque book then how can i give them cheque. On next day 07th feb 2019, i went to home branch chunabhatti & requested them to close my account & give my money back to me but they said u have not done physical kyc hence i gave request to update kyc which got closed on yesterday 14th feb 2019, submitted the closure request post that branch person informed to collect your closure dd on tomorrow 15th feb 2019. When i called branch to update status they again said that you have been done rs1000/- fd so first close it then we will try for closure of account. I don't understand why i can't withdraw my money when i am giving a id proof. Really disgusting, a worst service ever i see.

                                    Axis bank have very responsive approach when opening loan. Byt it will be totally opposite when we are closing the loan. We had called customer care N number of times for same request starting from loan foreclosure application till the dispatch of the document. Loan centre in pune gave us different information when we submitted the loan closure cheque. What ever information given in loan centre is not accepted by customer care executive and different time different executive will attend your call and everytime the new executive will not accept the information given by old executive. In my whole exp we came to conclusion tht, they dont have any proper policy to deal the customer, who is willing to close the loan. We have paid 16lac as interest to axis, but the approach or the procedure to get our documents will realy rise ur stress. They dont bother about the customer who is closing the account.
                                    Our suggestion is please dont opt axis bank

                                      I could pay this month credit card bill, i already told the agent who called me that i will pay the whole amount and close the credit card by the end of the month. But a women is calling me daily on an hourly bases and her attitude was horrible/ rude accent/her careless attitude and she was questioning me what will i do with my salary and her approach toward me is "u know how to use the amount don't you know to pay it" such filthy women she is and i don't know how axis bank will recruit this kind of employees.
                                      This is shame to axis bank
                                      Her location is ranigung (Hyderabad)
                                      So is there anyone who takes care of this kind of women who don/t know how to handle customers
