Hi,
I had fradulent transactions happened on my axis bank account without my concern or otp as below

    Rs 1062 deducted stating debit card charges - 3 times in a year.
    Even raising complaint, no use, had kept the useless employees, those who cant even address the issue well. Even had chased so many times, without getting proper update, they keep on giving bluff after, taking 3-4 months even to just bluff some nonsence without evidence.

    These bank doesn't even bother to investigate any issues happened from their end, and just give a lot of pain to the customers itself.

    My advise to people is don't open account with this bank, if you already have just keep checking your account for any unnessarly charges and if you could close and choose a better bank would be good, with service and worth.

    Same issue has been faced by some of my friends aswell, and we all are considering closing account with them, since they have no intension of resolving the issue anytime.

      Sir,
      I am A.Radhakrishnan, ( Cell No : [protected] ), I applied for opening Account in your MOONGILPADI VIL TN - Axis Bank on 14.01.2019, immediately your staff informed me as my A/C No is [protected] opened and deposit intitial amount in my A/C[protected], So, I immediately paid Rs 3500 in cash counter.
      But still day ( 15.02.2019 ) the a/c no : [protected] is not activated. I contacted and went your Moongilpadi branch many times and I also contacted your costomer number [protected] two times, no response to activate my a/c no : [protected] still now .
      I also want to inform you to your bank staff verified all documents and spot verification ( In my Residece ) completed, but my a/c is not activated still ( 15.02.2019 )
      So, I kindly request you to activate my a/c immediately.

        debit freeze on ac 912010003085452

        My axis bank a/c [protected] has been on debit freeze since 31st jan 2019. It has been more than 2 weeks i have been running through the axis bank branch in koramangala, bangalore to remove the freeze. While talking on the phone with the branch my a/c was associated to they first told my debit card was blocked and kindly contact nearby branch and issue a new debit card. I did the same but i was not able to do the transaction. I again...

        I am mrs nisha surve. I have open a asap saving account jan 2018. On 22nd jan 2019, my house was stolen & i have fir copy also. As my salary credited to the same account on 05th feb 2019, i went to seawoods navi mumbai branch on 06th feb 2019 to withdraw amount but branch person said you couldn't withdraw money as you didn't have cheque book i don't understand if i had not applied for cheque book then how can i give them cheque. On next day 07th feb 2019, i went to home branch chunabhatti & requested them to close my account & give my money back to me but they said u have not done physical kyc hence i gave request to update kyc which got closed on yesterday 14th feb 2019, submitted the closure request post that branch person informed to collect your closure dd on tomorrow 15th feb 2019. When i called branch to update status they again said that you have been done rs1000/- fd so first close it then we will try for closure of account. I don't understand why i can't withdraw my money when i am giving a id proof. Really disgusting, a worst service ever i see.

          Axis bank have very responsive approach when opening loan. Byt it will be totally opposite when we are closing the loan. We had called customer care N number of times for same request starting from loan foreclosure application till the dispatch of the document. Loan centre in pune gave us different information when we submitted the loan closure cheque. What ever information given in loan centre is not accepted by customer care executive and different time different executive will attend your call and everytime the new executive will not accept the information given by old executive. In my whole exp we came to conclusion tht, they dont have any proper policy to deal the customer, who is willing to close the loan. We have paid 16lac as interest to axis, but the approach or the procedure to get our documents will realy rise ur stress. They dont bother about the customer who is closing the account.
          Our suggestion is please dont opt axis bank

            I could pay this month credit card bill, i already told the agent who called me that i will pay the whole amount and close the credit card by the end of the month. But a women is calling me daily on an hourly bases and her attitude was horrible/ rude accent/her careless attitude and she was questioning me what will i do with my salary and her approach toward me is "u know how to use the amount don't you know to pay it" such filthy women she is and i don't know how axis bank will recruit this kind of employees.
            This is shame to axis bank
            Her location is ranigung (Hyderabad)
            So is there anyone who takes care of this kind of women who don/t know how to handle customers

              I want to reassure about one transaction id processed on 6th feb 2019 by flipkart for refund amount in my axis bank credit card. Because it is not reflected in statement.
              Axis bank toll free numbers are not connected.
              Emergency helpline numbers also not connected to talk with their executives, only pre-recorded call.
              No email id provided by axis bank for customer complaint resolution.

                The debit card which i am not using. And the chip card which got replaced to me. And the axis department itself send sms also to me that my earlier card is going to be blocked. Replace immediately with the new chip card. They charged rs:177.in january.2019. I have ask for refund but they giving me excuses help me out with my refund. Immediately to my account.

                  Hi,

                  Axis bank detected rs. 29.99 on 14th february 2019 towards tips/scg/pos/ without any intimation or sms alert even they are deducting 15 rs as sms alert charges from my account.in spite of having salary account you guys charging. If the amount refunded, i will switch to other bank where they don't charge unnecessarily. I never charged with this kind of name in other bank of mine.

                  Hi Team,

                  This is with reference to the loan “Account Number – PPR[protected] “ that I taken under the customer id “[protected]”.

                  I have taken a PL from Axis Bank during the month of Dec 2018. My first 1st EMI was auto debited for the month of Jan 2019. For the month of Feb 2019 the EMI was not debited from my account, I thought the delay is from the bank side and it might happen in someday. Till date I am having the enough fund in my account.

                  On 7th Feb 2019 I got a call from the collection team and says that ECS did not happen. Also, he says that it will take 45 bank working days to activate the ECS process. He also says that if I required he will arrange a person to collect the cash. I told him that I will not give cash to an unknown person and requested him to send a mail from the Axis bank email id with all the things that he had mentioned me over phone. Meanwhile he also gave the loan account number, I have registered the same in my Hdfc account. I didn’t do the NEFT payment because I don’t have hard copy or soft copy of my loan account with me to verify the same.

                  Next day again I get a call from another executive from the collection team and again the same story started. Post which I called to the customer care number and found out the reason on why the ECS did happen, they said that because of signature miss-match the ECS did not happen. I got the entire information from them to sort out this issue, and I told to them that I will visit the bank on Monday (11 Feb 2019) and do the necessary things.

                  Also, I got the loan account number and other details which related to my loan. I have cross checked the amount that I got the collection with the details that I got from the customer support team, post verifying the same I have initiated the NEFT payment, but then the transaction was not success. I got a message saying that the amount has been returned with the reject reason as Account Does Not Exist.

                  Again on Saturday I got a call from the collection team and I have explained the entire things to them.

                  In spite of doing all these things again I got a call from the collection on Sunday as well. Is this legally correct to disturb the customer on Sunday also! Again I explain to the person who called me on Sunday also.

                  Monday I went to bank and did all necessary changes, while I was in the bank I got a call from the collection department. I told to them that I am in Axis bank to solve this issue, also I told that I have given cheque and shared the SR number as well.

                  Even after that I got a call on Monday afternoon. This is totally bad, I told the entire story to the executive and she said that she will update in their record and assured that I will not get call further.

                  On top of everything thing I received call from the collection team on Tuesday (12th Feb 2019) also. Post which I called to customer care and told the entire story, they says that it will take 7 working days for the payment to get reflect till then I will get a call from the collection department.

                  Yesterday also I received call from the collection team.

                  Do you people think that if some takes loan from the bank is your slaves. You can torcher the customer like anything.

                  I have lot more to type but I don’t want to increase my BP by recalling all stupid things that was done the collection team.

                  BTW, I am not a fraud to not repay my loan. You should profile the customer and act accordingly.

                    I have not received a call from axis bank. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis bank credit card ending with 7543. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1649 for the same.
                    Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1649.

                      We deposited the company amount rs.1, 11, 400 through cdmi using cdm card. At that time of deposit no receipt available in that machine. Next day we check bank, bank person told cash not credited and we give the complaint letter. Bank person told within 1 week cash credited in your account. Whenever we go to bank they told come after 1 week. But till now cash not credited and the problem also not solved. Pls check and solve.

                        I’m unable to use axis mobile application, it’s been over a month now. While logging in it keeps saying “ your registration has been terminated, please contact nearest branch. I have contacted my home branch but they are saying they can’t do anything to resolve this issue. Also i’ve tried contacting other branches in different areas but they have no clue on how to solve this.

                            Hi, I could not able to transfer money to my account. Account status is showing as CREDIT FROZEN. What needs to be done. Is there any way to do reKYC online.?

                            It would be helpful if you guys inform priorly about this and guide the users to do the necessary steps. I spent some time on this, but I couldn't get the resolution to my concern?

                            I have my salary account in axis bank. I have been using this account for 5+years. Last year (2018) they froze my account mentioning that its in negative balance and i had to run through various branches here in hyderabad to get that sorted, i didnt have access to my hard earned money for 15 days.

                            This year, to my surprise, they did it again. My account was frozen by the loans department. I went to the axis bank madhapur branch. They said that as my mother branch is anna nagar chennai, they can only forward my request. So i have filled in the forms and they forwarded my request.

                            Next day (3rd feb 2019) my account was unfreezed. However imagine my surprise when they froze the account back again on 5th feb 2019. I went to the branch again to find out what happened, they wrote an email to the operations head at anna nagar branch,

                            The response i got was

                            Dear sir

                            Your account is frozen due to npa freeze, kindly take this up with the loans department.

                            There is no contact information, no additional details. I followed up on the mail trail twice, but there was no response.

                            No one from axis bank has ever contacted me prior to freezing my account on both occasions. I need this to be fixed as this is my salary account.

                              Without my knowledge ecpp assistance charges 1649/- from my axis bank credit card. It is criminal activities are done by ecpp assistance

                              Sir/madam, i have purchased credit card from axis bank. I have received message from ecpp assistance for your credit card account debited 1, 649/- by ecpp assistance. Without my permission one assist charged 1649/- from my credit card account after that i have called one assist complaint number for cancellation of my insurance policy and refund the amount there is no response from one assist kindly cancel the policy and refund the amount ecpp assistance service.

                              Ecpp service assistant call me for this service i refuged for this still deducted rs.1699. From my credit card without permission what going on this is totally unfair i called on toll free number and told them all. But still i have not received any sms regarding complaint
                              I just want to stop this service and refund that money ..kindly take a action on this

                                cibil masking amount issue

                                Previously had axis bank credit card [protected]. I was not able to pay one of the cc payment due to i am hospitalized at that time. Later i had a talk with the axis bank executive and they have wavied the interest partially and i paid the remaining amt. Bt they havnt updated the wavied part on their side and later i kept the cc ideally for many years. Also the abnk havent intimated any outstanding statement to me. I found the cibil...

                                Last year in august month, i opened axis asap account. Even my credit limit not reached two lakhs also. But, suddenly my account got freezed. Again i submitted my kyc at branch in a bangalore. But i submitted all kyc with form and photo two weeks back but still they no response from bank side. Kindly suggest any one, how to move further to clear out this issue.
