I’m unable to use axis mobile application, it’s been over a month now. While logging in it keeps saying “ your registration has been terminated, please contact nearest branch. I have contacted my home branch but they are saying they can’t do anything to resolve this issue. Also i’ve tried contacting other branches in different areas but they have no clue on how to solve this.

      account status is credit frozen

      Hi, I could not able to transfer money to my account. Account status is showing as CREDIT FROZEN. What needs to be done. Is there any way to do reKYC online.?

      It would be helpful if you guys inform priorly about this and guide the users to do the necessary steps. I spent some time on this, but I couldn't get the resolution to my concern?

      I have my salary account in axis bank. I have been using this account for 5+years. Last year (2018) they froze my account mentioning that its in negative balance and i had to run through various branches here in hyderabad to get that sorted, i didnt have access to my hard earned money for 15 days.

      This year, to my surprise, they did it again. My account was frozen by the loans department. I went to the axis bank madhapur branch. They said that as my mother branch is anna nagar chennai, they can only forward my request. So i have filled in the forms and they forwarded my request.

      Next day (3rd feb 2019) my account was unfreezed. However imagine my surprise when they froze the account back again on 5th feb 2019. I went to the branch again to find out what happened, they wrote an email to the operations head at anna nagar branch,

      The response i got was

      Dear sir

      Your account is frozen due to npa freeze, kindly take this up with the loans department.

      There is no contact information, no additional details. I followed up on the mail trail twice, but there was no response.

      No one from axis bank has ever contacted me prior to freezing my account on both occasions. I need this to be fixed as this is my salary account.

        Without my knowledge ecpp assistance charges 1649/- from my axis bank credit card. It is criminal activities are done by ecpp assistance

        Sir/madam, i have purchased credit card from axis bank. I have received message from ecpp assistance for your credit card account debited 1, 649/- by ecpp assistance. Without my permission one assist charged 1649/- from my credit card account after that i have called one assist complaint number for cancellation of my insurance policy and refund the amount there is no response from one assist kindly cancel the policy and refund the amount ecpp assistance service.

        Ecpp service assistant call me for this service i refuged for this still deducted rs.1699. From my credit card without permission what going on this is totally unfair i called on toll free number and told them all. But still i have not received any sms regarding complaint

          Previously had axis bank credit card [protected]. I was not able to pay one of the cc payment due to i am hospitalized at that time. Later i had a talk with the axis bank executive and they have wavied the interest partially and i paid the remaining amt.           Last year in august month, i opened axis asap account. Even my credit limit not reached two lakhs also. But, suddenly my account got freezed. Again i submitted my kyc at branch in a bangalore. But i submitted all kyc with form and photo two weeks back but still they no response from bank side.                 I supposed withdraw an amount of Rs.9900 But ATM scrren displays insufficient balance. But the statement states 9900 was withdrawn (I didn't get a debit message)

                Can i get that amount reversed to my account?

                SBI bank said we follow ATM comments.

                  my account is showing beneficiary account is frozen.

                  My name is neha and my axis a/c no is [protected]. It is my new salary account. I am trying to do transaction from my axis mobile application or weather trying to do any online transaction it is not accepting the payment and all the time it is declining the transaction giving the same message "transaction has failed because beneficiary account is frozen".

                  It was my first experience with axis bank and it is very disappointing....

                  Sir on 07.02.18 for me salary is credit in my account on axis bank saving account [protected] is my account number contact number [protected].in this account same day using upi app my one lakhs money is transfer to some one. That is 25000/- of four times it happen. On same day i complaint in raipur (Shankar nager) branch axis bank.

                  On same day in my another account in state bank of india 1000/- two times on 07.02.19. Another day 1000/- four times on 08.02.19 total 6000/- in state bank of india.

                  Total 106000 one lakhs six thousand is some one taken in my account by using upi app. Please help us.

                        Can you help me understanding why my amount got deducted by 118 rupees mentioning sign. Verf. Charges. There was mo call from bank as well related to this transaction. Can someone let me know what is this and whether this are fake transaction.

Please resolved problem asap and refund the money need full.. Disappointed from this...

                              I syed hur raza shafi account holder of acis bank have been paying the previous loans to axis bank gachibowli branch and was continuously getting calls to take a new loan. I was commited to get the emi next month but now i am being asked to pay the emi within two days. Bank is no more receiving the calls. I even have the recording regarding the conversation with the bank authorities. I am really disappointed by this fraud techniques and unpleasant behaviour.                                   Sir, i, samir chowdhury lives at habibpur of nadia in west bengal. Sir, i am complaining against a banking agency who called me few months ago for an interview of banking job. They took my interview and select me by filling up an application form. Then they told that they will sent the joint letter for which i have to pay rupees 10200 as a security money. But i was unable to afford this amount. Still i gave them rupees 5500 lastly. Till now i have'nt received the joint letter. And the people of this banking sector has kept their phone either switched off or forwarded their number for last 2 months and they behaved very rudely with me.in this condition i want the job as soon as possible and want to get refund my money.
