I, swasti mnila sinha, a saving account holder at axis bank, bokaro branch, near naya mode. My ac/ no is*86873. My customer id is[protected]. On 18 jan 2018, rs 885 was deducted from my account as debit card charges of my previous card. My card was expired in september 2018 and the amount is deducted now, without any clarification previously. On query with customer care, they said my account is savings ac/ and my card was priority card, so they deducted money.
I had not opted for priority debit card, neither had any information regarding the charges levied on debit card.
I was priority customer few years back. Unknowingly they transferred me to savings account customer. Also no one told me about the difference between the saving and priority debit card charges.
I have been a sincere customer of your bank, having account for more than 10 years.
