I bought agricultural loan before 2 year in our axis bank, pattukkottai branch. Last year the date 15/11/2018, due to gaja cyclone i lost all my property include home also.in my all property are insured, now i want to claim the corp insurance, regarding this i ask our branch officers they are not responding, so i want to bring this to your attention and i am requesting you to let me know about the procedures to claim my crop insurance..

    I syed hur raza shafi account holder of acis bank have been paying the previous loans to axis bank gachibowli branch and was continuously getting calls to take a new loan. I was commited to get the emi next month but now i am being asked to pay the emi within two days. Bank is no more receiving the calls. I even have the recording regarding the conversation with the bank authorities. I am really disappointed by this fraud techniques and unpleasant behaviour. I kindly request to look into the matter and give me a clear picture

        Sir, i, samir chowdhury lives at habibpur of nadia in west bengal. Sir, i am complaining against a banking agency who called me few months ago for an interview of banking job. They took my interview and select me by filling up an application form. Then they told that they will sent the joint letter for which i have to pay rupees 10200 as a security money. But i was unable to afford this amount. Still i gave them rupees 5500 lastly. Till now i have'nt received the joint letter. And the people of this banking sector has kept their phone either switched off or forwarded their number for last 2 months and they behaved very rudely with me.in this condition i want the job as soon as possible and want to get refund my money.

          My property value is 25 lakh my old loan outstanding is 100000 and we want topup 450000.
          Loan sanctioned in the month of jan 19 but still disbursement...

            I have axis asap account. On 1st december i apply for debit card it delivered me on 5 th december after 2-3 days bank cut 354 rs for debit issues fee but that time my account balance is zero my account going to negative balance -354 rs after i pay that amount of 354 rs. But axis put my 300 rs in lien amount that customers service says i pay the debit card issuance fee but i already paid axis says i don’t pay what i do???

            Unfortunately my company is having salary account with your stupid bank.. where almost all the employees are useless. I have sent a mail related to my money got locked in lien balance by 14 March 22 and till today havent got the reply.
            It is due to the company harrassing me to forcefully works for them, but I didn't want work for that, that reason, I have to collect my dues from the company, after leaving the company, they paid it, and suddenly they lien marked my all due payment from the bank by help of their home branch, because of the salary account

            I goes to meet my axis Bank branch manager, but they didn't give me a sufficient reply,

            I also told them, and I have all enough proof, of all dues from company, and I also give them all clarification in writing but they didn't accept,

            Can anyone please help to solve this matter??

              Dear sir,

              This is with regards to a home + plot loan application i had submitted in axis bank in november. The application itself was lodge in late and updated on the system on 14 december 2018. I have since been approved form a personal financial of a loan of 30 lacs in december 2018. Post this i have had to wait for over 6 weeks for the technical review to start. On 1st feb i was advised on the phone that the there is no development in the area hence the loan is rejected. When i pointed out that the closest habibation of over 200 house is only at a distance of 200 feet from my property, they advised they will check and get back on 5th of february i was advised that the property is located far from the orr (Ring road) that why it's has been rejected. I have since written to the sales manager in the subject but received no response. Today on 8th february i have been advised that the loan was rejected as it is outside of your geo limits, which i do not understand either. Due to this delayed response from. Axis bank i have lost 3 months and now am in risk of losing my token advance as well as the property. I kindly seek your support to understand what go limits are and why a customer is not made aware of these limits / terms and conditions when the application and feeling is collected from a customer.

                    This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                    I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                      I did rejected my personal loan due to huge amount of processing fee, interest % & Insurance premium today at 12.07 PM whereas the loan was processed without my concern today @3.47 PM.

                      I agreed that, earlier I was informed that the interest percentage is 16.99% and 2% processing fee. But later, they charged 18% GST on processing fee and 2500+ as insurance premium.

                      I was able to arrange the money from outside with 12% interest. Please do not deposit the amount to my account.

                      I haven't received any call. Not sure which number you tried. please call me [protected]. And I received a call today evening 3:45 pm from +[protected] Thiruvallur branch manager. I requested to call me after 30 mins due to driving. I have recorded voice as well. And, I tried to call the same number thrice but the person was speaking to someone else and I am unable to reach him. I have that evidence as well.

                      I don't understand why you guys speak/tell lie story? Do you think I am stupid?

                        My sister went to the axis bank branch raidopur, azamgarh uttar pradesh in post november pre december for the necessary correction in adhaar card (As this is the center for correction and making of adhaar card).
                        The employee named amit who had less knowledge of correcting adhaar, because it was a minor mistake in it.
                        There was an error in card holder name, just one word, and being a minor she did not carry voter id and driving license not even pan card. She had her birth certificate, marksheets and a policy bond also which is enough to prove the mistaken spelling of her name but tat person did not accept it and told her to bring those document following caste certificate (But general category do not need caste certificate and this certicate is used for caste varification)
                        She being very polite told him all the circumstances where he was going wrong but he was telling her also to bring voter card and pan card to make adhaar card. Which is obviously not possible.
                        Mr. Amit has irritated my sister in such a way that she does not want to go the axis bank which before she was planning to open an minor account with axis bank.

                          I did imps transfer using axis mobile app yesterday 6th feb for 2655 rupees my account debited but receiver did not got amount in his account my imps reference number & e receipt is attached with this complaint taken from axis mobile app check and i request you to kindly refund amount as soon possible.

                          When i intiated transfer it showed that amount to the receiver cannot be completed if he dint received they will refund amount again but still i did not got back even though receiver did not received the payment.

                          Hate this first time disatisfied with this no response in toll free number

                            I would like to request you for withdrawal / reversal of annual fees
                            Rs 1500 bill raised against my privilege card mentioned above, because privilege card offer of bank privilege card issuance representative was accepted by me in 2017 with the condition that no annual fees or card issue charge will be collected by axis bank credit card dept. So i request you to take appropriate steps for reversal of bill raised against my privilege card today during office hour, since the due date for payment of said amount is 7.02.2019 failing which i will be compelled to surrender my privilege card immediately.                                 I sent 505 rs money using phonepe app from my axis bank account no [protected] on 2 feb. 2019 but the transaction was pending for 2 days then on 5 feb. 2019 the transaction was successful but the receiver has not received credit in his account & money has been debited from my account. Please initiate a refund to me. Its not fair to do fraud with customers. The transaction id is p1902021834546445235500 and the utr no is[protected]

                                  Today i have purchased an item flipkart when i was proces the amount through net banking i have login into account and submitted otp details after that transaction was failed. So i realized it is some payment get way error but after few mins i got message from axis bank your was debited. what should i do now. i tried make a call to axis bank but call center is not responded properly.

                                    The amount of Rs 1899 was deducted without any reason and no resolution happened even after calling customer care for a long time. also visited the branch but there was no action. The amount was deducted stating a reason one asset service which I have no idea about. And now the company is not even refunding the amount even after several complaints.

                                      This complaint is against cashier of axis bank at railway road branch kurukshetra, haryana.

                                      I mandeep singh waited for 10 mins at cash counter around 2 pm when cashier was not available at the counter, some other employee told me he was on lunch. (Though there is no such process to keep cash counter shut for lunch during working hours still i ignored and waited). After few minutes cashier came and started to attend a person who was way behind my number in the queue. Though i and others were not comfortable but the kind of bonding cashier shown with that person seemed someone from family. Still i kept patience. When my turn came i told cashier to run hands bit faster like earlier as i was already late due to lunch and his favorism to person behind me. On that cashier started giving excuses and started talking rough. Still due to hurry i insisted him to handover me my cash but he gave me small currency on which i insisted to give bigger currency notes. But he refused and started yelling like ' good if you take these notes otherwise you can shut your bank account and i'll make you throw out of bank by calling security. He said i am from a rich background and will see if i uttered a single word.
                                      I tried to complain the manager but he was not in office.
                                      All this incident is captured in cctvs and i am sure anyone interested in taking any action on this complaint can thoroughly check the gestures and expressions during the incident.

                                      Though cashier misbehavior complaints are often at banks but this kind of dadagiri to threaten customer and misbehaving someone in front of staff and other customers. I tried complaining on helpline of axis bank but it turned out of no use as they apologized and asked me to simply mail the manager but i want top management to listen if possible.
