Received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.. So we cant help u.

I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

Giving you the complaint reference number - 48577464 being the latest raised one.
Previous one to this, 47949411 which was just closed with some bluff. So kindly update me with proper explanation on my mail ID ( I don't want to be bothered by your calls) about it and put back the money taken.
These nonsense are just replying here, for the sake, and not providing any update really, it take them more than a year for them to look into anything. Worst experience. My advise to new people considering opening account with them, try considering a better bank with better advantage to you.

      You are requested to please make a note of the incidence and take corrective/ punitive action against the responsible person.
      On jan 30, 2019, at aroud 10.23 am, i visited the axis bank, pandri raipur branch, where i have a current account in the name of arogya medical agency - [protected], to deposit cash.
      When i reached the counter your officer mr tejram was doing some paper work, i put the cash and deposit slip on the counter by this time he was busy on his phone so i waited for some time to complete his conversation.
      At this moment there was another customer to deposit cash, mr tejram took his cash and deposit slip and started counting his cash, keeping my cash on table aside.
      I asked mr tejram thjat whoever has come earlier his cash should be counted first then this officer said ok, i am doing but continued to count cash of the second customer.
      I went to branch manager and reported the incidence but instead of accepting the fact and correcting the mistake he told that the second customer always come earlier.
      This is really embrassing and insulting behaviour and punitive action is justified.
      If at all, you want to pay special attention to any customer assign a separate counter or priority desk but please do not insult any individual who is an account holder with you.
      You are requested to do the needful and acknowledge.
      Currently i am having 2 current account and 3 savings account with the branch and in such situation will need to change the bank.

        I am sagar paul. My mom is mala pal. She bought a insurance policy from max life insurance through axis bank, egra branch. After a week she realized that she can't continue this policy due to the lack of money. So she wanted to cancel it. She went the bank and requested the bank employees to cancel this policy and refund the money but the employees misbehave with him and didn't do as she want. The last date of cancel this policy is 5th february 2019. My mom needs money.

          I have recently been charged r. S. 1899 for debit for one assist services on 30.01.2019. I was busy during office hours and they called me 3 times a day continuously for 3 days and at last when i picked the call they didn't conveyed the policy clearly.
          Anyway, i want to cancel my subscription and want a refund of the same amount.

            Hi,

            I have an axis bank account since 2013. Soon, in 2014 it was converted to salary account, but now it is no more a salary account since more than a year. One of your customer representatives told me that my account was credit freeze.

            I am not living in india anymore. It is not possible to come to any branch of yours to get this thing sorted. Please help me fix this as soon as possible without levying any penalty/fees on my account.

              Hi i am Dayaram Yadav, My account is showing debit freeze since i have received a credit of Rs.990000 ( Nine Lacs Ninty Thousand ) on Thu, Jan 17, 8:27 AM, after which i went to my bank branch - Arera Colony, Bhopal asking about my problem there i met Mrs. Sita Mandeshwar (Branch Operation Head).

              After telling her all the problem, She asked me to submit my KYC again for the debit freeze to be removed and she asked me the to provide the source and purpose for the same.

              After that she told me it will take 24-48 hours to resolve my issue.

                    Sir, mai krishna kumar pathak ka home loan 2012 se chal raha hai jo niyat aur nishchit samay par pichale 5-6 sal se jama ho raha hai. Lekin 10 jan 2019 wale kisht me balance jama karne me 10 minutes late ho gaya, jab ki 6-7 year se lagatar anvarat nishchit samay par jama ho raha hai.
                    Shikayat yah hai ki 8 & 9 jan 2019 ko sabhi banko me hartal ki vajah se emi, ubi bank a/c me balance jama nahi ho paya 10 jan 2019 ko jabtak bank ki karyvahi shuru ho tabtak emi ka massage vapas ho gaya. Jiske karan rs. 590/- ka penalty mere uper thok diya gaya.
                    Kya bank me hartal mane karwai thi?
                    Atah app se nivedan hai ki mere uper se penalty hata diya jay app ki mahan kripa hogi.

                        I am mayadevi chouriwar,
                        I am working in k serve company. I opened salary account in axis bank, your local employee opened my demat account along with salary account without my consent. And name of your employee is miss priya thakur she is came from borivali branch.
                        I also contacted with her she is not ready to listen that she had open my demat account by her mistake. This is misseling case.
                        I don't want any demat account, and i want my money refund of rs. 1770/- in my account...
                        Hence do the needful from your end.. And please take appropriate action.

                          In the Month of December, i have made the Minimum payment provided by the bank on time.
                          But the bank has put me extra amount Debit Interest and GST of rs 335.69 & rs 60.42 respectively dated 12 dec 2018, and even charged me an extra late payment fees of 600 and GST of rs 108 dated 07 Dec 2018.
                          In the month of January i even have paid the amount specifed by the bank, Debit Interest rs 416.85 & GST Rs 75 dated January 11th.
                          if i contact the customer care when these type of issues are taking in the month of december, the customer care people are not ready to respond properly and they even dont know what is happening.
                          Please Request the authority to refund me the amount of Rs 1594 which has been deducted unnessesarly.

                              I have salary account in axis bank from my company after that company changed salary account. Now I want close account I called customer care to close account. But they told need to come to own branch. Now asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance. They are told that is our business policy. As per RBI no negative balance in a savings account. I went another time for showing and closing that account but they told why we need to follow those rules and go main branch. And we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.and showing different amount in different time.
                              This type of cheating customers and RBI done by axis bank please take action against these type of issues.

                                  Your branch manger and an employee mr. Vishal misbehaved with me and abused me and my staff. I just send my staff to take out 20000 rs from the account first they told the wrong thing and than they to do the same after talking to the employee mr vishal he misbehaved and the branch manager mr yogesh sharma also misbehaved.                                   A Credit Card no. [protected] of Axis Bank is showing assigned in my Name - SANATAN PARIDA in the CIBIL Site.

                                  There is no such card i am having nor i have applied to AXIS Bank for the same.

                                  Please clarify and the unused close the card from further misuse.

                                    I got a call that they would give job to me. And i was asked to submit money to them in the name of registration charges. I have paid around 20, 000 to them but then they stopped receiving the call after receiving the money. Please help.
