On 8th Dec. 2018 at around 5:20am, Rs.1, 00, 000/= had been withdrawn from my account through ATM located at Najafgarh, Delhi.

On the same day of the incident, I have submitted all the required documents and they raised a request with the reference number 47001396, 46994933.
I received the confirmation mail where it is clearly mentioned that as per VISA / MasterCard guidelines, when a request for fraud investigation...

Today i was in khoh gaon axis bank atm at 6:35pm for cash withdrawal when i punch my card in atm two persons came (Dl1m0885) and said to me keep out of this and pushing me, they said we are here for cash deposit in atm and abusing me even one person said that "i will beat you" i was totally surprised who they can use this type of language....

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, it is mentioned in the statement like tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 240116. If i ask customer care they say if i use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay...

Emis as repayments for the above loans were automatically being taken from my salary account with sbi pattanakkad branch (A/c no [protected]) through ecs debit clearing systemon every month.
I have sufficient amount in my account, and the mandate for ecs is also valid. During my enquiry at bank, it is observed that there are no issues with my bank, for the bouncing.
Anyway, repayments for the month of dec.2018 have been made...

On 7 january, my account debited by 118 two times total 236
I got 2 messages
"hello! Your a/c no. *54 has been debited by rs. 118 on 7mar19.
My account debited two times

I want to know about this charge. And want a refund of the same amount...

Without information how can they debit my account

Bank can track my account via my registered no. So...

I have axis bank 3 credit card. All the credit card outstanding amount is 130000. I am unable pay at this time because i have a loss job. I talk to customer care but he refuse to settle the amount and talk to first clear your minimum amount then after settlement.

But i am not pay at this stage minimum amount. What can i do to settlement my credit card....

They do false commitment everytime and doesn't give proper checklist to process the loan before proceeding further. My money of rs. 10000/- with 5*2000= 100000/- being deposited into cash deposit machine - at axis bank - shikrapur branch 03/01/2017 at 12 noon, during the process network failure happened and notes were retracted (Pull back) and i didnt receive acknowledgement nor it is credited my account.

I had applied for a credit card and the application got rejected after 2 days of apllying. Is this how u provide service to a customer. Having a priority account in your bank and even maintaing a high balance and even could not approve a credit card for a priority customer even after all the documents and the credit history being ok.

Today i have received a call from axis bank. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis rupay card ending. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
