Hi sir/madam
I am sedhumadhavan, i created an account in axis asap account via online on 28/11/2018. All process are completed and account number and customer id created successfully.

But, now one message i recieved by bank side;that is rs.100 debited on 30/11/2018 as account closure proceeds to dd acct. And i confused because account created only two days before. Then why they are charging 100rs for account closure. Please give solution on this problem.

    I noticed fraud transactions on my account on these dates oct 31st/ nov 1st/ nov 2nd. I reported to customer care as soon as i checked my account. I did not receive any updates on this case and i have to pay my school fee with this money. There is no person responding for this large fraud this is really disgusting. Please respond and i want my money back, this is my only option to pay my fees. I did not receive any messages or emails on these transactions to my registered mobile/ email address. How can bank be so irresponsible on this.

        Dear sir/ma’am,

        I am writing to request you to issue "nil balance certificate" against my credit card no [protected]. I have closed my credit card account on april-2018 with all dues paid (Rs.1, 07, 110/-), and i am not receive any closed document or any confirmation letter from bank, its really worried situation about customer concern. For my concern is that i require a no dues certificate for the card account when the account closed, for which i called up the credit card department of bank several times in the past 2-3 monts. I did not get any positive replay or solution in this case. I have paid all dues on 4 equal installment before the given time period (Mail dated 23.02.2018 from mr. Sunil makhija, regarding the payment of all dues of above mentioned account and this mail clearly mentioned is that "bank issued nil balance certificate" with in seven days after completing the payment). But bank not give any certificate for me in till date and also this account negatively reflect in my cibil also. So i request you to kindly issued the "nil balance certificate" with in a week and also necessary changes/updates in cibil.

          I had a saving account with Axis bank which was opened in last year 2017, I wanted a credit card of Axis Bank at that point of time, but just because the customer care executive I called i said I will have to open an saving account with Axis Bank then only i will be eligible . I opened the saving account, but then also I got o know I cannot get the credit because of less salary.

          Now when I want to close my saving account, I visited to the branch in Malviya Nagar, I met with Harsha, who directly denied to close my saving account instead said I need to pay 6k INR, I request them to wave off the amount, but she denied and ignored for an hour. Later when I asked her the complain id she didnt provide. She said Mam you can leave we will try to wave off.

          But till now nothing has been done.
          I request consumer complain team to please help me to sort it out this issue, to wave off my negative balance, so that I can close my saving account.

            I had been using Axis Credit card for quite a long time. But due to my work few months back, I had been out of city due to which I didn't make any transactions using that card.
            Now few days back, I started getting calls that you have pending payment left on card and your card has been blocked and fee has been imposed on your card double the amount which I had to pay.
            When upon asking why such fee has been imposed, the customer care representative tole me that due to non payment of card payment this fine has been imposed.

            Now the thing of concern is that if my payment has been pending on card, why didn't they inform me about it before. After such imposed amount now they are calling me and it has been more than a week I have been calling them for waive off of the imposed fine so that I can make the payment. But instead of providing me any resolution, they kept my phone on hold for hours and then disconnect.

            Once the call has been one of their representative told me that if you don't make payment bank calls you after one month. When i said him that I haven't received any call he said that you might have ignored. Why should I ignore calls at that time and now picking them. He didn't gave me the solution and then next day I called them again being busy in my work they took almost 30-40 minutes to connect to senior official and he told me that we may call or not.

            I did not understand when one employee says we call after one month of payment due and another says we don't. But I am using other credit cards too and they remind every month before making the payments.

            But in case of axis bank they never did the same and after few months they have imposed such fine on me and blocked my card without informing me.

            During these days they have not only harassed me but also wasted my working time too.

            I therefore request you to please look into the matter and ask the Axis bank team to look after such issues and waive off the imposed fine so that I can pay the amount and continue to use the services.

              I have received following message today, which says
              Message 1 at 2:30pm -
              Hello! Your a/c no. 497593 has been debited by rs. 118 on 29nov18. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

              I don't think i have issued any such mandate.

              Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

                  My employee code was 68588 and part of my pf dues have not been fully paid and i am unable to check the same through any sources as i am unable to get in contact of my hr in chandigarh. I was never clarified what was the exact amout of pf that was to be transferred by bank on my resignation completion in my account. Kindly help so that it is resolved.

                  Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of Axis Bank. There were 9 .14 Rupees in my account. After one day when I opened my account and saw (-) 344.86 balance show in it. It is telling that the lien is telling the charge. Please solve it by clearing it.

Then i received a message that your welcome kit for a/c no. Xx1151 has been dispatched on 21-sep-18 through blue dart courier. They even sent me the tracking no. Xxxxxxx9386 but i did not receive a single call from the courier person. They sent the courier back to the bank. Then i went to my branch...

                    In last 8 years first time i am getting debit charges of 354 without any intimation or sms.. I have my salary accout with axis bank.. I take salary account because of financial issue.. One of employee named ([censored]al) vikhroli west branch.. And nasir shaikh branch manager.. They telling that in salary account there is always debit charges..in salary account.. How is this possible in vikhroli branch all dumb guys working.. They dont know anything..                       Hi Axis team,

                      Recently my ASAP account has been closed by axis bank people without my knowledge and i Called the customer care regarding this issue, they said that the account closure was intimated via voice call but I didn't received such calls from anyone. How could you people close the account without my knowledge.

                      My account was at Thanjavur branch and I am working in bengaluru. If you suddenly do like this how could i travel to my branch location? I received the message said the final settlement is XXX INR but how could I came to know what is the mode of payment? no message at all.

                      Then I called my home branch and then I came to know I received the Demand Draft of my settlement.

                      Till now i don't know Why account was closed. I would suggest axis team to avoid look into very seriously. How you people ensure voice call made from end will be attended by the account holder? This is an loop hole that I can call from friend's mobile and ask you people to close his axis account.

                      The person named Mr. Karigalan from that Tanjore branch has helped a lot to get my money back, The way he handled the issue is really great and he saved the credibility of yours. I would you request Axis team to send some appreciation to encourage these kind of people.

                        I am a customer with axis bank, bazpur branch, udham singh nagar, uttarakhand. I have a savings account, a current account and another current account in the name of my firm. I would also like to put into your notice that a lot of other accounts from my family are also in the same branch. The details of my issues as follows:-
                        Savings account of my deceased uncle mr. Virendra kumar s/o mr. Rajendra kumar who died in 2016 account no. [protected] has still not been closed after all the required documents have been submitted including the death certificate and the account documents of the account nominee sulakshana sharma. The request for closing his account was made 4-5 months back. Two other accounts in the name of rohit sharma [protected] and bajrang motor garage [protected] have also not been closed from the last 4 months after several failed attempts. All the required documents have been made available to the bank and due to this delay, the balances of both these current accounts have gone down into negative.

                        I’m sorry to put into your notice that the operational head of the bank mr. Chanchal lakhchaura sol id 517 (Branch id) is drunk during working hours of the bank and many other customers have problems because of his behaviour. You must be aware about the fraudulent transactions that he did with many customers which were settled here in the brach itself as the manager mr. Atul singh manral is also equally ineffective in his job. He keeps postponing his work and i request your hr team to look into these matters as soon as possible because it is going to seriously damage the reputation of the bank in this town

                          I have received a call from Axis Bank a year before on Nov 4 2017. it was like customer verification they said and was giving some idea about a one assist plan, and they debited 1899 Rs, I just don't want the subscription I tried calling customer care but no response and irresponsible customer service I dont know how to deactivate and I left it and 1899 rs was last now again today i got debited Rs1899 I contacted bank again no response.I have not used that one Assist for the previous year also .Please cancel my subscription for my Axis Master Card ending with 8647. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                          Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. is 3034795. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money.

                              Hello Axis Bank,
                              I complained 2 times as my account debited with 1000/- Rupees on 23rd Nov 2018 and its kind of ECS transaction but I never registered any ECS except my Reliance mutual fund. My Reliance mutual fund ECS date is 28th Nov . When i found this transaction then I immidiately complained on your customer care number and your customer care executive said that refund will be given in 48 hrs but not given refund today is 28th Nov .My complaint no 46586751.

                                Today I received a message from Axis Bank that some amt is deducted from my a/c without my knowledge...!!

                                Transaction Date28 Nov '18Transaction DescriptionTIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 241118/

                                I asked the customer care & they said that if I use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged...this one is for purchasing tickets at railway reservation counter !!!

                                How will I know where I will be charged if I am not informed !! They should alert us via SMS ... they do charge for SMS service. Very disappointed with Axis Bank !!! I will be afraid to use my debit card now, not knowing when some extra amt may get deducted as TIP/SCG ?!

                                I need a proper response for this and i need my money back as of now which is debited.

                                    I have opened one axis asap account and deposited one collection cheque at kahilipara branch, guwahati, assam. But collection of the amuont was not permitted because kyc of my axis account was not done by me. I was not aware of the fact that kyc is mendatory to deposite cheques at asap account.

                                    Then i visited kahilipara branch for kyc, but they said that as because biometric device is not available with them thay are not able to do my kyc.

                                    Then i visited lalmati branch, guwahati, assam, they also replied the same.

                                    Then i called the phone banker. They said that biometric is not necessary. Only physical kyc will be considered as full kyc.

                                    Then i again visited kahilipara branch. They suggested me to go to hatigaon branch, guwahati.

                                    I again called the phone banker. The phone banker said that kyc will be opened after 23rd november.

                                    I got a call on 24/11/2018 from axis bank, from the phone no [protected]. They requested me to visit the nearest branch to update the kyc. I said all that happened with me regarding this process. He assured me that kyc will bedone without any inturruption as all the branches are not have been updated with the process,

                                    Then i visited beltola branch, guwahati, assam. There one lady sitting at counter no 4 directly said that the axis asap is accounts are closed long back and asked why i did not do the kyc before. I tried to tell her my problems with the uncleared cheque, but she was too busy to listen to my problem and i returned back. She did not even asked me to sit.

                                    Now i do not understand how to do the kyc.

                                    But I don't think that calling me will solve my problem for I have talked to Phone banker several times.

                                    So If the bank people, specially the one sitting at counter no 4 of Axis Bank, Beltola Branch, Guwahati gets to update their knowledge about what they should do, customers like me will be very much helped.

                                    You did not call me for sure becauseMy phone is very much reachable and I have miss call alert too. I did not get any alert. So please stop this lie and stop replying like a machine.
                                    I am available from 10 am to 10 pm .

                                      Today im deposited 118000/- through cash deposit machine at tarnaka hyderabad but cash not deposited in my account, its shows on 'notes left behind ' & notes were retracted
                                      Deposited amount denomination is 2000*56 & 500*12

                                      So please clear and rectify my problem and do need full as early as possible as i'm in very emergency need of money
