On 13.11.2018 i received 3 sms that rs.13500, rs.100 and rs.10 were debited to my account no.[protected]. Immediately on receipt of above three messages i contacted the customer care about the about debit the customer care informed me that if the transaction has not been done by you it will be reversed (Customer care no.91-[protected]). When it was not reversed i immediately axis bank and they said that you report the matter to cyber crime as it is the case of fraudulent withdrawal. I reported the matter to cyber crime, gurgaon. Now from your bank (Phone no.[protected]) it has been informed me that the above transaction has been located and the amount has been transferred to kotak mahendra bank account no.[protected], ifsc kkbk0000261.
In this regard it is requested that the above amount be credited to my account as the fraud was due to poor security on the part of the axis bank. I am not using net banking. Since the axis bank has located the account no in which it has been transferred, therefore the bank may take the appropriate action to recover the amount but in any case it may be credited to my account. I have also reported the latest position to cyber crime cell.

I have submitted my documents on 25 October but my account did not open after various requests and calls every time concerned person Axis dwarka asking for 2 to 3 days & repeatedly doong. Its been such a harassment never seen before in any bank. such a poor service was not expected from Axis bank.

    My name is mohana raja. Iam working in godrej and boyce. I have taken a zero balance account. From 2 weeks my account has been frozen, and my debit card is not working also my online transactions are also blocked. I called customer care there is no response and i called an official but he is just lagging the issue.. Iam completly frustrated of your service and i want immediate response from your side. I have not like this bank in my life.. It's an month start and my salary was stuck in it.. How could i do my transactions.. I'll post it in all social media and also my friends facing the same thing.. And this is how ur banking is...

    Transaction declined but ammount deducted from account
    I have entered incorrect passwords and now my login id is disabled.Can you please suggest me how can i re-enable my login id.
    I opened my account 3 weeks ago and its still not activated. I didnt get any sms or email. And when I try to register online it shows invalid input. My account number is [protected]. Branch is Axis bank 8th mile Jalahalli cross Bangalore.

    Documents, blank cheque and agreement are shared but no response over past 10 days and no funds are credited to my account. I'm afraid if my cheque would be misused. Need this to be actioned immediately. Fake promises and false commitments are given to me which consumed lot of my time and hope. Proper action to be taken against the executive.

      I bought a mobile of 37k on emi from card
      I'm repaying the emi amount regularly
      But i'm continually deducted every month of balance of 1000 to 1700rs by bank as
      Emi principle

      I think something is wrong with the bank

      I don't know why they are doing this
      Even i have complained on their website support
      But no use

      I tried to apply for new chequebook by netbanking @by ATM it was showing lien reason code.
      My account balance is 9500/-Rs. now plus bank lien my 590/-Rs .i cant understand.due to that i cannot Apply for chequebook.

        I shrikant hedaoo my saving account in axis bank civile line nagpur. I have big problem in my life because i need 2 cheque book but bank not support me they are tacking with me not issu for cheque book because u r already 40 cheque outstand so that i'cant help u but till date i most imp checkbook need because i tack personal loan in credit society so that there are deposits in 15 cheque because there are not ecs pattern available so that i kindly request for manager plz issu my chequebook but they are not help me. Plz i request o[censored] accept my application and solve my issu.

          Respected Sir/Madam,

          Today morning date 1/12/2018 I went to axis bank branch- Sector 15 Rohini Delhi for updation of my aadhar card after there.
          The security guard told us that the Aadhar employee is on leave for 15 Days.
          There was no information attached of their leave customers had been waiting since '6' O clock for aadhar updation. After some time one of Axis bank employees came and talking in rudely manner.I said to him there should be other substitute in absence of employees.
          We are not getting money for this he said.He also told us that complaint where you want.

          So I just want know what kind of help you are giving to the customers. Directly or indirectly customer suffers. So please 🙏🙏 help us for not facing these kinds of problem in future.

            [resolved] axis bank — deactivate the one assist service and refund the money

            I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card..

            I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

              I have an account in axis bank majalpur branch.

              I tried withdrawing money from bob atm in august but the transaction failed. The money has still not been redeposited back into my axis acc. Even my representative at manjalpur branch has been irresponsible and unhelpful. I even tried sending an email to the nodal officer which rebounced. Please help

                Hi axis bank manager,

                I have axis bank account opened in 2013 as a salary account but after 2 years i'm not using that account.
                But from that time onward without any information axis bank is sending message telling that running in negative balance which is subject to clear.
                Now with negative amount my account has been freeze means i can't even pay the negative balance and close it.

                Please me to get rid of this issue.

                  I am sedhumadhavan, i created an account in axis asap account via online on 28/11/2018. All process are completed and account number and customer id created successfully.

                  But, now one message i recieved by bank side;that is rs.100 debited on 30/11/2018 as account closure proceeds to dd acct. And i confused because account created only two days before. Then why they are charging 100rs for account closure. Please give solution on this problem.

                    I noticed fraud transactions on my account on these dates oct 31st/ nov 1st/ nov 2nd. I reported to customer care as soon as i checked my account. I did not receive any updates on this case and i have to pay my school fee with this money. There is no person responding for this large fraud this is really disgusting. Please respond and i want my money back, this is my only option to pay my fees. I did not receive any messages or emails on these transactions to my registered mobile/ email address. How can bank be so irresponsible on this.

                        Dear sir/ma’am,

                        I am writing to request you to issue "nil balance certificate" against my credit card no [protected]. I have closed my credit card account on april-2018 with all dues paid (Rs.1, 07, 110/-), and i am not receive any closed document or any confirmation letter from bank, its really worried situation about customer concern. For my concern is that i require a no dues certificate for the card account when the account closed, for which i called up the credit card department of bank several times in the past 2-3 monts. I did not get any positive replay or solution in this case. I have paid all dues on 4 equal installment before the given time period (Mail dated 23.02.2018 from mr. Sunil makhija, regarding the payment of all dues of above mentioned account and this mail clearly mentioned is that "bank issued nil balance certificate" with in seven days after completing the payment). But bank not give any certificate for me in till date and also this account negatively reflect in my cibil also. So i request you to kindly issued the "nil balance certificate" with in a week and also necessary changes/updates in cibil.

                          I had a saving account with Axis bank which was opened in last year 2017, I wanted a credit card of Axis Bank at that point of time, but just because the customer care executive I called i said I will have to open an saving account with Axis Bank then only i will be eligible . I opened the saving account, but then also I got o know I cannot get the credit because of less salary.

                          Now when I want to close my saving account, I visited to the branch in Malviya Nagar, I met with Harsha, who directly denied to close my saving account instead said I need to pay 6k INR, I request them to wave off the amount, but she denied and ignored for an hour. Later when I asked her the complain id she didnt provide. She said Mam you can leave we will try to wave off.

                          But till now nothing has been done.
                          I request consumer complain team to please help me to sort it out this issue, to wave off my negative balance, so that I can close my saving account.

                            I had been using Axis Credit card for quite a long time. But due to my work few months back, I had been out of city due to which I didn't make any transactions using that card.
                            Now few days back, I started getting calls that you have pending payment left on card and your card has been blocked and fee has been imposed on your card double the amount which I had to pay.
                            When upon asking why such fee has been imposed, the customer care representative tole me that due to non payment of card payment this fine has been imposed.

                            Now the thing of concern is that if my payment has been pending on card, why didn't they inform me about it before. After such imposed amount now they are calling me and it has been more than a week I have been calling them for waive off of the imposed fine so that I can make the payment. But instead of providing me any resolution, they kept my phone on hold for hours and then disconnect.

                            Once the call has been one of their representative told me that if you don't make payment bank calls you after one month. When i said him that I haven't received any call he said that you might have ignored. Why should I ignore calls at that time and now picking them. He didn't gave me the solution and then next day I called them again being busy in my work they took almost 30-40 minutes to connect to senior official and he told me that we may call or not.

                            I did not understand when one employee says we call after one month of payment due and another says we don't. But I am using other credit cards too and they remind every month before making the payments.

                            But in case of axis bank they never did the same and after few months they have imposed such fine on me and blocked my card without informing me.

                            During these days they have not only harassed me but also wasted my working time too.

                            I therefore request you to please look into the matter and ask the Axis bank team to look after such issues and waive off the imposed fine so that I can pay the amount and continue to use the services.

                                I have been charged RS. 250 as lien amount.. Could you plz explain what charges are these? and why m i been charged?                                   My employee code was 68588 and part of my pf dues have not been fully paid and i am unable to check the same through any sources as i am unable to get in contact of my hr in chandigarh. I was never clarified what was the exact amout of pf that was to be transferred by bank on my resignation completion in my account. Kindly help so that it is resolved.

                                  Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of Axis Bank. There were 9 .14 Rupees in my account. After one day when I opened my account and saw (-) 344.86 balance show in it. It is telling that the lien is telling the charge. Please solve it by clearing it.

Then i received a message that your welcome kit for a/c no. Xx1151 has been dispatched on 21-sep-18 through blue dart courier. They even sent me the tracking no. Xxxxxxx9386 but i did not receive a single call from the courier person. They sent the courier back to the bank. Then i went to my branch...

                                    In last 8 years first time i am getting debit charges of 354 without any intimation or sms.. I have my salary accout with axis bank.. I take salary account because of financial issue.. One of employee named ([censored]al) vikhroli west branch.. And nasir shaikh branch manager.. They telling that in salary account there is always debit charges..in salary account.. How is this possible in vikhroli branch all dumb guys working.. They dont know anything.. They telling me close your account.. Please refund my money back..

                                      Hi Axis team,

                                      Recently my ASAP account has been closed by axis bank people without my knowledge and i Called the customer care regarding this issue, they said that the account closure was intimated via voice call but I didn't received such calls from anyone. How could you people close the account without my knowledge.

                                      My account was at Thanjavur branch and I am working in bengaluru. If you suddenly do like this how could i travel to my branch location? I received the message said the final settlement is XXX INR but how could I came to know what is the mode of payment? no message at all.

                                      Then I called my home branch and then I came to know I received the Demand Draft of my settlement.

                                      Till now i don't know Why account was closed. I would suggest axis team to avoid look into very seriously. How you people ensure voice call made from end will be attended by the account holder? This is an loop hole that I can call from friend's mobile and ask you people to close his axis account.

                                      The person named Mr. Karigalan from that Tanjore branch has helped a lot to get my money back, The way he handled the issue is really great and he saved the credibility of yours. I would you request Axis team to send some appreciation to encourage these kind of people.
