I had ordered a mobile from flipkart on 26 oct 2018 through axis bank debit card. But seller could deliver and had to cancel my order on 3rd nov 2018. From sellers side refund of 11699 is already done with refund reference number [protected] on 13th november but still not credited to my account. Please look upon it. I am attaching the msg from sellers side

    I have a salary account in your bank, i want to inform u that rs: -3028.74 service charges has been deducted in the name of "consolidated charges" from my account from last 6 months without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. I want my refunded in my account, inform me as soon as possible else i will register case in consumer court. I will also update the same on social media and i make sure that you guys will be sue.

        Hi,

        On 10th November 18 I have requested for 20 leaves cheque book but till date I have not received any confirmation on 16th November 18 I called to customer care and logged a complaint for same: 46396853 even up to this time still I have not received any confirmation.
        When I spoke with customer care the person said it will take minimum 10 days deliver.
        It's almost 9 days completed but there is no tracking details have been received from bank.

        As per the application sayings, i have not linked the UPI. It says to reconnect it with BHIM UPI. Please see to it in an urgent matter.
        On 10th April 19 I have requested for 20 leaves cheque book on my home address but the cheque is delivered to my home branch delhi. I want to this cheque book on my home address so what can I do for this.

          I have account in axis bank, bhakti nagar branch, rajkot, gujrat. My account is open when my age is under 18 but now i am 19 years old. So that need the process about minor to major. I am giving all documents and fulfill all process for that and bank said your account is open within 1 week means process is done within 1 week. But now it almost 1 and half month pass away after this process and bank said that process is continuing. Rule is within 1 week this process have to done but they are not providing. So please help me and action against bank.

          I transferred 900 rupees twice from my punjab national bank account using phonepe to my axis bank account. But money got credited only once, so i contacted phonepay.           Without any prior notice or any alert bank debits certain amount of my savings account and there is not message alert for the same.
          Why is bank taking certain amount as tips from the account ? And why there is no alert for the same.

I have visited the branch and raised my concern still no action taken. Even I have raised two tickets[protected],[protected] through axis customer care. They haven't credited back the excess amount to my account. This is bad experience from Axis Bank.

              Today just now i received a call from one assist. They explained me about the plan repeatedly even if i told them i am busy in a crowded place. They asked me to confirm with my last 4 digit debit card no. So out of no sense i told my last 4 digit debit card no. And then they charged 1899 instantly. This is so rediculous service just trying to grab money by giving you false future accidental protection. I want to ask axis bank if you guys can't protect our account then why the hell did you promised?? What's the value of opening account in your bank if our money and valuable documents goes into third party services. You guys are sharing our documents with a third party services which should be taken strong action against axis bank. Please refund my full money 1899 back as soon as possible i don't need any third party protection and if axis bank can't protect our money and data then please shut down this bank.                 Once an lady come from axis bank came to apen my account in my compant. She told me about demat account to open
                I told her yes then she went...
                After 5 minute i called her and told not to do open my demat account she said fine!!!

                After a month an lady called me and told me "sir do u want to open demat accout i said no"

                Today i get the massage from bank...

                They debited my 1770 rs!!

                  I had purchased a forex card - [protected] visa from axis bank. I had used the same at my foreign trip and then given to axis bank person for processing the refund of the balance amount. It’s been a year that the refund has not been made.

                  Further, surprisingly, my card was attempted to be misused by someone else at mexico.in relation to the same, i had received a call from the due diligence department of axis bank that the card has been misused and i was asked to lodge a complaint for the same. As advised, i complained and i was informed that the insurance amount will be given in 15-20 days. The above incident had happened in march 2018 and its already more than 7 months the refund has not been received.

                  There are still some messages i get that someone is swiping my card overseas.

                  Given the hassles which i have been facing more than a year now, i had requested the axis bank representatives to look into the matter with utmost seriousness and priority.

                  They have never responded to my queries and i have been facing a lot of hassles since a long time now.

                  Request you help on the same at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

                    Dear sir / madam,
                    I am an existing account holder of your bank since year 2011. I have availed homeloan from your bank since 2011, with satisfactory credit history. I have applied for a saving account with zero minimum balance requirement in your loan center indore, to add to my homeloan account. This will help, as my existing saving account is being regularly charged for minimum balance.

                    I visited your loan center, dhanshree bldg, indore, last month, and was assured, to open new udaan a/c which will be attached to my existing homeloan and thereafter i will not be charged for minimum balance in my normal saving account. But one month is already over, and my udaan a/c is not being opened, without giving any satisfactory revert. Even the staff has not collected my new account documents.

                    Kindly arrange to open udaan a/c immediately, and reverse the charges collected in my account on early basis.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    Every bank provides facility to link saving account to loan a/c for EMI purpose. No minimum balance funds are required in such a/cs.

                    If your bank is not opening such accounts currently (for any reason), then why are consumers normal saving account charged with reason "low minimum balance" . In this age of portability, you may indeed reverse the charges debited to my account.

                    Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                      I have applied personal loan rs.500000 with rate of interest of 15.49 for 60 months. The actual emi amount is rs. 12024, but in my personal loan repayment schedule showing as rs. 12619. The bank is charging rs. 595 extra amount from me. I have informed to loan representative regarding this incorrect amount but still it is not changed. Actual rs.[protected] *60) extra will be collect from me for 60 months. My personal loan amount number is ppro[protected].

                      Request you to review and help me to change the incorrect emi amount.

                        I have taken a personal loan from axis bank rs. 500000 with rate of interest of 15.49 for 60 months. At the time of taking loan the loan representative said your emi amount is rs.12024, but in my loan statement or repayment schedule is showing that my emi amount is rs. 12619. Rs.595 is collecting extra per month with. I have informed to representative regarding this mistake. But he did not responding to my questions.

                          I have my account with axis bank since 2014 & i am ex employee of axis bank as well with employee code 83600 & my saving account no is [protected].

                          Last month i was out of india & just because of that my saving account ran out of funds & was not able to maintain amb but as soon as i was aware of that i funded my account but due to non maintenance bank has deducted charges of amt rs 590 on 17-11-18.

                            Hi, i made two transactions on my credit card (Neo - 25% cashback for tickets booked from book my show) one one 2nd november - 587.88 and the other on 4th november - 1007.44. Generally cashback is received in 2-3 days but i haven’t received the cashback for these transactions yet.
                            This is a considerable amount and it is one of the reasons i purchased the card.

                              Complaint : axis bank deducted debit card charges rs. 300 + gst. The card was never delivered and when i visited branch in sector 51 noida, a lady branch manager told that your account is scrapped and account is no more functional and i will never get my debit card. Axis bank scrapped my account without informing me? This has caused huge mental and capital harassment, these banks are harassing customers and should be punished by rbi.                                 Hi, i have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 3224.59 rs from my account written as consolidated charges. Plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without email or sms intimation

                                  Last 3-4 month i was almost hunting with axis bank to clear the lien amount that was charged in my account. But everytime form bank i got reply that it will get cleared by next quarter or by next month. Even i visit my base branch at kolkata but nothing will happen. Called up the customer care they are helpless, they told me visit bank only. And main for this lien amount is that i'm not able to give request for a new cheque book which is now absolutely required for my salary account. If axis bank can not able to clear that also they are not saying clearly. Just simply they making fool by giving time to time. My account details are attached with this complaint for your references.

                                  Dear Sir, As per The Axis bank request i have send my correspondence address registered with the axis bank. But after two days i still did not receive any resolution form the axis bank.

                                    I am having credit card with outstanding amount of 82000 which has to pay back to axis bank. When i was in gulf i applied for credit card but due to some reason company released me and now i am working in india in very low salary which is not enough for my family also. From last 6 month i paid due payments but the outstanding was remain same. Due some financial issues i unable to clear outstanding amount of axis bank. From last 3 month i am requesting axis bank recovery agents that please provide me some solution to clear the outstanding and due to financial problems it is very hard to pay due amount every month. I communicate with customer care also but nobody is helping me out from this. Every month recovery agents calling me and pressurizing me to pay and due to this i am paying the due amount from my low salary and thats why i unable take care of both small child and parents. I have surrender myself from this issue. This issue making my self tensed day by day. Due to this my health is not good and unable to attend my duties. I kindly humbly requesting that i can clear my outstanding of axis bank in installment i dont want to be defaulter or in any legal issues. Please help me out from this situation. I am help less can anybody please support me to resolve this issue. It is now coming on my health and family have fear of this thing that if any thing happens to me what they will do in future. I am ready to clear outstanding but every month only due payments i am paying and the outstanding was remain as it is so i can not do any thing i will quitmyself from this issue life time. Kindly requesting concern devision pls help me out. Thanks
