Dear sir / madam,
I am an existing account holder of your bank since year 2011. I have availed homeloan from your bank since 2011, with satisfactory credit history. I have applied for a saving account with zero minimum balance requirement in your loan center indore, to add to my homeloan account. This will help, as my existing saving account is being regularly charged for minimum balance.
I visited your loan center, dhanshree bldg, indore, last month, and was assured, to open new udaan a/c which will be attached to my existing homeloan and thereafter i will not be charged for minimum balance in my normal saving account. But one month is already over, and my udaan a/c is not being opened, without giving any satisfactory revert. Even the staff has not collected my new account documents.
Kindly arrange to open udaan a/c immediately, and reverse the charges collected in my account on early basis.
