Axis bank is hiring recovery agents whom are using abusive language over call.

I had not taken any loan on credit card, someone put my no in reference and they are abusing me.

I am going to file a petition in Court and claim for 25 lacs as a damage shoot.

I got the call from +91-[protected].

I am a girl and I can not tolerate this type or vulgar language.

Hey guys lein was okay now 3000 somdthing was freeze i[censored] release i can pay or u can take as last time i[censored] can take last month u will be able to take this month y the # u r not taking the amnt in freeze and just charging me late fees you criminals... From last many months i am continuously asking mail id of your bank bit no one is giving me answer. So, 1. Reverse all the interest, penalty and simile charges from 01.08.2018 till you take decision to reverse the charges 2. All the auto debit charges from the beginning as i have already informed but no one has stop the auto debit service. So, request all the above charges as its all your fault and give me final amount so, i can pay and close...

Irctc is showing money is refunded. But it is not credited in my account. I have paid for my cancelled ticket using bhim upi [protected]@axispay.
Transaction details of money being debited i. E. Ticket being booked and cancelled are submitted below as seperate screenshots.
Please kindly return my money as early as possible, so that my trust on axis bank is not lost....

I have received a call from axis bank today. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 3233. It has been noticed that the money charged @1899 for the same.
Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899....

Today, I trying to withdraw RS 5000 from SBI ATM Machine but after compate the transaction machine is showing transaction time out and after temporary out of service, and requested amount of RS 5000 didn't came out of the ATM Machine and I got the massage from Axis bank that RS 5000 is Dabit from your account.

I didn't got the money in my hand and is dabited from the account.

I was trying to reach the customer care of axis bank from last 1 week on below numbers, which are mentioned in axis bank official website.

I was unable to reach them and communicate regarding my credit card closure issue.

Even i have tried different channels like official website of axis bank and mobile app for the same, but i didn't find any options in those...

The magnetic reader on the axis bank atm machine is not working properly.
Requested to resolve the issue asap.

There atm is located in the commercial area and more people are depending on that. The reader in the machine is not reading the card even i swiped the card thrice. People are struggling here.

Hi, i am aarti and an account holder in axis bank of roorkee branch. Today 12/11/18 i visited to branch for deposit money. After that i asked gaurd who was sitting inside the bank.. For entry of passbook, during entry the passbook he was talking with one of his friend... And he was using totally slang... I felt very uncomfortable. On 9th sept. 2018, some unauthorized took place on my credit card, thereby maxing it to its full capacity.

I was quickly alerted about the same and i immediately asked axis bank to block my credit card and recover the amount spent.

My credit card was thereby blocked but the amount charged remains for me to pay.

Axis bank has people calling us for personal loans day in day out. I submitted my documents and application on 19th of october. Everyday i get call from different numbers asking for some other documents. I will be able to reach that number for a couple of days and then they block me.
