Hi, my debit card (Master card) ending with 2974 has been blocked due to wrong pin entry while processing an online transaction. My name is hema hh. This card belongs to a salary a/c i hold with axis.

I tried sending an sms to unblock the card, which came back as unable to connect to url. I tried calling customer care but there is no option for unblocking the debit card at all.

Request you to kindly do the needful.br...

I had a salary account with axis bank until
Oct 2016 then i dint use axis bank at all. But then government started debiting subsidy with axis bank. So when the account has been active and any how amount are being debited. Now when i go and check my account, its showing negative balance. What is the point? When rbi said no negative charges are applied if we maintain zero balance. Any way my account is used by government for subsidy...

No clearity about any explanation from agents. No proper customer response from the bank, indecent response.. Cutting the call while inquiring, worst everywhere. Only these are the salient features of axis bank.

I would like to cancel my axis bank credit card, which i can't hold for any more.

Debit card EMI deduction is not stopped after sending lots of emails.
Please stop the emi as 3 EMI deducted refuthat deducted EMI as soon as possible because transaction details provided by Axis bank to Flipkart when the transaction successful on 5th of August.

Today on 5th Nov 2018, I tried to recharge of Rs 399 but transaction failed and my money got debited. I tried again then same thing happened but I received Recharge for last transaction.

Again at night,

Worst corporate internet banking i have seen so far in my lifetime. First it took 4 month to bank open our account and then nearly 2 months after we got internet banking account. And now if i have internet banking now it’s not working at all.. Can’t add payee.. Can’t getting our international money transfer.. So fed up with axis bank services. Now we are taking decisions to close our account soon... So guys go for any other bank not...

I want to inform that i have destoyed my credit card of axis bank (Xxxxxxxxxxxx6521) last year thinking i did not need the card and even i have not used for a single transaction.
After nearly 1 hour, i am getting sms of due bill in every month for the last 4 months.
As per updated sms, my oustanding shows rs.3383.
During application, i was told by bank reprentataive that the card will be invalid after 1year if i donnot...

I have done atm withdrawl of an amount 10000/- in axis bank, patancheru with a andhrabank debit card. Amount debited from my account cash not received. Dated on 5/9/18 at 11:05 am, around 2 months over amount not credited. I have given complaint in home branch where i maintain my account. They send a mail to axis bank till date there is no response.
