My axis bank account number is [protected], & i am maintaining this account for the past 18 years. Recently i changed my mobile number in atm & after not getting changed i gave mobile number change application in my home branch, but so far its not changed. L had received new debit card but cannot activate in atm since it says your mobile number is not registered. L had given pan number to the home branch months before, but i cannot submit form 15g online since it says your pan is not registered. L need full access for my internet banking from view only access, so a separate application for that also given to home branch months before but so far none of the above requests have been accepted. Kindly see to the matter as early as possible

Complaint marked as Resolved Thanks consumer complaints.in because of your efforts bank had sent an officer Riyas to my home, & by sitting at home itself he registered mobile number & pan number, submitted online 15 g certificate & gave full access rights for netbanking
