This is in regards to the service request no 45456478.
The fraud has happened today morning at 10.53 am and my credit card been used for the same. The transaction amount is rs 2438.
Please note this transaction was not done by me and i will not be liable to pay anything. Kindly check at your end how did this happened when i have never shared my details with anyone.
Plz share the form to upload.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
How the hell ur bank can deduct the amount from my savings account with out my knowledge. What the ### is happening here. Need the explanation now.

    Cheque no 249621 deposited in vasant kunj, new delhi branch on 27.09.2018. When did not get any status till 01.10.2018, i called up the bank call center where i got to learn that there is no entry on the system of any cheque being presented so far and that i should pay another visit to the same branch where i deposited the instrument. I went to the branch on 06.10.2018 around 10:00 hrs to enquire assuming the banks open at 9.30 hrs. Since the concerned person was not available and i was lined up for an urgent work i left the branch with no concrete reason and whereabouts of the concerned cheque.
    Here i assumed that either my cheque was lost or probably some executive is sitting on it.
    While i was still driving and heading towards my client meeting, i received a call form [protected]. This was an unidentified number so i requested the caller to identify himself. He was reluctant to tell me his name and started the conversation around the concerned cheque immediately. On enquiring about why was it not presented for 9 days, he gave me a hogwash - its a non cts cheque and are sent for presentation on saturdays. When i asked him why was it not presented on 29th ;he did not have any reason so he started arguing with me and asked me to come back and pick up the cheque from the branch. I started to getting a little annoyed and found it to be a waste of time arguing with him so i disconnected the call abruptly.
    After few minutes i got another call from an unidentified number [protected]. This time it was a lady with no identity who again narrated the same fable with jostling the argument. Once again i was told about the nature and presentation protocol of non-cts cheques.. I asked her about why wasnt it presented during those 9 days assuming there should be two saturdays in 9 calendar days. She mention two facts which made me write this long story here... (1) there was no saturday in between (2) the cheque was rejected on 29th sep for a reason undisclosed to me.
    .. Now i was re-confirmed that the entire branch was sitting on my cheque.. The reason: call center call executive told me that there is no cheque presented in my account. Had there been a rejection there should have been an entry on the system about the receipt of the cheque..
    My concern is still the same : why was my cheque held for 9 days to be presented. I have the right to know this much atleast..

        एक्सिस बैंक लिमिटेड, सीतामढ़ी शाखा के पास सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशानुसार, आधार की अनिवार्यता खत्म करने के उपरांत खाते से आधार लिंकिंग हटाने के लिए ऑनलाइन अथवा ऑफलाइन समुचित व्यवस्था नहीं है! इस कार्य के लिए परेशान किया जा रहा है! शाखा के कर्मीगण टालमटोल के भावना से ग्रसित हैं! उपरोक्त खाता को बंद करने के लिए आवश्यक धनराशि खाता में जमा करवा लिया गया तथा दिनांक 24 फरवरी 2018 को क्लोजर फॉर्म भी साथ में जमा लिया गया परंतु अभी तक खाता बंद नहीं हुआ! कारण इसके मेंटेनेंस फीस में इजाफा हो रहा है, इसकी जवाबदेही तथा दोषी कौन है? क्या मेरा खाता बंद नहीं होगा?

          For address verification one guy with mobile number +[protected] came to my cousins home with whom i’m staying for 4 years in hyderabad. He argued with my cousin and cross checked my luggage present at home for confirmation which is not his duty to check those all. As a person to verify address he has the responsibility to check whether that address is available or not? By standing out of the door. When i called him and asked him regarding this situation he spoke rudely to me and my cousin. Please take necessary action.

          I have baught credit card in between of 2007-08

          They settlement of the credit card

          But still i didn't got any NOC and they Not giving me

            I am writing against my complain reference number[protected],
            on 06-oct-2018 at 19:19 pm in Aminabad I had entered the amount 10, 000 in ATM machine of Bank of Baroda, as the machine had given the slip o[censored]nable to dispense the money. But that sum of money got debited immediately from my account
            I had waited for two working days, that bank will took any immediate action against these type of transaction, but still i haven't got any imitation from the bank when the money will be refunded

              I have a salary account in your bank and credit card my registered mobile number is [protected] so my salary account was freezed and last three months my salary was taken for the frst mnth alone it was sent fr credit card payment for other two mnths it was not sent and was in freeze state so 29k still outstanding and 29k was in freeze so please release i dont want even a single rupee please take that 29 k for credit card so my problem will be resolved..

                I have been trying to redeem my edge reward points which was part of the much hyped sales talk when signing up. But after more the 5 calls that keep getting put on hold and then mysteriously get "disconnected". This is not the first time. Every time i try to redeem any offers this is the same pathetic service i get.

                This is their tactic to discourage people from availing the offers that they are entitled to. These offers are merely a sales gimmick and no follow through. Even after calling 5 times this is the service i get. Frustration with axis bank is the daily norm. Unacceptable level of customer service. The people i have spoken to so far prachi, usman, nawaz and couple others i don't recall names.

                Worst ever customer service.

When i ask branch manager latif ali ahmed he did not listen to me also misconduct me and also operation head kamalesh sarkar did not accept my lic service identity card as id proof and misbehave me arrogantly. The employees of axis bank dhubri branch treat with customers just like criminals. I feel cheated as axis bank customer, because after giving huge maintanance charge to this bank we got insulted and delayed service from bank. I urge you to take strict action against branch manager and operation head of axis bank dhubri branch

                    This is very urgent since i’m into a medical emergency
                    This is reg 45249720 in which axis bank has debited my forex card for 2000 usd but i didn’t receive cash from atm
                    I’m into a medical emergency and need immediate money. @axisbank please understand this critical situation. Refund my money 2000 usd today.

                    I’m approaching axis bank through multiple emails but no resolution. Axis customer care always gives false commitments that they are working on it. It has been more than 6 days and i’m short of money.

                      Hi,

                      I want to state that i had a pre-approved loan in the name of sangeeta rathi with car loan a/c aur[protected] when issued to us we wanted to ascertain what would be my final disbursement amount and processing charges for the loan which was issued to us. The executive subir dutta for axis bank jalpaiguri branch was very unprofessional during the whole process charging us illegal fees for documents which was actually not required when we had already preapproved car loan from the bank which requires only kyc documents. We gave additionally trade license and ca certificate and when we asked the executive about the reasons he simply said its mandatory which was quite misleading. After we received the loan sanction intimation and disbursement intimation via message in our registered mobile we wanted to clarify with the executive what would be the final disbursement to the dealer because dealer confirmed very less amount than the actual disbursement., there also executive denied to offer any help and said to coordinate with the dealer itself. Our branch is 70 kms far from where we stay and its really not possible to go daily to loan centre branch. So last option was to write a complaint because we are very unhappy with the professionalism of axis bank as a whole loan process took place.

                      I clearly want the final disbursement status from the bank to the dealer in written form of any document from the bank. Pls help.

                        My axis bank savings account 's branch is in sector 16, noida so i called customer care at first for address change and s cheque book request on an urgent basis so they directed me to visit my branch which i did.
                        Now after taking time from my work i went there all the way from greater hours west where a lady denied to help me for cheque book and address change and directed me to visit cherry county branch which is near to my society.
                        At cherry county branch i found employees unprofessional so i returned without any help. It's been 2 weeks and the denial to understand my urgency of a cheque book resulted me loss of health and wealth and thus axis bank earlier did this for a closed credit card and now axis bank is sucking my blood. These banks just want to meet target to insist bank accounts and then take hell out o[censored]s.

                          I had already discussed with customer care officer's and other axis bank representatives, regarding my emi date has to be changed from 05th to 10th date cycle since my salary is crediting after 08th of every month. Because of this reasons, about rs.3500/- has been deducted by icici bank against ecs remarks and about 3500/- has to pay to axis bank due to delay emi pay's.
                          Kindly change the emi date as per the below and don't give any more burdens to me, peoples like me could not survive with this huge loss without doing wrong and we are paying more than 19% on loans.
                          When i was requested to take loan, all would be very easy process and very helpful by signing at my residence/home but after taking the loans, peoples are giving very strict systematic and talking about rules and regulations even for this emi date changes requisitions and asking us to come to bank branches to give a requisition letter. This is very bad...

                            My self (Zonal head - projects, gujarat-west area) a permanent customer of axis bank and this is the issue of branch - manjhalpur, vadodara.
                            Have opened an current ac for my wife - shreesaiinfratech company work and deposit initially 50000/ and then accordingly as reqd.
                            But axis have started deducting consolidated charges - and deducted 1585/ in feb-18, 1550/ in april, 1550/ in may, 1550/ in june-18 w without any prior intimation or information of deduction or not any email, not any phone calls related that... Even have complained to axis - manjhalpur manager in charge regarding the same / axis relationship manager for manjhalpur of tarsali area but no action take by them. Only assurance by axis relationship manager - tarsali area that it will be reimbursed very soon already have processed and the same wording i am listening since july but till date no action by axis for reimbursement.
                            Request you to take stricted action for such misbehave or harassment with customer.
                            Otherwise will withdraw all my ac & even suggested all salary account of everest industries ltd (Approx 1000nos.) with axis from all india.

                              I am a home loan account holder in axis bank with my home loan number phr[protected]. I had applied for top up loan in your esteemed bank for 5 laks.

                              And i got approved on dated 25/7/2018 for around 360000/-, my application id is 8546426 and barcode : [protected] with roi is 8.65 and processing fees 11800/-,

                              So i requested to reduce processing for of 11800/- and try to convince bank to reduce pf, as 11800 pf is more for loan amount of 360000/-.

                              Even though due to urgency i ready to pay pf of 11800/-, on same day 2950/- check clear by axis bank (Check deatil : no 101164 icici bank),

                              As per requirements i submit following documents to you,

                              1. Signed agreement (Signed myself and wife),
                              2. Sanction letter agreement (Signed myself and wife),
                              3. Home plan copy. (Already given before approved but as per your request given again, also get confirmation from you and your team for plan is ok).
                              4. Bank statement with entry showing clearance of 2950/- rs processing fees,
                              5. Check of remaining processing fess amount 8850/- (Check no 101172, icici bank),

                              So after submitting following documents i request to start processing for disbursement of loan amount of 360000/-,

                              But after 1 week when i take follow up, you told me query raise by technical department for home plan, so once again i had submitted to you,

                              But after 1 week as you told me to give individual home plan, for that i consult with builder to give individual home plan,

                              I also given axis bank apf number of my scheme (Sangani vrajbhoomi – vraj developer),

                              Builder (Sangani vrajbhoomi – vraj developer) reply me with following comments

                              1. As sangani vrajbhoomi is bungalow scheme, so they take plan approval for one line (Approx 20 bungalow) from governments, and signed by governments authority, and on same basis they take bu permission.
                              2. Builder also reply they given same plan to other member of scheme for loan form axis bank but other member do not have this kind of query.
                              3. At last builder also ask question to me, ”when i done blance x’fer of my home loan of 33 laks (Approx.) form tata capital to axis bank at that time no documents or even plan given by me”

                              But at last due to my continues follow up, you send property valuer to do valuation of my home,

                              But after 1 week you told me my home valuation is low so axis bank not going to disbursement loan, but i did not understand why my property value is low, actually builder is selling property at rate of 55 lack to 1 core,

                              As i also ask to recheck valuation, as per me there is some mistake, or provide you valuation report to me so i can check,

                              As i have home loan with axis and i continually paying emi of 29100, but i cannot understand why axis bank staff not convinces with my arguments,

                              I have fulfilled all conditions as demanded by your bank staff but now they are saying that the loan cannot be disbursement for unknown reason (Provide the reason of rejection as given by staff).

                              And as you know my urgency, still i have to wait for 2.5 month for loan approved, but at last i did not get loan and lose my money 11800 (Processing fees) in such hard condition,

                              So please refund my processing fees, as soon as possible.

                              Bottom line is, axis bank sanctioned the loan, i didnot receive the money. I am expecting refund of the processing charges. Delay in the peocess futher or excuse may force me to go for the legal option. My experience with the axis bank has been good apart from this incident. I may claim for the mental trauma i faced during this entire process. Please act immediately.

                                Subject : recovery of outstanding amount from account no. [protected]

                                Reference to axis bank 2 letters (Without ref. Number) (Copy attached) dated 12/09/2018 regarding “outstanding charges over due” for the two capstone mumbai branch accounts (Ac. Nos. [protected] & [protected]) which recovered from a our mangalore branch account no. [protected].

                                Axis bank hold and seize our money without my consent & permission as i am an authorized signatory of the account no. [protected] and this branch is working independently not linked any liability with mumbai branches. It is legally your duty to recover from the respective capstone branches of mumbai not from my account.

                                Now, arrange to credit total amount of rs. 315, 829.09/- (Rs. 267, 652.09/- + gst rs. 48, 177/-) to my account no. [protected], axis bank, kankanady branch as earliest.in addition to that you must pay a compensation of rs. 25, 000, 00/- for the loss of our business in last one month due to your unruly, unethical behavior which lead to stop our business transactions with axis bank branch in mangalore.

                                Your reply is same as what I explained in my letter, I need my money back. If not I will proceed with Legal process. You dont have a right to recover from my account for the penalty of other account holder.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I am very much fed up with your website. It's not as much as user friendly to rise any queried and help. From today morning itself i have been trying to send excess amount refund request and it's not accepting. This is so ridiculous and irritating since i have been trying for more than 10 times. Kindly take an action on this issue. And do let me know the procedure that how to proceed that refund request.

                                    I taken a loan from axis bank. I paid 14 emi’s correctly it is automatically money is deducted from my account on every month 5th. Last 2 months i facing issue with axis bank regarding ecs cheque bounce charges. Actually what happen here is my saving account was freeze that is reason money is not deducted from my account for this i can agree for cheque bounce. Now my saving account was closed again cheque will bounce how it happens?
                                    As per rbi guidelines if any account was closed there is no ecs cheque bounce charges. I want to know clarification on this. Why i want to pay ecs cheque bounce charges. Here i want to know main concern is my clearly telling my saving account was closed again cheque got bounce how it’s happen?

                                        The bank is fooling around the customer by not mentioning the additional charges even after continuously asking for the same.
                                        The bank has also deducted the money from my saving account linked with my credit card stating that the bill is not paid even though the bill was paid well in advance before the due date.
                                        The bank had once in past, deducted the money for failed transaction after 12hrs the failure of transaction and also they refused the request to block the card at that time, saying they cant block the card.
                                        The bank is just fooling the people on extremely high level.

                                        Below is the message of the deduction from the bank and attached image of the bill paid well before the due date.

                                        My axis saving account is debited with rs 2026.68 on october 05 2018 at 3.35 am in morning. And alert says info: brn-pymt-card-[protected].

                                        I request you take a strict action against the bank so that they donot fool the poor and innocent people around.
