Dear sir,
We have using axis atm shop no.3 rz 1443 tughlkabad extension south delhi date 2/10/2018 time 8:21 but by hdfc bank atm card. Transaction done with 2000/- (Two thousand rupees only) but rupees not received from atm or displayed 'this atm is temporarily out of service' so please reverse rs. 2000/- on my account. Details given below:-

    I complain for this on 23/09/2018, i informed you that because of miscommunication the service was activated now i just want to deactivate this service with oneassist, the relationship number is 5321000. The charged amount is 1899/-.
    After that i received massage from oneassist on 24/09/2018 that my membership cancellation is processed with service request number 3576511, and amount 1899/- will be credited in bank account within 5 to 7 working days. But it has been more than 7 days and still not get refund and it has not been found that the service has been deactivated. Kindly check the complain status and inform me.

    I sent the NEFT Bank Account details on [email protected] for the refund the amount 1899/- . This is the second time i complained for deactivation of OneAssist service. Kindly deactivate the service with OneAssist and refund the amount.

      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as i am facing financial crisis because of my health issues in recent months.
      I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.
      I am asking for this settlement from long ago, because there is lien on my account i cant even work, i don't have any source of income and i am moved to my home town.

        Dear sir,

        I have received a call regarding job opening in a well known company named axis bank. From digital career sirvices, noid, new delhi
        I thought it may be correct call not a fraud one because i am lokking for a job change.

        These people asked me to register with them for conducting the interview with axis bank with amount of rs. 2500/- which i had paid on 13th sept 2018.

        They had arranged my telephonic interview with the hr person of tcs (As they said) my telephonic interview got cleared and i received a call as well as a email from axiabank hr department for the selection and congratulations

        17th sept 2018 they asked me to pay the amount of rs 5800/- as a security cum processing deposit which will be refunded to me on the date of joining. I paid the same amount for the of rs. 5800/- on the same date near about 12.30pm.

        Later they called me around 3.00pm and asked me to pay again an mount of rs. 11500/- as a confirmation cum security deposit and said this amount is to be paid in favor of axis bank but i asked them first provide offer letter then i ll pay the amount and they sent offer letter to me and again they asking rs 19500/- for joining letter but iam not pay the amount...
        I called them but they are not responding..
        Kindly help me out this problem and please find the below mentioned details and atteched offer letter kindly help me out...

          Also not able to access the salary amount deposited in my account.

          Bank is aware that they dont recieved such Notice addressing to me. Now bank dont want to accept their fault bcoz they are the owner of this dispute. and asking me to show the Notice from Incometax department.

          Later on I personally visited Income tax department and explain the Issue. They denied and said there is no such notice released against my PAN card.

          I escalate this matter to Axis Bank, Nodal Office but still they are not accepting their fault.

            I own credit card axis..they have debited amount 10118...before almost month twice...instead of once...i am continuously requested costumer care ...and registered complaint...initially said they agreed their mistake and promised to solve in 2 or 4 working days...i thought okay and waited...again it remained unsolved...again i asked they told 5-6 again i waited...now they told...30days...so i directly went bank and met credit card department...member..i received careless responsible...

            then i and then made payment of 37204 which was actual expense of mine before due date i didnt not extra 10118,

            and now i am getting SMS from axis to settle the amount before due date,

            i paid amount for which i was responsible,

            because of this my CIBIL score gets affected then axis bank will be responsible for this...

            this is what bank is giving service to people..please solve my query..and trouble i am facing with axis bank

                Hi,

                I visited koramangala 8th block branch lin march 2017 and submitted application to close my savings account. I was told that it will be done in a week and i need not have to do anything further. I stopped using the number associated to that account. So i had no clue that the account is still not closed. Recently i was going through my emails and found that i have been receiving e - mails warning about low balance. I have no proof with me that i submitted the closing request, i also submitted my atm card in the branch. Please do the needful.

                    I and with my all three family members hold savings account, demat account in your vikas puri branch, new delhi for the last several years. Till about two years back, we were satisfied with the services of bank. But for the last two years, i am not getting proper services. We were having about 75 to 80 lakhs investment in this branch.
                    But after not getting proper services, i had no other option but to withdraw as many as funds from your this branch. Last time, due to negligency on the part of the staff, i had a loss of about rs.1300 which was compensated to me. Now recently when i submitted my dri slip, i was phoned up that my signatures do not tally and visit the branch. At that time, my wife was admitted in action cancer hospital for chemotherapy and i cud not visit the same day. I phoned up ms. Nidhi and in response, she told me that last time also we were to pay the compensation to you, this time you visit personally. Just by my visiting and signing the slip again, it was approved whereas there was no mismatch in my signatures. She was talking to me as if they have obliged me by paying compensation. It was a serious lapse on the part of your staff and my dri was found lying with the cheques clearing lot and nobody had bothered to see my request slip and to phone me up. Anyway that was settled.
                    Now myself and my wife have been issued three credit cards and two debit cards without our consent/authorisation. Credit card nos. Are [protected] and in the name of my wife [protected], [protected]. My simple query is how these cards have been issued without our consent.

                    We are senior citizens and we cannot correspond with the banks so frequently.

                      I have received new chip based debit cards as replacements. Last 15 days i have been trying to log in to their website and everytime i get a message session expired. On searching google for axis bank it shows various options but none of the solves my purpose. I am not able to find the process of activation of these cards.
                      Thus their website is humbug and not userfriendly.
                      When last time i went to their branch in electronic city, the printer was not working, so i had to visit again. They do not keek stand by printer also.
                      The bank is situated on first floor and the lift is not working for more than 3 years now but nobody bothers. I am of age 72 and find difficult to climb stairs my wife cannot climb at all, the account is in her name primarily.
                      For every damn thing they are charging like sms, documents etc.

                      Instead of wasting time of customers why they themselves become customers and try to do all operations on all these above.

                        I am so upset i used my china bank card which supports union pay and your bank accepts. I tried withdrawing amount but my transaction failed and amount deducted. I used your atm for urgent work and now i am out of cash.

                        Your customer care says 2 hrs to 24 hours it's been 3 days i am so frustrated whine to borrow money in such situation.

                        Please help to look into this

                          I have been submitting all documents they have been asking from past 3months, frustrated waiting from 3months still providing documents till date.
                          Latest crap from this bank is I submitted my latest EC for plot purchase on like 15days back when they asked.
                          Today when they promised to credit the loan amount. representative calls me and says they need latest EC.
                          This is a vicious cycle this bank is been on from past 3months.
                          I have submitted ECalone as latest copy at least thrice already. This is the single most worst bank.
                          Please don't ever apply for loan from this bank unless you only want to love providing all sort of new list of documents they come up with every day. Literally it's been 3months and counting to get just 6lakh loan from this crappy bank.
                          Guys please save your self some time and apply in other bank, .

                            My approved credit card was sent to my local address via bluedart twice. But bluedart company was unable to supply the same card in my address while i reached at bluedart office but they denied to give by hand and they returned the same to axis bank.
                            Password of the same card is received in same address via other couriers.
                            Now the axis bank is ready to debit the charges of credit card without providing any facility or card.

                            So u r requested to debit the charge after providing the card and facility.

                              उपरोक्त खाता संख्या को बंद करने हेतु शाखा कार्यालय सीतामढ़ी में 24 फरवरी 2018 को क्लोजर फॉर्म तथा आवश्यक धनराशि जमा करने के बावजूद भी अभी तक उक्त खाता बंद नहीं हो पाया है! क्यों? माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्देशानुसार सभी बैंक खाता में आधार अनिवार्यता खत्म करने के उपरांत, सीतामढ़ी शाखा के पास ऑनलाइन अथवा ऑफ़लाइन आधार लिंक हटाने का कोई विकल्प उपलब्ध नहीं है तथा विगत कुछ दिनों से परेशान किया जा रहा है! उपरोक्त खाता संख्या को बंद करने हेतु आवश्यक धनराशि जमा करवा लिया गया परंतु खाता बंद नहीं किया गया! बार बार रिमाइंडर करने के बावजूद परेशान किया गया! कारण इसके मेंटेनेंस फीस में बढ़ोतरी हो गई है, लेकिन खाता बंद नहीं हुआ! आधार हटाने के लिए परेशान किया जा रहा है!

                                Today morning at around 5:45 i went to axis bank atm located at cidco bus stop thane. As i was entering the atm the siren went off. I was shocked and exited the atm before making any withdrawal. What needs to be done in such a case as it was very embarassing. Never faced any issue with any other bank atms ever. I am an axis bank account holder. I have decided to close my account due to this embarassnent

                                    I have open axisbsnk online account asap on date 14/09/2018 and i have not selected debite card issue opption but bank issue card and charge. 354 rupees debited my account. I have complain 16/09/2018 account close but no replies me and not close my account and not credit card change my account so ply. Solve my problem and reply me

                                      2. In this connection, this is to inform you that i got the axis bank lic credit card. I have paid the lic premium of rs. 24, 995/- from this card on 02.08.2018 and the payment of credit card bill of rs. 25, 000/- paid on 09.09.2018 which is 3 days before the due date of the bill. The message of successful payment of credit card received in my mobile number on same day.

                                      3. Further, i want to attract your attention that my next bill is generated in october month and the debit interest of rs. 1838.82/- and gst of rs. 330.99/- charged by your bank. I don’t understand why you levied such charges instead of i have paid full amount of my bill and before the due date.

                                      4. Therefore, you are requested to delete the charges levied by your bank and do the needful at the earliest.

                                        Its's only 500/- per instance, then why it had to be deducted as 1500/- plus amount???
                                        If ecs is going to be 10 times a day then you will debited the amount as 500 one time*10??? What rubbish is this, close my account if you will continue doing that disgusting things again and again.
                                        I am writing here not for clearification of the funds deducted by you, i just want that one time deduction is 500/- so charge that for 2 emi's bouncing and rest payments which are forcefully deducted by you refund me as soon as possible otherwise close my account immediately. So much harassment.
