I and with my all three family members hold savings account, demat account in your vikas puri branch, new delhi for the last several years. Till about two years back, we were satisfied with the services of bank. But for the last two years, i am not getting proper services. We were having about 75 to 80 lakhs investment in this branch.
But after not getting proper services, i had no other option but to withdraw as many as funds from your this branch. Last time, due to negligency on the part of the staff, i had a loss of about rs.1300 which was compensated to me. Now recently when i submitted my dri slip, i was phoned up that my signatures do not tally and visit the branch. At that time, my wife was admitted in action cancer hospital for chemotherapy and i cud not visit the same day. I phoned up ms. Nidhi and in response, she told me that last time also we were to pay the compensation to you, this time you visit personally. Just by my visiting and signing the slip again, it was approved whereas there was no mismatch in my signatures. She was talking to me as if they have obliged me by paying compensation. It was a serious lapse on the part of your staff and my dri was found lying with the cheques clearing lot and nobody had bothered to see my request slip and to phone me up. Anyway that was settled.
Now myself and my wife have been issued three credit cards and two debit cards without our consent/authorisation. Credit card nos. Are [protected] and in the name of my wife [protected], [protected]. My simple query is how these cards have been issued without our consent.
We are senior citizens and we cannot correspond with the banks so frequently.
