Dear sir / ma'am,

I have been a victim of extremely poor customer service by axis bank.

I have been writing emails but no good response. The credit card team says customer service will help.

What should i do. I even wrote to nodal officer. On the website there is word limit so cant explain the case.

When i email customer support my emails bounce. I have been in touch with credit card department but they have been extremely canny misleading and have cheated me on several occasions. By taking money on false commitment about getting the finance and other charges waived off, settlement etc.

Please help me. I am now going to post my story online because i do not know of any other way to get attention and help!

    This is to request you that axis bank atm no. Cpcn35618 is located at cinema road, diggi chowk, ajmer. This atm has a problem with its siren. The siren goes off anytime and is so loud that the whole area and society gets disturbed. Maybe the siren has a connection with the door of the atm and when the door is left opened it goes off.

    I personally have lodged a complaint with the bank’s operational manager a month ago. But nothing has been done so far. My calls go unanswered by the manager. I sent her a message too regarding same but there’s been no response.

    I just wish to know –

    1. When will this siren be silenced?.

    2. Why does common man has to suffer because of the bank’s negligence?

    3. If siren is necessary, why hasn’t the bank employed a guard?

    4. How much time will it take the bank to bring up a solution? Even after a complaint, why hasn’t any action being taken?

    Yesterday, it went off at 3am in the morning. The whole neighborhood got up. This makes all o[censored]s so angered towards your bank and its services.

    Requesting you to take immediate actions otherwise society will have to further take up matters with the authorities and court of law.

    Attaching 2 instances of the horrible sound of the siren. One, in front of the atm at the daytime and second from my house which is 50 steps far from it, when it went off at 3am.

            Consolidated dp charges 236 rs has been deducted from my salary account of last two months. Even I am not using my DEMAT Account for trading purpose.

            I m salary person and having salary account in your Axis bank...i want home loan in name of me and my mother...but your bank rejected with reason that your mother is 56 year of old ...while no any such type of rule of RBI...and by other way...I m go for HDFC bank...he accept my proposal...and say no any such type of rule...very very bad experience in axis bank...kya vijay maliya ki age...56 year se kum he kya?                     I paid mcd fee for dog licence through my yes bank online . After pin feed it showed transaction failed I checked from yes bank who confirmed that money debited
                    I rang Axis Bank it guided to pay again and previous transaction will be refunded by my banker. I paid again but both bank kept passing on each other. Yes bank says Axis bank claimed both while Axis bank says go to yes bank. Complaints bank my banker replied axis bank did not accept refund of double payments

                        Sorry to inform am regular client of axis bank.. Working as zonal head - projects, heading entire west zone including gujarat. I have recommended axis to even our company and selected for salary ac with axis few years back.
                        But i beg to say that have deposited money in my newly opened business ac with my wife name m/s shree saiinfratech and without any information axis have deducted money without any prior mail intimation or phone information... Deducted approx 4900/- from my deposited amount of 1, 00, 000/. And when complained, only getting assurance since months that entire deducted amount will be reimbursed very soon but till date nothing imbursed and no proper response from concern area manager too.
                        Pls see to it and help be in getting imbursed my entire deducted amount of approx 4900/-.

                          This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and i m also a non-paid student but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                          I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                funds transfer from icici account to axis bank message account blocked/frozen

                                Today, i was doing funds transfer from my icici online banking to my registered axis bank account. When i entered the money & submitted the request to transfer, i get the message - "account frozen / locked".

                                However when i tried it for other bank account (Bank of baroda) - i could transfer it successfully.

                                I have received the following sms from axis bank:

                                Dear Customer, Mandates reference No: UTIB[protected] issued to CLIX CAPITAL SERVICES PVT LTD GURGAON with value 26400 and frequency Adhoc is received today for processing account number ending with XXXXXXXXXXX1191 . In case of any issues please get in touch with your branch.

                                I have not given any mandate. Please resolve the issue. Screenshot of the sms is attached herewith.

                                I have talked to Axis bank customer care, They ask to visit nearby branch.

                                Anyway i am seeing same type of complaints in this complaint forum, why the axis bank security is so weak.

                                I have visited the Ramapuram Chennai branch, said about this issue, and given a form to stop ECS and also the branch raised email for this complaint. I want to know the root cause of this, planning to file FIR on cybercrime.

                                  I booked train ticket from IRCTC website through bhim UPI powered by Axis bank. My account is with IDBI bank. My ticket was not booked but amount was deducted. By bank showing it as a successful transaction. Please refund my amount. Below are the screen shots of the transaction for your reference.

                                    I am informing you that my 2 emi's has been bounced in m/o july & august 2018 amounting rs. 7111/- because of some problems i was unable to pay them and hence i have paid july month emi through making neft directly to hdfc bank loan account from which my loan is running. I have already talked to mangli nicchi branch staff memebers but they are not giving any type of response to me about that charges, i wannt excess amount deducted to be refunded. But the matter is here for ecs cheque bounce charge as per talking to helpline these should be deducted as 350/- but the bank has been deducted it as 1670.58/- for july month & 1747.41/- for august month (In hold i. E showing negative balance) bouncing 2 emi's from axis bank mangli nicchi branch in ludhiana (Punjab)-141010, branch code:-002129.

                                    Its's only 500/- per instance, then why it had to be deducted as 1500/- plus amount????

                                    I have got a call from Axis bank One assist 2 days back and this service has been activated @1899 of cost from my card (ends with 3133). I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription and refund my money back to my account. Please make the cancellation process as soon as possible.

                                      On 25.03.2017 i transferred rs.10, 000 to my nephew but it was paid to a wrong payee. But till date no refund is made to my bank account. I asked for the details of the wrong payee, his cell #, bank account details, ifsc code of his bank branch etc. No response so far except acknowledge ment received from axis bank.
