S accont number is [protected], ihas been send all adar details and pan card details by mail and by hand was on 20/6/2017 last monday i went your atm to takemoney ithas not open so i visit your pattom trivandum branch they informed me your accont has double freezed becuase of adar not update i was given this all details by email was on 20/6/2017 by emai one ragam. [protected]@axisbankcom and by hand to your counter staff at trivndrum pattam branch also twodays before i given all details again still not opend today i visit atm to take cash same think is happend i was infrom to branch they saying opend this has been doned form centeral branch bombay. I want to clear this issue immediate effect and want to take my money

Branch manager also iwas informed this compliant but yet solved

      Hi

      I am really not satisfied with your customer service. Its been 3 months already that i am using your credit card but still not get any statement from the bank as you people have mentioned wrong date of birth which is not matching with my account, also you are not correcting it therefore i am not able to get my statement from internet. I have called 100 times also visited branch of shimla they are just pointing fingers on each other and no one is taking an action.
      Also at the time of opening credit card account i have told a guy to not to do auto debit and i have been told that account it s not auto debit, today i found that it is an auto debit account.
      I am going to close the account
      Its a cheating you guys are doing to your customers.

          Respected sir
          I am joint ac holder of your bank having ac no. [protected] with branch aruna asif ali road new delhi.

          Last month i. E. On 02.07.2018 i came to notice that my above bank ac seized due to not submission of pan and adhar card of co applicant i. E. Ms sandhya rani @ sandhya singh. Same was rectified at home branch on 3/[protected]. And ac de-freeze accodingly. The ac was freeze knowingly on 01.08.2018 and some charge was deducted by bank as charge for delay payment of personnel loan. Which was not justify as i have sufficient amount in ac on that day.

          Now same problem again take place on 01.09.2018 my ac freeze again and all emis have stopped.

          Kindly look into the matter and refund my money which was deducted in the month of august 2018.
          De-freeze my ac and pay me compassion of rs 1000000 (Ten lakhs) for this harassment as well as for not paying the due of various payments.
          I never told before freeze of my ac

              Someone called me from axis bank. He was not fluent in malayalam. He spoke to me with mixed south indian language. I can't understand what he was saying. I thought it was a part of verification. After that rs 1899 is deducted from my account for one assisted service. My relationship number is 5199315. I don't want one assisted service. Please refund my money.

                My account was debited in the name of "surge charge" because i used your debit card on petrol pump and made transaction of 380. But before that i have used axis bank debit card on petrol pump for bigger transaction and i was never charged for that.

                Also i am using other banks debit card on petrol pump for transaction over 200, they never charged me single rupee for that.

                The rbi rules and guidelines should be same for all the banks whether it is private or government.

                I had conversation with axis bank customer care according to them the surge charges was not applicable earlier but axis bank has started charging the customer, if they use axis bank debit card on petrol pump to make transaction
                Over rs 200. Your support was not able answer the basic question about surge charge that why axis bank suddenly started charging customer for making transaction over 200 on petrol pump.

                How should we trust with our money if the banks start customers account in the name of hidden charges.

                  I am employee of maxlife and i have salary account in axis bank. I used to utilising the service of axis bank and i am glad for that.
                  5 days back i had visited my bank at dombivli east for my money tranfer, overthere i met mr. Amit singh employee of axis bank.
                  I had completed my work process from him. He was quite rude person i found & i noticed that time. I haven't say anyone to that time but once i got call on 5th september 2018 at 11 am. He called me in the bank for having issue with that money tranfer process. He started arguing with me because of i did not carry pen and he asked me to sign on forms... He started shouting back me and even started blaming at me... He has insulted me front of other staff... He sais do whatever you can i am not affraiding here with anyone.
                  Even let me tell you this guy when i met first time at that time he was begging at me for his job... He was asking me for job search for him that was so funny at that time.

                  Please note this complaint with you...
                  Why you keeping such kind of staff who doesn't know the manners and etiquette.
                  Please make justice.

                    This branch has a cash deposit machine which will not work most of the time. It says that server down. And branch team no one cares about it. As a customer we are suffering because this machine serves in non working hours we come long way to see the server's is down. If at all they are so busy to care about the cash deposit machine they need to take it off. Rather to display and show off that they have it. There incapable of maintaining the given machine is ridiculous.

                        I am to state that someone named Rajesh Sharma, of Technosolutions (India) Limited, located at Navi Mumbai, confirm number [protected], where I applied for Data entry work and given my Aadhaar number, PAN number and other details, unauthorizedly opened an account in Axis Bank in my name misusing my Aadhaar number and obtained Aadhaar OTP stating that he is linking my account with bank for salary payment purpose on 3/8/2018 details attached herewith. He also used his email address and obtained account number and Debit card number and also tried to misuse the debit card and account to illegally transfer my payment in that account and do illegal transaction from the account opened in my name. Despite several requests and visits to Axis Bank Ronini Branch to close the account opened illegally, about a month have passed but till date the account is yet not closed. It is requested that the account be closed immediately to avoid it's misuse.

                        I further add that the unauthorized account was opened on 3/8/2018, but surprisingly the bank records show that the same is opened on 14/6/2018. I don't know how the bank is operating.

                        When I requested to close the account illegally and unauthorizedly opened by someone without my permission using my Aadhaar number and took the OTP on some false pretext why the bank despite several requests not closing the account. More than a month have passed, but I don't understand how much time the bank will take to close the account. If someone who opened the account misuses the account who will be responsible for the same. Why the bank is not closing the account. More over, the account was opened on 3/8/2018 but in the passbook, how the opening date is shown as 14/6/2018 whereas I have proof that the account is opened on 3/8/2018 and the person who opened the account has illegally deposited Rs.1, 000/- and same day withdrawn the same saying that he is testing the transactions in the account. Kindly take appropriate action urgently to close the account under intimation to me. The persons who opened the account has fraudulently given his email address in the account and has all details of the account and virtual debit card number also.

                        I don't require any information but closure of the account immediately and urgently. Why the bank authority failed to close the account and I also want to initiate criminal proceedings against the person who opened the account and whose details are already provided in my previous complaint.

                        This is a clear case of fraud, cheaing and criminal conspiracy committed and some bank official may also be involved in the crime and conspiracy. I have already submitted the details of the person involved and is a cyber crime and conspiracy to cheat. This needs investigation urgently and also closure of the account. It is surprising that after complaining the bank personally, no action is taken in the matter rather explanation is being given about the account.

                        I would also suggest that necessary changes with double security like instead of single password approval, double password approval with one OTP in phone and another in email to verify that the account is opened by a right person, is introduced.

                        No explanation is required about the account how is it opened but tell me how much time it requires to close the account. Your Rohini Sector 10 Branch was visited four times and asked to close the account as it was opened by someone else and not me misusing my Aadhaar number and OTP but nearly a month have passed but no appropriate action in this regard is yet taken. Who will clarify.

                        I would like to add that when a person named Rajesh Sharma opened the account in my name misusing your system, whose details are already provided, it is for you to first close the account and initiate criminal proceedings against him. But after one month, the bank authorities failed to close the account and initiate criminal proceedings against the person despite my having given a written complaint to the Axis Bank Sector 10, Rohini, Delhi-110085 more than three times in August, 2018.

                        This is for information and necessary action.

                        It's not understood why the Axis Bank authorities are taking too much time to close the account despite several requests and visits and complaints. When the account is opened by someone fraud, he can easily be caught by the cyber security and cyber crime cell as he must have opened the account using some computer/ laptop and using some online facility without which the account cannot be opened.

                        It is surprising and shocking that anybody who have your Aadhaar number and mobile number can open Axis ASAP account in your name online without your permission and knowledge and can have all details by giving his own email address and can also operate and do any number of transactions. He will simply mislead or misguide you saying that he is going to link or verify the account you have given for some other purpose and can enjoy using your account without your knowing what exactly is he doing. The more surprising fact is that the bank authorities don't know how to close the account when they are informed that the account is opened by someone else by playing a fraud upon the system. Why not the Axis Bank authorities close the opening of the account online when it can be misuse by anyone anywhere and anytime.

                          Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, it is mentioned in the statement like tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 310818. If i ask customer care they say if i use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. You guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

                          If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on msging right why can't do this.

                          I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

                            credit card fraud case settlement

                            There was a fraudulent transaction through my card in 2016. It was my mistake i provided them with my otp, i did an fir, spoke to the nodal officer and kept hope till now.. But the amount of calls i have been getting, its hampering my routine.. I want to settle but i cannot give the whole amount as i dint use any of it. How much settlement can be done...

                            debit account frozen

                            Axis bank account no [protected], kalyan east branch, (Minor to major issue) a/c being guardian a/c i don't understand why they have frozen the a/c and without any intimation. We submitted the required documents on 29/07/2018, but till date it is in frozen state, i am in great need of money but can't do anything. When contacted same reply wait for 2 to 3 days....

                            I made a transaction of RS 1232 on my BHIM Axis UPI app which is linked to my SBI bank account on 4th of August 2018.The transaction was failed but the money got deducted from my account.Although I raised a query and wrote many emails, my money has still not been refunded.The money is with UPI but they tell me to contact the bank which also denies to process it as my account got debited already. They're playing blame games on each other and not refunding my money.

                              My name is sunil - [protected], residing in anna nagar west extn, chennai-600101. I stay with my wife aged about 29 and my kid the aforesaid address. My wife has availed a home loan from hdfc bank before our marriage (2014) for around 7.5 lakhs and there is a pending loan principle of 7 lakhs. Due to some unfortunate personal reasons, she has quit her job during the year 2017 and failed to pay about 3 emi's for the hdfc home loan. Since then i have been paying her home loan. Her father was an nri and affected with paralysis early 2018 and due to financial crisis, even he is not able to take the home loan. This is the story so far.

                              Since i have been paying the home loan emi, i thought of availing some income tax benefits and approached the same with hdfc limited to convert the loan account under my name. Hdfc limited clearly mentioned it is not possible to do for an existing loan. So i approached axis home loan office located in ambattur with the same request. I met mr. Praveen and clearly explained all the above to him, also listed the below in points.

                              1) the loan has pending emi's which is not paid since a year (2017).
                              2) i will get the loan tracker only after paying the pending emi now in 2018 to hdfc ltd, when i applied for this axis home loan.
                              3) mentioned that this loan is only for income tax savings for myself and if there is even singe complication, please stop the loan processing.

                              Mr. Praveen stated that if the loan pending has been cleared, he will be able to easily process the request. With that statement, i submitted all the required documents and a processing fees of inr 2950/-. Now the loan is been rejected by axis bank with the reason that the old hdfc emi, was not cleared on time. I have informed this very clearly to mr. Praveen that the loan has pending 3 emi's which is 1 year old and that would be paid only when i'm applying the axis loan. I requested to return the documents i submitted and return the processing fees of inr 2950/-. I just got a reply from mr. Karthick that it is not possible to refund the amount.

                              I totally accept your bank policy and respect the same, but this is totally a negligence of your staff member who has made me pay the processing fees knowing all the bank rules that the loan will not be processed. I request you to kindly make arrangements to refund the loan processing fees of inr 2950 to my account.

                                I have tried many times to request online (Internet banking) for "cheque book" and every time its failed, on screen i m getting message...

                                "your request has failed during processing. Cheque book facility is not available for this type of lien reason code reference id[protected] for future communication."
                                Reference id[protected] for future communication.

                                I don't know why i m getting this error, its really painful to go every time branch which is located far to me,

                                Now i am thinking to close this account.. Very poor service.

                                How it can be resolve now?

                                  Which ordered dated on July Month but still its not received, it has been 3 months by now.kindly let me know when the product will get delivered and let me know the status of my order.since I am traveling soon I want my bag in three days.

                                    Sir mr rahul manger crm call me from bangalore remote banking. Sir he wants give me a loan agnest my property. My loan account number is phr[protected]. He wants give me a new top up loan morgage loan against my old loan. After that mr rahul refer me to mr. Gopal sharma senior manger axis bank rac branch sodala jaipur. Mr sharma call me to process the loan. Mr sharma say me give a blank check & i give him. After that mr sharma clearing check rs.5900/-in my account without any information pay to axis bank ltd. But they have not processed my loan. So please return my money with interest. Thanks.
