My Demat accunt was created with my salary account without being notified... I have mailed "dp.[protected]@axisbank.com" about this. They replied telling the mail id is not registered. I registered my mail id and requested for closure... There are like 30 mail chains happening for past 1month and still my account is not close yet.. How long will you people take to close my account and return the money back?

I have already sent the consent for like 10times with my registered email ID. They replied telling maid Id is not registered... I even sent the screenshot showing that the respective email id is registered..
How many more times do I have to send?

    This is regarding my current account no.
    [protected] in the name of ideal Savaari at axisbank damohnaka Jabalpur (M. P) due to some unavoidable circumstances I have closed my business and for the same I have given request for closure of my account to Mr Devansh of axis bank concern branch on April 2017 and got the receiving from them which shows that I need to deposit Required 172.50 before closure and when I contacted concern banker he assured me that I don't need to worry as he will get it resolve conversation with Mr Devansh of axis bank is copied below-:

    With this conversation I was assured that the work will be done but when I visited branch in the month of February 2017 and met Branch Manager Mr Amit and miss Neha they both confirmed that the same has not been done but no need to escalate the things as they will get it done again with confirmation from them I have not checked with them but when I contacted Mr Devansh again to send my closure statement he confirmed that the account is still not closed then I surprised to listen this again, and decided to lodge complain against this.
    Requesting to resolve this issue with axis bank at the earliest and get rid off me from this pain.

    I Was Used Ircts Ticket Booking on 7th, 9th Augest My Money Deducted But Ticket Not Conform Some Technical Problem. Ircts Side Tell Money Not Received In Our Bank Side, So Kindly My Request Total 1380 rupes deduction So please Refund My Money

      Axis bank has charged me rs. 601.31/- on august 9, 2018 and calls is consolidated dp charge. I do not understand what this charge is for and i haven't even been informed about a charge. I want the bank to refund the amount to me immediately.

      How could they charge me without my permission? The bank should atleast inform me before hand and check if i'd like to go ahead with them charging my account. They cant simply take away money from my account without informing me.

        cash deposit problem

        I deposited 6th august one lakh rupees in cash deposit machine, after one minute machine is automatically shutting down, also amount not credit to my account after words i went branch and given same day complaint no [protected] still date no updation, today means 9th august i called again customer care they told that complaint no closed, without solving my problem complaint closed.now another complaint no given [protected]...

        I have received following message today, which says
        Message 1 - at 3:37pm-
        Dear customer, mandates reference no: utib[protected] issued to hdfc ltd with value 114000 and frequency monthly is received today for processing account number ending with xxxxxxxxxxx9997.in case of any issues please get in touch with your branch.

        Message 2 at 5:00pm -
        Hello! Your a/c no. 209997 has been debited by rs. 118 on 08aug18. The a/c balance is rs. 85754.28. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

        I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
        Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

        I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
        Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

          I opened axis bank asap account, and without my consent debit card was came, now in my account negative balance showing of 352 rupees, i contacted my home branch for closing the account but they are saying you should do deposit negative money which is showing in account so that we will proceed further to delete account, i actually opened a zero account as i am not having money with me, i think that it will help me on daily transactions... But i can't use it anymore, please, process my request!

            I was did translation in axis bankatm but cash was not recived.. My debit card of hdfc bank
            My a/c was debited

            (Rs.100.00 was withdrawn using your hdfc bank card ending 0567 on[protected]:19:49:47 at d mart shopping mall. Avl bal: rs.41.37)

            This msg comes but cash not received
            On that time the electricity was gone
            Transaction done when the machine counting the cash then electricity was gone and atm was dade.. Shut down..

              My card ending with 2607 was blocked without my knowledge. How can you people do it without a your customer permission. Now iam out of station and iam left with no cash as my debit card cannot be used. I urgently need my card to be unblocked as i am need of money. Is axis bank some kind of a bank mafia who block anyone card without there knowledge and the customer doesn't have any right to know the reason.

                Dear sir/ma'am,

                I would like to bring to your kind notice that i had applied for axis bank NEO CREDIT CARD, which according to the bank is free of any kind of charges or joining fees since i have a youth account in the same bank. But their salesman/representatives allotted "2 VISTARA CARDs" in my name and my father's name. After a month of receiving the card brochure, which I haven't even opened, I got a statement from the bank regarding the joining fees as Rupees 1500+GST (270.00), which sums up to an amount of rupees 1649.00 and following this I received many calls from the bank executives regarding the non payment of the dues, generated for a card which i haven't even opened from the brochure. I approached the near by axis bank branch for the clarification and expressed my grievances towards the issue. The executives told me that the salesman must have "accidentally applied you for the VISTARA CREDIT CARDs instead of a NEO CREDIT CARD". They then asked me to block the credit card with immediate effect by contacting the axis bank customer care and comforted me that no problem shall arise after this. I contacted the customer regarding the issue and they gave me the confirmation of blocking the card and even send a message via sms stating the deactivation of auto debit from the given credit cards. About 3 weeks later, I again got a call from the axis bank representative regarding non payment of the dues. I visited the nearest branch the same day and discussed the issues. They are now telling me to settle the full amount of Rs.6986.79 which practically i am not viable to pay.

                Since this mistake was done by the axis bank salesman, i am not willing to pay any amounts pertaining to this wrongly issued credit cards.

                You are therefore requested to kindly consider my complaint as genuine and awaiting your favorable response in this regard.

                I am still awaiting your response to the complaint I have registered a month ago.
                There has been no actions taken from your side in this matter and I am still getting Statements from the Bank to submit the fees.

                Please respond to this asap else I have to look for other option to resolve this matter legally.

                    I m from badarpur i had a 4-5 accounts in axis bank at mohan estate branch from last few days one of my current accounts swipe machine not working due to which i have to incurred so many losses.

                    This bank had wrost service i ever had no one listen to their clients, customers,
                    Every client was just for making new customers nothing else.

                    Whenever i want to print my pass book or want a dd their servers never work everyone is just busy in their formality and not want to work.

                    Any officers of this bank can ever help u to sort out anything.

                    We try from last 15 days for our machine because of that also we lost our many customers.

                      THIS amount did not come out from the machine because of atm

                        The complaint is the way Satish has handled my account requests in India (Cust No:[protected]. I am very unhappy with his actions, behaviours and responses to my request for transfer of funds of approx 2.5lakhs from my Axis Bank NRO account to the UK. I had made a successful transfer in 2017 with his help. When I tried to make a similar transfer in March 2018 he told me the law had changed. He said that I needed to provide an OCI Card. As I didn't have a card he then requested details of my parents passport details that showed they were originally from India.

                        I had a very old copy of the passports of my parents - which was a handwritten passport of more than 100 years ago. I do not have any newer passports as my parents sadly passed away over 50 years ago before computerised passports were produced. When I sent the old passport copies to Satish, after many many weeks of chasing him, he said that this information was not accepted as it was not a modern passport. I was very annoyed as I had to keep chasing and chasing him to get a response - he never answered my direct requests or replied to my emails. I am stuck as in those days there were no computerised passports - so what am I supposed to do. He never helped me at all on providing propoer guidance in the matter. As a result I have not been able to transfer my money to the UK.

                        Can you kindy follow this as I am an elderly lady of nearly 80 years and am unable to travel due to my health.

                          Axis bank debits 1000 rupees from my account withou notifying me proper reason. Since i was trying to get contact with them non of their customer care numbers not working. Dear members don't have account in axis bank. Because you dont know when can the debit whatever amount they want. Axis bank olease make sure that your customers help line are working. I want my 1000 rupees back or proper explanation

                            First of all, i would like to inform you that i have been associated with
                            Axis bank for last 1.5 years and having a good and managed relationship with the bank.
                            I want your support in removable of the above charges. I have already
                            Paid on dated.28.06.18. I am in financial weak position in present payment
                            Option to cut down financial burden. I have always been making the
                            Payment on time. This time might have been some delay in regularizing the
                            Payment to my card account but i have initiated the payment on before time. It
                            Has been done before the due date from my side. Kindly consider upon my request and waive off cheque return fee.

                            Hoping a fruitful reply from you with a higher expectation.

                              Via netbanking i transferred 59500 to my credit card. It got failed and came to home page thrown error. Then i tried to initiate again the payment 59500. Till that i did not receive any debited message. Then payment got successful. 2 times 59500 is been debited from my account. Errored failed transaction they have debited. Let it be it's common. But right from day before day night i am calling customer care to take immediate action to revert my amount. If 1000 of 2000 that's fine i can wait for 7 working days it's 60000, i am in hospital for an operation for that i was having 60000. How will i pay bill? Will axis bank spk with doctor.. Senseless. Emergency customers need to resolved first. Called more than 4 times. Reply is wait for 7 working days, in hospital? #. Worst service ever. I need my money back and i decided to close my both credit card account and debit account. Even will never recommend others for axis bank. I was thinking u have good service it's worst i realised.

                                I, tamojit chattopadhyay an account holder of this bank in chinsurah branch., west bengaltoday at 11.47 a. M, i got a sms with wrong balance which is almost 30000 rs. Less than my actual balance. Around 4.30 p. M, i went to atm attached to bank and not in order board was there (Which we see very frequently). Naturally i tried to get it clarified from front office through security but since banking transaction time is over, they refused to talk. Accepting that fact i repeatedly requested through the security to once clarify the issue but they refused to clarify and not even ready to talk once and allow me go inside the bank. With a fully drenched and wet condition, i stood outside the gate and told the security until some one comes and clarify i will stand in front of the gate. After standing for sometimes, suddenly one staff namely avik chattaraj (As he told) came out of bank for refreshing himself and seeing my pathetic condition he installed mobile app in my phone with my permission outside the bank and showed the correct balance which is around 30, 000 more than the balance in sms. Being an account holder of reputed organisation i felt extremely harassed and embarrassed by the non-cooperative attitude of your front office employees. Please do the needful and inform me so that other people do not face similar situation.

                                    rent agreement is not considered a address proof for correspondence address

                                    I have my account in axis bank and i want to update my correspondence address due to change my correspondence address. Now i have a rent agreement as a address proof for correspondence address but branch manager told me that rent agreement is not considered as a address proof i haven't any government address proof of my rented house i have my government address proof of my permanent address now i don't know what should i do for my correspondence...

                                    On july 28th 2018 at 12:09 pm, i used my citi bank card to draw money (Rs.1800) at rajivgandhi nagar, alapakkam, chennai (Terminal id: decn176626), but due to some power issues the money didnt come, but was deducted form my bank account.
                                    The cctv was functioning well but since there was a power cut the cameras also were not working.
                                    Please sort out the power issues in future, in case this kind of issues happen.
