I am a customer of axis bank mg road lucknow, on 31/05/18. I got a message that my account is debited 10000 which has not done by me. I have compiled in my brach but no setisfy response come from them.
Sir, i kindly requestt you to kindly help me get back my money. I am very much in need of it. Plz help me get my money back. It is hard earned money which i earn.

Sir,
Pls help me
Today I had used debit card for payment of Electricity bill Rs.4526.99 and 3194.79.
When I see my bank statement than found that bank had taken Rs.4572.25 and 3226.73.
means bank had charged Rs.45.26 and 31.94 respectively.
I had paid more Rs 77.20
Which is very high.
Please refund me Rs.77.20

    I am a account holder from axis bank, ayothiyapattanam branch

    Sir, i have some problems of their accounts

    Sir last month and this month (14.07.2018 & 11.08.2018) that day was debit the consolidated charges and gst 18%.

    14.07.[protected].87 rs debited
    11.08.[protected].34 rs debited and (Minus (-) balance is 412.14) total: 1798.48
    These two days totally charged : 3834.35 rs
    These account have bank charged many months in lot of amount,
    But the above mentioned date bank will be charged the many lot of amounts sir.

    Then another problem is i have the paid icewireless (Internet) bill (Rs: 1178.82), debit the amount quickly, but not paid the amount in internet office, and then stillnow not refund the amount sir.

    I am very poor people, i have pay the monthly wise tneb bill payments for
    This account. Monthly monthly these amount will be bank charged, how i can live sir,

    Please sir, consider my apology and help to refund all the amount sir.

      Without any intimation in any of the way suddenly 500+90(tax) rupees deducted from my Acount as consolidated charges today 12.08.2018.
      I tried to call customer care but none of the phone number they mentioned in the website was connecting actually.

        I AM ur valued customer since last 2 years and I was happy to be a part of your service but from last few months there is been an increasing amt of wrong and hidden charges where applied to me as every month in the name of consolidated charges 500 to 700 get deducted bug this month the amt get triple now you people are charging Rs2375 is this a joke as on an avg you people are stoling 7000 to 10000 per annum in the name of consolidated charges .kindly refund back my amts or else have shut all existing relationship with your bank .

          I have a account in axis bank, mg road, bangalore. They have cut me money for consolidated charges for a/c of rs.4597/- request you to kindly help me get back my money. I am very much in need of it. And i was shocked to see that amount being cut. Plz help me get my money back. It is hard earned money which we earn.

            I have a salary account in axis bank and they have been deducting consolidated charges of rs 500 + 90 gst since two months. Kindly refund thats unfair wihout prior notice the bank has beed deducting hard earned money. I feel petty on banks looting their customers with filthy charges.

              I have salary account axis bank. I am using axis bank from 2013 onwards. Axis bank debited amount 10, 109.04 from my account as consolidation in last two months without any notification. This charges don't have any details. This is huge amount for me. Kindly help me to retrun back this to my account.

                I had salary account in axis bank, suddenky i get two sms from bank and they had deducted first time consilidate charge rs. 5257and gst 18%rs. 946. And i have calling from 40 mint at customer care no but no one pickup my phone.

                So i request for help in this case. Orherwise i will complain to my company. And i will close my account in your bank.

                  As i have not paid 2 month emi, due date will be on 7th of aug, due to some issues i was about pay on 8th of aug, but the same day i got call from axis bank recovery team they spoke very rude and using very bad slang in local words. They used to talk very bad and personally it hurts much.

                  Is there any rbi rule to uses very bad slang for non payment of one month or two month?
                  Is it crime, if i miss one month payment?
                  How fair the recovery team uses such a bad slang words?
                  Is this the way to behaves with the customers?
                  I'm expecting solution it shouldn't happens for other customers.

                  They were Speaking inhumanly, and they are lack of morality and they are behind rules and regulations, Its not healthy way to communicate with customer. They frequently calling to my wife and using very bad SLANG WORDS i have all the records, today i was at home and i picked the call and even i was rash towards them and also i spoke with the same pitch.am expecting a APOLOGY CALL from them and please take an action this should not happen for others.
                  Is there any RBI rule to scold the clients with vulgar words ? even after for late payment conditions ? there names were RAHUL and ROOPA banglore axis card recovery team.

                  I need an APOLOGY CALL from them, they must regretful acknowledgment of an offence they have done, once i get apology call from them then only i will pay,
                  if i don't get the apology call from them i would seriously go with legal actions.

                    This is gajendra singh from jodhpur since 15 days back i applied for an axis credit card. Finally today i received a message from the bank like"your credit card application for axis bank my zone card with reference number 11582757 has been declined". Can i know the reason?
                    Why your tele calling people calling and irritating, asked us to submit the documents. If you can't then why you people irritating us..
                    Poor services i[censored] got any doubt readings documents please clarify at the time of submit documents.

                    I call customer care he reply me i don't know how to decline your card and u again apply after 06 months

                          A/c no [protected] with kumbakonam branch.The net banking was disabled due to password typing errors.Necessary forms duly signed withh adhar copy given to local branch.It was observed that i will receive the code by speed post and later it was said the code will be sent by first flight courier.I have not received any code though a month has passed putting me in lot of troubles.Kindly help me

                            My Demat accunt was created with my salary account without being notified... I have mailed "dp.[protected]@axisbank.com" about this. They replied telling the mail id is not registered. I registered my mail id and requested for closure... There are like 30 mail chains happening for past 1month and still my account is not close yet.. How long will you people take to close my account and return the money back?

                            I have already sent the consent for like 10times with my registered email ID. They replied telling maid Id is not registered... I even sent the screenshot showing that the respective email id is registered..
                            How many more times do I have to send?

                              Hi Concern,
                              This is regarding my current account no.
                              [protected] in the name of ideal Savaari at axisbank damohnaka Jabalpur (M. P) due to some unavoidable circumstances I have closed my business and for the same I have given request for closure of my account to Mr Devansh of axis bank concern branch on April 2017 and got the receiving from them which shows that I need to deposit Required 172.50 before closure and when I contacted concern banker he assured me that I don't need to worry as he will get it resolve conversation with Mr Devansh of axis bank is copied below-:
                              ([8/22/2017, 13:06] Sumit: Devansh as discussed regarding closure of my current account of ideal Savaari with axis bank still I am getting message for negative balance as we have already discussed to pay you 172 rs approximately for closure of account for which I am ok kindly get it done and close my account now.

                              With this conversation I was assured that the work will be done but when I visited branch in the month of February 2017 and met Branch Manager Mr Amit and miss Neha they both confirmed that the same has not been done but no need to escalate the things as they will get it done again with confirmation from them I have not checked with them but when I contacted Mr Devansh again to send my closure statement he confirmed that the account is still not closed then I surprised to listen this again, and decided to lodge complain against this.
                              Requesting to resolve this issue with axis bank at the earliest and get rid off me from this pain.

                                Axis bank has charged me rs. 601.31/- on august 9, 2018 and calls is consolidated dp charge. I do not understand what this charge is for and i haven't even been informed about a charge. I want the bank to refund the amount to me immediately.

                                How could they charge me without my permission? The bank should atleast inform me before hand and check if i'd like to go ahead with them charging my account. They cant simply take away money from my account without informing me.

                                  I deposited 6th august one lakh rupees in cash deposit machine, after one minute machine is automatically shutting down, also amount not credit to my account after words i went branch and given same day complaint no [protected] still date no updation, today means 9th august i called again customer care they told that complaint no closed, without solving my problem complaint closed.now another complaint no given [protected]...

                                  Hello! Your a/c no. 209997 has been debited by rs. 118 on 08aug18. The a/c balance is rs. 85754.28. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.

                                  I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
                                  Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?

                                    I opened axis bank asap account, and without my consent debit card was came, now in my account negative balance showing of 352 rupees, i contacted my home branch for closing the account but they are saying you should do deposit negative money which is showing in account so that we will proceed further to delete account, i actually opened a zero account as i am not having money with me, i think that it will help me on daily transactions... But i can't use it anymore, please, process my request!
