Dear sir/ma'am,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that i had applied for axis bank NEO CREDIT CARD, which according to the bank is free of any kind of charges or joining fees since i have a youth account in the same bank. But their salesman/representatives allotted "2 VISTARA CARDs" in my name and my father's name. After a month of receiving the card brochure, which I haven't even opened, I got a statement from the bank regarding the joining fees as Rupees 1500+GST (270.00), which sums up to an amount of rupees 1649.00 and following this I received many calls from the bank executives regarding the non payment of the dues, generated for a card which i haven't even opened from the brochure. I approached the near by axis bank branch for the clarification and expressed my grievances towards the issue. The executives told me that the salesman must have "accidentally applied you for the VISTARA CREDIT CARDs instead of a NEO CREDIT CARD". They then asked me to block the credit card with immediate effect by contacting the axis bank customer care and comforted me that no problem shall arise after this. I contacted the customer regarding the issue and they gave me the confirmation of blocking the card and even send a message via sms stating the deactivation of auto debit from the given credit cards. About 3 weeks later, I again got a call from the axis bank representative regarding non payment of the dues. I visited the nearest branch the same day and discussed the issues. They are now telling me to settle the full amount of Rs.6986.79 which practically i am not viable to pay.
Since this mistake was done by the axis bank salesman, i am not willing to pay any amounts pertaining to this wrongly issued credit cards.
You are therefore requested to kindly consider my complaint as genuine and awaiting your favorable response in this regard.

I am still awaiting your response to the complaint I have registered a month ago.
There has been no actions taken from your side in this matter and I am still getting Statements from the Bank to submit the fees.
Please respond to this asap else I have to look for other option to resolve this matter legally.

I have received following message today, which says
Hello! Your a/c no. 897518 has been debited by rs. 118 on 05Nov18. The a/c balance is rs. 4792.86. Info: sign. Verf. Chrgs mandate regst/ stop. Call [protected] (If in india) if you have not done this transaction.
I don't think i have issued any such mandate.
Could you please help me to understand what is going on? And if it's a fake something could you please stop it immediately?
