Axis bank have blocked my saving a/c ending with 3694 and salary a/c ending with 7216 illegally. And as my saving a/c is blocked I am unable to make any transaction and that has caused me huge lose and when I have contacted them they are not taking my requesting and giving some nonsense response stating your loan amount is pending. Also I have already raised a complaint here

But still the status is pending and didn't get any resolution and there is no option as well to escalate.

Please look into the issue and assist as a/c has been blocked and causing me lose, please assist.

    I have received a call from Axis Bank today 6/7/2018. I just don't want the One Assist subscription and please cancel my subscription for my Axis Visa Platinum Card ending with 2683.
    You are, therefore, requested to note that i am not interested to accept this type of services and as such you are also requested to make necessary arrangement to deactivate "one assist plan" and get back my deducted amount of rs. 1899/- to my account at an earliest.

        SUB: MY SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT FROZEN SINCE 01 JUL 2018

        The sequence of case is as follows:

        01 JUL 2018: Savings bank A/c Frozen

        03 JUL 2018 1216 HRS: Called up customer care stating that I am unable perform any transactions. The executive directed me to go to nearest branch and submit the photo copy of PAN card of joint account holder (my spouse).

        03 JUL 2018 1438 HRS: Axis Bank Sanjay Place, Agra branch (my home branch) refused to accept self-attested photocopy of PAN and Aadhaar of the joint account holder, stating that another form needs to signed.

        03 JUL 2018 2037 HRS: I received an SMS "PAN card details against the joint holder Cust ID XXXX of your account is not updated. in our system. The debit operation in the linked account has already been restricted. Please call us on [protected]/ [protected] or visiting nearest Axis Bank branch...”

        04 JUL 2018 1202 HRS: Called up customer care stating that my account is frozen. The executive accepted the joint account holders PAN no. and raised a SR[protected]. She informed me that my account would get activated within 48 working hours.

        04 JUL 2018 1248 HRS: Attested copy of PAN & Aadhaar of both holders submitted at Axis bank Kamla Nagar, Agra branch. The executive who had accepted the documents, said that the account would get activated by evening on 04 Jul 2018. No action taken till 06 Jul 2018 1234 hrs.

        06 JUL 2018 1213 HRS: Called customer care to find status of my earlier complaint no. SR[protected] dated 04 Jul 2018. The executive informed me that the said complaint is closed. I asked him to connect me to the desk supervisor and she connected me to Branch Manager (Axis bank Kamla Nagar, Agra branch). He further connected me to the executive who had accepted the documents. She said that the account would get activated by evening. New online complaint raised SR[protected].

        Am I a terrorist to freeze my account ???

        I fail to understand why I have not been issued with a notice / notification before freezing my account ? Axis bank has never intimated me to update PAN details of joint account holder. I received SMS asking me to update PAN details. I checked online, it was updated. I checked with helpline it was updated.

        Till date (06 Jul 2018) there is no option in Axis Bank mobile banking app or Axis Bank website under insta services, to update PAN details of joint holder. Then this is a serious administrative issue of Axis bank. I believe a huge number of Axis Bank customers are facing the same problem. Expressing my deep discontentment towards Axis Bank.

        Request restart my frozen account and initiate corrective measures intimating the undersigned. Also state reason as to why I should continue with Axis Bank.

        Hi, I booked a ticket using tez app. It got detected from my account ( successful transaction) but I couldn't get any ticket from the redbus. Upi Transaction Id:[protected]. Google transaction Id: CICAgKC8teDvOw. Please look into my issue.

          My Credit card no ends with 8770 and it has been charged with an annual fee of Rs 500 approximately and since then every month they have been messaging me the balance with the fine in that amount. I even called the customer care and the executive was very rude. they have not sent me any paper statement since then. I have never received that Credit card or the pin. Please help

            The one assist service people have called me and told me about their services, they asked for my card verification being aware I didn't conveyed the right information but they made me feel that they ain't fake later on they debited rs1899 from my account . Please I don't need any cpp I just need my money back. I tried to called their number which isn't of any use .

              I need to open an axis bank account on an urgent basis to cash my educational loan DD based on which i need to pay my college fee before the deadline inorder to confirm my admission in New Zealand. I visited the branch and applied for a savings ac, received the welcome kit and was told it will be done by the very same evening. Now its 2 days and I have no update yet. Im running out of time so pls help look into this and sort this out. Im expecting some quality service. Hope this is taken care of.

                I mr sunil kumar g s having a credit card in their account which has been expired seven or eight years back. But still they are charging the bank charges for non usage amount also which comes to around rs 9332.53 out of which 4832.04 has been reversed still they are showing due of rs 4500.49 for which i requested to reverse back several times by phone. Please give me the justice for the same i will pay minimum charges of rs100.
                Why i should as i am not using the card and the card is expired long back and i have not received the new card until now.

                  Hello axis bank,

                  I am very frustrated with your service, you have
                  misleaded me.I was using axis my zone credit card and was satisfied with the same.Once a tellebanking officer of you asked me to change the card to Axis buzz card with highlighting the benefits.
                  I have attached the pictures of the Benifits described and promised to me.

                  But what a shame on your service.
                  I have been using the card since 10-15 days after activating the same.But both the fine dining and Flipkart vouchers are not yet entitled to me.

                  I swiped the card at Burger King and even in Barbecue nation, but no 15 %discount was given to me, both of the merchants denied the discount .Are you pushing your customers to this level, making fool out of them, harassing and torturing them, the money is ours, we do the hardwork and you guys have your bread and butter by misleading us.

                  I have done more than 5-6 transactions with the buzz card, yet the 1000 rupees Flipkart voucher is not credited/provided to me, why such fake promises?
                  Why do you harass your customers like this.

                  This is a curse being with axis bank.

                  I have called your tellebanking/customer executives more than 5 times, they have zero knowledge about the benefits and features of the buzz credit card, for gods sake please train them ask them not to pass false promises or claims.None of them knew about the features and benefits in total, someone said there is no fine dining benefits at all.

                  What is this?
                  Is this a nationalised bank?
                  One of the best bank of India?
                  Poor service axis bank.
                  I was with you since 2015
                  But so sorry I have to leave you and deactivate my account.

                  I am reporting this issue in customer forum and will legally take up for further escalation.
                  I want my money and time back.
                  I will not stop in any case.

                    I was paying 20000 inr for my upsee counseling seat acceptance fees on 05/07/2018 and i have filled all details and otp too as i was paying the amount from my debit card via online banking but due to any reason (I don't know what happened) transaction failed but i got message of debit of money from my axis bank account, without any successful transaction. Please! Refund my money back
                    I think it's bank fault that when transaction got failed then how can bank debit amount from my account.
                    I called my banks branch manager too but he said it's all online i can't do anything here and cut my phone.
                    And i want a receipt or any proof too.
                    Please help!

                      I Had Already Discussed With Customer Care Officer'S And Other Axis Bank Representatives, Regarding My Emi Date Has To Be Changed From 05Th To 10Th Date Cycle Since My Salary Is Crediting After 08Th Of Every Month. Because Of This Reasons, About Rs.3500/- Has Been Deducted By Icici Bank Against Ecs Remarks And About 3500/- Has To Pay To Axis Bank Due To Delay Emi Pay'S.
                      Kindly Change The Emi Date As Per The Below And Don'T Give Any More Burdens To Me, Peoples Like Me Could Not Survive With This Huge Loss Without Doing Wrong And We Are Paying More Than 19% On Loans.
                      When I Was Requested To Take Loan, All Would Be Very Easy Process And Very Helpful By Signing At My Residence/Home But After Taking The Loans, Peoples Are Giving Very Strict Systematic And Talking About Rules And Regulations Even For This Emi Date Changes Requisitions And Asking Us To Come To Bank Branches To Give A Requisition Letter. This Is Very Bad...

                          amount not refunded which is booked for irctc railway

                          Hi team
                          I was tried to book railway ticket on 1st of july and while was i was doing payment then it was showing payment issue.
                          I tried 3 times to book and every time 185 rs (Total:555 rs) deducted from my account.
                          I checked on irctc booking details it is showing that payment is refunded to bank but still i didn't get the refund.
                          Kindly do the needful asap.

                            I am an account holder in your axis bank at, kolkata. My a/c no. Is [protected], on 4-july-2018 at 04:11 pm purchased a phone (Redmi note 5) from mi.com using mobikwik wallet, where rs 4454 (Four thousand four hundred fifty-four only) has been debited from my account twice in two different transactions but out of two, one is not get transferred to mobikwik or mi.com. So it is my request please return this amount to my account. Kindly do need full actions.

                              Sir, i am an employee of sbi, sbiit, banjara hills, hyderabad and would like to bring to your kind notice that my purse containing three debit cards pertaining to sbi was stolen in the bus yesterday evening. To my surprise, one of the cards were put through your axis bank atm, ashoknagar branch, hyderabad around 6.00 p. M. Yesterday i. E. 03.07.2018 and an amount of rs. 10, 000/- withdrawn and subsequently so many attempts were made to further withdraw. The name on the card is k. Jagadiswari. On account of insufficient balance in the account only rs.10, 000/- could be withdrawn. I believe cc cameras are set up at all your axis bank atms. I would like to see the person who has put through this transaction and further enquire into his/her details. I shall be grateful to you if you can help me out in this issue.

                                I got a call from your bank executive saying that i am eligible for a credit card as i am having a salary account in your bank - axis bank, aluva branch. But when i applied and they took all the necessary documents, at the first time there was no response for almost a. Month and when i enquired almost three times the executive asked me apply again as my older data's were lost. So then when i applied second time and again submitted all the documents then after a week i got a message that your application for the vistara credit card has been declined. I cant understand why there is such a horrible service from the axis bank and any of the bank employees are not bothered to make a business opportunity for the bank??? I have got offers from other banks too so if this is not resolved i will have to shift my salary account to other bank where i will get all the benefits.

                                  I use to got nri and nro account with your bank and i moved to india for more then 6 months soni have changed my account to savings priority but it’s almost more then 3 weeks to open the account i’m still not able to use netbanking facilities. When ever i have tried use online either it show my number is not updated for online transaction or your current profile dosnt allow this access contact your releation ship manager. I have contact bank so many time but this problem is still not sorted and i’m really fed up now because i don’t have time to waste and if you guys really can’t open basic account normally then i’m not sure i want to continue with you or not and if it is not sorted till today then i’ll close my account because i don’t have time to waste. I have tried everything before making complaint and i’m really annoyed with your services.

                                    Initially when the fastag was issued, the credit limit was 20, 000. But now they have introduced 1000 rs / month limit for a non kyc customer which is too low. While taking the delivery all documents were already submitted and i don't know why it is needed again.

                                    Now to update kyc they are asking me to go to a branch which i find not very accomodating. All banks have online / email mechanisms in which kyc can be updated. Such a pathetic system and bank. Never go for axis bank products. Customer care was not ready to help and they are very rude too.
