I was visited the Axis Bank branch for update my communication address. as per advice of the branch executives, I have send a request through Insta services of Mobile App. I was confirmed that my address would be updated in 1 working day. But, unfortunately after lapse of 10 working days, communication address has not been changed.I have lodged my grievance to customer care vide service request No.41541314. But still not any action by Axis bank. I express my displeasure and anguish that a petty task of changing address has not been materialized even after assurance of the Nodal Officer of Axis Bank. If it is the state of affair, then what should I expect from the officials at bottom channel. It is a sorry state of affair that my address has not been changed so far even after visiting the Branch, applying through Mobile App (as per advice of the bank officials) and even after lodging complaint in this regard. It is nothing but an irony that the bank, on one hand, claims to be sensitive towards the services to the customers but in reality, situation is quite contrary to their claims and the customer is compelled to remain at the mercy of the their whims. While such scenerio urges me to revisit my decision to remain associated with the bank as a customer, but I once, again ask to you expedite the change/updation of my address forthwith. I also urges that pl take a concrete step to avoid such unwarranted negligence.

Axis Bank Customer Care's response Hi, we wish to state that SR was closed as there was a mismatch in details updated and document uploaded.
