Most pathetic response I have received from your end which is not expected from Axis Bank. Firstly they have responded after a long time and secondly poor response.
They charges me to pay for the card which I have never used.
As I'm a customers with a salary account only, that's why it doesn't matter for you weather I'll continue my account or not.
But, being an old customer, one last time I'm humbly requesting you kindly close my credit card Account by wave off the charges. I'm unable to pay the credit card bill which I have never been used.

That is the conversation between me and your representative regarding that credit card mentioned.
You can easily find out from that audio where she didn't mentioned about any charges. She mentioned that is only an upgradation of my card, card is about to deliver, there is no charges same as present card and I just need to confirm my address only, so open the apps and follow her.
She did it to me in purely unethical way. While she asked me for a number or OTP shown in app, I disconnected.
For that unethical activity of that lady, my good Cibil score has been destroyed. I urge several times to Axis Bank with an hope to get solved a.s.a.p. but till it is unsolved.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
