Respective sir/madam,

Sub refund my consolidated charges

I have saving account in your axis bank form serampore branch (Ifsc:utib0000443) a/c. No: [protected] and when i checked my balance they have deducted rs 1152.50 with [protected]@18% rs 207.45 dated[protected] from my account written as consolidated charges. Plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts without telling peoples.

So kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

    I have current bank account in axis bank branch of m g road porbandar i seen couple of days bank credited 1500 rs from my account name of cons and other charges please refund my balance otherwise i will complain against bank. Firsr bank dedicated 236.00 on 20 march 2018 and now this month bank dedicated 1200.00 rs 14/04/2018 in the name of cons please resolve this issue soon as possible.

      I have been having current account in axis bank. Monthly axis bank is deducting money from my account even though i maintain minimum balance. Monthly the bank is deducting rs1200 /-. Kindly look in to this issue and return my money. My account. Last month when i went to kknagar branch they said they deducted for debit card rs.500/-. So i paid rs.2000/- to maintain minimum balance. Again with in a week again axis bank deducted rs.1200/-. Kindly look in to this issue.

        Sir, i wish to state that i have been maintaining the minimum required balance in the account throughout this month. Yet 1615 rs (As consolidated charges)+290 (Gst) has been deducted from my account. This deduction is completely unjust and unfair. Therefore i urge the bank to return back the money so deducted as this act of the bank has shaken my faith and confidence in the bank.

          My a/c no. Is [protected]. I had transferred 5000 rs on dated 12/08/2017. But that transferred is not cleared till the date.
          I have complaint on customer care no. But no action should be taken till the date. Customer care says thas amt being trasferres but in actual that is no transfeered. I have seen passbook mant times to your bank executive.
          So please take ban action about this.

            Dear sir
            During my visit to vijay sales ghodbunder for purchasing one invertor ac. Bajaj financial sales representative approached me with a loan option and detailed me that i have to made 4 down payment and one time charge of inr567 as one-time processing fee total to inr 13067 and balance 25000 will be my loan amounts and same will be collected at inr 3125 for 8 months installments. But my bank axis bank debited 118 rupees from my accounts to make the auto mandate facility. I observed that another 188 rupees was also auto debited from my accounts which is not at all acceptable to me and feel got cheated by my bank where i am saving my earnings against my hard work. Which is not at all acceptable to me and i am unable digest the same.
            Once again i am requesting you to make a resolution to my issue with in next 48 hours or else i will raise a dispute though rbi against this inappropriate charges and i will be not be liable for any further consequences.
            Pl note i will not able to make all this illegal payments which is against natural justice to me. Hope you will reverse this charges to my account

              My axis bank credit card is connected to an auto debit option. Every month, the money is automatically taken from my savings account. However, when i had applied for a home loan to a different nationalized bank, the feedback given by axis (Following due procedure for clearance of home loan) to my bank, was
              "customer has repeatedly failed to pay credit card bills." customer care is highly unprofessional and irresponsive. As for the concerned branch, the manager is as clueless as it can get.
              I do not understand where the question of "paying bills" arises, when axis has been automatically deducting from my savings account. Such an irresponsible feedback for a few thousands in interfering with my loan amount of a crores. Please clarify asap.

                As per the discussion had with axis bank credit card department and settled the amount as per mail sent but still these bank people are asking for more money to close.

                I have closure letter given as per the letter i have paid the amount 30000 + but still they have not closed my account.

                Yes i agree i was in big problem my father / brother died & mother hospitalised i was not able to go for work for 1 year i was at home with my family.

                Its my problem bank don't care i agree but after giving settlement amount axis bank people still demanding for more money which i don't wish to give because its cheating.

                Credit mantra also took money from me stating to resolve my issue but they demanding more money.

                  My last bill amount for credit card was approximately 37000. I had paid 35000 before my next bill generated date. I thought i have paid my entire bill before the due date. Once after my new bill was generated i had payed 2000 rupees. But i have received a debit interest for that 20000. Kindly reverse the amount.

                  Another issue is my friend unknowingly swipped my credit card in atm. I received a cash fee of rupees 500 for that. Kindly reverse those amount

                  My Payment due date was nearing. Please reverse the above amount send me back the revised bill. So that I will pay my credit card payment.
                  Today i tried withdrawing an amount of rupees 5000 from one of your micro atm's which is located in bapror(Punjab), The amount was debited from my a/c but the cash was not withdrawn.I would like you to look forward towards my complaint and solve it as soon as possible.

                      I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx. I recently received a bill of amount rs.28500

                      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                      I can able to give 30% of my debts with 2 installment if agree to settle with this amount, more than 30% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                      I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                        I have submitted applcations twice in axis bank Srikakulam (Home) & Kandancavadi, Perungudi, Chennai (work)

                        My home branch officials neither know what to do if standing instruction is activated on the account, as my account is showing a reason for non closing of the account is because a standing instruction is activated, but as of my knowledge there is no standing instruction i have activated on this account as i don't use this at all

                        Both the branch Asst Managers & Managers were hopeless & i donno how they were recruited

                          Asap account not yet activated even after 5 months. I tied in almost every branch of axis bank in bangalore and no one could assist me regarding this. My account was opened on using adhaar based kyc asap account but the account information showed in the account after opening is all wrong and false its shoes my dob as 1900. After account opening i immediately transferred 1000 rs to the account.. It easily took the amount but when i tried to transfer it in many possible ways it couldn't debit from my account.. Axis bank is a fraud. When i visited branch they say your account is closed but even today i can open it through mobile app and the amount is reflecting as 1005/-. They say that amount will be sent to you by dd but my address is not atal updated in my information the the account.. Kindly note my complaint

                            I am holding account in axis bank, jp nagar branch - bangalore, i went to withdraw 3500 rs from yes bank atm ramamurthy nagar on 30th november 2017, atm lost power and i didn't get the amount but i got sms that my amount is deducted from my account, i raised two complaints with axis bank via toll free nubmer but they told me that amount is dispensed from atm and requested me to give a police complaint to check cctv footage, which i did and submitted the copy to axis bank branch manager tc palya main road, ramamurthy nagar.
                            Branch manager asked me to send an email to [protected]@rbi.org.in, but there is no single response from them, i tried to call them multiple times but no luck.

                                    Dear sir or mam my name is devender singh in a client of your bank today i visit your branch at 3:40pm to deposit cash. And that time shutter of your bank is half closed. When i ask permission that time guard was pushed me out and abuse and shouting on me even he trying to hit me. I want to now that is this your bank welcome style or this the way to treat your clients... I request to the bank management please take some action on it or i have to closed my all family members accounts form your bank.
