I am holding account in axis bank, jp nagar branch - bangalore, i went to withdraw 3500 rs from yes bank atm ramamurthy nagar on 30th november 2017, atm lost power and i didn't get the amount but i got sms that my amount is deducted from my account, i raised two complaints with axis bank via toll free nubmer but they told me that amount is dispensed from atm and requested me to give a police complaint to check cctv footage, which i did and submitted the copy to axis bank branch manager tc palya main road, ramamurthy nagar.
Branch manager asked me to send an email to [protected]@rbi.org.in, but there is no single response from them, i tried to call them multiple times but no luck.

Could you please verify CCTV footage and let me know, please find police complaint attached to verify CCTV footage.
