I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx. I recently received a bill of amount rs.28500

This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I can able to give 30% of my debts with 2 installment if agree to settle with this amount, more than 30% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

I try your customer care number but there is no option for credit car.
further your Agent repeatedly call me for the payment clearance of entire amount.
whenever i request for the settlement, you say that it is not possible as my account is running.

    I have submitted applcations twice in axis bank Srikakulam (Home) & Kandancavadi, Perungudi, Chennai (work)

    My home branch officials neither know what to do if standing instruction is activated on the account, as my account is showing a reason for non closing of the account is because a standing instruction is activated, but as of my knowledge there is no standing instruction i have activated on this account as i don't use this at all

    Both the branch Asst Managers & Managers were hopeless & i donno how they were recruited

      Asap account not yet activated even after 5 months. I tied in almost every branch of axis bank in bangalore and no one could assist me regarding this. My account was opened on using adhaar based kyc asap account but the account information showed in the account after opening is all wrong and false its shoes my dob as 1900. After account opening i immediately transferred 1000 rs to the account.. It easily took the amount but when i tried to transfer it in many possible ways it couldn't debit from my account.. Axis bank is a fraud. When i visited branch they say your account is closed but even today i can open it through mobile app and the amount is reflecting as 1005/-. They say that amount will be sent to you by dd but my address is not atal updated in my information the the account.. Kindly note my complaint

        I am holding account in axis bank, jp nagar branch - bangalore, i went to withdraw 3500 rs from yes bank atm ramamurthy nagar on 30th november 2017, atm lost power and i didn't get the amount but i got sms that my amount is deducted from my account, i raised two complaints with axis bank via toll free nubmer but they told me that amount is dispensed from atm and requested me to give a police complaint to check cctv footage, which i did and submitted the copy to axis bank branch manager tc palya main road, ramamurthy nagar.
        Branch manager asked me to send an email to [protected]@rbi.org.in, but there is no single response from them, i tried to call them multiple times but no luck.

          Sir i hv applied for current ac on axis bank panipat gt road branch on 5 april 2018 .bank people told me that ac will be open on 3 days and i will recive check book with in a week but as u can see today us 12 but they even did not open my ac after 8 days they deducted money from my ac on 06.04.2018 kindly see attachment for proof.so kindly pay back my money with interst as my bussiness already sufferd bcoz of 8 days delay.i will open my ac in another bank kindly payback my money

                      Dear there,

                      I will write in simple way, i been to one of branch of axis bank kormangala office. Regarding my enquiry of forex card, i thought it would be better go ask bank employee instead of calling customer care. But i was totally wrong customer care service is better than your employee who working there. As a customer i take token waiting for my turn i waited der for almost 35 minutes my number never showed up. Then i asked one of the employee she said you have to wait as only one person can give you information regarding forex card. Although 4 -5 counters are free no customer were there.

                      I have one questions when you hire your employee why don't you give entire product knowledge, here one person will handling then it will be huge problem. This thing can be accepted in govt banks but being private bank if you do like this then sorry to say that customer like me will move to another bank who can provide us better and fast services.

                      I never seen any bank who said only one employee will handle ur enquiries thats totally strange seriously...

                        Hello sir im getting calls from axis bank credit card collections office daily. Im paying the part payment every mnth on time but this month i am having my wedding and told the credit card collect person that i will be paying the next payment on 25 of april please grant me that much of days i will definatly pay the money but your collection person is using wrong and abusive words to mee other than that last month i told 1 of your collection person that in next mnth i will pay money after 24april and he told ok no problem now why these persons are calling agaun and again and using abusive langauge with me this is the ways to talk to a lady and when im saying that i will definatly pay the money but i want 15 days of time.

                            I have applied for personal loan top up and same has been sancened by Axis bank. But even after 15 days there is no disbursel of amount. And now branch member told me that amount will credited by next month. Actually they are play with their client. Want to highlight one employee name Mr. Satish Waghmare and his senior Mr. Amol both are play with me. How is it possible that amount sancened but no disbursel even call center give confirmation. I want to esclate to higher leven.

                            I want to when amount will get credit into my account or Chattursingi branch having fraud employee.

                              I had made1.5lakh transaction from axis bank account no [protected] to my syndicate bank account [protected] through imps of axis mobile on 7/4/18 but this amount have not credited into my syndicate account and my axis account had debited by 150000/-. So please refund my money

                                    SIR, ON DT.[protected] FROM Corporation Bank ATM, Kavali with ATM ID COBD114/40. I USE MY ATM CARD FOR WITHDRAWAL of RS.8000/- but the transaction failed with error and the balance had been deducted.The transaction cannot be completed. When I used another nearby ATM, I was surprised to see that 8000 have been debited from my account, thus incurring on me a loss.

                                    Sir I have 6 accounts in the axis bank branch cheeka. The all accounts are zero balance account. In all the accounts 4606 rupees are deducted.
                                    I booked ticket of irctc on 6.04.2018 but in same day i cancelled the ticket .Cost of ticket rs.1070 and refund amt-950, but still i wont get in my a/c.So kindly update my a/c.A/c no.-[protected].Branch code-v411.

                                      Dear Sir / Madam,
                                      I am an Axis Bank customer. I got Axis Bank Credit Cardin this March. I purchased a Flight Ticket from the Air India Express site on March 27th. The ticket amount is RS .27, 496.12 (1, 553.70 AED) . I received a Transaction Mail, OTP Mail and OTP Text Message to the Phone at RS: 27, 496.12 (1, 553.70 AED) . The Mail that I received during the transaction, ticket copy, also attached an Axis app screen shot. But, the funds which are debited from my account are 28, 629.93 INR.

                                      I called in toll free and I was not satisfied with the answer. I went to your Kondotty branch as well, but I have not received a satisfactory reply from there. I also called on the phone at Ramanattukara branch, which I applied for credit card, but said they can not clear Problems, I've been around for almost two years, Axis Bank Priority Customer, So I am very humbly requested to reverse that fund.
