I am an Axis Bank customer. I got Axis Bank Credit Cardin this March. I purchased a Flight Ticket from the Air India Express site on March 27th. The ticket amount is RS .27, 496.12 (1, 553.70 AED) . I received a Transaction Mail, OTP Mail and OTP Text Message to the Phone at RS: 27, 496.12 (1, 553.70 AED) . The Mail that I received during the transaction, ticket copy, also attached an Axis app screen shot. But, the funds which are debited from my account are 28, 629.93 INR.
I called in toll free and I was not satisfied with the answer. I went to your Kondotty branch as well, but I have not received a satisfactory reply from there. I also called on the phone at Ramanattukara branch, which I applied for credit card, but said they can not clear Problems, I've been around for almost two years, Axis Bank Priority Customer, So I am very humbly requested to reverse that fund.
