    I have received my Axis Bank Credit Card Statement with Fraud Transaction, which I had never transaction on 26/02/2018 against FLIPKART INTERNET PVT LTD. BANGALORE for Books & Stationary.

    I have also communicated with Axis Bank customer care regarding on the same, but they did not response me in the proper way.

    So, I would request to you please look into this matter & solve it as soon as possible.

    I received a call from axis bank correspondent regarding welcome of my new account. Call received from this number +[protected].
    The guy was rude and held call in between and did not even bother to call back. Pathetic first time experience with the bank!

      More time request and repeated complaints by me neither any action taken by axis bank backing team against amount credited in my account (Sbi) nor any reply given by backing team of axis bank upi against credited in beneficiary account (Sbi)

      Whereas, an amounting to rs 3500/- has been debited from my sbi account since 31 jan 2018. Bank statement and screenshot of query are also enclosed herewith for your ready ref.

        I have tried to withdraw 10000 rs using axis bank atm from my kotak account. Atm showed the successful completed message in the screen and amount was debited from bank but amount was not opened from machine and provided from atm machine.

        I am paid my credit card Rs.22615 payment through sbi bill desk from axis Bank net banking. The amount was debited my account but not credit in to my card. Where is my amount. It happened many time in axis Bank. Whenever I purchased or paid something. Very poor network.

          Please note that, i have append my asap a/c *8451 with axis bank dated on 11/03/2018 in to jaya nagar 5th block. And transferred rs. 1000 from my another axis bank a/c.

          Now when i am planning to transfer this amount in to sip a/c or some another account. It seems my account have not been activated.

          When i visit to nearest axis bank branch it seems a/c have been closed by system error.

          Now could you please advise how i can activate my a/c. If not then please advise the the exact reason of closing my asap account.

            I am nsn prasad, an advocate. I have received a massage about one hour ago that my credit card [protected] was used for a transaction of rs 5542.20 today at microsoft office. The card is with me. I have not made any online transaction. I didn't receive any one line pass word. I have blocked my card to prevent any misuse. Please enquire and don't demand for payment of the amount.

              Hi,

              I have made 2 cash withdrawal dated on 3rd March 2018 of amount 8000 each (Total 16000) transactions using axis bank debit card at state bank of india ATM, which are failed showing transaction timeout error and i did not get cash. Regarding this I have registered a complaint with axis bank on same day. On 12 Mar onwards ATM reversal transactions are showing on bank statement but amount not get added to my main balance till date.
              As per RBI rules amount should get refunded within 7 working days. Now 10 days are completed but still I did not get refund.
              I have registered complaints with axis bank many times, every time your support executive tell that the previously registered complaint is not correct & registers a new complaint.

              The same problem i have faced with Dena bank 6 months ago, but i have get refund within 3 working days.

I also made payment in 17 the march and the bill was generated in the date of march 12 th. Why you charged and how can i know i used maximum amount. The application status is coming in axis bank as the application is accepted but when i try to check the status of the application on bse status check website it is not returning any records against the application no and the pan no.                             Axisbank is the worst ever bank i have seen.. It is extemely frustrating to use their netbanking.. I had to convert my nre account to domestic account. They said its not possible.. I tried updating my us mobile number to india number.. Again its not possible.. Update aadhar card number.. I am not seeing any option in my netbanking.. When i visited the nearest bank they said i need to fill a form to get phone number updated.. When i filled the form they said my signature is not matching.. They said i have to get an affidavit signed by notary public in a stamp paper.. They did not even help me to update my aadhar number.. I was so frustrated that i asked them how to close my bank account.. They said i need to get my signature changed. Their phone banking number is not toll free and you have to spend a lot on call charges. Now i cant do anything with my account. Dont open any account with axis bank.. They have the worst customer service

                              I am having salary account with you since almost 3.5 years.
                              Since last 2 months some amount is getting locked into lien amount.
                              I tried to call customer care but as usual they out my call on hold and then got disconnected.
                              Even i visited my branch and after long investigation they were unable to answer actual answer of lien amount.
                              What really i can do now?

                              I think next step is to make complaint in rbi and consumer court.
                              Replace your [censored] employee or atleast train them how to assist your customer.

                              No mail response... No resolution over call... No resolution on branch visit...

                                Your bank should be rated below the cooperative banks or pathpedi sansthan absolute horrible services, forgetful and irresponsible employees.
                                To open a basic savings account (Whether nre or resident) it takes anywhere between 2 years to 5 years, despite giving all the money and completing the formailities 10 times and everytime the requirements change - awesome!!! Absolutely frustrating.
                                The locker charges are charged in advance and then excuse is given that the locker cannot be used as it is stuck, i couldnt use my locker for year!!! Despite of paying the yearly rent in advance for a large locker???
                                I ordered for cheque book, the courier guy came home when i was not at home, i gave him the instructions to return to the local branch of axis and i will collect it from there, he delivered to my building watchman!! What???
                                I had no outstsnding in my credit card yet it showed pending for such a long time that it affected my cibil rating???
                                The above is just a snapshot of problems there are more... Absolute horrible experience.
                                I am 10+ year old customer with axis main branch pune and suffered for that many years!!!.
                                Absolute pathetic relationship banking!! Only in front of customers they will talk politely and put up a good show otherwise they will do nothing at all and we have to constantly follow up still the excuses like i forgot, i changed my cell, i thought the other dept would do it, requirements have changed, policies have changed etc... Will be given and no work will be done.

                                  I had a due of 23k and minimum due of 2.7k. To pay the bill i have transferred the amount 23k to my account. They took 2.7k without any notice. Also i had to pay 23k additionally. This made me pay 23k +2.7k. This is really #. I just want to cancel my card. And close my axis bank account.
                                  These people also charge penalty of 300 for this and additional gst for the money they steal from us. This banking system is a complete #. They charge us for all the stupidity they do.
