Here i am mentioning the fraud activity and cheap way making money of axis bank. I got charged for 500 rs for maximum use of credit card in the date of 14 the march. I also made payment in 17 the march and the bill was generated in the date of march 12 th. Why you charged and how can i know i used maximum amount. Please check once and refund this is also posted the screen shot in axis bank facebook page and insta also. So please say or there. We can know the public comment too.     I submitted an ipo application on axis bank for hal on 16th march at 10am for a bid of 12 shares. The application status is coming in axis bank as the application is accepted but when i try to check the status of the application on bse status check website it is not returning any records against the application no and the pan no. Has axis bank sent the application to the bse website. When it is showing accepted at axis bank ipo enquiry why in bse it is not returning any records against the application no.? If i get a reply from axis bank i will provide the details.

      My axis bank a/c no - [protected] has been debited by 1899.00/- for oneassist membership.
      I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [protected] regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account.
      So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past hours and requested for cancellation of my membership.
      I am totally disappointed with this one assist

          Axisbank is the worst ever bank i have seen.. It is extemely frustrating to use their netbanking.. I had to convert my nre account to domestic account. They said its not possible.. I tried updating my us mobile number to india number.. Again its not possible.. Update aadhar card number.. I am not seeing any option in my netbanking.. When i visited the nearest bank they said i need to fill a form to get phone number updated.. When i filled the form they said my signature is not matching.. They said i have to get an affidavit signed by notary public in a stamp paper.. They did not even help me to update my aadhar number.. I was so frustrated that i asked them how to close my bank account.. They said i need to get my signature changed. Their phone banking number is not toll free and you have to spend a lot on call charges. Now i cant do anything with my account. Dont open any account with axis bank.. They have the worst customer service

            Hi axis bank,

            I am having salary account with you since almost 3.5 years.
            Since last 2 months some amount is getting locked into lien amount.
            I tried to call customer care but as usual they out my call on hold and then got disconnected.
            Even i visited my branch and after long investigation they were unable to answer actual answer of lien amount.
            What really i can do now?

            I think next step is to make complaint in rbi and consumer court.
            Replace your [censored] employee or atleast train them how to assist your customer.

            No mail response... No resolution over call... No resolution on branch visit...

              Your bank should be rated below the cooperative banks or pathpedi sansthan absolute horrible services, forgetful and irresponsible employees.
              To open a basic savings account (Whether nre or resident) it takes anywhere between 2 years to 5 years, despite giving all the money and completing the formailities 10 times and everytime the requirements change - awesome!!! Absolutely frustrating.
              The locker charges are charged in advance and then excuse is given that the locker cannot be used as it is stuck, i couldnt use my locker for year!!! Despite of paying the yearly rent in advance for a large locker???
              I ordered for cheque book, the courier guy came home when i was not at home, i gave him the instructions to return to the local branch of axis and i will collect it from there, he delivered to my building watchman!! What???
              I had no outstsnding in my credit card yet it showed pending for such a long time that it affected my cibil rating???
              The above is just a snapshot of problems there are more... Absolute horrible experience.
              I am 10+ year old customer with axis main branch pune and suffered for that many years!!!.
              Absolute pathetic relationship banking!! Only in front of customers they will talk politely and put up a good show otherwise they will do nothing at all and we have to constantly follow up still the excuses like i forgot, i changed my cell, i thought the other dept would do it, requirements have changed, policies have changed etc... Will be given and no work will be done.

                I had a due of 23k and minimum due of 2.7k. To pay the bill i have transferred the amount 23k to my account. They took 2.7k without any notice. Also i had to pay 23k additionally. This made me pay 23k +2.7k. This is really #. I just want to cancel my card. And close my axis bank account.
                These people also charge penalty of 300 for this and additional gst for the money they steal from us. This banking system is a complete #. They charge us for all the stupidity they do.

                      My self roushan kumar srivastava. I m not happy with you services. My company open the salary account in your bank. Your staff comes in our office and collect the documents. Bank call me and says collect your kit. But i m saying name printed in my cards avilable me. Our staff saying our account actived and your card will be dispacted by mumbai branch in 22 feb. But approx comes in one month not provide my account number and my atm cards. Today i m visting the branch and hand over me instant kit and saying your account open will be a 3 working days. My question is why not provided my printed cards and account number in one months. Not good sign for your branches. Axis bank is a big name of banking sector.

                          Note: i do not have any account (Savings, loan or any other account) with axis bank.

                          Please check your system if sms message was sent to correct recipient.
                          Contact on my cell if any further details are required. I dont want to see any surpirses if anyone else has opened any account using my credentials or documents.

                                  I had fd of rs15 lacs no: [protected], which was due on 22.1.18. I reached the bank at 11.30am the same day. Iwas told that the fd had already been renewed with interest! Since i needed the interest i was told that int will be credited to my a/c by evening and fd renewed.2 days later i was called by bank that fd can't be renewed n i will hv to fill in a new form. Which i promptly did. I was also told that fd will be sent to my add., but it never came.2 weeks later went to bank to get my fd and again i was told that new fd cannot be made as its under fd+!! I immediately told them i do not want any fd and my money shd be immediately credited to my a/c. I was first cajoled, then threatened that i cannot break the fd. I hv also given in writing that i do not want an fd, but money has not been credited to the a/c. Till, date! On enquiring. Form the relationship incharge amit saxena i was told its in process!! Is my letter travelling on road to reach your office.? Since 22.1.18 my money is stuck with you and i cannot use it. And also loosing interest on it!!! My a/c no is [protected].                                     Dear sir,

                                    My name is gaurav gaur. My service request no is 39197302. I got a message from axis bank to open an asap account online by providing my aadhar and pan card number. I did the same to open asap account. I transferred rs.29100 on the same date of account opening.
                                    Then next day when i made a call to axis bank customer care, they told me that my account will not open because of some internal issues. When i asked for the reason of not opening my account, they replied that it is against their policy. Then they filled a service request for me to close my account and refund my amount. They also told me to go to near by branch and fill the account closure form. So i went to axis bank, shahdara branch and met with ms shilpi sharma. I filled the account closure form and submitted to her. She told me then it will take 2-3 days to close the account.

                                    Now its almost 12 days but i am still not able to get my amount refunded, not even my account has been closed yet. I am requesting you to look into this matter and close this case asap.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I am jayveer singh, i am a regular customer of axis bank ltd. I am holding 4 accounts in axis bank which you can track by my. [protected], there is one very old salary account [protected], which i am not operating since long time but still a negative balance is increasing unnecessary, i am struggling to close this account since long time but a rude and trouble making behaviour of axis bank personals is forcing me to close all my axis bank accounts one i have closed today rest i will do in due course of time,

                                        However i checked with my ca and lawyer they said as per rbi notice and guideline bank can not report this balance to cibil and bank is creating unnecessary trouble to my and my peace of mind,,

                                        Now i have decided to take an action and to close my relation ship with axis bank if this issue is not resolve within time..
