When i transferred money to australia then axis bank make remittance charges (Which is ok) but the exchange rate which they apply no way near and dear to the current market rate
Outward remittance from india: aud 7030 @53. Something. From he last 1 year i am watching currency rates it even not touched 53. They charged (14k - 16 k) overall.

Second when i received money from australia aud 6073 @49. But the exchange rate at that time was 50.20. It event dont touch 49 from last 10 days.

So i request all nri brothers to not send money through these private banks.

Now i received money to my sbi bank account aud [protected]@50.50. They exchange perfectally.

So my question is why there is big gap between two banks of india.

On the other hand australian bank charge 30 dollars to transfer 102000 dollar to indian bank account.

    My axis bank a/c no - [protected] has been debited by 1899.00/- for oneassist membership.
    I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [protected] regarding one assist service but i do not accept it. They told that every axis bank user must have this facility and they have asked for last 4 digits of my debit card said thank you. After few minutes my money is debited by 1899.00/-
    So i requested for cancellation of my membership and refund my money back.
    I am struggling for money. Please do transfer my money to account no [protected]. I am totally disappointed with this one assist.

    I was booked train tickets from tirupathi to secundrabad. Two transactions are failed money deducted but tickets wre not booked.Transactions date 5/2/2018.
    Total amount is 4645/_ deducted.train name is narayanadri exp.

      My name is om prakash maithani and my loan account number is-ppr[protected]. I was paying my loan installment in regular basis since i have borrowed loan from your bank in 2016, somehow i did not pay some installments in the mid of 2017, one day i received a call from your noida branch collection's team for paying due installments and i paid all my six pending installments in november2017 and also started to pay installment in regular basis. But today a person called to my wife's office landline number and started to abuse and misbehave with her over the phone call. As he said that his name is yogesh bhardwaj and calling from noida sector 128 axis branch (Up) his mobile number is [protected]. My complain is that if i have already paid my all dues along with this month installment which i have paid on 5th feb2018 then why my family member is receiving these type of threat calls from your bank representative. Today mr. Yogesh called three times to my wife's office landline number and said tumahre husband ko abhi pata nahi hai hum kya kar sakte hai aur dekh lenge tumhare husband ko.
      So finally my question is this if i have paid all my past dues payments and also paying the installment in time then why this man is calling to my wife and my father too and giving threat to my family members.
      I can't write all the details in this email so please call me asap or forward this email to concern department who can handle this such type of cases. Tomorrow i will register the complain in police station too but it's my request to you please take appropriate action against this person. I am calling to him from my number but he is not picking up the calls from my number.
      I think this is a reputed financial organisation this is not a gunda organisation so i was not expecting this from your organisation.

      Today again i received a threat call from Mr.Yogesh Bhardwaj and he started to abusing me.He told me that he will come to my home and will fight with me.
      I am telling you seriously if something will happened with me in future from Mr.Yogesh then Axis bank will be fully responsible for the same because he is your employee.

      Nobody is taking it seriously.if you will not take it seriously then i will also forward these mails into Media.If i have paid all my dues then why your collection team person is calling me again and again.

      I need to discuss some very serious things with you so please call me any senior person from customer care service.
      Also, Please forward this mail to Senior bank manger of AXIS bank Sector 128, Noida Branch(UP) so they can take appropriate action against this person.

      I am still waiting for your resolution.

        after entering the money in the machine counting voice was audible to me but machine showed the message atm services unavailable and the money deposited was not credited in my account. Money was needed urgently as it is used for daily business. So please credit money in my account as soon as possible..

          I m holding 2 account in ur bank under my register no[protected] i got unexpected call from no [protected] the person is saying he is speaking from. Axis bank first he ask about my experience then he tell he will activate some plan and money will be deducted from my account and cut the phone i tried lot to call back but it is showing incorrect no i don't want any service and no money should be deducted from my account

              My axis bank saving account has not yet been activated and is frozen.
              I have opened bank account on 29th january 2018. I also opened asap saving account and still it shows error.. Each time i visit my nearest axis branch they say my account will be activated very soon. Still no activity has been seen by them please, solve my problem.

              Lost my credit card in flood.already blocked my card.now close the card.balnce of of 0.29 paid by cheque for a sum of rs one. I have reported this factor long back. Now i want the close of my credit card early.because it becomes hindrance for some bank activities.

                We (Me, abhijit ghosh and my wife jharna ghosh dey) have some ecs for mutual fund sips debited from my axis bank account, we found that the name of iilecs bse limited debited frequently random amount (Like. Rs.1000/-, 2000/-, 3000/-, 4000/- 6000/- 7000/-) from last one year. As on date (12.02.2018) total debited rs. 1, 48, 000/- (One lakh forty eight thousand) by ecs. We dont know what to, these fraud are born within this system like... Banks, cams but both are hands up for this case, i found there are so many complain regarding this in web, but nobody are caring...
                This is india there is no security in banks, they cant say how it debited from my account.
                They knows everything but they never help or solve
                We lost our hard money rs.1, 48, 000/-,,

                  I am holding current account normal with axis bank, akota branch and my current account no is [protected]. My customer id is[protected].

                  I deposited cheque of rs. 62000/- on 29th january, 2018 received from my client.
                  I got the information from e-statement dated 1st or 2nd second february, 2018.
                  I approached the branch for knowing the reason for the same on 2nd feb, 2018
                  They informed me that the same has been returned due to connectivity failure (Reason stated in the return advise)
                  I asked for the cheque so that i can deposit the same again on 3rd february. The concerned person informed me that the same has been sent to courier for delivery to my office address.

                  Since i did not get the delivery of the same, i again visited the branch, they informed me that the cheque is with them lying undelivered. This was 9th feb, 2018. I collected the same from the bank along with the envelop returned by the courier. On checking the envelop, i noticed that, the envelop was sent to some other address and not to my current address printed on the bank statement. I met the branch manager, but his response was so poor, rather so careless.

                  I am maintaining average balance almost 50 times, then the required by the bank and that too in my current account.

                  I have complain against branch manager for such careless and arrogant behavior.

                  I have an axis credit card which I had to use completely for small transactions as I was not working that time and had to support my family but I am working right now and cannot pay the entire balance all together but I am tired of paying MAD as it has a low of internet.. Please help me in converting my outstanding balance to EMI for 12 months
                  I received a call from axis bank regarding ONE ASSIST SERVICE and they debited 1899/- from my debit card. I'm not interested in this service. Kindly refund my amount of 1899/-
                  look into the issue as soon as possible and refund my amount of 1899/-

                    Salary account, I did not get an account kit from the bank, I also contacted a lot of time in the head branch, but no one got any response, after that I gave applications in Axis branch Jaipur, Debit Card Issue . After 3 months of this, the application of mobile number change by duplicate signature from Bhiwadi Branch, which was not given by me,
                    Recently opened asap account with axis bank and they charged 350 for physical debit card which i havent applied. They r saying now that i have applied. One of worst support and banking Never open asap account
                    I hate axis bank due to this reason yearly charge 500 for debit card use and 300rs for new debit card is ok for 1st time yearly charges should be 120rs per year i will doesnot add any money to this account

                    I think i take legal aspect.then i complaint police or case in court.cause this is a fraud.
                    i have no apply any credit card on axis bank saving account but axis bank send me your credit card is approved.verify your details.i am fully harrased pls axis bank dont harrased.
                    ASAP Account is not streamlined.
                    It had many flaws than benefits.
                    I am suffering to close my account from last 1 month only due to experiment tried to close account. It was not opened properly and no proper suggestions, feedback from customer care n bank to close account as soon as possible (ASAP) MAY be it's real meaning...

                    Axis seriously you have to work on this...

                        I have made imps transaction on 02/01/2018 for the amount rs 4400 from my axis account to indian bank account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
                        I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

                          There has been several times a charge to my account without my knowledge. This initially started with small amounts and then now they are often deducting some charge as tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt. When i tried to track, they are related to dates that had international swipes. But i do not understand what is this then charged later to me, when i have done a swipe, the exchange rate is already very high, then again later after 15 days i am being charged some other amount for no reason, also this gets directly charged to my account without my notice. There is no time i have given any tip for it to indicate as tip, kindly explain this to me. I would need a credit for the same if no proper explanation.

                            Dear axis bank team,

                            This is to inform you that i got fraud in my bank account no [protected]
                            On dated 07.02.2018 i have raised a complaint against that account and blocked my card the complaint no is 30527526. After raising the complaint i request your customer service to provide me my all last 15 transaction detail with location and send it to my registered email id but i didn't get that. Now humble request to you kindly refund my money and send my required detail so that i can launch a fir in police station against that fraud please take it very serious because i need money on urgent basis.

                              I have deposited rs.20000/- in the cash deposit machine at 6:55p. M. Thursday 08-feb-2018 to the account number no.[protected], (Bandra west, mumbai) till this day the amount not credited in account due error and problem in the cash deposit machine and the machine not gives silp also. So please email me the detail of transaction of my deposit amount means transaction, id ifsc code. Etc.

                                Locker no.206 with axis bank, lakshmi mills circle, avinashi road, coimbatore was surrendered on 29th september 2017.. As the bank had charged advance rent for the locker, the officer had assured that the rent for six months i. E, oct'17 to mar'18 will be refunded and credited to my savings bank account with them... Inspite of my repeated follow-ups the amount has not been refunded..

                                It is seen from my bank account that the pension for Jan'18 against my PPO Number 57183 is not yet credited.

                                Request to kindly arrange to credit the same..

                                  fraud my account through imps

                                  Myself rahul sharma. I have salary &saving account in axis bank. I received message from bank for amount deduction of 2 times of 1005.5%3505.5rs. I don't know about these transaction. These amount deduct from my account using imps by another person. I went to bank but no satisfaction from bank. And i didn't any security code from bank. Please help me return my amount.

                                  I have receieved a call from axis bank on febraury 4th of this month regarding some one assist services and they have charged me for one assist services and i dont want that services and i want my refund immedaitely or else i am gone cancel my account with axis bank, i want my refund as soon as possible and i want my complete amount that was deducted from my account.

                                      Hello sir,

                                      I have raised a complaint in axis bank credit card department on 28 jan. Then the axis bank executive called it will we solved in four days. But after 10days its not solved and when i call for customer care they hold my called and then disconnected my call. And when i mailed them then there is not any response from their side.

                                      So please help me to solve it.
