With reference to the subject noted above, i have to bring your notice that, the aforesaid account has been closed by your branch without my prior written consent.
Yesterday, while using my card at petrol pump, the transaction could not
Be materialised. I visited the nearest branch of the axis bank and informed the manager above problem, who, in turn, informed me that my account has been closed and dd of the balance has also been ready to be sent to me.
Here, with great surprise to tell you that, i never ever have instructed your staff to close my account on the permanent basis nor given any written instructions to do so in this regard.
I don't understand the customer harnessing approach being carried out by your smart staff to the small account holders like me. Strategy i am facing problems for not fault of mine.
Under the circumstances and noting the problems being faced by me, you are requested to change your wrong decision and reactivate my aforesaid account at the earliest and inform me emdiately on my e-mail action taken by you in thisregard.
Note:signoff closeure statment signature is not mine, but branch manger is not agreed and not ready to face and talk with us.

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On chasing the customer case SR no was issued, but there is no resolution is there for last one month. No call is being connected to customer care no as well.
