Hi team, this is regarding for amount refund (A/c no:[protected]) which i made through credit card to pay my airtel payments unfortunately i made excess amount of rs 3500 from airtel end. They said refund payment has been credited to your account the details below.

But still i'm not get the amount, when i check with bank, they said no idea about arn transactions.

    i have apply for c.C. Limit in axis bank branch girnar chowk chandrapur. I have given the property
    for c, c limit they have done the valuation of property and charge me 6500/- after that they have done civil of my self
    in civil my rating was low so they have reject my loan no problem. Why they have done property valuation and civil after
    please refund my 6500/- rs. To my account.

      On 5th Feb I did IMPS. Beneficiary did not recieved it.
      When I check the status it is showing me suspect status.

      Today 7th Feb when I reache the customer care through IVR ( as support email id has taken down), support staff was so foolish and rude in reply that;
      I have made this transaction and should know why it is showing. Even I share the reference id :[protected] .But he did not bother about it. Got simple reply we don't have it, go to the bank.
      I am wondering how they treat customers. Seems for me I have to close my all accounts including salary.

      So kindly suggest about this.

        This is an urgent complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction executed via my Axis Bank Credit Card for total INR 30280
        on the 6th Feb, 2018. Around 11.05 p.m he made total 4 transactions on my credit card. The details of these transactions

        are as below –

        I have blocked my credit card immadiately after suspicious transaction. I have raised my complaint[protected] to customer care and bank and they asked me to go to nearest branch and fill dispute amount form and submit. Accordingly I have done it in Axis Bank in bhimavaram. And then immediately approached to nearest Police staion and submitted my written complaint which they acknowledge and they are doing there investigation

        all transaction details for their immediate action.

        I request you to kindly help me with this issue asap. Please help me to get my refund for the said amount at the earliest.

          Dear axis bank team,

          I have a account in axis bank from long back, and its a premium saving salary account. I was very happy with the services then i got a call from cc department offered a credit card.

          She offered a credit card and took my all details on phone, at the time of discussion i have specifically asked whether credit card has any joining fees, maintenance fees she said for first year its free of cost and from next year it will be chargeable. Firstly i have said no as there was some charges, then she said u can deactivate in second year then u will not be charged any amount.

          Then on this condition i said ok. I have 3 times asked no charges for 1 year, she said yes then only i have opted for the same.

          Now i got sms to pay rs 4, 130 as joining fee.

          This is pure cheating.

          I am closing my account also with axis bank, demat account and credit card, i dont want to involve with the fraud bank.

          I will not pay this amount. I have few other banks credit card with a huge limiit still they never charge a penny.

            I have paid property tax to nagpur municipal corporation through my debit card on 30/1/2018 amounting to rs.836/- only vide seq. No.406375. The amount has been debited from my salary a/c no.[protected] but not credited to the nagpur municipal corporation. I have personally contacted and submitted my complaint to nagpur branch but none ot the action for rectifying the transaction or refund of my amount have so far been heard. Please do the needful and arrange to dispose of the matter.

              I cant link my aadhar no. With my savings a/c in axis bank pas rd branch kolkata-700068. My aadhar no is[protected] &enrolment no. Is [protected]. Bank is not helping me nor guiding me properly. I am a senior citizen and housewife my movements are restricted because of old age. I am afraid what will happen to my a/c operation in the absence of linking not done. So please help me as bank is not guiding me properly

                  I have transfer the amount rs. 3150 through samsung pay on 30th jan 2018. The amount was debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary. Initially samsung pay customer care took 48 hours then they asked me talk to the axis bank customer care. I called at axis bank customer care on 4th feb 2018 and they also told me to wait for 48 hours and when i called axis bank after 72 hours now they are saying it will take 5-7 working days. They are also not providing any complaint no. As such.

                    Nov 22 i rises the complaint about the debited amount, through recharge, but still i didn't receive any payment from your end, how many times make a cal for this money.. One of axis bank service said, like with 120 days your money will credit your account.. Still not credit
                    Too bad service... Make the payment immediately, other will cancel the account

                      Hi,
                      This is vikram kumar, an axis bank account holder with account no - [protected]. I had made a payment of rs. 8000 on 5th of feb 2018. The amount has been debited from my account but is not credited to the payee's account. The status on the transaction is set as 'suspect'. The transfer of fund is urgently required. Please resolve the same as early as possible.

                        My axis bank savings account has been frozen and i have visited bank two times, but not getting any proper solution.
                        First time they said they will search my account opening form and it will be active by next day but didn't.
                        Second day, after talking to customer care, i told them the report code is tab, they said no one is present in bank who opened the account using tab, once anyone of them came they will contact but nothing happens.

                          Hello,

                          With reference to the subject noted above, i have to bring your notice that, the aforesaid account has been closed by your branch without my prior written consent.

                          Yesterday, while using my card at petrol pump, the transaction could not
                          Be materialised. I visited the nearest branch of the axis bank and informed the manager above problem, who, in turn, informed me that my account has been closed and dd of the balance has also been ready to be sent to me.

                          Here, with great surprise to tell you that, i never ever have instructed your staff to close my account on the permanent basis nor given any written instructions to do so in this regard.

                          I don't understand the customer harnessing approach being carried out by your smart staff to the small account holders like me. Strategy i am facing problems for not fault of mine.

                          Under the circumstances and noting the problems being faced by me, you are requested to change your wrong decision and reactivate my aforesaid account at the earliest and inform me emdiately on my e-mail action taken by you in thisregard.

                          Note:signoff closeure statment signature is not mine, but branch manger is not agreed and not ready to face and talk with us.

                                Being my first loan I was cheated and provided a loan for 20% interest but he never called in to reduce it as he promised plus I have a 5 month old child and don't have any income but the recovery agents are threatening me and my family they torcher me every single day and are not ready to guide me when i have told them that i wish to pay the amount...worse experience and they don't have any respect to talk to a women also

                                  Sir/madam, i m having saving account in tezpur, assam branch. I tried debit card at sbi atm, station road, shimalgudi. I tried twice there it showed message of time out but didn't dispense cash. Then tried with another atm of sbi in shimalgudi where i got rs 30000 only n received message of your transaction are over try tomorrow. But came to know later that rs 50000 deducted from my account. I lost rs 20000. I confirm it with branch later. How will i get my money back. Regards manish jadhav.

                                  On chasing the customer case SR no was issued, but there is no resolution is there for last one month. No call is being connected to customer care no as well.

                                    I took a personal loan in axis bank november 2017. Personal loan agent for axis bank processed my loan and promised he will waive off the processing fee only the loan processed. After the loan processed he saying there is some change in bank policy and we are talking with bank it will be credited in few days
                                    Almost now feb my 3rd emi deducted
                                    They requested till every week and finally said till feb 5.. So i waited but these guys not at all picking the call.. And not responding

                                    Total amt is around 11k

                                    Now these guys not picking up the phone and frequently changing the mobile no and always i am hearing switched off, not reachable

                                    Please inform how to proceed further..

                                      I am really worried about this axis bank... I have a minimum bank balance and not able to withdraw or transfer money, it shows your account is inactive, what is the trouble, and customer care executive is careless... So please try to refund my money or else I am gonna cancel my account...
