I hate axis bank services, i used axis card previous one year but i cant get any support from axis bank or customer care.
Following problem i suffered in axis creadit card(buzz).
1) bank duducted gst amount on already paid gst product.
2) during loan, bank told me only monthly principal & interest amount. They didnot share gst amount detail.
3) very bad experience specially this bank. Bank told me i cant help you because i am not issuing your creadit card kindly talk with customer care...but customer care no. I found always busy...issue remain same.
4)i am not getting proper support from any one so i transfer my account to another axis bank. It takes two days as per message show in my axis application.
But 5 days elapse account not transfered as well as whole amount hold by axis bank...and it shows zero balance.
I like government banks because it takes too much time & they can't cheat with customer.
If any axis bank autherourity person seen my no. Than kindly forward my no. Support
Because i am a private company office employee & i have no much time to go bank
my money got debited with out my permeation i dint got any otp but RS.7000 of my amount debited, when i am asking to bank they are telling no guarantee is this correct for your bank, this is very bad for you Axis. if you can help me please contact me my email ID : [protected]@gmail.com
