Sir/ madam, i am extremely sorry to give this complaint regarding your poor service of the credit card,
I was working in jay hotels & resorts in 2012 to 13 as manager, the company made a axis payroll card to receive my salary every month, i left my job from this jay resorts 5 years back, but i still maintain my pay roll card as my account, now after 5 years i have received a credit card which i have never applied nor i got my primary card, is shows its closed long time back, but i have received a payment of 426/- and due on 5th, when i lately checked the bank to do the cancellation at the axis bank, chennai, they gave me a toll free no [protected], when i dialed it never have options which has computerized voice, please give me the correct no to cancel my card,
