I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My Credit card number is 5593-XXXX-XXXX-5238 .

This is to inform you that I cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months as i met with an accident and even lost 3 member of family also, we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, I shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

I am ready to settle this as soon as I get the confirmation from your side.

Please know that I have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

    I'm trying to do UPI from several third party applications even through official banking application but it is getting failed.

    I've already registered a complaint in the bank but they're saying it's already activated from their side and still I'm facing the same issue. I'm completely stucked even I called to third party applications customer service and they told me your bank is not authorising the payment.

    It's been a month that I am facing the issue. I've also visited the branch more than 5 times and filled two different forms but the issue is not fixed yet.

      Humble Request that i m Deependra Singh s/o Satish Singh My Account Number Is [protected].I would like to inform u that the Credit Card Whose Number xxx7312 was given to us For use through This Account Number .During the Corona period, The Facility Of Ex gratia Payment given by the government, we have Recieved the message 11/11/2020 Time 16:34 PM For Rs 37 Credited the xxxx7312 Credit Card by the government. I want to inform that no such Facility has been given To me by your Bank.
      Sir u tell us why The Benefit of this Facility was not given to us. So who will Compensate For This Mistake ? Whatever loss i have Done, you Should Compensate For it.Understanding this whole matter, please give me proper justice.

        My Axis credit card is paid in full and I do not use it.
        SIP gets auto deducted from my axis savings account on 20th of every month and I had just kept the right balance in my account.
        On checking today, I notice that an amount of INR 1211.36 has been deducted, transaction being - BRN PYMT Card.
        I would have missed on my SIP had I not checked. There was no prior information provided of this amount being deducted.
        I would like to close my axis credit card and request a refund on INR 1211.36.

          I am a customer at Axis bank, Dunlop Branch, Kolkata-700090. I did not received new debit card, still they deduct charges (Rs.354/-) from my account. On complain, they assured to refund the same, but they are playing...on every reminder email, they are providing new complain no. and telling to wait for action !! After couple of repeat of the same play procedure, I angry and rudely asked, " how long axis bank will play with long time customer & will provide new new complain no !!" ? Now they stop to reply/ communicate.

            Today 7 thousand taka was deducted from my account by introducing myself as Axis Bank official. They had all my credit card details and I thought they were the official of Axis Bank. Because all the transitions have given its complete details. Accordingly an OTP number is taken from me through SMS and then the money is deducted.
            And when I mentioned this to Axis Bank customer care, they looked casual and I didn't get my correct answer.Instead I was told that I may or may not get the money. And then a ticket was created and when I called customer care again about the matter they hung up on me before they could hear me fully.
            And when I paid on my credit card how did those people know that I paid on credit card. I don't see any security and solution with this bank.

              One Assist Services service of Axis Bank

              My family member's account got debited by Rs. 2199 for one assist service which I have not opted for. When went to the bank they informed me that one assist service is nowhere related to Axis Bank. But when called oneassist service they informed its for Axis Bank.

              Could you please clarify what is the reason for this....

              Today i tryed depositing 41000 into the cash deposit machine and i received a receipt that 1 note is retained by bank and rest of the 39000 note want to submit i cancelled the transaction and my 1 note is not came back from the cash deposit machine, i have call the customer care and lodge a complaint they told it will be solved my 4 to 7 business day.

                  Hi,

                  I have a on going loan with Axis Bank actually I lost my Job before two and half years ago still managed to pay my EMIs still now this month I couldn't pay and I am trying to arrange it, but iam every day getting harrasment calls every one hour they are keep calling and one person came to my door step and was keep on ringing the door bell. Please help me on this until i arrange something to settle my loan i need time.

                    I have been card holder since 2021, now I have received 2 credit card one Flipkart and neo, but my neo activation benefits have yet not started so how much time it will take.

                    Customer care team is not giving proper assistance to me, and I want to close my as well. My compaint no is[protected]

                    They just sold me card and no after sales Services...[protected]...this person just converted his lead and after that no response.. Kindly assist or close both my cards i will try another option.. Regards

                      I vacated a house on 31-March-2022. From then onwards i am trying to delete autopay biller for electricity. Its giving error in mobile app and also on internet banking. Requested relationship manager to resolve this. He asked me raise a dispute request in Axis bank site. I did the same immediately and after 2 days I got a call from axis bank to go to nearest branch in-person. I went to branch and given a written request on 14th july 2022. No action taken. Today I called phone banking and said they will raise a another request. It seems they are closing all earlier request by default without resolving. Today one more bill paid. I am struggling to stop paying bill for which i vacated 4 months back. I tried all options and not sure how i get the money back and stop paying further bills.                         My self NIHAL PASWAN. And i have an a account in axis bank and my bank account no is- [protected]
                        This is my salary account but I didn't had idea that my salary account is converted into savings the branch deducting charges every month and when i asked with sales officer about this he assured me that still my account is in salary account... After deducting many times when i visit branch they informed me that my charges has been deducted for saving maintenance charges... I have been already process for converting my account into salary account but yesterday they again deduct 590 rs charges... So for that I'm really dissatisfied with your service...
                        Kindly take action and refund my such amount as soon as possible

                            Civil masking.

                            I had axis Bank credit card and due to some medical financial issues I couldn't pay the amount. My cc limit was 30k and due to non payment, the overdue amount went upto nearly 49k and then in my cibil report axis bank cc is in written-off and the written off amout is nearly 53k. I paid the entire 53k to clear all dues but when I ask for axis Bank to remove written off status from cibil, they are asking for more money to pay. I mean, when...

                              This has reference to my email dated 10/07/2022 where I had raised a complain regarding an unwanted debit card value plus issued to me. My reference no is[protected].
                              But on 15/07/2022 I find that you have debited an amount of Rs 885 as debit card charges. I really fin it astonishing that instead of resolving by problem you have debited me for Rs 885. It appears to me that you take immense pleasure in harassing your customers by involving yourself in such nefarious activities.
                              Nevertheless I request you once again to resolve my issue regarding the unwanted debit card and charges debited from my account to avoid further litigations.

                                As mentioned in the subject. I have submitted My account closure form on 13th June 2022 at Kolar Road Axis Bank branch Bhopal (M.P.) with my cheque book and debit card. But they haven't close my account till now along with that they have again charged me with around 300 rupees and my account showing nagetive amount. I request you please do something.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have a saving account and loan account with Axis bank,
                                    Loan Account No: PPR[protected]
                                    EMI of Rs. 10, 436.00 10th of every month.
                                    I have been a loyal customer of Axis Bank for the last 5+ years. Using Credit Card, Bank Account and 2nd Personal Laon.
                                    I have paid all credit card bills on time, EMI only time in the last 5 years and this time I had less amount around 7k and transferred the rest amount by afternoon 12 pm and maintained the full amount. after transferring the amount when I check EMI has been deducted but it reflected the date as 11-Jul-22 and also charged by bounce charges.
                                    When the amount has been deducted on the same day!
                                    How can I be been charged for bounce charges?

                                    If they want to charge me then the amount should not be deducted on the same day. It should be deducted on 11-Jul-22 as updated in my bank account.

                                    I Request you to process my complaint with Axis Bank.

                                    I tried contacting Axis Bank for a refund of my money they denied it and gave Request No: 20854933 for escalation.
