I have a saving account and loan account with Axis bank,
Loan Account No: PPR[protected]
EMI of Rs. 10, 436.00 10th of every month.
I have been a loyal customer of Axis Bank for the last 5+ years. Using Credit Card, Bank Account and 2nd Personal Laon.
I have paid all credit card bills on time, EMI only time in the last 5 years and this time I had less amount around 7k and transferred the rest amount by afternoon 12 pm and maintained the full amount. after transferring the amount when I check EMI has been deducted but it reflected the date as 11-Jul-22 and also charged by bounce charges.
When the amount has been deducted on the same day!
How can I be been charged for bounce charges?
If they want to charge me then the amount should not be deducted on the same day. It should be deducted on 11-Jul-22 as updated in my bank account.
I Request you to process my complaint with Axis Bank.
I tried contacting Axis Bank for a refund of my money they denied it and gave Request No: 20854933 for escalation.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
