    Civil masking.

    I had axis Bank credit card and due to some medical financial issues I couldn't pay the amount. My cc limit was 30k and due to non payment, the overdue amount went upto nearly 49k and then in my cibil report axis bank cc is in written-off and the written off amout is nearly 53k. I paid the entire 53k to clear all dues but when I ask for axis Bank to remove written off status from cibil, they are asking for more money to pay. I mean, when...

      Dear Sir,
      This has reference to my email dated 10/07/2022 where I had raised a complain regarding an unwanted debit card value plus issued to me. My reference no is[protected].
      But on 15/07/2022 I find that you have debited an amount of Rs 885 as debit card charges. I really fin it astonishing that instead of resolving by problem you have debited me for Rs 885. It appears to me that you take immense pleasure in harassing your customers by involving yourself in such nefarious activities.
      Nevertheless I request you once again to resolve my issue regarding the unwanted debit card and charges debited from my account to avoid further litigations.

        Dear Team,

        As mentioned in the subject. I have submitted My account closure form on 13th June 2022 at Kolar Road Axis Bank branch Bhopal (M.P.) with my cheque book and debit card. But they haven't close my account till now along with that they have again charged me with around 300 rupees and my account showing nagetive amount. I request you please do something.

          this is 2nd time I am getting messages for amount deduction, If this is the case will transfer my salary account to another bank.

            Hi,
            I have a saving account and loan account with Axis bank,
            Loan Account No: PPR[protected]
            EMI of Rs. 10, 436.00 10th of every month.
            I have been a loyal customer of Axis Bank for the last 5+ years. Using Credit Card, Bank Account and 2nd Personal Laon.
            I have paid all credit card bills on time, EMI only time in the last 5 years and this time I had less amount around 7k and transferred the rest amount by afternoon 12 pm and maintained the full amount. after transferring the amount when I check EMI has been deducted but it reflected the date as 11-Jul-22 and also charged by bounce charges.
            When the amount has been deducted on the same day!
            How can I be been charged for bounce charges?

            If they want to charge me then the amount should not be deducted on the same day. It should be deducted on 11-Jul-22 as updated in my bank account.

            I Request you to process my complaint with Axis Bank.

            I tried contacting Axis Bank for a refund of my money they denied it and gave Request No: 20854933 for escalation.

              No due certificate

              I was working with bank in 2020emp id 192649.i left without notice so they are not giving RL & EL but atleast they can provide no due certificate as for my irda noc i require atleast no due certificate....

              There are two cash counters in bank. One giving cash to someone but in other counter no staff member available for receiving my cash . I was waiting for half an hour but no one responded.

                I have recently applied for an Axis Bank ACE credit card through the bank officials. Card was approved on 29 June, 2022 which did not get any update since then. The Card status is APPROVED since then with a credit limit of 27, 000. Earlier this year, I had applied for a Flipkart Axis Credit Card which was received within 10 days of application.
                Attached are the screenshots of the SMS received upon card approval on 29 June, 2022 and the Online status of the application as approved.

                I have contacted the bank via online chat (chat ref. no.[protected] as well as through phone but without the resolution.
                I don't think the application should be stuck for so many days for customers having Excellent Cibil scores
                .
                Please resolve it and dispatch the card asap.

                    This is regarding the UPI transaction which I did on[protected] of Rs. 19000/- via Phonepay.
                    The transaction got successful from my end and the amount got debited from my savings bank account (BANK OF BARODA) but the merchant didn't receive the amount in his account.

                    After contacting my bank, I have got the below details about the transaction. The amount has been transferred to the below account number.

                            I had a personal loan in axis Bank. I had been asked to pay charges of 50000 including charges and GST.
                            This was not informed while processing the loan and we specifically asked them whether it any charges PreClosure/part payment. They said no but when I pay part payment they deducted 50, 000 amount as charges. This is high amount also they haven't intimated it earlier.

                            This is worst from axis Bank and it's not acceptable

                            Kindly request you to take action on it or else I will proceed legally.

                              I am Mansi Dusane I have loan repayment, on this Sunday (10th July 2022) my account was having enough amount for EMI still emi was bounced and i got charged. Every 10th of Month my EMI is debited and i am successfully paying it but this time i have been falsely/mistakenly charged which is not good for my account reputation. Where my account is not liable to any service or Brn charges for operating my credit cards or savings account.                                     Dear Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.

                                    As per RBI guidlines account balance shall never be negetive.
                                    Axis Bank has been adding multiple penalties and now my acccount balance is negetive.

                                    I cannot ask my family/friends to make a transaction to this account now since i will lose my hard earned cash.

                                    Please help support resolve this issue.
