Dear team,

We have concern related axis bank as we have recently purchased a flat and for that we have took the home loan from same bank now as per the govt scheme we got to know that we can get subsidy from our loan bank so for that we approach bank and submitted all the required documents in aug'17 which bank employee asked. That time they said you will get revert in 2 months but still we have not got any confirmation from bank and even we had visit in bank around 2-3 times at ring road majura gate (Surat-gujarat) branch but then they said to update the father's and sister's name in the application later we have updated what bank said. And till date not getting any update from the bank and when we visit to bank so they make us to wait 2-2 hours there. Now today when we called axis customer care then they are saying your application is rejected because your father's and sister's name is not mentioned in flat papers. I already told to bank that name is not on papers but too bank person said it is compulsory to mention the name.
Kindly help me to sort out the issue.

    Your service is to late still i didnot found my credit card, on my application is applied beyond 2 months, and it can not be tracking for online service,
    Your staffes are not replying me message we compelled to charges near banking staff,
    They were deceive my amount to fd for rs 25, 0000/ if it is true why did too late and staff said me if fd deposited we can deliver credit card within 12hours to delivered, but i wait for 2 months in place of 12 hours.
    Please advicev to your staff of the itanagar axis bank, how to handle customers and ask them to quick delivery for credit card accorded his assurance.

      Hi
      I have not paid my credit card payment from 6 months as i don't have job and unable to pay. Now i want to settlement my card amount but no one is responding and saying to pay full amount and send legal notices to my father. Bank people not understanding my situation and not helping any more. There is no proper email id to send details or contact number to talk.
      Please help me on this and arrange a call back which i can settlement my card and come out of this issue.

      Axis bank has cutted 1250 rs on the name of consolidated charges..apart from I have personal loan EMI from another bank and i can pay on 5th 11 the or 17th but if I can't have balance on 5 the and I paid on 11 the then also axis cut 250 rs check bounce amount..so I am gonna close this account

        This is to inform you that i want to close my account because of misbehave in chandausi branch (branch code-001085).I opened my account 15 days before so in ( 4/1/2018) i was dpositing cash so i filled the form and waiting for my turn on cash counter but when my turn was come so i was give the money to cashier but suddenly the cashier started to abusing me and insulting me and He did not deposit my cash in my account i dont know why he was misbehaved me i thought he was streesed out for lots of work.But i am asking a question that. There is a lots of banks and I have never seen this kind of behaviour in any other bank so i decided that i am closing my account in AXIS BANK.

        Even after submission of FIR copy and required documents, axis bank isn't responding to the refuns status. Their customer care is of no use, never pick the call. As per their timeline 120 days have passed, yet no refund is processed. Fraud transaction happened on Sep'17.
        I have made imps transaction on 17th december 2017 for the amount rs.12000 from my axis account to a friend's acount. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. He have an urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

          Dear sir, here with i have raising the complaints regarding my salary account ([protected]) regarding that my salary has credited in my account. After i trying to access it shown that unauthorized access. And also its linked up with my inoperative accounting like previous history like unhappy with axis regards, and debited my accounts of rs 2600. And kyc pending status. While the accounts not been opened why bank has sending welcome letter and credit information and all, after blocking access of my saving account. Its violence of banks. Regards logesh. J

            Hello all,
            I had taken loan from axis bank, i have given all installments but due to job left one or two installments are not ontime, then recovery boy use abuse language with my father, wife and me. This is ridiculous behaviour, bank employee behaviour is not good and adaptable
            They use very abusive language with my wife.. That really very bad

              I, sri anup kanti ghosh, add on my zone credit card no[protected] holder of your esteem bank, my wife being the primary card no[protected] holder had requested your office to treat our cards as surrendered and in operative.in order to do that i had cleared all dues (Rs.1452.35 by cheque no 085360 of axis bank dated 30.11.2017 including penalty charge, penal interest and penalty for delayed payment for which i am in no way responsible as the statement/ bill was received by me two days latter of actual due date) but i find still you have not initiated any action in this regard and have sent a statement dated 18.12.2017. My wife and i further request you to kindly treat our my zone credit cards as cancelled and make it inoperative with immediate effect. The reason for surrendering the card being poor service and unnecessarily forced to make payment of over rs.1500.00 on an amount of rs.3609.00 which to my consideration is bad treatment by the bank with me. As my wife don't have an email id the mail is being processed through email id of add-on card holder sri anup kanti ghosh. Hope you will treat this good and initiate appropriate action and oblige.

                I received a call from axis bank yesterday. They told me this is for. Card verification and card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank and they told me to put a complaint.

                I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.. Thanks..

                  I have received a call from axis bank today. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card. It has been noticed that the money charged rs.1899 for the same.

                  Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money rs.1899/-

                    Never use samsung /tej/axis upi... Fraud people... Axis is a fraud bank and never give proper service... I am working for axis bank and i know how easily they take customers problem... We are getting no of complaints everyday but our seniors are saying just divert the cx saying different excuses... What i feel is axis bank taking money from all the teams (Tej, samsung) but not giving proper service to them... Its really a fraud bank because people inside company are cheater... Axis bank blocking cxs money and invvesting the same some where els... Worst experience with axis bank... I know there is no problem from the cx side but we are delaying their request giving different excuses... No response from the team... Cx are calling everyday for their money but nothing is happening... My advise is use other banks for money transfer... Never use these application
                    (Tej, samsung, axis) for money transfer...

                    Axis is banking partner with google and samsung upi... Already
                    Cx are unhappy with service and axis only helping with all the cx data and sharing it to fraudsters

                      I have received a call from axis bank and they said that it is for verification process so i co-operate with them but at the end, they verify my debit card number with me and debit 1899rs from my account for one assist activation.
                      I want to refund my money to my account.
                      I have applied for cancellation in axis bank but no response from the bank.
                      Please solve this as soon as possible...

                      This for your kind attention in relation with the pending provident fund. I, mohammad sanaulla s\o mohammad asadulla worked as a bde at axis bank ltd masab tank branch (1497) hyderabad, telanagana and i have resigned for the above post on june, 15 2017 and worked for 15 days as relieving period. During the time of my resignation, i have completed all the legal formalities that bank required. Still my provident fund is not credited in ac/no [protected]. My employment id : 131756, joining date: 21st, november, 2016, resigned on 29th, june, 2017.
                      Please take all necessary steps to the above - mentioned matter and do the needful in priority.

                        Initially i wanted to go for demat account but later due to financial issues i didn't proceed, axis bank person called me and i didn't give my consent, still he opened it and levid 1000rs charge on my account, i went to bank requested them to close account, they assured they will but not done. Amount was deducted continuously.
                        I didn't register with it and didn't use their service still amount was deducted even after requesting them to close account and refund the amount, but they deceived. It seems like humiliation, please help to refund amount because i didn't use their service.

                          Iam an axis bank customer and from from kerala. I have also same problem that the axis bank credit card customer care number is chargeable. After pressing several numbers i can talk to the executive and can be wait for a long time.
                          I lost about 100 rs but i cant talk to the executive properly. Please make convenient that the number to be toll free number.

                            I had taken car loan from axis bank on 27th dec 2017. Being a priority account holder of axis bank, i had a terrible experience following issues i faced.

                            1) car loan was passed (App id 7540883) and then had issues with int rate as i did not opt for max bupa ins. Mr. Makarand was handling the procedure

                            2) while filling the form and giving necessary docs, the staff was not informed about the process. Due to which, i had to waste 4 cheques.

                                I had salary account in axis bank from my first company after coming out of company i rarely used that account and i am went out of state for working. I went axis branch near ec and asked them to close account. I was having some positive money in the account before and every month they deducted consolidated charges with gst. Before they were deducting rs 19 but this month they deducted approx 300 now i am went to branch for asking closing of account they told you have negative balance for not maintaining minimum balance we kept negative balance -182. When i opened this account they said me it is zero balance account. They are told that is our business policy. I have checked on internet that as per rbi no negative balance in savings account. But custome care people said that we didn't received any instructions like that from our bank so you need to clear negative balance to close it.
                                This type of cheating customers and rbi done by axis bank please take action against these type of cheating banks.

                                I recently request settlement from axis bank amount of rs. 150000. in that i paid rs.70000, remaining 80000 i have to be paid. but unforturantly i don't have that much of money i have only 60000 rs only what i can i do further you tell me?

                                    I made a imps transaction on 28 dec 2017 and transaction is suspect and amount is deducted, but its not credited to beneficiary account, send email to customer service team, but did not get any replies from them.
                                    Also register a complaint with my pr manager and manages to raise a complaint (Service request[protected].

                                    Even after 5 days neither the amount is credited in my account nor into beneficiary account, axis bank holds the transactions and my amount which need to be send urgently.
                                    Very bad experience and not given proper response from a reputed bank like axis bank. Very disappointing.

                                      I had purcahsed on 29.12.2017 vodaphone recharge rs 1000 item code: dg04 qty : 1 order no: i[protected] and paid by redemption of reward points rs 950 which i had earned & payment of rs 810 in cash by axis debit card.

                                      The amount has been debited to my savings account no[protected] and edge loyalty reward points rs 950 are also redeemed but the mobile is still not recharged.

                                      Please help me to get recharge or refund of the amounts debited to me along with amount fit and appropriate for mental stress
