Hi,

Axis bank never open saving account on time after continuous reminder to axis bank employee (Rahul), but after long time i receive a call from rahul regarding to open saving account & i reply to him i have open saving account with yes bank, but saving account topic was over, but it was not over i get an call for personal loan[protected]. On true caller i have check its was axis bank call number [protected] i have ask the lady where do you get my number from hdfc bank data base.
My question is - how the axis bank have hdfc bank data base of customer personal information?
How is axis bank do not open new customer saving account on time and call for personal loan?

Axis bank should stop non-sense thing and concentrated on time of customer requirements, please kindly do needful thing.

    I did the transaction of 3000 rupees in august month of 2017, which was mistakenly sent to wrong account number, i did the complaint on that day to the axis bank but there is no response till now, which is about 3 months, so please take this complaint seriously and do the action seriously. I did my complaint to dikshit thakkar who is employed in axis bank branch sama savli baroda gujarat, but still he is not responding well, there is no one take initiative regarding this, these kind of acts shows the brand image of axis bank, i hope you will look in to this matter and resolve it as soon as possible to maintain your brand image in your customers view, if it is not solved in one month i will close my axis bank account.

    Complaints should be taken seriously by you, because we are your customers who are not happy with your service.

    Please do it as soon as possible

      I had applied for reliance nippon amc ipo with application number 8255705 via net banking. On 5th november, i was informed by karvy that i have not been allotted the shares and that the blocked amount (Inr 14868) will be refunded. However, till date, this has not happened and the net banking page is still showing that amount as blocked.

      Karvy said that they are following up with axis bank but status has not changed. They claimed that they have already communicated many times with axis bank but nothing has happened so far. I need this resolve at the earliest.

On 15th Dec2017, i was informed by bLink that i have not been allotted the shares and that the blocked amount (Inr 14000) will be refunded. However, till date, this has not happened and the net banking page is still showing that amount as blocked.

        I would like to inform you that on 15.1.2017 at 12.13.17 am at social site one unauthorized transaction o[censored]sd 59.99 (Rs.3896.96) on my axis bank credit card. I got sms & email alert on above transaction. I called on axis customer care and blocked my card on immediate basis and got complaint request number 36972576 from customer care
        I have submit dispute form in pdf file by mail on 19.12.2017 on [protected]@axisbank.com and sent by courier same dispute form to credit card office mumbai.
        So, i request you to solve the problem as soon as possible and credited my unauthorized transaction amount my credit card account.

But the person who opened my account filled speling of my name wrong i have to pay my tution fees for canada u tell me what i do. I am very worried how i deposit my fees tuesday is last day for submit fees and also i choose rts system for transfer payment of 420000 from other account it was also not done i feel very worried please resolve my complaint till monday

            On 18/12/2017 my wife went to axis bank at bangalore to draw the amount for urgent medical expenses for my father. But the amount was not dispensed and got a slip stating that un authorised card usage. Next day on 19/12/2017 my wife went to your wheeler road branch, bangalore to enquire the reason for not dispensing the cash. The person who is dealing with nri accounts told her that my above nri account has been frozen due to non submission of my kyc documents and she told that she will send the kyc documents to my registered e. Mail address on 19/12/2017 and the same has to be filled and scan and to be sent back by me to the bank. But the kyc documents has not been received till now.. My aged father is taking medical treatment and the amount is needed for his urgent medical expenses. Further i have not received any alerts/notice from the bank to submit kyc document before freezing of account. I have send mails to the customer care of axis bank. But they either replied nor they send kyc documents to my mail address. My father needs immediate medical treatment. But the bank is not bothering.

              Axis bank team.

              Its been more than 3 years. I still have not got any increase in limit of my existing card. 0940 last 4 digit of my card. Name mohamed rizwan. I have been checjing every day whether i will get any offers to increase in my existing card. But still its not resolved. I also talked with many customer executives. My credit score is more than 780 which is very good. But i dont know what is the problem for you guys to increase my limit. I do have a salary account in this bank. The executive said me, my card limit will increase after 1 year if my transactions and bills are made on time. I have never failed to do that. Will be moving to city bank salary account if my request is not processed in a month

                Have opened a current account in axis bank atladara branch vadodara.

                The current account was close long back. Rs 1500 is due to receive from the branch which is not received inspite of many follow ups with the branch

                  Dear sir/madam

                  I have already contracted to axis bank customer multiple time and the concern officer regarding the deduction but they did not give any reply instead they are trying to avoid the issued. I want to know the reason for what they have deducted a sum of rs. 485/-. Not only this they have deducted minimum a sum of re 250 for the last 2 month. My branch ifsc code: utib0002208.

                    I have redeem my Axis edge rewards point by mobile Recharge option on 20th Dec. 2017
                    I have received message to my register Mobile for successful transaction. But till mobile is not Recharge. And also reward point deducted from my account.
                    I have total 700 reward point out of them 5oo reward point I applying for Mobile Recharge purpose.
                    But my mobile was not Recharge and my reward point also deducted

                    Pl. Find tailing mail I received form axisbank edge side.

                      Without my permission amount of 25 rupee got debited from my salary account (Axis), it is mentioned in the statement as tips/scg/pos/reliance petrol /dt.17-dec.

                      When i called axis bank customer care on 21st dec at 17:00, didn’t get any proper response from person who attended my call.. He made me to wait for almost 10-15 minutes and told as will connect to manager. But instead of connecting to higher officials, call get disconnected. Is this the way axis bank customer care treating its customer???

                      Moreover you are telling as surcharge applicable for few merchant, then atleast share us the proper list who are charging surcharge when we enquire. There is no response while i was in call.

                      I’m using titanium reward card. While selling this card, you guys promised as waiving of all surcharge.. But now what this is scg charge.. Where is your promises.??? Are you guys cheating us while selling a product.

                      I want to know who charge this 25 rupee from my account, either axis bank or reliance petrol (Merchant). I want an email confirmation to file a case against a cheater who taken out my money without my permission.

                      Also i’ve a question here. I swiped my card on 17th dec for 500 rupee.. If axis bank is really loyal to customer, why this additional 25 rupee dint get detected on same day and intimate to me.
                      Its all showing your culprit mentality. That’s why after a gap of 4-5 days this information has been forward to us and even reflected in statement.

                      I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

                        This is to intimate you that i have ask for a help to change my registered no which is linked in my bank no body was tried to solve this issue. I believe that branch is open from 9:30 but i noticed that meeting is going on till 10:15 am after that when i asked them for change my mobile no they told that i"do your own through atm" with rough language i tried that but it was not happened come to br again and told the same to br manager she is such rude person she denied that it is impossible and told me that it will not happen. I want to know the reason how come she shout on me i need an proper answer or else i will forward it to social media with video and audio recording lastly i am a priority ac holder this type of service is not expected from this renowned bank namely axis bank.

                          I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card.. It has been noticed that the money already been charged rs.1899 for the same.
                          Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 3241817.                               Submitted my kyc documents and salary slips of past three months at axis bank branch, situated at kp road anantnag jammu and kashmir 192201, to an employee of the bank a month ago. Since then they didn't intimated me about credit card or any other thing related to credit card. After losing my patience, i made a call to the concerned employee then he answered me that my request for credit card has been rejected. I am myself working in a sales oriented organisation but never experienced such a ridiculous service. Further m intending to close my salary account from the same bank.

                                Hi

                                I opened an account with axis bank in oct. As you see the attached screenshot (Mail. Png and axiscomplaint. Png), there were already concerns initially during account creation over their careless way of working and utter worthless service/staff. As never seen such height of irresponsibility in any of other banks staff/service, i decided to close the account in just 2 months, thinking not to deal with such axis garbage. I escalated such worst things to their operation manager & cluster head about the couple of worthless people whom i dealt with pathetically. And till now, none of them bothered for their mistakes, delays and carelessness. They never apologized or even took accountability of my financial loss. If their top people are garbage, the ones working at the lower level will be even worser as per seen in both account creation and account closure scenarios.

                                W. R. T recent account closure issue:

                                1. I submitted the account closure form on 12-dec (Closure. Jpg). It has been 8 working days and they havent processed the closure form also and it clearly shows their garbage way of working and this is a clear reason why i decided to close the account. No bank takes 8 days to close an account and it is not rbi policy either as bank staff talk lot of rbi rules these days to customers whereas the bank staff wont follow any rules themselves

                                2. After waiting for 4 days, i called up the customer support on 16-dec and it created a complaint after i convinced to create one. No response for that complaint also till now. Assuming strongly that customer support will also be worthless, i raised it with their nodal officer parallely and sent the concerns through the facility on their website (I dont get a copy of that as per their system). No response from that nodal officer person

                                3. On 20-dec, i again called up the customer service to know the status of the complaint. It has been 3 days now and the complaint is not resolved yet. All they could say was the complaint is still open and it will be closed. No accountability for this complaint open for 3 days without action

                                After having seen and explained above of the same extreme pathetic nature from every level in axis bank, i thought to register this complaint. Please register this complaint so that it becomes concern for axis bank people and pay attention to even a simple account closure requests. I request you to escalate this complaint to the highest possible (Otherwise axisbank will show only negligence). There is no way they will respond or show accountability whatsoever as seen in the last 2 months. Only when there is strong escalation and action, axis bank will feel accountable for customers concerns/loss and not repeat the same for others.

                                It has been 2 weeks this complaint has been registered and no response from the worthless Axis bank people. As you can apparently see the negligence of axis bank people in addressing the complaints(same they have shown in account creation and closure), there is no way you can get attention from those. Axis bank people should be taught a lesson legally only. Can you let me know the other alternatives to escalate this issue legally as it is obvious what worth is of Axis bank people?

                                I registered this complaint about frauds in axis. It has been 2 months, garbage axis didnt look at and they will never look at it also. I am wondering what is the use of this website if the complaints are ignored by the people against whom complaints are being registered? you sent the notification to those frauds but what is the use. We cannot expect criminals and frauds like axis to change themselves immediately when you notify. They should be crushed to the extreme extent. Do you have any mechanism to warn those axis criminals which are employed just to commit frauds and getting salary for that?
                                Just to fakely address the concern of no response from their worthless nodal officer person, their customer support person sending a dummy reply from nodal officer mail id and pretending to be a nodal officer. What more proof is required to showcase Axis bank's unethical and fraud activities which only lead to showing irresponsibility in doing their job for customers carelessly.

                                Like I mentioned in my complaint, I have already seen/experienced the unacceptably worst nature of their low level staff, operation manager, cluster head person, their customer support working in call centers and finally their fake nodal officer setup. So this further requires escalation to Banking Ombudsman to show Axisbank's malpractices. I would like to know the banking Ombudsman contact for Pondicherry or Chennai region so that I can send all documents proof against Axis and teach Axis bank a lesson on how to basically treat people.
                                Sir my sister in law is a B Com student and now preparing for banking sector and faced an interview with BM axis Bank Umerkote Odisha branch for Field job. The BM assured she will get the job and told her to go to head office Bhubaneswar. Now the BM is assaulting her by phone calls, SMS . She ignored first but two days before he called her and told i am in Bhubaneswar. You come to meet me.you will get full benefits with out fulfilling the target also. Please do needful against him and kindly acknowledge me. After your acknowledgement I may decide to go to ombudsman.

                                  My credit card ending with 6087 is dispatched to old address. I have updated that address 1 year back.in netbanking its showing new address then why you people sent to old address. I'm also not getting detail statement of ppf account through net banking. It is not allowing date range more than 1 month. For that one month also it's showing mini statement. I haved raised that query but customer service people replied download from operative account. Please read the question carefully before answering, i asked for ppf statment they sent the process to download operative account statement.

                                        This is channabasava swamy i have a current account in your branch
                                        Sindhnur branch my account number is *42908991 i am operating from since two years. 22/07/2017 in the month of july i have bal of 595/- rupees and suddenly they deducted 595+1393=1988/- i went and asked them two three times they are saying server down, manger is on leave and finaly they said this one time charge but afterwards they are charging monthly 1048
                                        22/7/2017 bal = 595
                                        24/7/2017 bal = -1988.14
                                        20/9/2017 bal = -3073.14
                                        15/10/2017 bal = -4158.14
                                        12/11/2017 bal= -5243.14
                                        17/12/2017= -6328.14
                                        Now my account bal is -6328 but they are saying monthly minimum charge is 250/- still no one respond properly do something sir
