This is regarding a transaction done in amazon on 25th may 2017. I was purchasing a thermal wear for rs.355 using my axis bank debit card. The transaction was declined by amazon but the amount 5710 was debited from my account instead. Axis bank didn t send me an otp with the amount that they are debiting. They just debited rs.5710. When i had contacted amazon then, they had said they had not received the amount and asked me to contact the bank. I next contacted axis bank in may 2017, but inspite of multiple service requests, calls and reminders, i got no response or update from them. I had even raised a chargeback and they said they would give me a temporary credit, but even that didn t happen. Finally, tired of all this i went to my axis bank, chennai branch and put this issue. They again told me that they will check and update. They again made me wait for a week and then sent me documents saying they are not responsible and they have sent money to amazon. When i again contracted amazon, they decline having received the money. I am tired of trying to follow up to get my money. The bank has been very unsympathetic. I had raised an issue with nodal officer but i got no response from them, even after a month. Next, i contacted the principal nodal officer who asked me to wait for 45 days. After more than 50 days, i didnt get any response from them. When i mailed the principal nodal officer, some other person responded this time asking for 5 more days. This has always been the problem. Everytime i contact the bank, a new person responds asking for more time. The bank is not ready to contact amazon and get things cleared and refund my money, inspite of me having provided all the necessary documents for the chargeback. I am atleast hoping for a response and my refund of the money. I have been made tobeg in every channel possible.

My name is subhankar dutta. My axis bank account number is [protected].My registed mobile number is [protected]. 27/11/[protected] Money was debited to my account but not credited to ECOM PUR/ Amazon seller/Bengal. I want to know when money was credited to my account.
