Hi team,

I have been getting sms on my registered axis bank phone number xxxxxx2494, mentioning that i have some sb account ending in 807058 and there is bounce charges due in loan account ending in 998831.

Firstly, i do not have any loan account with axis bank, secondly, there is no account with axis bank ending with 807058.

Would request you to please resolve this issue asap and if this is a fraud, please take an action.

    I, baby pramanik, lived in dakshineswar, i have a joint sb a/c in dakshineswar branch, my complaint is, i have used a debit card on axis bank, valid upto year 2021, but, a new debit card come on my address, i have no application for new debit card, then i go to my home branch, and then say my problem. After 1 day active my new debit card and automatically block my old debit card, but debit card annual charges rs. 177.00 debited on my sb a/c as on 28.07.2017, then 2nd time debited rs.177.00 on my sb a/c for reason of debit card annual charges as on 30.11.2017, so i request to my home branch, please refund my 2nd time atm charges as soon as possible.

        Hi team,
        This is regarding my account opening related which is wrong information given and wrong scheme given.
        You can check in your system when i visited branch which is in ashok nagar kandivali east and intraction with your staff.
        I requested for opening account he inform me process.
        Under information:he told me you have to maintain 10, 000 amount in every month.
        With my confirmation he taken all document and he proceed
        After that one more staff came and given m-visa scheme where you can pay the money by code. If you take this offer you don’t have to manage account. It will be 0 account scheme. Where you manage 10000 every month there have not require.

        Than i said ok

        Problem face:
        As now i am not present in maharashtra last six month and i unable to maintain the account.
        If i having 0 balance opening account that why i getting charge last six month. Now my account balance is -1345 for what reason.
        Every month you charged me for maintain related charges.
        So i want clearlty.
        If you given that time information for maintain the account than i keep the money in account.
        If you given wrong information that is not my issue.
        So i want all money which is deducted and refund as well as i want to deactivate my account.
        I won’t want account where have stupid process.
        I thing axis bank is best bank for account but i was wrong.
        This is very irating and bad customer service center,
        I am very disappointed from your service.
        If possible kindly solve the issue and kindly assist.
        Otherwise i will highlight this case on media as well as twitter.

          I got call from one assist team today and they asked me to activate i said no i don't want this plan but they activated and detected my money. I want my 1899/- back very urgent otherwise i'll give police complaint on you people. I am struggling for money u people taking my money without my permission even there is no proper information about how to deactivate it

              transaction does not complete but debited

              Sir/madam
              Today i was recharging my phone number through axis bank mobile app, everything was correctly but after all typing of recharge amount and typing the m pin suddenly it shown session expired and transaction doesn't completed but the amount deducted by the bank... Also i got a sms of the debited by bank.. Please refund my amount

              Mera shivanand jaiswal % ramjiyawan jaiswal mai ambikapur me rahta hu intenship ke liye sir maine kuch din pahle axis bank me account open karaya tha jiske assistant maneger pradeep jaiswal % bhagwan das jaiswal unhone mera account open kiya our sath me demat account open kar diya jiska jankari mujhe nhi diya gya tha ki koi charges lagte hai na bank se massege se uske bad 1 decmber 2017 ko mere account se bank walo ne direct kat liya account number - [protected] jab iska humne pta lgaya to bole demat account ka kta hai fir maine bola iska to charges nhi lagta to unhone kahan apko inforn nhi kiya gya tha to maine bola nahi fir unohone bola 5500 demat ke lagte hai 1054 rs bank charges to maine unse kahan koi bank charge kabhi nhi leta faltu but unhone phone uthana band kar diya bole mera target pura karna tha ho gya uske bad wo manger sir mujhse baat tak nhi kiye acche se bole mai paisa wapis nhi karunga jo karna hai kro kuch nhi hoga mera.

              Please sir aise logo per jald se jald action liya jaye our mra paisa wapis karaya jaye kyuki mai musibat me hu sir.. Our usse fraud 420 ke tahat kadi se kadi saja mile..

                I have my nre a/c in your jabalpur branch & and following a/cs also for my family:-
                Shashi kala rai (Wife)
                Krishna rai (Son)
                Meenaxi rai (Daughter in law)
                Vineeta rai (Daughter)
                Madhu rai (Daughter)

                For all a/c the registered mobile no & email id was same but since 3 x months it is changed while i had not requested for it. On contact with axis bank, i was given assurance that it will be corrected within a week but nearly a month is passed it is not yet corrected

                I wanted to know, "why n who has done this?" it is required to be restored immediately so that i could get alerts and mails as earlier because other member are not educated enough to manage thus being the head of the family, it is me who one who is operating all these a/cs. Kindly do the needful

                      Hi i am an affected customer of axis bank. I made two transactions on 23rd oct 2017 both the transactions failed. The refund was given to only one transaction. They don't even respond properly wen enquired abt other transaction its been more than 1 month now no refund no proper response too. Also have provided vendor confirmation stating they haven't received the payment.

                      Frustrated! And customer service calls no toll free also. How much more to lose? For calls alone i have spent around 300 in my mobile bill.. Always make us wait in calls and delay.

                      More than 1 month bugging them more than 2 calls a day but still no resolution, no refund,

                      Planning to change the bank. Once received the payment.

                          I have made an imps transaction on dec 1st 2017 for the amount of rs.5000 from my axis account to a central bank account, and the amount got debited from my account where the beneficiary central bank account is not credited. And where the "transaction status is showing as"suspect"". So please try to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                            This is regarding a transaction done in amazon on 25th may 2017. I was purchasing a thermal wear for rs.355 using my axis bank debit card. The transaction was declined by amazon but the amount 5710 was debited from my account instead. Axis bank didn t send me an otp with the amount that they are debiting. They just debited rs.5710. When i had contacted amazon then, they had said they had not received the amount and asked me to contact the bank. I next contacted axis bank in may 2017, but inspite of multiple service requests, calls and reminders, i got no response or update from them. I had even raised a chargeback and they said they would give me a temporary credit, but even that didn t happen. Finally, tired of all this i went to my axis bank, chennai branch and put this issue. They again told me that they will check and update. They again made me wait for a week and then sent me documents saying they are not responsible and they have sent money to amazon. When i again contracted amazon, they decline having received the money. I am tired of trying to follow up to get my money. The bank has been very unsympathetic. I had raised an issue with nodal officer but i got no response from them, even after a month. Next, i contacted the principal nodal officer who asked me to wait for 45 days. After more than 50 days, i didnt get any response from them. When i mailed the principal nodal officer, some other person responded this time asking for 5 more days. This has always been the problem. Everytime i contact the bank, a new person responds asking for more time. The bank is not ready to contact amazon and get things cleared and refund my money, inspite of me having provided all the necessary documents for the chargeback. I am atleast hoping for a response and my refund of the money. I have been made tobeg in every channel possible.

Mere se axis bank ke off se sales ka employee formalities le gaye uske baad jo formalities unko chahiye phone kerke bol dete or jab main formalities ker deta hu to unko call karta hu to bo har baar meri call utha lete per main unko formalities lene ke liye bolta hu to bahane maar deta main shaam ko aayoonga ya subah per na shaam aati or na subah fir mujhe hi bank main jana padta. Or ek baat kehni thi ki yeh bolte hain ki processing fees lage gi. Vakeel ko fees to maine diya or documents bi bank main dene ke liye main hi jata hun to processing fees kislea bahut gatiya service di mujhe axis bank ne.

                                  Hi, this is himanshu raghuwanshi from new delhi and i am holding one of your personal loan since 2013, my loan a/c no is ppr[protected].
                                  I have always paid my emi's on time which is 8511rs. And not only with your bank, have been paying to hdfc and fullerton as well and maintained my credibility.
                                  I missed on my emi to you in the month of september due to my daughter surgery which happened in oct and fraudelent activity with my savings account, for which you can view the attachments as proof. I went ahead and was asked my icici bank manager to stop funding my savings account as they did have any clue and might face the same in coming months, so i stopped putting money in my savings account. After several calls, i got in touch with your collection officer and after knowing what has happened with me, he started collecting emi from my doorstep.
                                  Now the issue is, i frequently received calls from you to visit loan center himalaya house, connaught place, kg marg, new delhi for putting stop to ecs and paying my remaining dues and was sent continuous texts (Kindly see the attachments). I am with mnc in gurgaon and into night shifts, so i thought to visit loan center after my shift of friday. I reached there by 11:30pm saturday nov.25 '17 and was told by the security, its an off today inspite of seeing so many employees in the office taking there lunch. I asked for any concerned person but was asked to leave as no one was available. I called customer service, spoke to supervisors and made a conference call with my collection officer and he also insisted the customer service team to make some arrangements for me but nothing happened.

                                  Hi, i was asked by loans dept to visit loan centre in connaught place to put request on ecs stop and pay my remaining dues but on reaching there i was told that its an off today. I am into night shifts with MNC and have been paying my emi's on time. I submitted the proof of fraud happening to ny savings acc due to which i started paying to collection officer but no one is taking my request to stop ecs and wave unnecessary fees as my loan is about to end in next 4 months. My loan no PPR[protected]. Attached is the proof of fraud transaction in icici bank and message from axis bank to visit loan centre.

                                    Hello sir,

                                    I (Naresh) having account in axis bank, chennai.
                                    I have made imps transaction today (30 november 2017) for the amount 45000 rs from my axis account to canarabank of.

                                    The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.

                                    I haved checked in transaction status. It is showing status as suspect
                                    We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

                                    Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Fraud transaction done to payee "Payu Payme", but I don't have any information this is a fraud. So when I realized this is fraud, I complained, but it was declined due to late request.
