Sub: de-activation of edc machine which linked to my a/c no: [protected]
Dear sir/madam,
I ‘am s sravani reddy the above saving account pertains to your branch. I wrote this letter in regards with de-activation of edc machine which is linked to my account and edc machine have taken back by mr. Chandru (Edc technical/installation person) in the month of april 2017 and we have given de-activation request letter along with him. The issue is as of today monthly rental is deducting from my account. I have intimated to the mr. Chandru who has collected the edc machine at the time. He has given his manager harish-[protected] (Edc machine dept), i have been following up with him for couple of month but issue not resolved again he gave his reporting manager no ([protected] - head for edc machine bangalore) we have forward the details to him. He has not turned up and our issue is not resolved. Since six to seven months we have following up with axis bank team. I fed up of following up all above persons. I request to the concern manager to take initiative especially in our case and try to resolve issue immediately. This is final call, if i didn’t get any response i will file a case in consumer court. Hope u understand the situation we have faced. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.
