I had updated my aadhar card number with my axis bank account, but it wont accept, and i had send by text message from my phone, its also not accept, and i try to call axis bank saibaba coleny branch, coimbatore.
I call plenty of time, they also doesn't t pickup my call, really very worst service.

Finally you will my block my account and i have to spend my one day fully with axis bank.

Axis bank was cheating all costumers

      Axis bank kanjirappally po branch at kottayam in kerala they compelled me to take an account they are taking my monthly subsidy of gas and other credited fund. Many times i requested to the manager to cancell my account they did not take any action they are currently cheating me i contacted many branches of this bank authorities for solving this problem. So i want to replay urgently otherwise i will take statutory action so please contact me this number [protected]

          We, magnum business corp. /delhi own brand name with vtech plus.in sept month we required home loan suddenly i called to axis bank. 11th sept your executive mr praveen mob. No. [protected] taken my all documents but till date there is no response at all. My all legal documents have to your executive. Now praveen didn't pick my call. I complaint to our nearest axis branch. The telling me praveen is irresponsible person we will back your all documents. That kind of # service provide to your customers

            From the past recent months, my usage has been increased in a different way that i need to have in normal. You guys are charging monthly by saying that i have exceed the normal limits of transactions and they dont provide a correct details. And you are telling that it is as per rbi guidelines, but when i check, there is no limit on cash withdrawals for savings account.
            So request to resolve this asap, because this month i have done many number of transactions.

The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue. Worst service provided by axis bank.

                Hello all,

                I am mayank dhingra and i am using axis (My zone) credit card last few months and as per welcome kit and also conversation with bank executive that if you use your credit card on (Hotels and resto/bar) for payment then you recieved cashback.

                But last month i. E october 2017 i was used my credit card on radisson blu hotel faridabad and bill amount is ₹2942/- pay from (My zone) credit card but does not recieved cashback from that payment.

                Can you tell me the exact process of cashback..

                Also you send name list of selected hotels and restro/bar according to (My zone) credit card. So that i recieve cashback.

                I hope you sought out my issue and give me valuable answer.

                  My money of rs.10500 with 17*500= 8500 &1*2000=2000 total of rs10, 500 being deposied into deposit machine - at khammam sri harsha complex with machine no - s3rh27301. On 11/11/2017 at 10.58.11 time response - notes were retracted. Tried to contact branch 100 times... No progress. Can i please be provided with appropriate information? Till today i. E 23/11/2017 my money is still in... Wain. The next deposit are credited... How can 10500 be missing.??

                      I want your kind co-operation, details given below:-
                      I am a house wife. I stay about 300 km from my house where my axis bank home branch name - axis bank (West bengal), kristy culture & commercial complex, pin-713146.
                      On 28th november i went to my home branch to update my saving account-[protected]
                      It has shown that rs 10424.93 withdrawn through my atm card, (Which has already locked) from long - londan mentioned in my pass book 'ecom. Pur/biotrimlabs. C/harrow"
                      Now my question is how can it possible where, atm card is in my hand but money is withdrawn by the card from so so far.

                          I received an message from axis bank for updation of my adhar. Staff members in axis sanjay nagar and sakarnagara bangalore staff members talk so rudely to customers and don't listen to customers.. They don't have patience to listen to customers also. It was message from axis bank to update aadhar. When approached they tell lot of stories we want this document and all.. Really saddened with the way staff members communicate.

                            Sub: fradulent promise by mrs. Madhu, of axis, sibsagar branch, assam to apply for axis my wings credit card on opening of axis savings account

                            1-during aug 206 at axis sibsagar branch, assam i went to enquire about axis my wings credit card. It had attractive offer of free to & fro air tickets.

                            2-there mrs. Madhu bd told me on becoming savings account holder, i shall be entitled to that credit card.

                            3-i hence became account holder of axis.

                            4-thereafter when i tried to apply for myu wings cc i was told application are closed & that bd lady had left from service of axis.

                            5- i reminded the promise by bd mrs. Madhu then, & also that on axis website, the cc my wings is being advt.

                            I hence request kind action be taken on false promise by bd at sibsagar, axis & refund acount opening charges deducted from my account.

                            6-poor system suppor to log in online complain on axis inernet login.
                            Unable to lodge complain on line due to poor design of complaint mechanism.

                                Hello, one month back did applied to open my salary account in axis bank, still it is not activated, one of axis represntative provided me welcome kit.
                                Although i have submitted all the required documents. I am contacting the concerned person from axis bank but he is rejecting my calls.
                                By chance i am able to conncect and if i ask them the reason, they are just ignoring me.

                                Also to on test we made transaction of 100 and tried to use atm card. It shows 100rp balance bt fails to withdraw saying error invalid card. Unauthorized card usage.
                                Tried to update my mobile number [protected] which seems working for alerts.
                                My bank a/c no is[protected].
                                Name-suman b kodolli. Kindly consider my issue and take some proper action. Pimpri chinchwad branch axis bank, pune.

                                  4600 amount deducted from my axis account. Also got another call from bank stating that further amount is due to pay.

                                  I am trying to call customer care since last month but they are not providing solution.

                                  I am really fed up and frustrated. Its been almost 1 month and i am still struggling to have solution.

                                  Date of incident: 1

                                  Desirable solution: request for refund of 4600rs.

                                  Expecting the solution next 2 days else serious legal action will be taken.

                                  According to RBI guidelines if the customer reports such fraud to the bank, within 3 days, then it's the duty of the bank to refund that much money to customer's account. I reported immediately, still after made to wait for 30 days, no response. Rude call centre operators.

                                    As i am iqbal ahmed khan saving acc9unt holder of axis bank ltd sitwated at vakola branch mumbai
                                    As per the rules of the bank closing time is 3:30 evening but they closed bank before 3:30 and even cant handle single transaction just after 2:30

                                    After 2:30 they are only bussy with their porsonal work with first preority
                                    Apart from this i would like to complaint about the same to rbi website and mail
                                    Inculiding higher athority.

                                      My a/c no: [protected] and my card number is[protected], today afternoon arount 2 o clock while withdrawing amount from atm system suddenly got shutdown, then i checked my balance in another atm. My amount is detected f (10, 000 is detected),

                                      Immediately i went to indranagar branch, they told me raise a complaint, i tried in customer care it was busy all the time, so raised complaint in my system.
                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      yesturday i went and to Branch to check the status, they told me to submit letter to indranager branch and also told me to mention ATM number and Terminal ID.
                                      Today i went and noted the ATM number: 11436 and mentioned Terminal ID: SWCW114 also mentioned Binamangala on the top of the machine.

                                        Again overcharged, outstaning amount on my credit card was 36400 and i am charged 4261 as debit interest which is almost 12% aginst 2.95% which is mentioned in terms and conditions, and there is no revert from more then a week from bank. Pls help
