    Dear sir/ madam

    I am regular customer of axis bank. I purchased residence property in august 2015, and taken a home loan of rs. 2, 086, 467.00 from your bank.

    My home home loan account no. Is phr[protected], and

    My customer id is :[protected]

    I am regularly paying my emi without fail since last two years.

    So as, axis bank loan center, (Kanale kalyan mandap, ground floor, dufferin chowk, railway lines, solapur) has given me assurance of top up loan, i applied for top up loan in first week of month of september 2017. I did all procedure and given all documents required for sanctioning a loan to bank.

    My top up loan of amount 3 lacks has been sanctioned on 29th september 2017 as per told by bank authorities.
    Processing fees required for the same is also deducted from my laxmi bank account on 5th oct 2017.

    But still my sanction top up loan disbursement is not yet done. Bank peoples are also not responding us.

    My top up loan application id is : 7106972.

    The head of loan center (Mr. Rahul mote) is not responding for any of my calls and messages.

    The same message i have already sent to [protected]@axisbank.com, they asked me about application id of top up loan, and then they send reply that they will resolve this by 26th of october 2017.

    As a customer i just want to know that whether you have considered this mail, and whether you have contacted our local axis bank loan center, (Kanale kalyan mandap, ground floor, dufferin chowk, railway lines, solapur

    So, i kindly request you to look into this matter and do the needful.

            My self from aditya engineers holding current account in ghatlodia branch - axis bank 1335 is branch code - ahmedabad gujarat
            This is with reference to difficulties faced in fast few months few of them are listed below

            1. Unavailability of cash in bank upto almost 12pm morning... No proper action taken by bank for arranging cash to come earlier or raising a request for same at least during festival days

            2. As govt has approved saturday sunday holiday, on monday there is huge rush in bank but only one cashier is available, which fails for smooth operations

            3. Holding account in ghatlodia branch since 3 years, i have observed that staff keeps on rotating which is good but again they are replaced by newly appointed staff, who merely have idea about computer software or pass book printing or ppf account statements...

            4. For every team, smooth service and operations, branch head and operation head must be good...in ghatlodia branch previous branch operation head was mr nayan but again now replaced by lady ms hiral (Not sure with name) is totally rude and not trained to deal with customer, she is always loud and answer to any of our questions are weird and rude which is totally not acceptable

            I have my ppf account with ghatlodia branch but till date ghatlodia branch staff are not trained or aware to get the statement of my account even once a year... Everytime officer say we have to send this request to vastrapur branch as it is our main branch... I finally approached vastrapur branch for same, the answer from department was we cannot open your account or statement over here as it is openend in 1335 ghatlodia brach...

            Have few accounts with axis bank in ghatlodia branch named

            1. Aditya engineers
            2. Manthan patel
            And 2 more accounts

            Summary or request to taken actions at earliest

            1. Need new or second trained cashier, total 2 cash windows as this is bank is over crowded

            2. Replacing of operation head (Lady) with new eligible person who knows all process and know how to deal with customer and also can maintain relations with clients

            3. Arrangements of cash from chest earlier around 10am morning so that we can withdrawal our own money whenever we want...

            4. Training to staff for ppf statements and process

            Overall services this days is getting worst... Any of your representatives can come. Over surprise inspection and take random survey at branch... Ask customer... Every second customer is unhappy with axis bank services and mainly branch operation head

            Sir, recently before one month ago i apply cc limit loan from your bank. I submitted all required documents .and they said your loan approved within one week now no one can answer me .
            I have a made transaction through net banking on 16/10/2017. Amount has deducted from account but i did'nt receive amount to my mobile.

                Dear sir,
                I have the current account in our axis bank as a m/s. Krishna enterprises c/a number is as — [protected] at thermax chowk sambhajinagar, chinchwad, pune maharastra pin - 411019.
                I have seen that each and every month there is deduction of certain amount but there is not mentioned the reason for deduction for the same. The deduction amount is @ rs.2000/- to rs. 3000/- plus service tax.
                So many times i have visited the home branch for getting the clarification but they do not have any idea about the deduction. I am not getting proper response from home branch. I have also contacted to customer care and lodged a so many complaints but i have not received any feedback.
                Now i am sending this mail for getting me the solutions. Last month i have observed that ecs bounce charges @rs. 1750/- deducted from my account. Actually there is no any ecs is running on my account.

                Pls give me the proper solution and refund all my amount which you have deducted all total amount. If i have not received feedback or reply or any call from you. Then we have complaint to higher authority. Or i have contact any legal or consumer court.
                From home branch they are not guiding and explaining any thing to us.
                I am awaiting your reply.

                While I had a medical emergency, I paid amount Rs.10, 630 to hospital by debit card, but first time transaction error came so my card was swipped again.. In this process, amount was debited twice... Iam still waiting for my failed amount back to my account . Take the matter seriously..

                  Axis bank, most uncourteously, has today oct 21, 2017 has sent me an sms for linking aadhar with a rider of a govt. Directive that it block access to my account.in spite of handing over at nine months before where they failed to give me any receipt, i was sent a sms requesting my aadhar number which i had smsed to them. But today the bank again sends me request with governmetn directive of once agains asking me to connect my aadhaar. I am left wondering

                    I took home loan in axis bank 6 years ago,
                    I have very good pay record. Now i required topup loan from axis bank, but bank offcials saying topup not feasible as it is gramapanchayat.
                    Now my question is, if it is gramapanchayat then ealier loan is granted and why presently not giving.
                    At the same area gramapanchayat axis bank branch also located. Home you understand my problem., what is the solution for my problem

                      This is the third instance, my credit card outstanding amount rs.59575 is displayed incorrectly on my internet banking. The same incorrect amount was communicated to me from the customer care support. When i requested for a statement, it displayed the actual outstanding amount of rs.23274.

                      This is not an odd instance as it occurred 3 times in the last 6 months. I would like to close my credit card account with axis bank as it is not trustworthy.

                        Dear sir
                        I c. Ramaswamy desai having a saving bank account in your bank and my ac no [protected] at your axis bank kk nager branch trichy ifc utib0002695. On 6th sep 2017 i have purchased materials in reliance fresh shop located at k. K. Nagar, trichy. After purchase i have giving my axis bank visa card to settle the amount of bill. Since i am having two accounts in the bank one is savings and other one is current account. I have put the other card pin number. Which is wrong then i have put the correct number again. It was processing and cannot complete. The sales man told me that the card wrong and removed the card from machine. Then i have give him my icici card and paid the bills and settled the amount rs. 1350 and one bill of 1486. I have received alert from both the banks my axis bank account also debited rs.1350 and rs 1350 debited in my icici bank account. So there is a double payment is made. A photo shot of both the banks payment is enclosed here with i requested reliance fresh refund the amount in continuation to this complaint reliance fresh they have said the bill was not generated and the amount from axis bank was not received. A copy is enclosed. We have approached axis bank and a complaint was made. They informed me that the amount will revert back in 4 days time but until to day we have not received any communication from them and my money was not returned. Kindly refund my money rs. 1350 with immediate effect.

                            I did a transfer of 1, 80, 000 from my account to my dads central bank account number through imps and the transaction status is in suspect. Kindly help since it is an emergency. This is such an inconvenience. Imps is done for emergency cases and if this happens, it is not good. We will lose our trust in the company as a whole due to such inconveniences caused.

                              My son's axis bank (Minor account) got debit frozen as he became major. This i came to know when the cheque given to a university bounced bank. Prior to this no intimation from axis bank regarding frozen account. I handed one set of application form minor to major duly signed properly. They sent this to home branch instead of sending axis bank ho and told me within 15 working days issue will be resolved. Issue did not resolve and situation forced me to visit home branch from my job place which is more than 1200 kms away from home branch. They told me the received form has been wrongly filled and again a new form to be filled on 27th sep at home branch. Again a new form was filled and we signed at appropriate places and submitted necessary proof documents. On 3rd october while contacting nearest axis branch at my place of job, the branch manager contacted my home branch and i came to know the form which was sent to axis ho from home branch had rejected due to wrongly mentioning the name of the applicant. No intimation to me regarding rejection. The form was filled by the customer care executive at home branch, still the form was rejected. It means he is uneducated towards his profession. Since then i am trying to contact the home branch over phone, but there is no response from them. Now i am feeling very much panic, because i have some good amount of money in the frozen account which i want very urgently to settle some bills.

                                I cristleena didla have an account with jubliee hills axis bank with account number a/c [protected] has done a wrong imps to icici bank madhapur with account number[protected]. Imps reference #[protected].

                                When contacted icici bank authorities at madhapur branch they asked for an official email from imps team of axis bank for reversal of the amount.
                                Request the authorities to do the needful.

                                    I have my account in axis bank ladowali branch jalandhar, punjab. First of all staff is very rude. Not giving me explanation for not doing my transactions. They are not updating my account information. Secondly they take almost 15 days to open my account. They are really # kind of people and now from last 4 days they are not giving me account closure draft. Worse bank ever seen.

                                      My nett banking is not working i cannotmake payment throgh nett bank,
                                      Ihave tried to lodge complaint on phone banking but could not due to poor ohone bank. Telephone to branch no bodypickup telephone lodged complaint on grivence cellandbeing shareholder complaint to shareholder grivence no proper action matter referred by nodel branch to home branch and visted home branch and other branch but no action
                                      Bank is wastimg money on phone bank which is useless not servinf any purpose.
                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      575 Rs always deducting from account in each month nearly around 4000 Rs has be deducted please clarify otherwise I will sue an appeal in consumer forum

                                      I have made a transaction by Axis Pay UPI App on 13.10.2017 amount Rs. 6000/- vide transaction no.[protected], but the amount deducted from my account but not credited in my SBI account till Now.I need the money urgently. plz take action for refund.

                                      I had cancelled a flight booked earlier and the website returned the amount but the same has not been credited to my account by Axis Bank. This happens every time with Axis Bank. Until I lodge a complain to get a refund my money, they take no action and keep the same with them. In case I forget, the money is theirs.

                                        With respect to reference id[protected], my imps is under "suspect" for no reason at all.

                                        Amount has been debited from my account but not credited to my clearing agent's account.

                                        I want the money to be transferred to my clearing agent as soon as possible without this useless harassment from axis bank.

                                        Please do the needful and treat this as urgent.
