It is brought to your notice that i went to draw inr 10, 000 from indusland bank atm in sec -51 gurgaon. The transaction was unsuccessful and neither i got the money nor the transaction slip.
After reaching home i found inr 10, 000 was debited from my account. I lodged a complaint on 20 june vide no. [protected] for which no reply came. On enquiring from helpline i was told that the case is closed.
Again complaint was lodged (No. [protected]), you are requested to intimate how this can happen.
I hope you will take action and inform.
I would request you to send cctv coverage from indus so that i can take necessary action if cash was taken by someone else. To confirm i went back & drew 1000 rs from same atm (Recpt enclosed).

    I have purchased a flat in ahmednagar (Shiv nagar pipeline road) in november 2013.
    I've taken home loan in axis bank for the same purpose (Loan account number phr[protected].
    Axis bank sanctioned me rupees 1372000 home loan at that time.
    Now i've applied for top up loan in axis bank before 5 months.
    I received sanctioned letter of top up loan of rupees 390000 from axis bank (Application id 6644555) on 27 june 2017 after doing valuation of my flat by a government valuater.
    Axis bank debited processing fee of rupees 118 and rupees 5900 respectively from my account on 14th august 2017 for the same purpose.
    Then from 17th august axis bank started saying that we have to do revaluation of my flat.
    They again revaluation done and now axis bank is saying that axis bank can't give top up loan more than rupees 170000.
    This is very frustrating service from axis bank.
    I'm going through tremendous mental harassment due to this.
    I've contacted to axis bank via customer care service n via email, by my mobile to mobile numbers provided by email from axis bank only, but none is responding well and are running away from the responsibility.
    Please resolve my problem.

      Please help me to solve my issue. As per request of axis bank i take credit card. The charges which told by axis bank person is zero. They said we will send credit card to you which is lifetime free for you. But card which i received is axis vistara. And it is chargeable of rs 1500 in the time of joining and 1500 per annm. Why should i take this card and why i pay any charges. Please resolve my issue. Otherwise take back. If issue is not resolve i will take help of consumer court.

          I am having personal loan with axis bank for rs.200000 for 48months tenure with an interest rate of 17%. I have applied for a top up loan on this existing loan. That time i have completed my 32emis of existing loan. So the bank persons explained me that you will get top up loan at 13.5% under new scheme offer. So i agreed to apply for a top up of 300000 on existing loan. I submitted all the documents, finally after 28days i got confirmation mail that loan is sanctioned for rs.2430000 and interest mentioned is 14.99%. So again i contacted the bank people and asked. They confirmed me that its a top up loan only, your balance amount for old loan is rs.15328, which will be deducted and fresh loan amount approximately rs.227000 will be credited to you. But i got a new loan for rs.243000 without closure of my old loan account. Now instead of paying single emi monthly, i have to pay two emis for both loans which is approximately rs.11500 more than a housing loan emi. Next day onwards i called the bank people for clarification, but no one lifting my phone even a single time. I send mail regarding this but no single reply... Bank is taking no responsibility for customers, based on their explanations and offers people like me have applied for these loans. Really i am hectic after this. Atleast they should solve our issues, they are not at all responsible.

            I have an nro account with your branch at c r park, india. I went to visit the branch on 01 september and talked to mr amit sharda about obtaining internet access so that i could track my account. He registered me, something i had failed to get your bank to do by correspondence for some years, and told me to log in after the registration detailed were recorded by your database. I tried from various internet sites, at home and at hotels, during my stay. I get a message that the system has shut down following me having either pressed the 'back' key or clicked on a key more than once. Frustrated, i visited a large axis branch in front of nehru place in delhi on 12 september. The staff there also encountered the same problem and surmised that it was a 'server error' which would go away. It did not and i visited mr sharda at your c r park branch on the following day. He encountered the same problem. Then i left india and attempted to log in. The same problem. I wrote to your customer. Services as recommended. That was many days ago. They have not bothered even to acknowledge my message. Mr sharda has demonstrated no evidence of any effort to solve the problem.

                  I am nagarjuna tallapaneni, i have a single currency card with axis back and the atp pin is not working.

                  I have reached the travel customer service when i was in india and they sent the duplicate pin and the customer care executive said it will work.

                  Now i am in spain the pin is not working and i am following with the axis travel currency card customer support but they simple sending the duplicate pin which is not at all working.

                  Till now i have received more than 5 duplicate pin and nothing is working.

                  I have sent a mail clearly to the customer support saying the duplicate pin is not working and asking to check the real issue.

                  They created a request to see my problem...
                  No update later.

                  When i contacted today they created one more request today to check the issue.

                  They are not understanding the customers problems... I am not in india and without currency card how a person can survive.

                    I am getting repeated calls on loan repayment from axis bank from hyderabad collection department[protected] on my mobile no. [protected] asking for ravi kumar g. Daily i am getting 2 to 3 calls and remainder messages. I don't have any relation to this man. This is really very much irritating and major inconvinience. Every time i tell to customer care executive, this is wrong number and not belongs to ravi kumar g, the customer care executives say "sorry sir, we will update in our system and you will not get calls tomorrow".

                    But again the next day morning the same call comes from hyderabad collection center. I have spoken to many customer care executives, namely mr. Sachin, ms. Pooja etc,. To update their records. But still i am receiving the same calls everyday. This is happening from the past 1 month.

                    This is very irritating and annoying. If some one gives someone else's no. As his number, you guys blindly note it down and start troubling?
                    Why there is not a proper mobile no. Verification system in your bank?

                    I request somebody from axis bank to resolve this issue immediately.

The employer of siti broadbrand also told me to take money from the bank by having a word with the executor so i request as soon as possible make my transaction return to my account. Also i m having many problems in using my account so i might shut this account and open in other bank...

                        I received my axis bank credit card and i was promised to receive 25% cashback on movie tickets through my credit card and the same was mentioned in the welcome kit also and no other steps were mentioned to be followed while booking the tickets. So, now i have been booking my tickets from past 2-3 times i have not received any cashback and when i called customer care i was told that i have to book from different merchants etc etc and i was told things which no normal person with basic computer knowledge would understand and when i asked them that these things were never told before the booking then they bluntly say that we cannot help you. Very good scheme of fooling people and then they also fool you by saying that we have taken your complain which will be resolved in 48 hours and then do nothing about it and dont even bother to send a message informing that the complain cannot be resolved. It is us who have to run after them and keep calling them again and again which is also chargeable for us. Do not apply for axis bank credit cards because they charge yearly fees and give no benifits

There i was apply multiple currency card they told me "we will active your tomorrow but still they didn't active. And now i haven't any another card and i haven't money for eating and i have to pay my hostel fees without card what i do

                            I don't know what this bank wants to do with the customers. I will not recommend this to anyone... .

                              My company opened my salary account on 15.07.2017 in axis bank hyderabad branch with company address. I left that company in 3-4 months. After that i am not operating this account. Now my account balance is rs. (-727.20). Present i am in gwalior, madhya pradesh. I want to close this account. How they charge this salary account for not maintaining minimum balance. Please resolve this issue immediately.

                                  Though the transaction got cancelled, an amount of rs. 435.30 got deducted from my account while paying the bill at more supermarket using my debit card. When i sent email to customer. [protected]@axis bank.com i got an email from [protected]@axisbank mail stating that this is not my registered email id. But in the internet banking profile i have changed to this email id long back and is reflecting the same now also.

                                    I sumitradevi agarwal having customer id no.11269247 and saving acount no [protected] sold 27 shares of reliance petro on14th sept. From demat acount. On15th sept. I submitted dic in your chandrapur branch for transfer of shares. Nothing done on 15th by the branch. On 16th operation head told me that it will be done today. I gote acknowledgement of 16th sept 2017. But nothing done on that day also.17th was sunday. Sattlement no. Was 1718115 and it was up to 10.30 am of 18th sept. Dueto carelessness of your branch shares could not be delivered. No one is ready to take responsibility. Please enquire into the matter and hoping for necessary action.

For demat in your chandrapur branch on 24th july. I got acknowledge for the same. I enquired in the branch regarding dematralisation but there was no proper reply. Then i wrote to dp. [protected]@axisbank.com. Their reply is that we have not yet received your request. Branch is not reddy to take any responsibility. So i request you to look into matter and solve my problem. More than two months passed and there is no proper reply. Your chandrapur branch officers are hopeless'

                                    I sumitradevi agarwal having demat acount customer id no.11269247 and saving acount no.[protected]. On 14th i sold 27 shares of reliance petro. On 15th i went to deposit dic in your chandrapur. Officer on duty told me that operation head will come at 4pm and he process your request. I met operation head on 16th and he assured me that it will be done today on 16th.17th was sunday. Sattlement date was 18th sept. 10.30 am. Nothing done til that time. I agin went on 18th about 11 am but reply was we are helpless we can do nothing. We are attending only to maintian the relations. Shares could not be delivered due to carelessness of your branch. If it is not the duty of the branch to accept dic and process the same where sould the customer contact. I request you to enquire the matter and necessary action against responsible officer may please be taken. Delivery of the shares is timely process.

                                    I have used my debit card on[protected].30 pm at state bank of india atm at tiruchengode.I have entered Rs 9000 due to network error amount is not transferred fro atm but the amount is debited from account please verify it and do the needful.
                                    I recently made a transaction in irctc.Firstly when the payment was on process due to delay, i cancelled the transaction with the approval of the site.Now i see the amount is debited twice from my account.something needs to be done.if anyone know the cochin official number.please share
                                    Hi I have taken car loan on Axis bank, they have mentioned foreclosure waiver is 0%, but when I went to repay all my loan amount they are charging foreclosure charges 5% of outstanding, it means they are cheating me. please let me know whether I need to pay foreclosure charges or not?
                                    I lodged complaint on 24th Sept. but there is no reply till today.why so delay?
                                    I deposited share certificates on 24th july 2017 for dematarlisation and got the acknowledgement.today I received information from dp operation that processing request has been sent on 3rd Oct. by dp operation.why processed after more than 2 months.from the receipt of the certificates.no one is ready to take the responsibility.awaiting for satisfactory reply.

                                      On 8-9-2017 at 9:30am i used an hdfc atm (Chilbila-distt:pratapgarh-uttar pradesh) to withdraw rs10000/-from axis bank account : [protected] of branch noida (Sector-1) uttar pradesh, but unfortunately that amount has been deducted from my saving bank account but money not withdrawn from same atm. Even i informed to customer care also but no action taken till date.
                                      Please arrange and do the needful from your end at the earliest
                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
