    1. I went to axis bank (Taliparamba, kannur, kerala) last 28th of august 2017, and ask them swift transfer my fee amount to my bank of china account for the payment of my university fee, i asked them to send it on same day, but unfortunately they delayed and sent it on 8th september 2017, this is my first complaint

    2. Your bank transferred the amount at the rate 66.3450 rs / dollar. But actual rate on that day was 63.9 rs/ dollar, sadly i had to face a loss of approximately 236 dollar.

    I informed my taliparamba, kannur kerala branch. But their response is very poor, many the students in my university have axis bank account, many of them have faced same problem and their are frustrated.

    Kindly request you to find a solution to this problem at the earliest.

      I withdraw 8000 from axis bank atm in dehradun. Got 4 two thousand rupees notes. Among 1 note is tored and a tape was used to stick it. What the # is this. Nobody is accepting that note and how can you keep like those note in you machines. Shame on your companies quality. What the # do i need to do with this. Register a complaint against your court or throw it in garbage

        Sub: credit card due for payment – nil – reg.,
        Ref: credit card no.[protected] – limit of rs.55000/- sanctioned on 18.10.2014

        With reference to the above said card received and use the limit on certain occasion and also the payment was done properly. Now there is no payment due from my side and also met your officials in coimbatore and request them to cancel my credit limit. After repeated request from my side they did not cancel my card and also requesting the annual fee demand vide statement generation date 20.10.2016 for rs.575/-. This amount was not paid by me because of i already informed your bank at coimbatore for cancel my credit card limit.

        Now, your credit card collection team was torturing to settle the payment of rs.8271.10 is from my side. Why i am paying this much of amount after requesting the cancellation of my credit card. Often i got message and mobile call for making the payment of the above mentioned due. Due to the repeated calls from your credit team i was suffered a lot of my daily work and also health.

        Hence, i request you to kindly receive and resolve this issue shortly.

          I want to close my account in axis bank i opened salary account in axis bank when i want to take loan from axis bank they told me to convert my account to basic account so i converted my account but they didnt issue loan now they are charging every month 500 for bank charges i fed up of paying the charges for more than 6 month i tried to convert back to salary account the axis bank offers are so rude they are not helping me to solve the problem with the bank worst customer service i want to close my account from axis bank worst worst worst bank service

            I had purchased a mobile from flipkart that cost rs 12999. It was clearly showing me 0 % interest. Emi 1089 per month.
            But every month in statement the started charging interest. I complained about it many times. But customer care and their email team did not replied to my issues.
            I paid first 3 emi. I warned them please resolve my issue or i will not pay emi. But they did not took my emails and calls seriously. And they told me that they can not do anything noe. This product was having 0% interest bring that proof. By that time this scheme was removed from flipkart.
            When i did not pay emi, they called me after 6 months and asking me to pay another rs 15000 after paying rs 3500. They added everything late payment and interest.
            I applied for credit card after thier team was continously requesting. Now after selling thier card they forget everything. And try to fool customers.

            After 6 months they asked me to pay settlement amount rs 6100. That also i paid. But after so many fights they have still not given me noc for this issue. I told many times that i am ready to pay the amount left after deducting rs6100 and 3 installments from actual amount rs 12999.
            To which nodal officer from axis back was ready but after that no body called me regarding that.
            I request you to please get me noc for this issue from axis bank. They have spoiled my cibil score.

              Hello... I am lal singh jhala and customer of your bank and had a request for a credit card around 1 and half year ago and that card which is i never received till date
              When i went to your branch they told that it has been delivered to your address and for the same your bank has charge from my account which is 572/-
              So i have given a written complaint to branch which is not be solved till date.
              Now when i again apply for a new credit card then they are saying that you are already using our credit card.
              So is anyone can help me out and can solve this issue from your end...

                Good day,
                I hold a defence saving account (A/c - [protected]) with axis bank since 2007, during that time i was successfully using net banking, but now i have change my home branch from new delhi to nagpur last month and given application for change of registered mobile number as well. Although i receive all the transaction messages in my new number, but when i am trying to change my net banking password, the bank is sending an otp number to my phone number, but i am not getting the otp under any circumstances. Now due to this i am unable to use net banking for money transaction in mutual funds.
                Now i have an active axis mobile app, please tell me whether i can reopen my net banking with the help of this andriod application. Please advice asap..

                    I am nominee on my mother's savings account. It has been 14 months since the death claim is being scuttled by bank officials. Different answers are given each time to delay the process and waste time.
                    I sent them all needed documents including indemnity letter on rs500 stamp paper. But, now they are asking me to do all paperwork again. I made it clear to them that i am not paying bribe to anyone if that's what the purpose of delaying and harassing nominee is. This 14 months of struggle to get your own family's money is terrible. How can people trusts a bank like this. What needs to do be done to stop this nominee harassment.

                    I am having significant problems with axis bank dp about transmission of my deceased mother's demat a/c where i am registered nominee. After months of run around giving different answers, my lawyer had to send a legal notice.
                    Bank admitted in legal notice response that i am in fact the nominee and that there is no court order or injunction restraining the bank to transmit this dmat a/c to my demat a/c. All paperwork and formalities were accomplished by last month. Last week, they informed me for the first time that i need to pay rs560.63. I went ahead and paid the money. Email was received that they have received the money and the transmission is in progress.
                    Today, another mail comes to me saying that they received the amount but i will have to do all paperwork again. I can't believe that after making me do paperwork for months, they want me to repeat the paperwork process again to delay for another many months. Rbi circular says that dmat a/c should be transmitted in 15 days and nominee should not be harassed.
                    I have sent e mails regarding this to senior axis bank officials. No response has been received as of today.

                      I created a salary account through our company
                      And they deducted my money from my account unknowingly
                      The custome care department not picking up the phone for the past 2 days... Especially the no[protected]... I tried this no from 11.30 am till 1.30 pm today... No one is picking up the phone, but most of the times it's busy too... I don't which is misusing the bank no... All nos ringing but all not picking up.. The nos i tried are[protected],[protected].. All in vain...
                      Please take a strong action against this

                        I recharged my delhi metro rail smart card for rs 1000. Thereafter my axis bank account has been debited without my permission on two occasions i. E on[protected] by rs 0.5 and on rs 2.50 on[protected] vide axis bank sms (Am-axis bank : info :tips/scg/pos/delhi metro rail c/dt.08-se.) these deductions are not warranted. If it continues, it will cause great loss to me....

                        Axis bank people approached my son's (A student - [protected], karandesai. [protected]@yahoo.com) company pwc h'bad. He opened his salary a/c with axis bank branch - mg road and all formalities with documentation were completed on 25th of aug.2017. His salary (Stipend) deposited into his a/c, but, still a/c is not activated. An officer who is acting for activation is mr. Jyoti tripathi (Mob # [protected]) has been promising for very next day and no result. Over above that he has mysteriously stopped attending phone call of my son. Today till 13th of sept. Account is not activated. Axis bank mg road branch asusual never attend their landline phone calls, my son is at pwc hyderabad branch and i'm at baroda. It really is a misfortune to come across a bank like this. If anyone to help?

                            From july 2017 to till date (13/09/2017) there are auto debits from my above said account, which are not done by me (Not from my online transactions site or not auto debit option selected in my account).

                            I am not able to understand that what kind of debits these are, and how come gulbarga electricity company can debit from anyone's account without their consent, where in this case, i have not selected any auto debit opation in my account, even if it was there, the amount should have matched with my current month electricity bill amount (Rs. 736 - aug.2017) which is not.

                            There is a serious system flaw either with axis bank operations or gulbarga electricity associated bank operations.

                            I need my money back & need a full scale detailed analysis report for the occurance & corrective steps to stop this from happening.
                            As if this continues, the amount debited may go up higher, resulting direct user facing the heat.

                            If at all the bank authorities are not capable of solving this issue which may convert into a threat for the bank or the user directly, they should quit and do something of their level.

                            Hope this message goes to the axis bank top higher authorities, may be they will be able to sort this mess out.

                              For home loan closure, we required closure report, for that we have to wait for 5 working days, after that
                              We pay our home loan, but bank is required 9 working days to clear loan and 15 working days to return our documents.
                              Almost 1 month to clear home loan.
                              Up to closure report we have to pay interest.
                              And after full payment, bank will not response to us.. They only say that "plz wait sir, process will be completed up to given time period". If our money reach to bank then why bank delay process???

                                Dear sir /madam,
                                I am communicating with axis bank credit card department since 22nd june 2017 for credit card fraud case on [protected]@axisbank.com, customer. [protected]@axisbank.com, [protected]@axisbank.com. Also i have regularly contact your department on [protected] to get updates of this case. Since i have communicated first through mail i kept calling and asking is anything needed from my side. And they keep saying the department will contact you i don't have to do anything. They received everything from my side. You can also check your tephonic records for this. And today when i called up to ask the status your people are saying they didn't receive anything and the case is closed and reason mentioned over there is non receipt of documents from my side...!!
                                I have also made an application to pune police they are also trying to contact you. They send your department so many mails but you guys are not even responding to their mail as well. If you are opting for emailing service then please give the efficient service. I haven't received one single mail for demanding documents. Your official send me blank dispute form on 21st june 2017 on my request. Can't your staff send me one single mail before closing this case. Before closing my case your department haven't even bothered to check my mails and at least giving me an opportunity of being heard on top of it shamelessly your department is mentioning that i haven't submitted you the documents..!!! If you can send me the credit card bill then can't you send me the status of my case by mail. I have completed each and every formality from my side.

                                P. S : whatever i am saying about the status of my case, i collect this information after contacting your department. Neither i received any mail nor i received any letter which can give me the current status of my complaint.

                                Kindly do the needful. Expecting a positive reply from your side at earliest.

                                  Hello, sir/madam i m jaimin panchal from ahmedabad, i took home loan in august 2015, but due to higher interest rate i want to bt my loan, so 29/7/17 i requested for lod n they told me i get my lod in working 15 days, today is 12 th sep (32 working days) and still i don't get my lod, so track my if and visited the blue dart branch and they told me that your employee didn't give my proper address, and my file is still pending for your careless behaviour. I need my lod before tursday otherwise i will complain to higher order, and now i will not wait long so much, just bcoz of greed nature to debate more installments you still don't give my lod.

                                    As discussed on today in our vedang office, would like to put following on record :-
                                    A) your staff rohit rai (Cell no. [protected]) has collected photocopies of my pan card, aadhar card and axis bank account form duly filled by me on 11th aug 2017 for opening of salary account on behalf of our company.
                                    B) i have also informed him that earlier i was having salary account of previous employer in axis bank, prabhadevi branch. Then he told that he will try to find out customer id & ac no. & get the account opended.
                                    C) since then he did not reverted me about opening of account & neither for any query almost for 25 days.
                                    D) yesterday i got to know from my company that my account is still not opened in axis bank.

                                      I am getting daily calls from credit card department i owe some outstanding payment for this i get call despite of giving date and commitment to them of the payment they keep on calling every hour.

                                      On saturday i received 23 calls from different number on monday i received 10 calls from different location. Today i received 5 call till now -

                                      Today the axis executive from pune used abusing words and treated customer as beggars. Female executive said "dont you feel ashamed before using credit card, you are beggar". They spoke as they have did favor on customer by giving credit. - this is total mental harassment of a user.

                                      People do not have etiquette's

                                      I am loyal customer of credit card for more than 7 years and this is the way axis bank treat customers.

                                      Apart from this i am maintaining 3 accounts - 2 current & 1 saving with credit score above 750+ this is how customer centric approach you people keep towards the customers.

                                      As a user we are paying each 3.5% interest + other charges + govt taxes - still axis bank is mentally harassing the people.
