I have an nre account : [protected]. I had applied for a new issue of cheque on the 29th august 2017 for which after an enquiry it was found that the new cheque book had been issued on the 30th august 2017 by the fastest courier in india "maruti air courier" from kolkata and being in kolkata i have still not received it doc. No.[protected].
I would like to ask axis bank if its a real courier service they are using to send bank documents.
After a lot of phone calls i'm told that the documents has been lying in the branch office of maruti air courier, kestopur branch since 30th august 2017 and as they have only one delivery boy so he takes chooses a route each day to deliver... Whose fault is it that i have beeen desperately waiting for so long... Axis bank or the maruti air courier.

    Axis bank official of chas branch approached us for opening a current account of our firm"m/s shree sales" in the last week of september'2016.
    We were not interested as private banks have very bad impression of debiting accounts without any customer's knowledge. So we denied in opening account with axis bank.
    Branch manager mr. Dinesh mahto, who was well known to us convinced us that they will not charge any thing from us on account of minimum balance and cash handling charge. For this we asked about written agreement and we told him that we would start only if we receive the same with in a couple of days. He told us that he would send the same along with xerox copy of forms in which he took signatures along with all the copies of statutory licenses of our firm. But we didn't get any thing from them and thus we requested them to not to open our account and return all our documents.
    Even after so many requests, they didn't listen.

    On 14th october'2016, i again requested them through email for returning the documents. After this i visited branch several times for the same but they didn't cared. Thus i again sent them a email request on 27th december'2016. By this time we came to know through sms that they have opened our account with zero balance and started debiting it. When i complained to branch manager that i have not taken any thing like account number, cheque book, passbook etc neither we did any transaction, why your are unnecessarily debiting it and sending sms to me. He assured that sms will be stopped and all my documents would be returned.

    When i didn't got any response i again visited axis bank, chas branch with a hard copy of request letter along with hard copies of all the emails sent earlier and took a receipt of the same on 3rd january'2017.
    Every time when i visit branch or call branch manager, they assured us of resolving the issue with in one or two days.

    Continuously, i am requesting them for the same and they are least bother about us and sending sms of account debited by them in which we didn't get any thing till now.
    I, therefore, bound to refer the matter to your honored court for the justice.

    I withdraw amount of 500 from sbi bank atm by asix bank atm card i get the deduction massage on my registered mobile number but not get the amount . or any slip but i have the massage of axis bank .

      You are requested to take immediate action as no such authorization is given by me for such deduction nor any services are taken by me.

      I called toll free no but its tells other no to call its not toll free no. I called but it doesn't go for direct complaint such a worst bank i ever seen.

      I need clear clarification about this...

        You deducted 5000 rs with out any information & my permission.
        And also you are not showing any transaction also in net banking

        If you do not refund my money within 24 hours as well as reason or information for this unexpected unwanted inconvenience.

              I am manik saha i have a ca a/c on axis bank nimta branch. I applyed a lon agenste proparty from nimta branch. This application nimta branch thro axis lone center on saltlake kolkata. Sumon paul excutive of axis lone center he come to my home & take my legal proparty ducuments xerox copy. He lost my all documents. Next the time excutive sanjoy choudhury contact to me he commite me my lone disbtuted as soon as possible. He take my legal documents 2nd time. With a searching valuation cheque value-5900.00. The legal & tecnical time searching my proparty as on 23 & 24th august 2017. My cheque was clear as on 25th august 2017. But mr sanjoy choudhury told to me today my lone was rejected. This is unfair.
              So i requsted to you sir please refund my cheque amount-5900.00

                I open a account in axis bank on 8th aug 2017. After 2 days letter they said that your account is not open due to some technical mistake we are again open your accont.
                After this i got sms from axis bank that your accont is successfully open i am try to start net banking in my phone and my computer but i am unable to start net banking.
                Then after i call to axis bank employee that i am facing this type of problem they give me new custmer id (Old custmer id) and said now your problem is solve. But still i am facing this problem, then i go to axis bank at udaipur rajasthan and request to solve my problem but there is not a single person solve this problem. Now i am totally puzzled that why i am open account in axis bank.
                I am totally unhappy for your service.

                  I am having sb account with your rasipuram branch vide account number [protected] for the past 4 years.
                  From the month of december'16, they used to deduct rs.97/- from my above sb account till this month, towards apy contribution scheme.
                  I didn't give any confirmation to your branch for deducting this amount and from the first month itself i complained them regarding this deduction and they replied that they won't deduct the amount in future. After that also the same thing continues and no action was taken regarding this matter.
                  Now, please inform me whom i have to contact for taking necessary action to stop deducting the above amount from my account and for reimbursement of the amount.

                  An early reply from your end is highly appreciated.

                          I have been visiting axis bank for the last two months foa a single account closure and the staff there are very irresponsible and respond in a very arrogant way. I have ben fed up with the answers they provide. They say they need aroung 22 to 25 working days for account closure. Axis bank is the worst bank to bank with and the service is really horrible.

I was one transaction doing from axis bank to icici bank, while transaction wrong account number added by mistake but benifixry success fully came, while transaction money also debited, but not credited to icici account holder, after i m compliant given to axis customer care, told that money is icici branch account added, so u ask to any icici branch, but i m asked to bank person, they are told this is responsible for axis bank only, after directly going to axis bank retern statement complaint also given (2times), before complaint given to axis customer they are not responding,
                            I m last five year axis bank using i m very said

                              I have open my salary account with your bank. But i yet not receive my cheque book. So i request you to please provide me cheuqe. I go to axis bank nearest brance but they told me you opend your account with zero balance that's why in this scheme we do not provide you cheque book. It is true. If is true than i don't want to continue my salary account with axis bank. Please revert me as soon as possible..

                                I have done transaction of 3524.9 on 19/07/2017 for SOL through ESY PAY, but first time transaction was failed and money deducted, but second time transaction was successful.
                                so amount of 32524.9 was deducted two times, and i am still waiting for Refund of failed transaction.

                                Please look at this matter, and refund my money as soon as possible.I am very thankfull to you for this kind favour.

                                I am very dissapointeD to your CCE negative response.If i am your valuable customer you cant say this type of foolish sentance that we give you card for transaction, and we are not responsible for failed transaction(I have recorded this surprising, unbelievable sentance), your all customer care executive says different word, someone has told that refund will be done within 120 days, someone says within 30 days .someone says 7 days, someone (who sent mail me a Despute form on 31st august) wihin two dayIt means all these customer care executive was wrong, they have little knowledge about RULES.
                                When i request them to transfered my call tyo senior, then senior told me that my complain is active and shows pending.
                                He give me Despute request no[protected], Despute id[protected].
                                I have all recording, i[censored] want i will sent to you.

                                so please dont misguide me and try to do best for me if you want or you bank policy is customer satisfaction.
                                As per as Discussion with your CCE i am sending again Despute form in pdf Format, , Please look forward to this matter and solve my problem, without any Excuse or new demand of some papers.Whenever i talk to your CCE, there aswers are always different.

                                  Unfortunately I have saving account with your stupid bank.. Where almost all the employees are useless. I have sent a mail related to my money that is debited from my account dated 25/03/2017 when i withdrawn from atm but unfortunately I not get the cash. Which was stuck in ATM machine due to machine problem or network problem .so I didn’t get money. The transactions no . Is 4497 and amount is Rs 20, 000 debited.
                                  I have already compliant about this to bank, their employee, bank customer care, even mail to nodal officer too.

                                  After discussion with bank. My amount got locked in lien balance by 1st april 2017 and till today haven’t got the reply. Spoke to call center twice and they referred loan department who has locked my amount in lien balance.

                                  I personally went to NIT Faridabad branch and again there also no response and they ask me to go to my palwal branch... what u think ... u having our money and asking us to run like dogs...

                                  If i am not getting my money cleared i will be posting this to all websites and will be taking this to consumer court soon, , , please move ur ...

                                      My name is sijo. My credit card ending with 8089 has lost and i have submit a request of replacement card and i got a message that ur card was dispatched and will get within 10 days. After 10 days i didnt got the card and i called the customer care and they gave me the tracking number. I entered the tracking number in speed post site and i got a message that ur consignment was not found. Axis bank customer care executives gave me wrong information of my credit card dispatching details... Its 1 month still i haven't received my card.. What a iresponsiblity from a reputed bank customer care people. They are making fool of customers by providing wrong information...

                                      I deposit. In Date 28/08/2017 .10rupees coin but not taken coin .
                                      R b I not ban in 10rupees coin. But this bank not receive coin .this bank under R B I or not any separate rule s for this bank please confirm .please take any leage procedure

                                      Sir i was miss guided on my credit card block. I asked your customer care executive about unblocking of card she told that it will activated after 3 hours but again when i called back they told me that it will take atleast 24hours. Which one i should consider as correct one. I want you to take proper action regarding this matter.

                                        This is with reference to above subject myself mr. Keshavrao raghunath pund, we had took agricultural loan amount rupees 13, 77, 000 in 2009 from axis bank, lasalgaon, maharashtra. We have cleared the total amount rupees 16, 00, 000 on august 2014. Bank has given noc for the settlement in hard copy to us.

                                        We have to take fresh agricultural loan from other bank than axis bank. When they checked online they have found that the rupees 47, 000 is due from axis bank towards us. As mentioned earlier we have already received noc from axis bank but due to not updating their online record we are facing this issue since last three years. Now a days there is aadhaar seeding with all other banks but in the past there was no such system. We have also approached to bank but they are denying to do this.

                                        We are requesting you kindly look into this matter to resolve the problem at the earliest. Awaiting positive response.

                                        your executive again say wrong committed on 15.5%rate and Iam agree on that rate but no followup he was not interested to do business
