Just got a fraud call from [protected] asking for atm card details like card number, pin, date of expiration etc. I can understand this is a sure fraud call. He told me he is bank manager. According to him my card has been deactivated. So he needs all the banking information to activate my atm card. Please take an immediate action.

    agriculture loan

    This is with reference to above subject myself mr. Keshavrao raghunath pund, we had took agricultural loan amount rupees 13, 77, 000 in 2009 from axis bank, lasalgaon, maharashtra. We have cleared the total amount rupees 16, 00, 000 on august 2014. Bank has given noc for the settlement in hard copy to us.

    We have to take fresh agricultural loan from other bank than axis bank. When they checked online they have found that the...

    I made a request for outward remittance of rs.7.90 lakhs to uae through uae exchange initiated through axis bank kaloor. The amountbwasbyransferredbto sl retail forex vide transction number[protected] on ifsc code utib0001904. Apparently[protected] no action was taken by axis bank on this request, on the plea that being an axis bank customer i should have dirextly fiven
    A request to axis bank and not through uae exchange, thiugh there is embargonon outward remittances by uae ezchange through the same gateway for. Non axis bank customers. I was therefore penalised for being an axis bank customer and after days of inaction and lethargy the entire amountnofnrs.7.90 lakhs wasbtrnsferred to my accountnwithout wven anybprior notification. And again, without any fresh formal request the amount of 7.90 lakhs was withdrawn for making outward remittance to the same beneficiary on 7 sep, and the outward remittance made on that date. But as on 09 sep, it has still not been credited to the beneficiary account.

    I request that this irresponsible attitude of the bank should be highlighted and all customersbbe forewarned of such criminal inefficiency.

      I'm unable to login to my axis bank account since a week. Tried reinstalling the app multiple times checked with changing the sim card in sim1 and sim2, done all possible options what i know but still unable to login in app. I would request you to please help me with the information so that i can enjoy the axis bank services without any interruption.

        axis application problem

        I am not getting registered in axis application. Its showing "generic failure" & "sms sending failure".

        I have raised complaints many times. No one resolved it.

        I don't want this type of services to be in banks. Please resolve the issue & dont make the issue big.

        Please see the procedure to resolve the issue.

        My debit card no. Is [protected] and my account no. Is [protected] my card strip is become unused. I am unable to use my card in atm. This causes lot of inconvenience to me.

            Dear sirs,

            Below attached is the complaint lodged by me regarding my senior citizenship card which is still not been given to me. The matter has not been resolved till date even after the complaint.

            In the recent past whenever i checked with the bank regarding the matter, i was had to face the following problems :

            1. First told by the their deputy manager ms arunima mondol that the application form got lost.

            2. Then the following time i was told the card had come but my name was misspelt on it.

            3. The next time i was told that the card had someone elses's photo and so was returned.

            4. The next time i was again told that the name of the person to be contacted in case of emergency was not provided and so it was not processed.

            However, when i filled up the application form several times, there was no mention of the same.
            So this has been going on since january 2017 when i had first complained to you about the matter. It is september 2017 now. Are they waiting for me to die and forget about it? In the meantime i had to go through several medical tests for which i should have got a discount with the sr. Citizen card. I want all my bills to be reimbursed and i want my card.

            I am appealing to you with folded hand to look into the clever tactics the bank is taking recourse to deceive its customers. This is most unprofessional and an inhumane attitude on the bank's part dealing with its senoir customers.

            Thanking you for your attention. Hoping the matter will be resolved once and for all. Do not know who had the idea to mark the complaint "resolved" when it is far from it.

            Dear sirs:
            This is to bring to your notice that on july 11, 2015, i was offered a special senior citizen card when i opened my pension account with axis bank, at 85 prince anwar shah road, kolkata - 700033, which promised many services and discounts at medicine stores, health check-ups at diagnostic centres/hospitals in various places in the country, many emergency contacts and an accident insurance of rs 200, 000/-.
            Till date i have not received any card nor any intimation of it. The bank personnel are clueless about the matter and, needless to say, nothing has been achieved.
            I need the card for various reasons as i am getting on in age with no support system. I would like you to take up the matter asap so i can use my card when necessary. I have waited too long for it patiently and i do not give up easily for what i am entitled to.
            My bank account number with the axis bank mentioned above is 9150xxxxxx1011. Please expedite the matter and oblige.

              Hello sir, i applied for personal loan, it has been approved and i received a message that amount has been disbursed 10, 000, 00, emi starting date has been commenced still didnot receive funds in my bank account, its almost 10 days. It looks like someone in axis are internally being used in name of customer sanctioned loan amount. This is really illegal and need to be put a full stop and value to customer and the processing fee commited was 2500 but it looks like 14, 5000 inr has been charged, now the representative not picking up my call even after calling several time and and they need to be fired up immediately. This is really a serious matter to consider immediately and help to get my funds soon. I already sent my hdfc statement to [protected]@axisbank.com, still waiting for the response. Thanks for your immediate action.

                I have done pradhan mantree bima yognana through axis bank net banking, but nominee name found wrong, then i told to customer care, he suggest to go branch, but branch also told this work is to be done by customer care, then i call customer care, but customer care issue complain having number 33740984, but after 3 days, i call the customer care, but he told the complain are closed, me are suffering almost 10 days between customer care and branch, both are harsing me,

                  I, undersigned gajanan kishanrao hendge having account no. [protected] has issued the credit card. I have used the same credit card for shopping purpose. But, due to crossing of credit limits, bank has claimed loan amounting rs.21000/-. But after settlement, i have paid the total amount to the bank.
                  Now, i have the requirement of cibill for vehicle loan but bank is showing already loan to my account and my cibill has been rejected.

                    I am tridib chakrabarti. My savings account number with axis bank ltd. At kalyani branch, dist. Nadia, west bengal is [protected]. My customer id is[protected]. I received a platinum credit card on 04/09/2017 in which the spelling of my surname is wrongly spelled as "chalkrabarti" instead of "chakrabarti". An extra letter "l" is inserted there.

                    Please, issue me another credit card with correct spelling so that i can use the card properly in important cases. Kindly do the same as early as possible.

                      I had a axis bank credit card[protected] which i have received 2 months ago. The person who explained the details before issuing the card said this would be the life time free card and there is no joining fee. But i received with the joining fee 500 so i couldnt pay it. Right now, they put interst for not paying the joining fee and make it as 1500 rps as due amount. Its totally cheting me to pay due amount for not even swiping one time anywhere. I will not pay for it. Kindly please waive off and provide the response

                        My account has been debited rs 25 on[protected]. Info: tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt030917. I donno what sense to make of it, because i am sitting in my office workstation, with my axis bank card in my wallet. I have no clue as to why this money has been deducted. Please explain how you can just randomly cut hard earned money (Even rs 25/-) without any reason or rhyme and without any information.

                          I have an nre account : [protected]. I had applied for a new issue of cheque on the 29th august 2017 for which after an enquiry it was found that the new cheque book had been issued on the 30th august 2017 by the fastest courier in india "maruti air courier" from kolkata and being in kolkata i have still not received it doc. No.[protected].
                          I would like to ask axis bank if its a real courier service they are using to send bank documents.
                          After a lot of phone calls i'm told that the documents has been lying in the branch office of maruti air courier, kestopur branch since 30th august 2017 and as they have only one delivery boy so he takes chooses a route each day to deliver... Whose fault is it that i have beeen desperately waiting for so long... Axis bank or the maruti air courier.

                            Axis bank official of chas branch approached us for opening a current account of our firm"m/s shree sales" in the last week of september'2016.
                            We were not interested as private banks have very bad impression of debiting accounts without any customer's knowledge. So we denied in opening account with axis bank.
                            Branch manager mr. Dinesh mahto, who was well known to us convinced us that they will not charge any thing from us on account of minimum balance and cash handling charge. For this we asked about written agreement and we told him that we would start only if we receive the same with in a couple of days. He told us that he would send the same along with xerox copy of forms in which he took signatures along with all the copies of statutory licenses of our firm. But we didn't get any thing from them and thus we requested them to not to open our account and return all our documents.
                            Even after so many requests, they didn't listen.

                            On 14th october'2016, i again requested them through email for returning the documents. After this i visited branch several times for the same but they didn't cared. Thus i again sent them a email request on 27th december'2016. By this time we came to know through sms that they have opened our account with zero balance and started debiting it. When i complained to branch manager that i have not taken any thing like account number, cheque book, passbook etc neither we did any transaction, why your are unnecessarily debiting it and sending sms to me. He assured that sms will be stopped and all my documents would be returned.

                            When i didn't got any response i again visited axis bank, chas branch with a hard copy of request letter along with hard copies of all the emails sent earlier and took a receipt of the same on 3rd january'2017.
                            Every time when i visit branch or call branch manager, they assured us of resolving the issue with in one or two days.

                            Continuously, i am requesting them for the same and they are least bother about us and sending sms of account debited by them in which we didn't get any thing till now.
                            I, therefore, bound to refer the matter to your honored court for the justice.

                              I called toll free no but its tells other no to call its not toll free no. I called but it doesn't go for direct complaint such a worst bank i ever seen.

                              I need clear clarification about this...

                                You deducted 5000 rs with out any information & my permission.
                                And also you are not showing any transaction also in net banking

                                If you do not refund my money within 24 hours as well as reason or information for this unexpected unwanted inconvenience.
