I have done transaction of 3524.9 on 19/07/2017 for SOL through ESY PAY, but first time transaction was failed and money deducted, but second time transaction was successful.
so amount of 32524.9 was deducted two times, and i am still waiting for Refund of failed transaction.
Please look at this matter, and refund my money as soon as possible.I am very thankfull to you for this kind favour.
I am very dissapointeD to your CCE negative response.If i am your valuable customer you cant say this type of foolish sentance that we give you card for transaction, and we are not responsible for failed transaction(I have recorded this surprising, unbelievable sentance), your all customer care executive says different word, someone has told that refund will be done within 120 days, someone says within 30 days .someone says 7 days, someone (who sent mail me a Despute form on 31st august) wihin two dayIt means all these customer care executive was wrong, they have little knowledge about RULES.
When i request them to transfered my call tyo senior, then senior told me that my complain is active and shows pending.
He give me Despute request no[protected], Despute id[protected].
I have all recording, i[censored] want i will sent to you.
so please dont misguide me and try to do best for me if you want or you bank policy is customer satisfaction.
As per as Discussion with your CCE i am sending again Despute form in pdf Format, , Please look forward to this matter and solve my problem, without any Excuse or new demand of some papers.Whenever i talk to your CCE, there aswers are always different.
