Hi Axis Bank,
I am writing this mail with disappointment,
Actually in 2013 when I went to Axis bank to open a locker, they have said me that they will provide me a locker and in return I have to open a policy and I have done a policy and they have opened a locker for me .
Here the policy they have asked is max life insurance policy and they have explained that this is a good policy and you will get a good benefits and I have started paying after 4 years of paying premiums nearly I have paid Rs 1, 50, 000 when I have called to customer care they have told diff information which was completely different during the time when I have taken policy ..
Now I have approached maxlife and they are conveying now if I surrender the policy I will get half money and if I opt for a loan I will get half .
This is completely a non sense..
I have written a complain for maxlife .
But I want to know why axis bank is doing like this for customers
Why they are asking to do a policies in return to thier services.
I am totally disappointed and now I am going to loose the half money because of the issue .now who will be the responsible for this,
Like this it is happened to lot of people asking for some policies /FD in return to their services.
Please provide a genuine service to customer not like this asking some favours.
Please investigate and do the needful..

    Dear sir/madam,
    I, dr. Niranjan jena, an associate professor at visva-bharati, central university, santiniketan, birbhum, west bengal, india would like to draw your kind attention towards a fake issue that a credit credit of axis bank has been issued and reflecting in the cibil system in my name bearing card no [protected], credit limit 30, 000 etc. I am sure that i have not dealt with any credit card. There is no question of transaction also. As per cibil record it is disbursed on 24.05.2007, last payment 29.05.215 and date reported and certified 31.07.2017. Payment start date 01.08.2014 and payment last date 01.07.2017. How it is possible if i have no dealings with this card then where is the question of outstanding balance in my name and it is very painful issue that it is in the written-off status in the cibil system.
    Please look into this fake issue and illegal matter and take necessary action and give me justice like cibil clearance and do the necessary official procedure to solve the fake issue as early as possible, otherwise i shall follow legal action for it. My contact no. [protected].

Payment start date 01.08.2014 and payment last date 01.07.2017. As i have started net banking so there is free e - gift voucher in that you can get free benetton watch/bag we have used the voucher for voucher we paid the courier charges rs 500/- and it was successful and message was you will receive the watch within 8 to 10 day it was supposed to reach on 25th but still we dint receive

        Hello sir,

        I (Manish saxena) would like to let you know that i have been using the axis bank my choice credit card for last 4-5 years.in that card i get 5% cash back on fuel and bill payment (Maximum 1000 rs.in a year). I have not skipped even single payment of the bill in past. Also, i did not face any issue in the past.

        But, from last 5-6 months i am facing the issue on cash back. When i transfer the amount from axis bank credit card to paytm, i get the 5% cash back. The problem is, sometimes i get the cash back or sometimes not. It has started when i transferred the amount rs.15000 to my paytm wallet. After transferring the amount i did not get any cash baack. I called more than 20 times on customer care but every time i got the different excuses. After that it is happening regularly. Some of your executive told me that the merchant code is different for different transactions. When i am doing the same transaction, how the merchant code can be different.

        I also visited you credit card branch located at vaishali, but nobody was aware of anything. Even they did not know my billing cycle, whether it is january to december or april to march. Your customer care executives were also confused on billing cycle. The branch was having broken chairs. No space to sit. I was not happy with anything.

        Please do the needful. According to me if i am doing the same transaction so how can marchant code be different?

          1) let me know the official working hours of axis bank because the security guard simply shut the door over my face at 3.25pm saying that "we are closed at 3.30 and in my watch it's 3.30", whereas in the official website the closing hour is 4.30pm.
          Inform me so that in future i don't get such humiliation.

          2) secondly how much time it needs to process for getting encash 24 service with my account, because i've applied for it over 2 months back but nothing matured till date.

            Sir, i am a credit card holder! I have just been a month! But if your executive comes for call offers, if you do not accept it, then do not force any offer, then it is my right! What is the matter of insulting in it and now on such a thing, on august 31, when a mr. Naved called for a call from [protected] to offer tata cash lash cards, but i did not agree then he started at this way he insulting me then cut the call. You do not imposing me any offer. Its chargeable or free anything, it is a customer's decision and not forcibly execute the bank's executive! I hope you will do act!

              I had applied for salary account from axis bank on 5th august and submitted all of my documents then for next 20 days i didnt got any response from bank again i called them and ask for the account and again bank is approching me to again submit all document and they said that within 7 working days your account will be activate bt still its almost being a month nobody is responding for same.
              Why they consider such bank as private. This banks are worst then goverment bank. Very poor service. Again n again they are sending me to another branch and its being 3 times thats i have submitted my documents.

                  I made a fd in the name of my daughter { ek. Jobi, sb account number [protected]} on 24/02/2017 for rs 60000- for six months. As she is minor, i myself operate her account. The due date falls on 24/08/2017. I did not apt for automatic renewal for the deposit. So my daughter's account must have been credited with the proceeds of the fd on 24/08/2017. But axis bank, karaikudi branch acted as they like without recognizing the intention of the customer and they have renewed the fd according to their own will and pleasure.                   Yesterday at 6.30 I use Allahabad bank ATM card in axis Bank ATM that a slip came of transaction declined but money deducted from. My account first attempt I did of 10000 rupees and end attempt is also of 10000rupees total20000rupee are debited I use axis Bank ATM of tiwari gunj Lucknow at 6. 39 my contact no. Is [protected]
                  PL/ forclousar cheque has been deposited on 14 Aug 2017 but not yet presented.

Earlier it was closed but showing written off in cibil can u please check for any balance remain or else please send close out letter by mail to me.                             Hi,

                            I am amit kumar soni. My axis bank cust id:[protected]. Axis bank has wrongly charged me 3 times within 1 year for debit card annual fees. No one had requested duplicate debit card then why was other card issued? Even in that case, there should be only 2 charges, why it has been charged thrice?

                            When tried to contact axis bank customer care, they were so unethical and unprofessional that everytime when i complained, they said the are checking internally and disconnected my call. I tried at least 10 times.

                            Then i tried to mail them (Customer. [protected]@axisbank.com) as they have written in their site, i did not get any response. When i tried reaching out to customer care again, they are asking about 'complaint number'. What an unprofessional people! They never recorded my complaint, never shared a complaint number even after calling and mailing and they are asking complaint number. When i asked her to let me know how to generate a complaint number, she was again like a dumb. Then she did the same, asked me to hold and disconnected the call, hence i am damn frustrated and writing here. Axis bank has become worse than a police station where i can not register my complaints!!!

                            Anyway, i am planning to discontinue my account with axis bank but before that, resolve my issues and reverse the charges.

                            Answer me these points-

                            1. Who authorized you to issue 2 debit cards? Please share with the request number if i had requested it.
                            2. If you were upgrading 1st debit card to 2nd, why did not you de-activate the 1st when you issued 2nd?
                            3. You have been doing everything as per your will and without my request, why should i pay double/triple charges instead of just one charge?
                            4. As i said before, even if there was 2 debit cards issued, why my account has been charged thrice?

                            This is to request you to reverse the charges which were charged as annual fees against my debit card/s. I have been charged thrice against the same on dates: 17/01/2017, 24/03/2017 and 12/05/2017.

                              I have got my sanctioned letter for doing my phd in australia. Before visa the bank people told me that after submission of visa copy from my side, they will disburse the loan it seems. I got my visa and submitted to them on august first week. They took all the signatures from me and my parent's even in the stamp paper for disbursement but now they are asking for financial statement for the full course duration which the university is not giving as price will change every year and also that has been given clearly in my offer letter which i have given to them in the initial step of loan process. My father and mother is very much stressed. Even i came to australia on 13 the of august but till today these people talking something and something but not issuing my loan.

                                  Dear Team,

                                  I had very bad experience from Axis bank.My account number [protected]
                                  in the name of Whizdom Educare private limited took more than 3-4 month to get activated.Sales person Mr Asif khan from Saket branch, New Delhi made silly mistakes so account got rejected many time causing mental harassment to us.
                                  Mistakes viz-
                                  1)taking sign of only one director on the account opening cheque.
                                  2)Not cheking the spelling mistake on address proof (electricity bill)
                                  3)Not attaching the certificate of incorporation with Account opening form. thereby again rejection
                                  4)Not getting sign on service charges paper and many more reasons for each time rejection.

                                  After getting completely harrased it got activated.
                                  But our suffering does not end here as we have not received the welcome kit and cheque book needed for transaction.

                                  It seems account closure is the only option to get rid of all these sufferings.

                                    On dated 25/08/2017 i tried to withdraw rs 500 two times. The amount rs 500 got deducted 2 times from my debit card but i din't receive amount a single time. Among the two failed transaction, one got reversed but one is still pending. So, please refund the failed transaction amount in my account as early as possible.                                     I have recharged my Tatasky (350 Rs)online (19/08/2017) from google. But recharge was failed and deduct the money from my account. I called in axis bank in pal road branch (Jodhpur) they told me u have got the money after 24 hours. But I haven't got the money till date plz help me . I want my money plz help me.
                                    I am Puran Kumar Jha holds ICICI Credit Card Number i.e. [protected]. Recently, Chq fro Rs. 9680/-(axis bank-066641) dated 12th June 2017) was wrongly issued to “Pay Back Number [protected] instead of my credit card number[protected].

                                    The cheque favor was "ICICI Credit Card number[protected]" which is technically wrong the on what basis the axis bank has cleared the cheque to the anonymous account.

                                    I humbly request you that rectify our clerical mistakes and reverse the amount which is cleared to payback number instead of my credit card.

                                    Further, you are requested to credit Rs. 9680/- to my credit card account instead of payback account.
