    Hello, one month back i did open my salary account near my office though one of your executives in bangalore. My account still not activated. I submitted all the required documents correctly. I was calling to that respective executive but he is not responding well and kept on giving fault promises. His name is shashi and one more executive kannan.         Hi,

        I am amit kumar soni. My axis bank cust id:[protected]. Axis bank has wrongly charged me 3 times within 1 year for debit card annual fees. No one had requested duplicate debit card then why was other card issued? Even in that case, there should be only 2 charges, why it has been charged thrice?

        When tried to contact axis bank customer care, they were so unethical and unprofessional that everytime when i complained, they said the are checking internally and disconnected my call. I tried at least 10 times.

        Then i tried to mail them (Customer. [protected]@axisbank.com) as they have written in their site, i did not get any response. When i tried reaching out to customer care again, they are asking about 'complaint number'. What an unprofessional people! They never recorded my complaint, never shared a complaint number even after calling and mailing and they are asking complaint number. When i asked her to let me know how to generate a complaint number, she was again like a dumb. Then she did the same, asked me to hold and disconnected the call, hence i am damn frustrated and writing here. Axis bank has become worse than a police station where i can not register my complaints!!!

        Anyway, i am planning to discontinue my account with axis bank but before that, resolve my issues and reverse the charges.

        Answer me these points-

        1. Who authorized you to issue 2 debit cards? Please share with the request number if i had requested it.
        2. If you were upgrading 1st debit card to 2nd, why did not you de-activate the 1st when you issued 2nd?
        3. You have been doing everything as per your will and without my request, why should i pay double/triple charges instead of just one charge?
        4. As i said before, even if there was 2 debit cards issued, why my account has been charged thrice?

        This is to request you to reverse the charges which were charged as annual fees against my debit card/s. I have been charged thrice against the same on dates: 17/01/2017, 24/03/2017 and 12/05/2017.

          I have got my sanctioned letter for doing my phd in australia. Before visa the bank people told me that after submission of visa copy from my side, they will disburse the loan it seems. I got my visa and submitted to them on august first week. They took all the signatures from me and my parent's even in the stamp paper for disbursement but now they are asking for financial statement for the full course duration which the university is not giving as price will change every year and also that has been given clearly in my offer letter which i have given to them in the initial step of loan process. My father and mother is very much stressed. Even i came to australia on 13 the of august but till today these people talking something and something but not issuing my loan.

              Dear Team,

              I had very bad experience from Axis bank.My account number [protected]
              in the name of Whizdom Educare private limited took more than 3-4 month to get activated.Sales person Mr Asif khan from Saket branch, New Delhi made silly mistakes so account got rejected many time causing mental harassment to us.
              Mistakes viz-
              1)taking sign of only one director on the account opening cheque.
              2)Not cheking the spelling mistake on address proof (electricity bill)
              3)Not attaching the certificate of incorporation with Account opening form. thereby again rejection
              4)Not getting sign on service charges paper and many more reasons for each time rejection.

              After getting completely harrased it got activated.
              But our suffering does not end here as we have not received the welcome kit and cheque book needed for transaction.

              It seems account closure is the only option to get rid of all these sufferings.

                On dated 25/08/2017 i tried to withdraw rs 500 two times. The amount rs 500 got deducted 2 times from my debit card but i din't receive amount a single time. Among the two failed transaction, one got reversed but one is still pending. So, please refund the failed transaction amount in my account as early as possible. Thank you and looking forward for quick action.

                I have recharged my Tatasky (350 Rs)online (19/08/2017) from google. But recharge was failed and deduct the money from my account. I called in axis bank in pal road branch (Jodhpur) they told me u have got the money after 24 hours. But I haven't got the money till date plz help me . I want my money plz help me.
                I am Puran Kumar Jha holds ICICI Credit Card Number i.e. [protected]. Recently, Chq fro Rs. 9680/-(axis bank-066641) dated 12th June 2017) was wrongly issued to “Pay Back Number [protected] instead of my credit card number[protected].

                The cheque favor was "ICICI Credit Card number[protected]" which is technically wrong the on what basis the axis bank has cleared the cheque to the anonymous account.

                I humbly request you that rectify our clerical mistakes and reverse the amount which is cleared to payback number instead of my credit card.

                Further, you are requested to credit Rs. 9680/- to my credit card account instead of payback account.

                I hope, you will help us to rectify the above issues.

                In-case more clarification required, kindly do let us know.

                    I had recharge my friend's no. From axis mobile, nd amount i had entered is deduct from my savings account but recharge is not done yet..2 hours before i had done the recharge. No customer care no is working and even when i called in branch no one is going to pick up the call. Can any one tell me who is going to give me the answer.. I thought if it is going to take 3-4 hours then we can go to the recharge shpp nd get the recharge even faster then mobile banking.

                      Sir, mujhe account open karna tha, i contact to axis bank, naraina branch new delhi, sales representative ne galat information de kar, saving account khulwa diya bole, hmare branch me smriddhi, ppf sabhi facility avaiabler hai, but mera saving to khol diya, but debit card ab tak nhi rec huyi hai, & ppf a/c still i progress, amount deposit may may 2017 ko huyi thi, but aug 17 end hone ko hai,,,

The Application was submitted on 27/01/2021. The DD was prepared on 12/02/2021, but thereafter, no action taken by AXIS Bank. The DD and documents are still not reached SBI, Neelam Chowk, Bhiwadi Branch.

                      The person Aman at Axis Bank branch (Bhagat Singh Colony, Bhiwadi 301019) is intentionally delaying the transfer as he is forcing me to buy some LIC policies and term plans.

                      Please look into this matter and help resolve ASAP.

                        On axis bank buzz credit card i got a call to have one cash back card for 20% discount. For that i was asked to share my card details. Then i got an otp from axis bank for rs. 10 transaction only. I was told that rs 10 will be charged for the making of card. So i thought it is only 10 rs and shared the otp with them. Then 27000 rupees was deducted from the bank on otp of 10 rupees.

                          I, shwetank choudhary having open a salary account just now, i get activation sms today morning on my registered mobile. After that i an unable to login online @ web as well as app also, both error shows regarding mobile no not correct,
                          If mobile no is not correct so how can i got activation sms on my registered mobile?
                          After that i went to my axis bank home branch they check there pc system & reply to me still mobile no & adhara not link/update.

                            I had opened axis bank account compulsorily during college admission in 2011 with a savings bank account having balance of 5000rs. They had not provided me passbook and atm after several followups.
                            After feeling that type of dishonesty with customer i went to the branch and closed my account. They told me a draft having amount i got in my account will be sent from bank to my home address. It has been done in 4th november, 2015 and i did not get any response from the bank. After continuous followups i went to the branch again and they told me to close the account again and they assured that the same drafting process will happen. I closed the account again on 3rd april, 2017 but still now no draft came to my address and the bankers refused to talk to me.
                            Please help me to get my balance back as i have already closed the account from the branch.
                            I am giving you the details so that you can investigate them properly.

                              I have a firm with name kothari jewellers gwalior i swiped a card of rs 1 lakh on my pos machine provided to me from axis bank tid no. 25379608 mid : [protected] on 15/6/2017. Now the bank is refusing to pay saying the card was stolen and it is a fraud transaction. But the pin was entered while shopping. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible to get my money back

                                  I had transferred 10, 000 amount 2 times i. E total 20, 000 from my sbi account to hdfc account through upi app of axis bank. Its now 7 days.. I was told by axis bank staff..in 7 days money will get refunded.

                                  Kindly look into immediately resolve issue.

                                    I have missed my last 2 emi of my axis bank credit card because of personal issued and they lien my saving account which i have received my salary innand this account and i am unable to withdraw my salary from my axis bank account. Because they lien my axis bank saving account. So now i am in trouble and i unable run my house and unable to feed my one and hour year daughter.
