I am amit kumar soni. My axis bank cust id:[protected]. Axis bank has wrongly charged me 3 times within 1 year for debit card annual fees. No one had requested duplicate debit card then why was other card issued? Even in that case, there should be only 2 charges, why it has been charged thrice?
When tried to contact axis bank customer care, they were so unethical and unprofessional that everytime when i complained, they said the are checking internally and disconnected my call. I tried at least 10 times.
Then i tried to mail them (Customer. [protected]@axisbank.com) as they have written in their site, i did not get any response. When i tried reaching out to customer care again, they are asking about 'complaint number'. What an unprofessional people! They never recorded my complaint, never shared a complaint number even after calling and mailing and they are asking complaint number. When i asked her to let me know how to generate a complaint number, she was again like a dumb. Then she did the same, asked me to hold and disconnected the call, hence i am damn frustrated and writing here. Axis bank has become worse than a police station where i can not register my complaints!!!
Anyway, i am planning to discontinue my account with axis bank but before that, resolve my issues and reverse the charges.
Answer me these points-
1. Who authorized you to issue 2 debit cards? Please share with the request number if i had requested it.
2. If you were upgrading 1st debit card to 2nd, why did not you de-activate the 1st when you issued 2nd?
3. You have been doing everything as per your will and without my request, why should i pay double/triple charges instead of just one charge?
4. As i said before, even if there was 2 debit cards issued, why my account has been charged thrice?
This is to request you to reverse the charges which were charged as annual fees against my debit card/s. I have been charged thrice against the same on dates: 17/01/2017, 24/03/2017 and 12/05/2017.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
