I have got my sanctioned letter for doing my phd in australia. Before visa the bank people told me that after submission of visa copy from my side, they will disburse the loan it seems. I got my visa and submitted to them on august first week. They took all the signatures from me and my parent's even in the stamp paper for disbursement but now they are asking for financial statement for the full course duration which the university is not giving as price will change every year and also that has been given clearly in my offer letter which i have given to them in the initial step of loan process. My father and mother is very much stressed. Even i came to australia on 13 the of august but till today these people talking something and something but not issuing my loan.

    Is these sense of your services?
    Jst closed it immediate i dont want to take any benifite from demate account closed it right now plz fast bcz i dont wanna use it soo plz as soon as possible closed it
    And one thing is that how man u start activation in demat account without any kind of customers submissions?

      Dear Team,

      I had very bad experience from Axis bank.My account number [protected]
      in the name of Whizdom Educare private limited took more than 3-4 month to get activated.Sales person Mr Asif khan from Saket branch, New Delhi made silly mistakes so account got rejected many time causing mental harassment to us.
      Mistakes viz-
      1)taking sign of only one director on the account opening cheque.
      2)Not cheking the spelling mistake on address proof (electricity bill)
      3)Not attaching the certificate of incorporation with Account opening form. thereby again rejection
      4)Not getting sign on service charges paper and many more reasons for each time rejection.

      After getting completely harrased it got activated.
      But our suffering does not end here as we have not received the welcome kit and cheque book needed for transaction.

      It seems account closure is the only option to get rid of all these sufferings.

        On dated 25/08/2017 i tried to withdraw rs 500 two times. The amount rs 500 got deducted 2 times from my debit card but i din't receive amount a single time. Among the two failed transaction, one got reversed but one is still pending. So, please refund the failed transaction amount in my account as early as possible. Thank you and looking forward for quick action.

        I have recharged my Tatasky (350 Rs)online (19/08/2017) from google. But recharge was failed and deduct the money from my account. I called in axis bank in pal road branch (Jodhpur) they told me u have got the money after 24 hours. But I haven't got the money till date plz help me . I want my money plz help me.
        I am Puran Kumar Jha holds ICICI Credit Card Number i.e. [protected]. Recently, Chq fro Rs. 9680/-(axis bank-066641) dated 12th June 2017) was wrongly issued to “Pay Back Number [protected] instead of my credit card number[protected].

        The cheque favor was "ICICI Credit Card number[protected]" which is technically wrong the on what basis the axis bank has cleared the cheque to the anonymous account.

        I humbly request you that rectify our clerical mistakes and reverse the amount which is cleared to payback number instead of my credit card.

        Further, you are requested to credit Rs. 9680/- to my credit card account instead of payback account.

        I hope, you will help us to rectify the above issues.

        In-case more clarification required, kindly do let us know.

            I had recharge my friend's no. From axis mobile, nd amount i had entered is deduct from my savings account but recharge is not done yet..2 hours before i had done the recharge. No customer care no is working and even when i called in branch no one is going to pick up the call. Can any one tell me who is going to give me the answer.. I thought if it is going to take 3-4 hours then we can go to the recharge shpp nd get the recharge even faster then mobile banking.

The Application was submitted on 27/01/2021. The DD was prepared on 12/02/2021, but thereafter, no action taken by AXIS Bank. The DD and documents are still not reached SBI, Neelam Chowk, Bhiwadi Branch.

              The person Aman at Axis Bank branch (Bhagat Singh Colony, Bhiwadi 301019) is intentionally delaying the transfer as he is forcing me to buy some LIC policies and term plans.

              Please look into this matter and help resolve ASAP.

                On axis bank buzz credit card i got a call to have one cash back card for 20% discount. For that i was asked to share my card details. Then i got an otp from axis bank for rs. 10 transaction only. I was told that rs 10 will be charged for the making of card. So i thought it is only 10 rs and shared the otp with them. Then 27000 rupees was deducted from the bank on otp of 10 rupees.

                    I had opened axis bank account compulsorily during college admission in 2011 with a savings bank account having balance of 5000rs. They had not provided me passbook and atm after several followups.
                    After feeling that type of dishonesty with customer i went to the branch and closed my account. They told me a draft having amount i got in my account will be sent from bank to my home address. It has been done in 4th november, 2015 and i did not get any response from the bank. After continuous followups i went to the branch again and they told me to close the account again and they assured that the same drafting process will happen. I closed the account again on 3rd april, 2017 but still now no draft came to my address and the bankers refused to talk to me.
                    Please help me to get my balance back as i have already closed the account from the branch.
                    I am giving you the details so that you can investigate them properly.

                              I am seema jaiswal and i obtained the credit card no. [protected] from axis bank. I left india for the usa with the credit card balance of rs. 120000 (Approx.)

                              We have paid most of the amount and that was only rs. 25000 - rs. 30000 before 4-5 months ago. We have called so many times with the money in my hands to the customer care and nobody told us the final balance so we can pay and stop the services. But, we got the dead response from customer care and did not give the remaining balance. We left that balance as it is and they charged so much now and the balance went up to 80000 again.

                              They are harassing my daughter with the slang language, they approach her office and use the slang language and they are calling her friends also. We are planning to file a police complaint about that person and number because the bank does not allow to use such language to their employees.

                                  Your shrimadhopur dist sikar exucative mr laxman saini alwayes not customer friendly behaviour. Didnt change my mobile number. I want to change my mobile number whom are connected to my account number. So please solve my problem as soon as possible. He shown as like manager.                                   Hello Customer Service,

                                  1. Is the Tips amount(44.25) deducted by petrol bunk merchant? If yes, I did not authorize them to deduct this amount. Please block those merchant and return money ASAP.

                                  2. If it is a surcharge?, why this tips amount not deducted on time( when I do the petrol bunk transaction itself) instead why they deducted yesterday?. It's like stealing the money from my pocket.

                                    In year 2010, the company i was working with opened our salary account in axis bank. I left that job and account was almost non operational. Axis bank without giving any intimation to me kept on deducting money from my account due to less balance. I was not at all aware. The moment i got to know recently, i deposited money in my account to maintain minimum balance but how can any bank deduct any amount from my account without informing me. The same things happens with many employee where the bank deals with company's hr. The agreed terms were not even communicated to employees. I request axis bank to make a refund of deducted amount from my account

                                      My name shravani. I received a call stating as customer service person on 11apr2016 requesting few details for transferring my reward points into my credit bill. Being totally unaware of the procedures, i provided the details and was shocked to see the transactions from account into payumoney and immediately raised the issue to customer service person and blocked my card. I requested them not to approve the transactions. As requested, i have sent the dispute forms for the same. However, i received my bill inclusive of 21000 fraud transactions. I reminded that the amount 21000 cannot be paid as it was not done by me. However, they additionally charged me with interest amount for 3 months more with no proper response. Its been more than an year, and no update received for the same. I feel the company is sharing personal information of the customers to some external sources, which are using the information for crime. Axis bank is an indirect supporter for the same. One more thing is axis bank never takes action on these issues as they do not have any functional security measures being placed to handle these issues. I am surprised how a bank can be permitted to function without even taking the liability to cancel a transaction when fraud, even informed in 2 minutes.

                                        Hi... On 1st aug - i wend=t to open a joint account (Names 1 - swati shah / 2 - vinay champaneri). I met the asst manager mr. Mohil shah from dahisar west branch. He helpen me with filling forms. With that i also gave a cheque of rs 10, 500/- (10000 for minimum balance and 500 for debit card.) within 3 days money got deducted from my account. After a week a lady called to send the marriage certificate as names differ which i submitted by 7th aug'2017. Today is 27th aug - i still have no account details. When i am calling the asst manager mr mohil he is not not giving good responce. Says he has no details about my account. Now he is avoiding my calls. Very bad service. You people either open the account within 24 hours or refund me the money i have paid to ur bank.

                                        27 days still my account hasent oppened. Axis bank a big name but you empolyee such irresponsible staff who do not attend customers and even avoid their calls. When i call on the dahisar west branch land line that is also un answered.

                                        Kindly look in to this matter at the earliest.

                                        Sir my a/c axis bank current account ( shivashish trading) my a/c not open in internet baking and not resonance in near axis bank branch vijay nagar indore
