Hello all,
Even similar thing happened with me.
I have few bucks to repay, and that also the interest part, as my principle amount was cleared.
In between i had to loose my job, so every thing fall together as far as the issue is with finance.
The recovery girl whom i was speaking with she started saying that "don't your father has kept enough money for you to spend on". I was shocked to hear so, how disgusting, it is.

    Myself shobhana sharma, from nagpur, yesterday i went to your dindayal nagar atm centre, for withdrawal, after d procedures complete i didn't get mentioned amount of rs. 6000 from ur atm but i get a message from my indusind bank that rs. 6000 debited from ur account. So i it's possible, when your machine didn't withdrawal my cash amount than how can my amount from bank can be debited. So request your good self to take the same on priority n refund my amount to my bank. Please reply

      debit interest on credit card

      My name is asiya. I am using axis credit card since july 2017. Bank is charging interest on the whole of the amount after due date even if i pay partial due amount within the due date. Why should a customer pay the interest which already has been returned to the bank. This is happening in every statement though its been hardly a month. The bank is saying even if a penny of due amount is left to pay within the due date then the interest will...

        I am not an axis bank customer, stays in mumbai; but my phone inbox is daily flooded with axis bank messages from kolkata about someone else's transactions. I've complained about it in axis bank nearby me but they said they couldn't help me as this could be rectified from kolkata bank only. Someone in kolkata has linked my mobile number with his/her axis bank account and because of this i receive messages in my mobile for even smallest transactions, atm withdrawal, cheque clearance, cheque deposits, recharges etc. Now i am helpless and frustrated with these msgs.

          On 4th august at 9.34am near shantipara lici building, sadar jalpaiguri-735101, i visited to a axis bank atm to withdraw money amounting rs 6900.00.
          I completed every method on atm. Then it was showing balance is deducted but not came out from atm. I also waited there inside the atm room for 10minutes. Later i complained on concerned axis bank on 7th aug, employees of bank ensured me that after lodging complain balance will be credited within 7days. Almost 15days is gone still balance is not credited on my account. I completely got faded up on bank service. They have been harassed me and giving multiple date and time of balance credit. Therefore you are requested to take necessary action.

              My last statement was paid 1 day after due date.
              However debit interest of 298.82 + 53.79 gst was charged & to make it worse late payment fee of rs 500 + rs 90 gst was charged.
              My payments are instant and made through axis bank app.
              This clearly amounts to cheating and if not resolved will get a a credit card from sbi and cancel axis bank credit card.

                    I have salary account in axis bank from last 2 years. I observed that some of the amount is getting deducted from my account frequently without my knowledge giving description as consolidated dp chanrges. Yesterday, also amount of rs. 59 deducted. If these changes are as per norms, pls mail/sms the details to know charges structure.

                    I received a call saying that she will assist in banking .only calling on this number I will get assistance. But finally by end of call I told her I do not want any assistance. She abruptly cut the call.
                    Pls log this as complaint. And take action for cutting call with out proper reply.

                    The order was placed by mistakely. I need my money back which has been debited till now. The money has been debited by paypal. I need my money back. There was a language problem .
                    I have a SB Axis Bank Account [protected]. I made a payment of Rs. 192/- at POS on 07.8.17. The Transaction was declined but the amount got debited from my account. I have still not got the refund of Rs. 192/- credited in my account.

                      What the hell is this, how any person without informing me deducting the amount under the tag line "consolidated dp charges". What rubbish is this.
                      I am going to cosumer court for registering my complaint. From january 2017 to 19 august 2017 1978.40 rs are debited without any clarification from the bank. I am going to shut the such faulty account of axis bank.

                          I requested to close my account on 11 of july 2017 and filled a closer form. I stil wait for deactivate confermation message but i did not got any message then after 3 days i went to another near by axis bank in indiranagar to check deactivation. There's employ say to me your deactivation request did not sent form your branch.. So again i went to my main branch and asked to theirs employ then she say sorry sir today i will send request after that i sitill wait for message but did not get then again i call to bank she pick phone and said your request has been sent and you will get confernmation message within 2 days but sir my account not close yet but also apply charges today..
                          So dear sir please help me to close my account.

                            Hi,

                            Last time i have called the phone banking to make sure that the same alerts pack on my number should be de activated. And i felt ok when agent informed that he has taken the request[protected].
                            But today i have been charged with 15rupees again and when i called phone banking officer sumit said me that i can even de activate then by going to any nearest at or branch.

                            Why was the information not provided to me in the first call that i have the other options?

                            Is that my fault that the agent did not provided me full information?

                            And sumit disconnected my call so nicely by talking to me and made it so natural.

                            So this the kind of service which axis bank offers?

                            Here are the audio clippings about how much time i waited to talk to an agent.

                            And at the end i get this kind of response even when bank agent has done the mistake and other other agent disconnected the call.

                            Hats off for the service u guys provided me.

                            I would surely curse banks servicing agents who gave a nice lesson and a worst service ever.

                            Would definitely go ahead to make this a serious one.

                              I have an salary a/c at axis bank. Today i just checked my account and they have deducted on 19th aug 17 - consolidated charges 795.80 and gst-18% 143.24

                              This is not first time, in the last month (July) they have deducted 22.07.17 -469.42 & gst 18%- 84.89, in the month of june (17.06.17) 1649.78 and service tax 247.47.
                              It's horrible, should i close my account from axis bank?
                              I tried to contact the customer care, the contact number is not working which they have provided.

                                I applied for opening axis bank account online and got call from local axis bank branch and a executive came to my home and took all required documents, i gave him 11 000rs for ac opening deposit. & he gave me welcome kit which included check book and user meanual guide (Date : 26 th july 2017) now its been 24 days still didn't received any account opening notification message, when i call that executive he always says it will be done today. Now i got feeling like he seems fishy for me, and i feel like he is cheating me, this is poor service from...in your bank. Additional detail i given below...

                                  Subject :- complaint against online fraudlt by telicall and hacked my bank account

                                  In relation to the above subject i am thimmanagowda k m i am employee of muthoot finance ltd. And i have salary savings accounts with axis bank branch vytilla, cochi. Today morning 12.08.2017 one of the online fradult by do telicall he act as axis employee and he said me my debit card details like debit card number and all and also he asked some information about card and get mobile sms otp numbers unknowingly i said all the details but i didn't think they are fraudsters now my axis bank account number ([protected]) debited rs.7799/- the transaction done for purchase from e - ecommerce site and through pay u money payment gateway at gurgaon the transaction reference number is (Ecom pur/pay u money /gurgaon/120817/05:04) on 12.08.17 hence i request you for prevent this transaction before crediting to beneficiary seller account because min 48 hours it takes for crediting to their seller account. Hence i kindly requesting you for prevent this transaction immediately and save my money sir.

                                    I have closed my axis bank account and amount of 935 rs was refunded by mr. Voonik company who sells online cloths at www.mrvoonik.com

                                    The amount was refunded but bank was closed. Since then i am chasing mr. Voonik from last few months to get my refund but they say amount is refunded to bank. I tried visiting axis bank home branch at uttam nagar, delhi three times but the lady says there they cant help and rudely not offering any assitance while mr. Voonik also sent me arn no. 74332747104710374537511

                                    And asked to show this to branch, but when i visit axis bank branch the lady did not wish to see the email from mr. Voonik and said we cant see other people mail and arn no. Has nothing to do with axis bank.

                                    I want my refund and i have all proof of mental harassness from both parties axis bank and mr. Voonik.

                                    I am unable to reach axisbank as my account is closed and they only pick call after inputting customer id on phone. On branch the people are rude and unhelpful. Thats also the main reason i closed my account with axis bank but for now i want my refund.

                                    I hope you will resolve this matter at earliest.
