Debit in Bank Account

Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like PTL/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 31.05.2022. If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Transaction failed but still debited from my account

An EMI of 5650.00 deducted two times from my Axis Bank account for ZestMoney.
I only paid once via Gpay.
One time was declined but later auto-debited without my consent.
Kindly help me out and transfer it to me so that I can pay my ongoing EMI amount.

Not Received Relieving and Experience Letter

Hello Team

My Name is Rishab Sharma and my empid was AS484892 and I have worked in Axis Bank, Mall Road Branch Ludhiana from 20/02/2021 to 09/07/2021.
I have not yet received my relieving letter and I need it urgently as I need to submit this in my new organisation. i have contacted the HR of Axis Bank many times but they either do not pick my call or responded very harshly. They are denying to provide me any info....

Credit card issues

One day axis bank officer called me regarding upgradation of my existing credit card, i said ok.and i followed his instructions and did it.finally i got other creditcard whis is chargeble.bt i just want to upgrade it, idont want new one .i called coustamercare and I have given complaint of closing that one..they didn't do any thing and they have deducted from my bank account..actual annual chargers are 800, bt after one month they have deducted...

Credit card issue (debiting EMI twice instead of once)

Dear,

I have purchased a smartphone from Flipkart by paying through my credit card and also converted it in to EMI through axis Bank Mobile application.But I didn't understand how it's debiting emi amount from my account.please find attached screenshot of credit card's control centre option..it shows that in every month emi amount is debited from my account twicely with each EMI pricipal, each EMI interest and each GST.how...

Received torn notes from Axis Bank ATM Bangalore

I have withdrawn 2500rs from Axis ATM in Malleshpalya Bangalore 560075 on 1/6/2022. In that almost 12-13 100rs notes are torn and in bad condition.

Freezed account

My account is freezed since 2 weeks and whenever i use to visit the bank( ghodasar, maninagar branch) they just say to visit after few days. They're not helping with cluster id or anything else...

Transfer of Ppf account from axis Bank to HDFC Bank

It's been more than like 4 months since I have submitted my request to transfer my ppf account with axis Bank madipakkam Chennai branch to hdfc Madipakkam branch. No action as been taken till date. Each time I visit they claim that they are not able to find the initial account opening form.

This is insane.

Can u please help resolve this ASAP....

Rude behaviour of staff

I did do any transaction in google but from my account many times amount debited i complained in my branch also but no use i lost my amount nearly 90, 000+ amount, plz help me to refund me axis bank is unsucre.
