Respected Sir,
I went to axis bank to open an account with all my documents. I then got a mobile notification and email notification saying application no [protected] has received all details.Then due to bad service I went back and cancelled my application.But I'm still having the system saying that my papers and application is under process.I just want to know if they have cancelled my application .I would also like to know if an account is open under Neil Rufus Carasco and Jocelyn Cabiten joint in your bank.i even surrendered by card back and checkbook but still did not get any notification from the branch nor email nor telephone.please look at the matter.

    I got almost 3-4 calls daily from axis Bank. They asked for house loan and car loan and some call and doesn't answer when I picked up the call.
    So this is my request to please stop calling without any reason.

      Hello
      Sir/Madam
      I have ordered a JSB HF05 Ultra Leg
      Massager on[protected] by debit card.
      But I canceled my product on[protected].
      Amazon initiated the refund on 20-09-
      2021 and it was expected to come after
      10-15 working days.
      Amazon gave me the reference id 027211
      but the Axis bank has still not credited my
      money.
      This is urgent please help me as soon as
      possible

        Dear Team, I have changed my job from Axis Bank to Hdfc Bank since 11- April - 2022 . I have received NOC and relieving letter from Axis Bank . As per them they have discontined my pan from Irda website, but the same is still showing as active in irda portal . Axis Bank is stating that approval is pending from IRDA . Dear team i request you to please check the matter and help discontinue my Pan no from irda portal which is still showing in Axis Bank name . Attached is the screenshot given by Axis Bank and HDFC bank .

          I have received an email regarding the deduction in my bank account as

          Dear Customer, We wish to inform you that INR 59.00 has been debited from your A/c no. XX4282 on[protected]:13:11 at Sign verf chrgs-(UTIB[protected]_06. Available balance: INR ****. Please SMS BLOCKALL to +91-[protected] or call[protected], if the transaction has not been initiated by you.

          On contacting customer care they are not resolving the issue and asking me to remember any EMI's or mandates given 2-3 days back or visit the branch for further details.

          I have not applied for any loan, EMI, or given any mandate to anyone to deduct this amount.

            आपके बैंक द्वारा मेरे खाता संख्या- [protected] जोकि एक्सिस बैंक होडल में है। आपके द्वारा फरबरी एवम् 21 मई को बैंक की गलती के कारण 500 रुपए +500 रुपए (कुल 1000) रुपए काटे गए एवम् उस पर (90+90=180 रुपए जीएसटी काटा गया। मेरे कंप्लेन करने पर 14 जून को मुझे 1000 रुपए का चार्ज रिफंड कर दिया गया एवम् बताया गया की सिस्टम के बाई डिफॉल्ट गलती की वजह से यह हुआ है। अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि मुझ पर जो जीएसटी गलत चार्ज किया गया है उस 180 रुपए को भी रिफंड किया जाए क्योंकि बैंक की गलती का चार्ज में क्यों भुगतून।

              Money Stuck CDM

              I was a cash deposit of Rs. 20, 000 through CDM machine on 14/06/2022 between 10:05 pm and 10:15 pm today. But My money is stuck in CDM machine and also i didn't get any confirmation receipt or massage, Please check the photos below.

              Axis Bank unauthorized charge TIPS/SCG/MCC

              Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIPS/SCG/MCC/13.11.21/E NASSERVANJI CO...

              While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra.

              I am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card....

              There is a difference of 590 rupees between my account balance and balance shown in the statement. There is no record to where this money has been transacted. Kindly solve this issue.

                  Mobile number not registered

                  I already registered my mobile number. When i do a payment through paytm by credit card but i can't get otp for payment and i get a message of 'mobile number is not updated for online transactions'. But i also update my mobile number in axis bank account. I can't do any payment in paytm, google pay, bhim, samsung pay etc....

                  On[protected] I visited axis bank nearby my location to get my account open and after all formalities the person who assisted to open my account is RAVI didn’t remember his full name and they told us that account will be open tomorrow but till now[protected] account didnt active and after contacting mr.ravi they keep making excuses and didn’t listen at all and also not returning my money back please look into this .

                    Dear team
                    Yesterday i.e., on[protected] I withdrew Rs. 2000/- from axis bank atm with ATM ID: SWCW6183 (Hospet, Karnataka). I have received 4 notes of Rs. 500 out of these 4 notes one note is torn at the bottom side. If such a reputed bank is providing torn notes then what customers should do as now no one is taking that note. Why do banks deposit such currency in an atm finally customer has to suffer banks are taking charges from the customer for each service like atm transactions exceeding the limit, yearly charges for atm operation, etc then what penalty bank will pay if the customer is facing problem because of the bank.                       I go for complaint, but they says please provide Transaction id or UTR no. from your app INDITAB PAYU. From this platform fraud person used to debit two transaction of Rs. 51115 & Rs. 31691 from my credit card. if provide them those Transaction id or UTR no. then bank should try to refund my money. I have only refrence no. [protected] Date 04 Jun 2022 of Rs. 51115.86 & No. [protected] Date 04 Jun 2022 of Rs. 31691.83 using platform ''PAYU*INDITABPAYU, NEW DELHI, IND. Really i inform you please provide me Transaction id or UTR no. of those above transaction, otherwise i take strick action on ''PAYU*INDITABPAYU". How can possible, fraud persons using your platform for make this type of transaction. Some poor people save money for make bright future, but some peoples were destroy there future. please dont say me in reply msg for GO TO POLICE STATION FOR COMPLAINT. They also demand that tran id or utr no.

                        I had fraud of Rs. 51115 & Rs. 31691 with my credit card on 5.6.22 & also those complaint are raised. No any response from your institute & nearest bank also not accept my complaint because i have Refrence no. of transaction, but I want Tran ID or UTR no. of both transaction. I am an employee & my salary between 15000. How i paid that amt which was not received by me...pls provide me tran id of both transaction. I treid to refund my money only with your help, please.

                          Hi Sir,

                          I am requesting for the issue of priority pass for which i am eligible. Its been more than month that i am trying to call customer care service to track the details. During the call, i dont get proper answer on what is the status (after 1 week later of the return, they gave me bluedart service number).

                          No action is taken till now just raising some complaints and ticket requests. I was expecting some actions, though it is not my problem that the deliver address was changed and i didnt get any call to collect it hence it got return.

                          Complaint request No : 73443400. Please i am expecting some action.
                          This is my last hope.

                            Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, it is mentioned in the statement like tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 240116. If i ask customer care they say if i use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. You guys charging all sort of service charge, atm usage charge, annual debit card charges, NACH ECS charges, quarterly charges etc... from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden chargers.

                            If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on messaging right why can't do this.

                            I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited. Unable to maintain Axis account.

                              Not issuing NOC

                              There was some outstanding amount which was paid on April 22, 2022
                              There is no amount left now and I want the NOC letter from the bank, but still it is not sending it. Very rude, disgusting and nonsense irresponsible behavior from Axis bank. What should I do?...

                              While I trying to do online transaction with my credit card "Your Mobile is not update with us for Online Transaction and contact support" I've contacted support vide SR No[protected] and[protected] and Without resolving my issue axis bank close my complaints as resolved. This behavior from Axis i didn't expect.
