Hello Sir,

I (SHIRISHA ALLI ) having account in AXIS BANK, MUSHEERABAD BRANCH, HYDERABAD, TELANGANA.
I have made imps transaction today (18 August 2017) for the amount 5000 Rs from my axis account to SYNDICATE BANK, SANJEEVA REDDY NAGAR BRANCH, HYDERABAD.

The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.

I Haved checked in transaction status. it is showing status as SUSPECT
We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have called to Hyderabad axis bank customer care [protected] on 18 aug 2017.

They said this issue occurred due to session timeout and said money will be credited to my account or beneficiary account in 3 working days.

Luckily today evening 19 August 2017 6pm money has credited to beneficiary account

I have transfer the 6000 to icici bank account with the reff[protected], but it will not credited to beneficiary account but its debited from my account, could you please help and resolve this issues. Always Axis bank is very slow and not working,

    I applied for opening axis bank account online and got call from local axis bank branch and a executive came to my home and took all required documents,

    I gave him 10, 000rs and 40, 000rs extra for credit card on fixed deposit. & he gave me welcome kit which included check book and atm card (Date : 8th august 2017)

    Now its been 7+ days still didn't received any account opening notification message, when i call that executive he always says it will be done today. Now i got feeling like he seems fishy for me, and i feel like he is cheating me, this is poor service from axis bank.

      Dear sir,
      An amount of rs. 8500 has been deducted from my credit card bearing no-[protected] without my consent towards paytm. On dated 26/05/2017.
      I want to stop this payment towards this service for ever and refund the amount which has already deducted, kindly do the needful otherwise i will go for court of law for this transaction.
      And i also want to know that when the customers are taking credit card from your bank the fraud people starts calling on registered mobile no. From where this information is getting leaked? Should we blame axis bank for this? Please help me in this and refund my amount.

          Dear team,

          Kindly confirm that what are the timings of axis bank.

          Yesterday, i, navdeep singh, went to the axis bank branch ropar-140001 at 4:30pm. They told me that now branch has been closed for public dealing.

          When i told to the staff that bank staff have to deal with their customer till 5:00pm for public dealing. They replied that sbi also closes at 3:30pm. Is this the behaviour of axis staff with its customer?

          As a customer, i can not have access to the branch after 3:30pm.
          However, they have access to the every customer to sell their products at any time.

          I am gobsmacked with their behavious...!!

            I visited kairatabad branch to apply for new debit card, i confirmed with call center that i can visit any branch no need to visit home branch, but these people make me to visit 2 times and informed should visit home branch only, very very very worst service and wrong guidence to the customers, if any server down means u people should be frank with the customers, instead of that they are saying process was changed
            maintaining high branches doesnt make any sense by providing this kind of service to the customers, try to improve it or else difficult to servive

              Hello i am naveen from rajhamandry. I have open an salary account in dhanavaipeta branch office almost one month over till my account is not activated and main thing my salary is credited in that account so that's y i need to activate my account and that's the bank concern make me a false promises... And this is my account number

                On 17 aug 2017 at 7:14 pm, i have withdrawn 500 rupees from an axis bank atm situated at the technology students gymkhana, iit kharagpur, kharagpur, west bengal. And the mechine delivered 5* 100 rupees currency notes out of which one was teared and fixed with a cellotape. I tried to purachase with that note at 3 different shops and all of them said that, that note is faulty and wont work. This is such a bad experience and this is first time to me and my friends. Such an irresponcible service is not at all acceptable. So give me a solution to this quickly, because im a student and i actually know the value and need of money.

                  I have an account in Axis Bank in Kharghar Branch, On 16th August 2017 my daughter was making the payment on one naukri website called www.naukrispace.com of Rs.1000/-, by AXIS Master Card for which she entered the OTP, but after putting OPT instead of 1000 rupees my 91, 000/- has been debited from my Axis Bank Account in just 3 minutes intermittently in five stages i.e 1000, 10000, 10000, 40000 and 30000 in just 3 minutes,
                  Not getting how to recover my 91000/- feeling Helpless,
                  Please look into these matter and resolve the problem as soon as possible,

                    I have received a call from axis bank. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1799 for the same. Till now i am not register any thing, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My registered mobile number [protected]. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1799.

                      What reason this happens and who hold the money now?

                      I will need bank to look at this issue and resolve asap. Its been two days its happened and no communication from bank.

                      Tried reaching to customer care number, but it gives a busy tone. Axis doesn't have an active customer care center.

                        I have taken a loan with your bank and my loan account number is ppr[protected] and this is to intimate that i was unable to pay through cheque due to my unavoidable situation and apart from that i was admitted in the hospital due to kidney stone problem so i have started paying cash through your bank to my loan account so this month myfather was expired so regarding this i asked time to collection executive that i would make payment by this month after 28th instead where i use to pay by 18 th of every month but your collection executive behaviour is very worst and make four or five people to sit inside my house with irrespective manners see i did not say that i will not pay but if your collection executives do remain the same i will not pay the emi and let us see through court and your executive name is mr. Chandru-ph:[protected] so again i would like to inform that for this month after 28th only i will pay if again your activities goes kindly we can see through court so i am ready to face anything because of your collection agencies we are all frustrated so kindly consider my issue and do the needful.

After im cancelled my ticket but sir i didnt get my refund yet when i contacted their customer service center they told that your money already refunded.                             This has been really frustrating and pathetic experience with axis bank. You people have charged my account twice for not maintaining minimum balance while my account is salary account. Since the very first day i opened this account, the kind of attitude i saw from axis employees, i would say it was total ignorance and irresponsible. Here is the whole # story which i have to explain.

                            I joined epay systems in dec 2016 and unfortunately, i had to open an account with axis to get my salary. I applied for the account and did not hear anything from bank guy santosh so i told hr and they followed up with santosh and that dick still did not turn up.

                            So one morning i called the bank person to confirm the status of the account myself since it's already been almost a month. He asked for my account number to provide the status and i gave him the same.in the evening i received a call from him and he said that i had an existing account with axis bank which i was not aware of. Had i known this, i would have given the same account at the time of joining and would not have waited for the account opening. I only remembered of the account with axis, when he told me about the last employer. I had applied for a salary account when i was at igate but unfortunately, i did not get any confirmation of account opening via text or email. Even i had followed up many times with the contact person there but all in vain. Just like there, here also i did not get any confirmation email or message. Now bank people want me to continue with the old account for which i do not have the debit card or net banking kit. As confirmed by yugal, the pan number is also not updated in the account. Also, the address is not correctly updated. I am sorry to say but it was really a very bad experience with axis bank.

                            I did not get any help and support from the bank guys and i had to struggle like hell just to have an account with axis.

                            In the month of june, i was charged around 390rs from my account and couldn't understand why those charges were levied. So i called the customer care and i was shocked to know that my account was a savings account and not a salary account and i was being treated as savings account customer.

                            I had to again tell this to the hr and then she did her part and contacted the bank.

                            I was again charged rs 400 for the month of july.

                            Now, my question is who is responsible for those charges? Is it not the responsibility of the relationship manager of the bank?

                              I had paid act broadband bill of 419.60. My account was debited the amount but the act customer is saying that they didn't received the money. And also i had done this on 15 my axis transaction shows on 16 totally u r service shows how the way u r. Because of this transaction. Issues are raised in the family # off to u r serivce. And today i paid the same bill of 419.60. How can it be possible if earlier transaction had took place.

                                We wanted to close our loan account after repeated miscalculations by axis bank on our loan account;

                                We made prepayment to axis bank and despite the same, axis bank deducted extra emi on 10th august resulting in excess payment made by us to axis bank;

                                Despite us making an overpayment on our loan account no:phr[protected],

                                - axis bank has not reversed us back our extra money around 800/- rupees:

                                - closure letter on loan and bank account;

                                - our security cheques and documents provided while taking loan.

                                Axis bank is harassing and cheating us so we request banking ombudsamn to help us;

                                We had repeatedly called up rac gurgaon managers (Prashant makker, anil kumar)

                                After follwoing upo for 20-30 days, w e approached nodal offices axis bank (Pno, nodal officer) sinec april 2017 till augsut 2017;

                                After nodal offices of axis bank did not help us

                                We wrote requests and pleaded axis manageemnt (Shikha. [protected]@axisbank.com, rajesh. [protected]@axisbank.com, rajiv. [protected]@axisbank.com, som. [protected]@axisbank.com, samir. [protected]@axisbank.com, rohit. [protected]@axisbank.com, rajiv. [protected]@axisbank.com, rakesh. [protected]@axisbank.com, rakesh. [protected]@axisbank.com)

                                So you may see these prestigious people of axis bank:

                                You may see them on television or on newspapers but these people have taken no action or given em any help against cheating and fraud done by axis bank...
                                So this poor character of axis bank si coming from poor character of their leaders and so axis bank si behaving like a cheat;

                                    Please note i've tried to order products from purplle website on 9th august 2017 and while making payment, transaction has been failed, although amount of rs 998/- has been debited from my axis bank account. I requested purplle customer care to look into this matter, but they replied, "it is not their problem, the transaction has been declined by bank, so money will be reversed in my account in 48-96 hours."
                                    I'm still waiting for the money and helpless.

                                      This is regarding the payment which i made on 29th july 2017.
                                      There was a loan going on my credit card which i wanted to preclose.
                                      So i called and one of the executive told me the total amount for preclosure the loan amount. I also enquired regarding the transaction amount which was remaining on my card and asked her about the total amount which was outstanding on my card including the loan amount plus preclosure amount and all the shopping amount which i had done till dated 29 th july.
                                      She gave me the total amount and i confirmed with her a no. Of times like if i make the total payment there wouldn't be any amount left on me to pay.
                                      She assured me the same thing telling the total amount to be paid and also confirmed that if i don't make any transactions in future using credit card i don't have to pay any amount and everything on remaining amount will be zero.
                                      But i got the statement of august stating that rs 1907 is due for payment.
                                      I don't understand that if everything outstanding was zero till date 29th july 2017 after the payment, from where this amount has been generated.
                                      She confirmed me no. Of times that everything outstanding is now zero after i made the payment and after making the payment i haven't done any transaction using my card after 29th july.
                                      Why this amount i have to pay when everything was assured to be zero outstanding.
