the amount have been debited from my card and i have received the SMS to my number but the amount have not Refelcted in to the merchant acc request you to Check and Reemburse back my money to the Gift card asap hve called and visited all axis branch in my town no proper responce

    I am disputing transaction/s listed above due to the following reasons. Request you to resolve the dispute.

    I had tried transaction online, the same was not successful but the amount was debited from my account. ✔
    The payment had been made to book ticket from Indigo Airlines, the payment was not successful even once but the amount was deducted twice (Rs 10523 * 2) from my Account,
    I have received amount of 1 transaction back but the second transactions amount is on hold .
    Request to please refund/release that amount also.

      I recently visited the axis bank atm near Maninagar railway crossing, ahmedabad. And have to regretfully inform you that the cleaning and maintenance of this atm was at the lowest terms. A stray dog residing in the atm making it all vulgar, disgusting and absolutely unhygienic place to visit. Vomits and dog poo lying around in the room. On top of it. The air conditioners are not working. If they're just for show. Please atleast install fans.
      I hope you take the swacch bharat abhiyan seriously and take steps on this issue. Otherwise we would have to report this to the health and hygiene Department of government.

        Hi team,
        I have cbi debit card i swiped my card for rs.1000/- at maharashtra police hq branch atm, colaba, near regal theater, sunday 2ndjuly17, 04:01 pm, transaction record no 8421, atm id-swap06025, rs 1000/-debited but no cash received. Besides no security to help or no complain or helpdesk number provider.. Even axis helpline number wrong. I want my rs1000/- back to my account asap. I dont mind going legal with axis bank this time as this is my second time & this time i am really really annoyed.

          I did transaction 2 times of 3000 rs. Each but money wasn't dispensed. Although money was deducted from my sbi account, rs. 6000 total.
          I request you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

            I have taken bank statement on1 july 2017. The bank statement shows wrong balance. The statement issued by bank is not indicateing total amount. I want to cross check all bank transactions as there is doubt in bank balance during each and every transaction since opening of my bank account. You are requested to issue me a statement of total amount including flex deposits for my reference and further action.

              I'm using axis credit card for past 7 months but for few reasons i have some personal financial problem i cant pay my credit card payment for that axis bank have blocked my account permanently without my acknowledgement if i wish to cheat means i can fool u by some other way but i didnt because i dont want money in this way account blocking also ok but this is not decent way and they have taken my this month salary also then how can i survive this month cant u understand customers the **** work u done to me make me empty pocket through out this month any way the **** activity u have done to me dont **** for other customers also before u do activities like this plz see customers transaction history also it may help u to understand customers

                  My salary account application number is [protected] i have opened this account in april, 2017 till now this account has not been activated my salary is also credited but the bank people are not activating my account extending it day by day saying all kind of non sense reasons what kind of service is this from axis bank the agent has told that today for sure the account will be activated and has now swtiched off the mobile. I am totally fed up how many months more should i wait for my account to be activated.

                    my name is santosh bhagwat shelke i am distributor of nearby tech pvt ltd. my company give me your bank cdm card for deposit cash in their current account. cdm card no.[protected] account no.[protected] (current account) on 28/06/2017 i go for cash deposit in your axis sion branch with total amount RS. 3, 03, 000/- FIRST I DEPOSIT RS.16300/- time 14:18 2nd time i deposit RS. 78, 200/- TIME 14:22 3rd time i deposit RS. 1, 02, 500/- 4TH TIME i deposit RS.1, 06, 000/- but 4 th transaction time out . cash deposit in machine but transaction fail. i give complaint to cashier. she give me deposit slip of fail transaction rs. 106000/- and say this amount will clear in 2 working day.
                    after 2 working day payment not clear. i go to bank and ask resane. she your cash of fail transaction was short of RS. 1000/- it was RS. 1, 05, 000/- only.
                    but sir we count cash correctly 3 to 4 time. by two person daily. how will short cash rs 1000/- one note rs 100 or 500 short. how rs 1000/- short if impossible sir

                        My property is already with the Axis bank, as the land owner is still running the loan account with them.

                        So I applied with the Axis bank itself and I got home loan sanction letter, legal & technical verified, loan agreement over, but during disbursement time, my application has been declined to due legal norms of the bank. That could have informed at-least before loan agreement, I have been charged 3K as processing fee.

                        The processing fee has to be refunded or else my application has to be processed further for disbursement.

                        Loan Application ID - 6473078

                        Worst thing is Chida Nanda never responding to me later over call and messages. These 3 employees and other who involved till loan agreement hasn't know even the basic bank norms initially regarding the legal issue. During the loan agreement, banker forced me to to pay the huge margin money to the owner, I paid immediately. As the loan declined, my bulk money blocked with him, which I couldn't get back. So bank is reponsibe for getting my money back from the owner and refunding my processing fee.

                              This is to bring to your notice that i had a credit card of axis bank some years back for which some person from your side stated that i have an outstanding amount of an XYZ amount which i was totally not aware of so for the same i asked your person to send me the STATEMENT so that i can check with all the charges that has been charged to me .

                              Your rep send me a blank paper with AXIS BANK printed on it with my name and only the amount mentioned on it which was without any details now i ask you to tell me will you pay any bills which does not have any details and just has an amount mentioned on it.

                              Request you to please send em the details of my outstanding amount so that i can make the outstanding payment and request you to stop calling me i will pay once i receive the statement from your side.

                              request you to also note that a person calls me from your side from 1 mobile number with many different name like RAj / UDAY the number is [protected].

                              I require the statement for my records and also today your person calls me and says that he will do what so ever he wants to do.

                                I have been contact Axis bank for my complaint against my cheque issue. I have deposited my Cheque in Axis Bank sector 16 Branch on 17th June but yet it is not credited into my account. When i called to customer care they said there is no cheque under clearance nor they are providing any information.

                                Please help me as this is not the first time i am facing issues from Axis bank.

                                    On last week I submitted a FD form at Garia Branch to open an FD of Rs.290000 for 17 months.
                                    The said amount was debited from my SB acc.no.at your bank but the same is not at all reflecting on my FD/RD balance on my Axis bank mobile app.
                                    The transaction details is as follows (received through sms)
                                    Hello! Your a/c no 00005180 has been debited by Rs 290000 on[protected]. The a/c balance is Rs ******.Info: INB/FIXED DEPOSIT/230617/SAKRQ0524077

                                    Please note that i have replaced the balance amount part with '*' for my security reason.
                                    I look forward for your reply & rectification of the aforementioned problem.

                                      I am existing customer of axis bank. I have to pay axis credit card bill payment. Whenever i am trying to login on website it is always keep moving cursor in circle and then show time out. All other website are opening very well.
                                      I generally get time to pay bill only after 10pm. Axis bank have such a poor website that everytime it waste my lot of time and once i get frustrated with lot of try then i always miss to pay the bill.
                                      This bank is so huge but having very worst online service. Don't even have shame to improve it since long time. Every day i face same challenge.
                                      Due to this i suffer a lot. Can we claim some compensation for such suffering? I want to challenge a case on this behalf. My every minute is precious and their poor services are suffering me mentally and physically wasting my time as well.
                                      I need compensation for such poor services.
                                      I am trying website on 28jun2017. But it is same poor performance and not even able to login after 10pm. Bad services continues daily.
                                      Please suggest how to proceed further to do case on this bank.
