I, pallavi singh (Customer of axis bank) had applied for a credit card when i was in chennai (My previous work location). Then, i moved to kolkata (My present work location) so i informed my home-branch (I. E chennai) about it and requested to dispatch my credit card to my present work location. I am chasing for my credit card from 20th of march 2017 (The day i reached kolkata). I recieved some calls from the bank regarding credit card verification, i shared my concern with them, they didn't respond clearly. Finally i contacted axis bank customer care regarding the concern, they asked me to raise a request to change my work location. I did as suggested & the details are — request id[protected] raised on 7th june 2017, they did an address verification and asked me to wait for 5 working days and then place a call for credit card replacement. After 5 working days i contacted them but they failed their commitment again and asked to wait for 24 hours more to update and it goes on untill today. Everyday i have to call and get false commitments with same reply.in order to resolve the issue i called several times axis bank customer support, talked to several people (Including mr. Madan
Mohan, ms. Soumya, ms. Ranjani, ms. Pratyusha, mr. Nayaz, mr. Aditya). No one had a clear reason or explaination of the issue, someone said need to submit documents, someone said it will take 24 hours to resolve the issue, someone said u need to go to nearest branch. I am tired of calling them. Issue is still not resolved. Today they asked to wait for wait 5 more working days.
