R/sir I was eligible for 25lalhs pteapprvd car loan, i applied 4.54lakh on 13 june17 .my advisor Mr Sunil, mr Rajesh misguided me by giving me wrong information daily till now, I face to much insult before car company till now I not buy my new car, may be car amount has been credit to company but they wasted they said rs.3050 file charges my loan approved amount rs.446000 minus rs.3050 but they transect amount 438000 its very amazing for meplz do my favour

    I am having s/a in axis bank (A/c no [protected]). On 23/06/2017 at 23.18 hrs i tried to withdraw inr 10000/- from axis bank atm, aditya mall, indirapuram, ghaziabad. Money got deducted from my account but i got one note of rs 2000/- only rest of the money got stuck. All the phone numbers written over there were not working, there was no guard. When i inquired from the guards at other atm (Icici, kotak, yes) near by they told me that guard is not available at night in axis atm.

      I made an imps transaction with an amount of 12500 rupees to sbi on[protected] that transaction was failed due to time out issue but still my amount was not refunded to my account.

      I have contacted axis bank customer support many times and complained many times, i never seen this kind of bad experience with imps transaction

          I have made a transaction form amazon which has been decline but the money has not been reversed back to my account. The issue has been pending for the past 2 months. And axis bank does not have a proper help desk to raise the concerns.
          Such a pitiful and shameful condition for a reputed bank where these days even small services provide the help desk facility,

            Hello,

            For the past four months i got deduction of 385 inr. I reached branch to convert my saving accounts to salary accounts on 23th may 2017 and i have submitted documents like offer letter, address proof and id proof and they executive said that it will take 3 days to convert the account but still it is in saving account.

            When i reached the customer care executive, they said that your company name is not in the list so there was no possibility to convert the account. When i reached my nearest bank they said you want to contact your bank executive who visit to your office, when i asked my bank executive they said you should want to go your home bank for the account conversion. This is in continuous flow and never going to get any solution for this.

            I got fed up with this issue so i request you to close my bank account and i will create a new account from other bank who provide me better services.

              On 22/06/2017 by morning while i am withdrawing amount in axis atm machine hongasandra branch got stuckked rs 2000/- after that somebody told me that macine got repaired. So i left that atm and i went another atm to withdraw amount. But in my account showing already i have drawn rs 2000/- so please after enquiring the details about my transactions return my amount to my ac my bank is bank of maharashtra. Atm machine repaired in hongasandra branch.

                Sir,
                I have a salary account no [protected] in your bank at sector-22 branch chandigarh-160022.in the salary account your bank promise me no charges will be levied on this account. But in the month of june your bank levied a charges of rs. 761.85 as consolidated service charges with service tax @ 15% 114.28 and debited my account at your own level. This practice is not fare and compells me to close the said account. Kindly refund the said amount immediately and obliged me, otherwise i will go to the court of law for reimbursement of the said amount.

                  Poor handling and management of customers
                  Cctv footage from 1400 to 1530 needs to be seen to ascertain the deplorable work at this place
                  Only after my complaint did they start working else it was like there was no boss over them
                  Chatting happily and making the customers fry seems to be the motto
                  Man detailed to usher in ppl was hardly bothered
                  Pathetic and definitly needs to be inspected regularly to instill an iota of discipline in them
                  Thank god I am not dealing with this axis bank br again...

                      This complain is to bring a notice to you regarding the behaviour and manner `s that your branch head do with your employes. Mam/sir my sister husband works in your bank at singure branch in kolkata as market agent as i myself work as sale person in gangtok in eureka forbes and i know there is so much pressure but mam is your bank give a right to abuse there and use foul language which is out of humanity to there juniors mam as i already inform you that i myself work in eureka forbes and our boss also say so many things but the incharge in your bank has cross all his limit. If mam want a proof i can sumite you the recording which i will send you after two days and also this behiavour towards his juniour is not first time because of this behaviuor one or two employ has already gave rejection from your bank.
                      So, mam /sir i hope you will take some serious action against the branch marketing head, mam the reason of behiavour is just simple my sister husband was sick so he was not able to inform his seniour but when he summite his application and doctor medical but inspite that he use foul language as well he behave badly. Mam please make sure otherwise this matter i will take it to human right and file a case against you and bank in labour court.

                        I presented our tmb virudhunagar branch ch. No.876524 dated 09/06/2017 for the value of rs.24, 808/- in axis bank, virudhunagar in the account of maxbupa policy no. [protected] as a renewal primum. It was debited in our tmb account on 12/06/2017.
                        But the maxbupa informed to me that they are not received the amount and inform to me they won't issue the renewal policy certificate.
                        Please let me know where my amount rs.24, 808/- was gone.

                          Sub: decline - credit card application

                          Re: # 8725110 my zone credit card

                          With reference to above subject, i want to state facts as under,

                          1. Axisbank credit card sales representative had made numerous calls to me to apply for axis bank credit card. He had collected all the required documents and satisfied himself by personally visiting our residence & office confirming addresses mentioned in documents submitted for application.
                          2. No signature on application form given by me
                          3. Provisional application number was not given to me. Neither was i informed about application process & decline policy.
                          4. On 16.06.17 at 19.31pm i received a sms from axisbank stating “ your credit card application for my zonecredit card with ref # 8725110 has been declined. We hope to serve you in future”. Above referred number is inferred from this sms.
                          5. To understand why the application was declined, i called at axisbank call centre where i had spoken to attendant. He explained me that, a letter stating reasons for rejections will be received by me within 10 days. Till date i haven’t received any correspondence from your bank.

                          Now, as i am quite disturbed with this,

                          1. I request you to inform me the reasons for decline in detail and in writing and supporting evidence of the same to the extent possible.
                          2. Why decline policy are not communicated to us at time of application? Why the same is not available on your website.?
                          3. What are the procedures followed when a decline takes place and what is the procedure followed to communicate it to applicant?
                          4.in event of not satisfied with the reasons mentioned by you, whom should i meet to discuss my grievance?

                          I request you to do the needful and extend your cooperation for above mentioned points.

                            I applied for the pmsby policy in year 2015 through axis bank. From last two years i am paying the premium for this policy but i am not receiving any policy document from them. I sent him so many emails but they are not providing the policy documents. After so many discussions, now they provided me for the period of[protected] and that too doesn't contains the proper information. I regularly emailing them for the details correction process and policy document for[protected] period but they are not providing me. Every time they forward me the same document for period[protected].

                              Hello sir, this is to bring to your kind notice that on 7th feb 2017, i, gulab singh, went to the atm to draw ten thousand rupees from my axis bank account no. [protected] using atm card no. [protected] which is valid up to 2020. After the first operation, the amount got deducted from my account but in reality, the amount didn t come out. When i tried the second time, ten thousand came out. So, the money got deducted twice. The next day, i reported the matter to the concerned bank and they assured me that they will look into the case. The concerned bank forwarded the case to the concerned agencies but no action has been taken till date. Finally, i have decided to take this case to your level. I request you to kindly look into the matter and credit the overdrawn amount of rs 10, 000/- to my savings account at the earliest.

                              Its been more than four months but no action has been taken despite my repeated mails.
                              I want to see the cctv footage of the day. This bank is fraud

                                I satish kumar has been informed from your trambak naka branch nasik regarding pre-approved personal loan of 3.40 lakh.

                                So i have applied for 2.5 lakh as i need that much amount only. Franking fees already paid to the concerned person on friday 16th june 2017 & agreement signed.

                                Still i have not received any payment.

                                Not sanctioning reason - today i have received a call regarding my pre approved personal loan time has expired. So they are not giving loan to me.

                                I have purchased an item of rs 968 from amazon.But I cancelled the item and the refund status in amazon account says that they refunded in my card but I didn't got my refund.Axis bank even though I have submitted my refund reference code to axis banks costumer care they failed to refund my amount in my card

                                  I, pallavi singh (Customer of axis bank) had applied for a credit card when i was in chennai (My previous work location). Then, i moved to kolkata (My present work location) so i informed my home-branch (I. E chennai) about it and requested to dispatch my credit card to my present work location. I am chasing for my credit card from 20th of march 2017 (The day i reached kolkata). I recieved some calls from the bank regarding credit card verification, i shared my concern with them, they didn't respond clearly. Finally i contacted axis bank customer care regarding the concern, they asked me to raise a request to change my work location. I did as suggested & the details are — request id[protected] raised on 7th june 2017, they did an address verification and asked me to wait for 5 working days and then place a call for credit card replacement. After 5 working days i contacted them but they failed their commitment again and asked to wait for 24 hours more to update and it goes on untill today. Everyday i have to call and get false commitments with same reply.in order to resolve the issue i called​ several times axis bank customer support, talked to several people (Including mr. Madan
                                  Mohan, ms. Soumya, ms. Ranjani, ms. Pratyusha, mr. Nayaz, mr. Aditya). No one had a clear reason or explaination of the issue, someone said need to submit documents, someone said it will take 24 hours to resolve the issue, someone said u need to go to nearest branch. I am tired of calling them. Issue is still not resolved. Today they asked to wait for wait 5 more working days.​

                                    Tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 170617/

                                    Its been a long time since my account is getting debited like in the subject line. This is not acceptable. By asking the phone banking service they are directing me to vendor, by asking the vendor, they are refusing that this amount has not been debited to their account. Now please tell me where has this amount gone.

                                    It will take a serious escalation if i don't get proper response from your end. Let me know where is the below...

                                    I have an account in axis bank with a/c#:"[protected]" bank address: axis bank, banjarahills branch, hyderabad.
                                    The bank people enabled credit frozen option to my account without any intimation and started charging against low minimum balance,
                                    I tried several times to transfer amount from another accounts but i am unable to transfer the money to maintain minimum balance.
                                    Now it has reached rs. -1705.03. Previously it has some balance also.
                                    Please revert this charges and normalize my account from credit frozen option...
                                    I have submitted my pancard, aadhar card details through online banking.

                                    My Savings account is still in "Credit frozen" and charge reversal is not applied, balance is still in Minus that is "Rs. -1, 720.03"

                                    Please resolve it asap.

                                      Its been 10 days. I have submitted the document for account opening and still not opened. Amount has been deducated and still no information from bank. I tried to contact the executive as well, but again same information i am getting from him that my account is in last stage.

                                      Please help me out otherwise i want my amount to get transfered back.
