Sir,

This is to inform you that, someone open a current account in my name without my awareness. For the last few months i an getting the daily alert from axis bank that the account doesn’t maintain minimum balance and now it is showing a negative balance of rs.-13125. The message is receiving in the mobile number [protected]. I don’t know any further details and not received any documents with respect to this account. I request you to help me for closing this account at the earliest.

    I have used credit card for just 730rs then i tried to pay the amount through net banking they are not allowed to pay the bill and showing the message like contact customer care or near by branch and i contact customer care they told your account is blocked now you go to near by branch and pay the bill then they will released automatically so i went to near by branch and tried to pay my bill they told you cant able to pay here you have to go to your actual branch but your bill amount is 2500rs i was shocked because i have used my credit card only for 730rs and also my actual branch is in chennai ashok nagar but now i am in thirunelveli why should i go to chennai for making an payment of credit why did you blocked my account and i have asked them how it is increased i used only for 730rs for that they told penalty added for late payment, but i never do late payment they have blocked my account and they are not allowed to pay my bill then they have added penalty also i don't know what the nonsense they doing with their customer i never seen cheated bank like this, i don't know what to do, just change your nonsense rules like this then you are opening so many branches. Very very very cheated bank is axis bank... Don't use this bank for anything...

      I purchased a laptop on emi from amazon a few days ago. As anyone who is aware, websites are now required to provide a full disclosure of emi and charges.

      Going by that information i would have paid a total interest of ~1200 on my 32k laptop and the figure should have gotten converted to emi from the time i made the purchase from amazon.

      However, that wasn't the case. I received a call from axis bank saying that my pending amount hasn't been converted to emi and if i want to convert it, the total amount including service tax would be a whooping rs. 2507.

      I chose not to convert it to emi as i will be able to payoff the amount. I wonder what they'd do to a person without the cash on hand? Extort twice the amount?

      I have even sent a complain to amazon india. Extract of the text is as below.

      Hello,
      Payment for my last purchase of laptop was done via emi on amazon.

      It seemed successful at the moment, but today i got call from axis bank stating that the emi is not processed and asked whether i would like to process it. Sensing some foul play, i asked what would be the rate of interest and total interest for 6 months and the representative quoted an amount twice the interest mentioned on amazon whilst booking order. I declined the emi offering and now i'll have to pay full amount on my next statement. Following are the details.

      Rate of interest.
      Quoted on amazon : 12%
      Quoted by axis bank representative : 1.5% per month.

      Total interest at the end of repayment.
      Quoted on amazon (Total emi - cost) : ~1300
      Quoted by axis bank representative: 2507.

      Luckily, i am solvent enough to pay off the bill, otherwise, i would have had no option but to return it.

      I would urge you to revise your emi quotes for axis bank at the earliest after consultation with bank.

      I feel mislead and fooled by some corporate conspiracy.

      Amazon has replied by saying I did not successfully choose the EMI option on their website.

      I don't know how that could have happened, I did not even receive the 'Transaction Alert' email and SMS that I 'always' receive upon making the payment.

          Axis bank has been putting off my request for my trading details for years. The axis direct dept. Claims i should contact the demat account operators. They keep passing the buck to the next dept. Please see the entire complaint below, that was forwarded to the ombudsman:

          "sir/ma'am,

          Subject : axis bank is not co-operating with my request for log-in details inspite of paying the demat account charges for the past 8 years.

          I have been left frustrated by axis bank's incompetence and inability to sort out my issue and there seems to be no other solution in sight but to file a complaint with you.
          For the past 3 years, they have been giving me the runaround with regard to my axis bank trading account. When i ask for the log-in details (Which i had earlier misplaced), the axis trading help desk directs me to the depository services; which in turn re-direct me to the bank. The proof is in the email exchange that i am forwarding below!
          I had opened this account in 2009 and since then have not logged in once. No one bothered to guide me through the process even on ringing the bank. And yet, they charge me heavily for the account twice a year, the amount being automatically deducted from my bank account.
          All i asked of them is to either give me my log-in details so i can begin trading or shut down my trading account so i am no longer charged for the non-existent service.
          Kindly look into the matter if possible, to end my inconvenience so that i do not have any further hassle of needing to deal with them legally.

            Hello,

            I have an account in sanjay nagar branch axis bank bangalore. They are frequent deductions saying annual card deductions, transaction deductions.
            Not able to contact customer care and when i called branch number there was no response. This is ridiculous. This is the way you treat your customers?

                Hello,
                Axis bank is charging my home loan rate of interest around 9.4, but as per market and other competitor, rate is 8.5, i am asking to reduce my home loan rate of interest they asking to charge my 5000+st, other bank reducing their customer home loan rate of interest without asking and charging any money.
                I have floating rate of interest then why they people not reducing my rate of interest as per market and rbi rules.
                I asked them to give me in reutrn why not able to reduce it and what is meant of floating rate of interest, i have not received any reply from that.

                  Jabong had initiate one of my product refund on 15 feb amount is 1254 and till the date i haven't get credit in my account i have provide every documents and every bit information to them but still i did not credit amount in my account they have sent me a appology letter and in that letter they have mentioned i will get that credit in my account within 120 days and on 15 jun today 120 time period also over they are doing nuthing in this i am so much pissed off from the bank services please take action against them they are only gud in cheap thing that why they are came in limelight in notbandhi time.

                    Dear sir,

                    I had applied for commercial lone. I had received the sanction latter of 16th february 2017.

                    My approval no -

                    Pc_lnpcp/5968791/rac-surat rac /17-18
                    Pc_lnpcp/5969009/rac - surat rac /17-18

                    After that i had tried to follow up for section amount but not getting proper reply from bank executive.

                    I had personal approach to meet mr. Swapnil singh (Surat majura gate branch manager) and down line executive mr. Viharbhai and come to know that the project is 95 % completed and as per company policy we are not providing funding for that.

                    Mr. Viharbhai verbally told us that axis bank only provide fund if project is completed 100%.

                    My complain is that when we had login the file the project was under construction site. At list the axis bank executive have the inform us that we are not providing the fund for under construction. So, at list we were not give our valuable time and money both. After three and half month process you said us we will not giving lone because project is not completed 100%. How it justify???

                    Presently bank statement i had provide the processing fees of (2875+2300= 5175) which i need refund it with interest because my document is all ok accordingly you had provided sanction latter. I am not fault from my side. The bank have to check the policy and project status when they had proceed for login. But we are totally miss guided by the bank it self.

                    Please give reply and justification of above complain. I will wait for it.

                    worst bank and fraud bank
                    Suggest not ot go for this bank, fool bank
                    There should be a strict action to be taken on such banks.
                    Such fraud bank should be banned.

                      Not accepting voter id to resolve credit freeze in utib0000677 branch

                      I am using axis bank from last 3 years, my account is in credit freeze state so that reason, i am not able to transfer money in axis bank account from another bank account. I have visited axis bank branch electronic city, bangalore with original voter id card, photocopy of voter id card and photocopy of pan card but they are not accepting. I spoke to branch manager also they are telling voter id card is not valid. You need to carry pan card....

                      I biswanath ghosh had a credit card from axisbank back in 2015. I had given a written letter to close it on lake town branch kolkata on[protected]Copy of the letter attached)- still wasn't closed.
                      Then i had called the phone banking on[protected] reference number 2782 2290. Still no action. Then again i got a letter on 16-jan-2017 (Attached) saying i owe outstanding balance of 2299.02 cr. On date[protected] deposited a amount of 1432 also attached
                      My credit card statement says a credit card balance of cr -2299.02 a cr means a customer has a credit balance!!. Staff in the bank didn't point that to me because even on my 11/09/2015 statement there was credit balance of 1331.02. After that i made a payment of 1432. - all copies attached!!
                      The credit department needs to refund my credit balance on my credit card and finish this agenda.

                      Need to remind your bank that i will definitely forward this harassment letter to consumer complaint and local police authority and abuse centers as well!! I will do what ever legally i can to let people know how axis bank treats its customers!!

                        I have taken homeloan from axis bank last month. At that time i asked for homeloan subsidy for mig1 under pmay. That time bank executive said that still we have don't have any information about it. Now my axis homeloan is disbursed. And now i asked how to apply for subsidy the bank executive says that you can apply only at time of loan application. Now after disbursement, you can not apply for clss subsidy. And when i asked about it to axis bank customer care, they say that they don't have any information about it. What should i do.

                        Bank just doing drama and actually not processing anywhere.
                        I have taken loan 15 months back and from last 10 months rigrously following with bank, ombudsman, NHB, RBI, Hudco, pmo no one able to answer me yet that what is my application number. Forget about subsidy there are not providing application number that they have applied.
                        They have taken money from me to process the application without my knowledge still no information.

                          Very poor service and behavior provided by axis bank narendrapur, rajpur or bariupur branch. I' m college student. Few day ago when i went to those beaches to deposit college fees /cash challan they return me for 4 times and give us many excuse link is doesn't work... After waiting for 4 hours then they told us come to next day... Bad bad service... And close axis bank a/c of my family... For this poor service... And never open any a/c on axis bank... Or telling my all friend to do so..

                            This is for your information that on 11.06.2017 at about 10.35pm i visit axis bank atm, model town jalandhar, punjab branch for withdrawing cash from my smart pay card no.-[protected] but due to insufficient cash in atm cash had not been withdrawn but it was deducted from my account.

                            Request you to please reversal my amount of rs.4000 in my account.
                            Regarding this matter i had mail the subject matter to prepaid. [protected]@axisbank.com but no response is received till date.
                            Also no positive response has been given by customer care executives.
                            Please lodge my compliant & request for refund of my amount of rs.4000/- at the earliest.

                              Dear sirs:
                              This is to bring to your notice that on july 11, 2015, i was offered a special senior citizen card when i opened my pension account with axis bank, at 85 prince anwar shah road, kolkata - 700033, which promised many services and discounts at medicine stores, health check-ups at diagnostic centres/hospitals in various places in the country, many emergency contacts and an accident insurance of rs 200, 000/-.
                              Till date i have not received any card nor any intimation of it. The bank personnel are clueless about the matter and, needless to say, nothing has been achieved.
                              I need the card for various reasons as i am getting on in age with no support system. I would like you to take up the matter asap so i can use my card when necessary. I have waited too long for it patiently and i do not give up easily for what i am entitled to.
                              My bank account number with the axis bank mentioned above is 9150xxxxxx1011. Please expedite the matter and oblige.

                              The problem has NOT been resolved.

                              I am still waiting for the Senior Citizenship Card promised to me. The Bank on Anwar Shah Road, Kolkata, is playing games with me. I have lodged a complaint with the Consumers' Forum and if everything fails, I shall seek intervention from some NGOs and the Police to be fully compensated for all the mental and financial damages I have been going through since April 2015.

                              THE DETAILS ARE GIVEN BELOW:
                              In the recent past whenever I checked with the bank regarding the matter, I had to face the following problems :

                              1. First i was told by the their Deputy Manager Ms Arunima Mondol that the Application form got lost.

                              2. Then the following time I was told the card had come but my name was misspelt on it.

                              3. The next time I was told that the card had someone elses's photo and so was returned.

                              4. The next time I was again told that the name of the person to be contacted in case of Emergency was not provided and so it was not processed.

                              However, when I filled up the Application form each time, there was no mention of the same.

                              So this has been going on since January 2017 when I had first complained to you about the matter. It is September 2017 now. Are they waiting for me to die and forget about it? In the meantime I had to go through several Medical Tests for which I should have got a discount with the Sr. Citizen Card. I want all my bills to be reimbursed and I want my Card.

                                I am kedar singh yadav your axis bank account holder. I have use kcc account from one year. I have full kcc payment credited my account. I have clear full balance but axis bank employe not close my account. I am not sattisfie for axis bank orai employe working so kindly isue that please close my kcc account and give my discharge cirtificate.

                                    This is in regard to the personal loan i apllied for in chennai... The call back agent bukd an appointment for me dat a person wil cum n collect the documents from 4 to 5 pm. I get al my documents ready by 3 pm n i kept on waiting n waitin nt even a single cal frm the person by 6.30 i got a cal n he said he is in kodambakkam n if he comes in dat way he may cum n collect the documents.. Wat do yu ppl think about us?? Ur job is to cum n collect the documents from us at the preferred time n date but yu r cumin at your own preference... Do we hav to wait til yu cum leavin al our jobs aside... Worst customer satisfactry also the person mentioned do yu use credit card den ur civil score wil b low who is he to decide my civil score n decide abt the status of my loan which i didnt even submit the documents... Is this the way the bank is training their staffs... I hav neva experienced this kinda worst customer support in any other banks... Its better if you work on this n train ur staffs regarding thiss... If he is not gonna cum today den yu r gonna b in serious trouble as i wil file a complaint against ur chennai branch in ur head offc...

                                      This is regarding complaint of personal loan department. I have applied on 06/06/17 for the same but miss. Jagjeet ([protected]) had called me several time for documents, from the day 1st she started lieing that i'll send today for documents pick up but she didn't on that day then next day same answer and after scolding she sent 01 document collection executive named mr. Amit ghanokar ([protected]/[protected]) has collected all necessary documents. But never loged in for my loan coz whenever i tries it says invalid application id no.
                                      When i contacted him ; he says i m out for my brother's wedding.
                                      One of the worst part is 136 times i called them but they didn't picked up as they were aware my nos.
                                      When i tried from another no then both of them picked up the call as wanted to cheat one more client.
                                      Miss. Jagjeet is so unprofessional that feels sadakchaap jobseekers joined in axisbank.
                                      Hopes axis bank will appoint professionals rather than sadakchaap executive.
                                      I am going to closed my 8 yrs old account.
                                      Worst bank.. Hdfc better...
